Kata Kunci: Ibu-hamil, Pintar, Kader, ANC ABSTRACT The high maternal and infant mortality rates in the coastal areas of Nagan Raya Regency are of particular concern in the health sector. One reason is that education in the prenatal period is minimal, prenatal education is very important in order to prepare couples to become parents. Lack of knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy is one form of helplessness that can support the high maternal / perinatal mortality rate. This service activity was carried out aimed at implementing community-based programs that facilitate the community to form smart pregnancy groups and increase the knowledge of pregnant women and increase the adherence of pregnant women to carry out Antenatal Care (ANC) in the Coastal Area of Nagan Raya Regency. The method of this research is one group pre post design with training of trainers (TOT) cadres totaling 10 cadres who measured knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy before and after TOT. The instruments used were standard instruments contained in class guidelines for pregnant women. After the cadres joined TOT, then the cadres formed 2 groups of smart pregnant women (10 pregnant women / groups). Data analysis using frequency distribution and Wilcoxon test. The result of this service activity is that there is a significant difference from the knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy of the group of smart pregnant women (P-Value <0.05). Through the establishment of this group of smart pregnant women, it can be applied independently and continuously through health cadres with the supervision of health workers, so as to reduce maternal. Antenatal care or antenatal care is a planned program that is observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women, to obtain a safe and satisfying pregnancy and childbirth process. The indicator used to assess the access of pregnant women to antenatal care is K1 direction (first visit) is the contact of pregnant women to health workers and K4 (perspective visit) is 4 or more times contact with health workers. From the data of the Padang City Health Office, it was found that the Air Tawar Puskesmas with this low level was caused by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the use of antenatal services. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional study design with 110 respondents of third trimester pregnant women with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate with Chi squre test. From the research results obtained from the five factors studied, it was found that the factors related to the use of antenatal services in freshwater health centers were access or distance with pvalue 0.009 = OR 21.676), service availability factors with a p value of 0.001 = OR 9.293, the role factor midwives with a p value of 0.001 = OR 12.302, while the family income factor, disease complaints obtained results have nothing to do with the use of antenatal services. The author's suggestion is that there is a need for good coordination with the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM), revitalize puskesmas to more strategic places and improve better facilities, improve accessibility that can be minimized, strive to reach pregnant women, especially for accessibility that is less affordable.

Introduction: Antenatal Care (ANC) is an effort to detect the occurrence of high risk in pregnant women. However, ANC non-compliance was still found due to several factors. Aim of study: This study aims to determine factors that influence ANC visits to ANC behavior at Puskesmas Pasar Rebo East Jakarta. Method: This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional survey. Data analysis used Spearman's rho with 117 respondents. Results and Discussion: The results showed that there are some factors that influence ANC visits to ANC behavior, including age with a correlation value (r = 0.419), a p-value of 0.000; education with a correlation value (r = 0.425), p-value of 0.000; jobs with a correlation value (r = 0.279), p-value of 0.002; income with a correlation value (r = 0.407), p-value of 0.000; knowledge with a correlation value (r = 0.409), p-value of 0.000; husband / family support with a correlation value (r = 0.417), p-value of 0.000; attitude with a correlation value (r = 0.597), p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Irregularity in carrying out ANC has a bad impact on pregnant women because they are not aware of the risk factors that may occur to the mother and her fetus and can not be detected early on the disease suffered by pregnant women. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is nurses as health workers need to increase their role as educators and health care provider to pregnant women and their families about the importance of ANC to reduce maternal mortality and monitor the state of the fetus.

Anemia in pregnancy can adversely affect the mother, especially during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. The high prevalence of anemia has negative consequences such as disturbances and inhibition of growth, both body and brain cells, lack of hemoglobin in the blood resulting in a lack of oxygen being under/transferred to body cells and to the brain. Pregnant women who suffer from anemia have the possibility to experience post partum bleeding. Tempe has higher quality and nutritional value. The fermentation process in tempe will activate the phytase enzyme which can break down phytic acid. With the breakdown of phytic acid, minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc become more available for use by the body. This study aims to determine the effect of tempeh milk consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the independent practice of midwife zuhrah hh, Samudera District, North Aceh District in 2021. The method in this study is a quasi-experimental study, the design used is one group pre-posttest design. By using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average HB level in pregnant women before consuming tempeh milk was 9 gr% and 12 gr% after consuming tempeh milk. The results showed that the positive ranks value was 8.50, so it could be concluded that there was an increase in hemoglobin levels after being given tempeh milk compared to before being given tempeh milk, so the hypothesis decision was that there was a significant difference in the pre-postest respondents who were given tempeh milk. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is hoped that health workers can provide information to all pregnant women so that they can consume tempe as a daily food ingredient.

The results of the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey in 2017 show that the maternal mortality rate that occurs in Indonesia is 305 / 100.000 live births. This figure is still high and quite far from the target of the Sustainable Development Goals program. One of the factors contributing to the high maternal mortality in Indonesia is due to bleeding caused by anemia during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with anemia in pregnant women. The population in this study were all pregnant women who performed pregnancy examinations at the Mpunda Public Health Center in Bima City for the period of April-May 2020. The number of sample data was 121 using purposive collection techniques. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and Antenatal Care (ANC) visits with a p value of 0.028 and 0.022. Meanwhile, age, parity and consumption pattern of Fe tablets did not correlate with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women with p value > 0.05. The logistic regression test results show that the knowledge variable has the greatest influence on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women with an OR value of 2.385. It is hoped that health workers will provide information about the importance of conducting regular antenatal care and intensify the provision of information counseling and education about anemia, so that pregnant women are expected to be able to prevent, detect and manage anemia independently.

The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office (2017) mentions the number of maternal mortality from 2015 to 2017 continues to decrease, from 95 cases to 85 cases. Maternal mortality during pregnancy can be prevented by antenatal care by health workers in accordance with the frequency of antenatal visits a minimum of four times. The first visit is carry out at a gestational age of the mother <16 weeks (Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, 2013), but still found pregnant women who made the first antenatal visit in the second trimester and even the third trimester. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in first visit of pregnant women by age in the Poskesdes working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Gunungsari. This study used a cross-sectional analytic research design in eight Poskesdes in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Gunungsari, West Lombok district in November 2018 to January 2019. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 1042 people.Secondary data was collected from the maternal cohort register in eight Poskesdes in the UPTD Puskesmas Gunungsari working area in the form of the age of the mother at the first visit and the age of the mother's pregnancy at the first visit. Data were processed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. There was a significant difference in the first visit of pregnant women between mothers aged <20 years, 20-35 years, and> 35 years as indicated by the p value of 0.00001 (<0.05). It is expected that midwives in Poskesdes will further enhance the role of cadres in capturing first trimester pregnant women especially those aged <20 years and> 35 years.
