The Strategy of Strengthening Pancasila Ideology In The Digital Age

This research attempts to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila ideology amid current digitalization. One of the markers of this digital era is the erosion of space and national boundaries for every citizen. Indonesia's large population can be a strength or weakness of the Pancasila ideology. For this reason, systematic steps are needed to make the values of Pancasila remain as a way of life for the Indonesian. This type of research is normative research that uses literature as a primary data source. The presentation of the data is conveyed by a qualitative descriptive method. The conclusion of this study is the need to strengthen Pancasila ideology in the digital era through efforts to reaffirm the fundamental values of Pancasila to society in general and the younger generation in particular. To ground the values of Pancasila, it is deemed necessary to involve millennial participation through digital influencer programs and the development of digital literacy based on Pancasila values and the doctrine of national values.

<p>Financing a good management is one key to the success of an educational institution to promote or increase quality. In this study, the focus of the problem is how the management of financing available to the private universities in Surabaya medium in order to improve its quality. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the presence of the researcher as an instrument of research conducted interviews to informants as a source of primary data and documents as well as supporting books as a secondary data source. Management Funding education is one of the factors that determine the quality improvement due to the financial management that is transparent and accountable will give rise to the belief of stakehoulder and it will be the motivation of each academicians Tri Dharma College in Private colleges medium in Surabaya to conduct quality improvement in their respective fields.</p>

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

This paper explains the conditions of oral literature when dealing with the development of media technology. In addition, it explains the use of technologies and media developments in this digital era by oral literary actors in their creative processes for the continuity of tradition. For this reason, the tradition of salawat dulang which developed in Minangkabau was used as the primary data source for the study. The method in this research will be a qualitative. Meanwhile the technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and literature review. Based on the research conducted, salawat dulang is one of the oral literature that is able to survive because of its ability to adapt to technological developments. The text that is spoken is always updated according to the tastes of the people that are obtained by speakers through media such as television, radio or social media. Social media was used by speakers as a means of promotion and publication of their activities in the arts.

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta known to have many tourist destinations in the form of heritage for example Ratu Boko site. The site Ratu Boko is a historic relic that was built around the 8th century during the reign of Rakai Panangkaran, one of the descendants Wangsa Syailendra. The development of these tourist destinations are increasingly dynamic. The development of tourism activities in sites of historical and cultural heritage of course have an impact on the environment around the site. This study used qualitative descriptive methods, using data derived from primary data source (observations and interviews) and secondary data sources (study of literature). This papers restrain only on based descriptive analysis from data and not using statistic to analysis. The results of this research found that there are positive and negative impacts arising from the development of this tourist destination. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, menguraikan horizon harapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, dan memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer mengacu pada objek penelitian, yaitu novel Le Petit Prince, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teks-teks yang memuat tanggapan pembaca novel Le Petit Prince yang terdiri atas 20 orang yang terdapat pada media massacetak dan elektronik, termasuk internet. Instrumen penelitian berupa tabel-tabel isian yang mengaitkan pembaca, tanggapan pembaca, dan horizon harapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan dalam tiga poin. Pertama, seluruh pembaca menanggapi atau menilai positif unsur tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, teknik penceritaan, bahasa, dan isi novel Le Petit Prince. Kedua, harapan sebagian besar pembaca sebelum membaca novel Le Petit Prince sesuai dengan kenyataan ke sembilan unsur di dalam novel LePetit Prince sehingga pembaca dapat dengan mudah menerima dan memberikan pujian pada novel tersebut. Ketiga, faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca selain perbedaan stressing unsur yang ditanggapi juga karena perbedaan pengetahuan tentang sastra, pengetahuan tentang kehidupan dan pengalaman membaca karya sastra.(This study aims to describe the readers’ responses to the novel Le Petit Prince, the readers' horizon of hope for the novel Le Petit Prince, and the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons. This study included a type of qualitative descriptive study. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source refers to the object of the research, the Le Petit Prince novel, while the secondary data is in the form of texts that contain the readers' responses of Le Petit Prince's novels consisting of 20 people, which are contained in print and electronic mass media including the internet. The research instrument is in the form of tables that link readers, readers' responses, and expectation horizons. Data is collected by means of observations and data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, all readers respond or positively assess the elements of the theme, plot, character, setting, point of view, language style, storytelling techniques, language, and contents of the Le Petit Prince novel. Second, the hope of most readers before reading the Le Petit Prince novel is in accordance with the reality of the nine elements in the novel Le Petit Prince so that readers can easily receive and give praise to the novel. Third, the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons in addition to differences in elemental stressing are also responded to because of differences in knowledge about literature, knowledge of life and the experience of reading literature.)

Human life is highly dependent on natural resources. It is the main and fundamental capital to meet the needs of human life. In this regard, optimizing the use of natural resources must be achieved by considering the potential aspects, conformity sustainability, and consistency, of the benefits to realize its sustainability. To achieve this optimization required the maintenance action at the point of normal balance. This study aims to find out how the role of Local Government in optimizing the potential of tourism in Kenawa Island and what are the factors inhibiting the optimization of tourism potential in Kenawa Island. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, taking the location in Poto Tano Village Poto Tano Sub-district, West Sumbawa Regency, data source in this research is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research indicates that the optimization efforts undertaken by the Regional Government in developing the tourism potential of Kenawa Island are with community participation, environmental carrying capacity, promotion, the involvement of all stakeholder, local ownership involvement, resource utilization continues, accommodating community aspirations, monitoring and program evaluation, environmental accountability, community training. Kehidupan manusia sangat tergantung pada sumber daya alam. Sumber daya alam merupakan modal utama dan fundamental untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupan umat manusia. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya alam harus dicapai dengan mempertimbangkan aspek potensi, kesesuaian, kelestarian dan konsistensi manfaat untuk mewujudkan keberlanjutannya. Untuk mencapai optimalisasi ini diperlukan adanya tindakan pemeliharaan pada titik keseimbangan yang normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengoptimalisasikan potensi wisata di Pulau Kenawa serta apa saja yang menjadi faktor penghambat dalam optimalisasi potensi wisata di Pulau Kenawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif, mengambil lokasi di Desa Poto Tano Kecamatan Poto Tano Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya optimalisasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata Pulau Kenawa adalah dengan partisipasi masyarakat, daya dukung lingkungan, promosi, keterlibatan segenap pemangku kepentingan, keterlibatan kepemilikan lokal, pemanfaatan sumber daya berlanjut, mengakomodasi aspirasi masyarakat, monitor dan evaluasi program, akuntabilitas lingkungan, pelatihan pada masyarakat.

Three Stages

This study aims to know and examine more deeply about the implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency, knowing and deepening about the character values implanted in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The location of research is in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Pemangkat Sambas Regency using primary data source and sekuder is the technique of analyzing data used interview and documentation, data analysis is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas Regency implemented in three stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow up. Priority character values are character values that must be instilled by educators in science learning activities. Character values in the priorities embedded include honest values, discipline, hard work and responsibility.

Whatsapp is as one of the most influential social media and widely used by people in Indonesia. Students in Indonesia in the digital era are now using gadgets in their daily activities both at school and outside of school. However, most of these students use social media applications, especially Whatsapp, only for social media, whereas in the application, there are benefits that can improve digital literacy skills. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the use of whatsapp as the digital literacy media of students and 2) the digital literacy skills of students in terms of language skills. The method used in this study is to refer, note, and study the literature. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study are, 1) the level of digital literacy of students with whatsapp social media is still lacking and 2) improvement of students’ digital literacy ability in terms of aspects of language ability, namely, listening, speaking, reading, watching, writing, and writing.

This research aims to analyse the values of education contained in the movie "Spare Parts" which can be used as a source in the aspect of education in everyday life. This type of research is the study of libraries, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data source on this study was to observe directly the movie "Spare Parts". Data collection techniques by watching, recording and studying literature. The results showed that there were character education values contained in the film Spare Parts. The values of character education in the movie Spare Parts can be understood from the dialogue and scenes played by the players. Spare Parts Movie has many meanings about the character education in it, which the author of the Raangkum include the values of discipline, hard work, creative, curiosity, appreciating achievement, friendly/communicative. The meaning of the FIM will be very relevant in education, especially in Indonesia, that is a character education. This Film can be used as a learning medium aimed at character building.

The Village

The purpose of this research is to know how actors role in the implementation of the Rice prosperous assistance Program in the new Kasongan sub-district of Katingan Hilir Katingan regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive that is to explain, describe, and represent a phenomenon that exists to solve a problem. In this study there are two data sources, namely the primary data source obtained from interviews with several respondents in the new village of Kasongan, and secondary data sources are obtained from various documents and so on. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the role of actors in implementing the implementation of the social rice assistance Program in Kasongan New village is still not going well if viewed from the communication and target of the recipient family Benefits. From the problem that the researcher suggested that the village employees more often communicate with the community in Kasongan New village, especially the beneficiaries family of social and social assistance Emphasize again to each Kelurahan or village in order to record the community that is included in the criteria of beneficiaries social rice assistance so that the data can be renewed and the achievement of the purpose of the social assistance of the prosperous rice in Katingan.
