<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Analysis of Material Use at Lubuk Bauk Surau. Batipuh Baruah, Batipuh, Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra. Lubuk Bauk surau is a historical cultural heritage building that is more than a hundred years old and still stands firm without significantchanges despite being renovated. The use of Surian wood material which has its own characteristics in the building, it is interesting to study the suitability of its use with the activities carried out in surau, as well as to find guidance on the type of material that is compatible with the surau building in the Lubuk Bauk area. This research is a qualitative research approach to the building of the Lubuk Bauk surau, and analyzes it using descriptive analysis techniques. The use of Surian wood as the main material in Lubuk Bauk surau is appropriate and supports the activities carried out in it. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the wood material used was chosen based on considerations: the potential of local wood sources, the ease of obtaining and processing<br />raw materials and the characteristics of materials that are durable and low<br />maintenance.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Analisis Penggunaan Material Pada Surau Lubuk Bauk. Surau Lubuk Bauk<br />merupakan bangunan cagar budaya bernilai sejarah yang telah berusia lebih dari seratus tahun namun masih berdiri kokoh dengan perubahan yang tidak berarti walau telah direnovasi. Penggunaan bahan kayu Surian yang memiliki karakteristik tersendiri pada bangunan, merupakan daya tarik untuk diteliti kesesuaian pemakaian material dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan di dalamnya serta untuk menemukan panduan jenis material yang sesuai dengan bangunan surau di daerah Lubuk Bauk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan pada bangunan surau Lubuk Bauk, menganalisa dengan menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif. Penggunaan kayu Surian sebagai material utama pada surau Lubuk Bauk telah sesuai dan mendukung kegiatan yang dilakukan di dalamnya. Pemilihan kayu yang digunakan, berdasarkan pertimbangan potensi sumber kayu setempat, kemudahan untuk memperoleh dan mengolah bahan baku, serta karakteristik material yang tahan lama dan mudah perawatannya</p>

Character education is considered the best solution to produce excellent students in character, personality and uphold the nation's noble values. Through local wisdom in each area, such as the Dongkrek dance culture, it is important to understand and improve character education in students. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply character education based on local wisdom by exploring the Dongkrek dance culture to internalize character values in learning art in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the character education of Dongkrek dance and efforts to internalize it in learning arts in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis and a library research approach. Five main character educations are explored in the Dongkrek dance, including religion, cooperation, nationalism, independence, and integrity. Meanwhile, efforts to internalize it into art learning are by understanding the contents of the dance, performing, and developing the Dongkrek dance into a show.

In this study, it was aimed to transfer Piri Reis’s 1513 world map into an interactive and dynamic environment to reflect social participation and map literacy skills of pre-service social studies teachers, to determine the reflection of the skills from the views of the pre-service teachers and the information they have structured in the database. In this sense, the virtualized map was integrated into a geographical information system application developed by the researcher. This research, in which a qualitative research approach was adopted, was carried out as a case study. The views of the pre-service teacher’s skills and environment were evaluated with content analysis, and their reflection skills were evaluated with descriptive analysis. Eighteen students determined with the maximum diversity sampling method participated in the study, which lasted for two and a half months. It was concluded through the findings obtained from the views of pre-service teachers that social participation and map literacy skills could be reflected in various dimensions, the map could be interpreted collectively with social participation and map literacy skills, and cultural heritage could be transformed into a form of instructional technology. It was determined that the general views of pre-service teachers regarding this environment were mostly positive and the environment beneficially enabled them to discover cultural heritage, developed various skills and gave different perspectives. Still, some pre-service teachers remained passive in the environment. In the findings obtained from the database of the virtualized map, it was determined that the sub-dimensions of map literacy with social participation skill were mostly reflected in the form of understandinginterpreting symbols, finding location - coordinate, measuring distance, finding direction, reading - interpreting a map, but not reflected in using scales.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Abstract Naming can sometimes be associated with particular situations or someone’s birth. This study intends to find out the association between Datooga names and socio-cultural backgrounds. The study employs a qualitative research approach, in which case the collected data was subjected to descriptive analysis. Data have been collected from Datooga speaking students studying at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education, through Interviews and Questionnaire. The analysis is based on the Kripke’s three arguments in naming as described by Speaks (2007). The theory explains how naming is achieved with reference to the modal argument, the semantic argument and the epistemic argument. The findings of the study have revealed that in the Datooga society, naming is associated with different phenomena particularly time of birth and prevailing situations, traditions, norms and customs.

This research is a study that focuses on aspects of human mentality in the form of extroverted personality types on child characters. The object of this study is a children's series novel entitled Little Ballerina and Hwaiting by Muthia Fadhilla Khairunnisa. This research is operated using a psychological study proposed by Carl Gustav Jung. The focus of this research is in the form of extroverted personality types of the main characters in the novels. Based on the focus of the study, the purpose of this research was to describe the extroverted personality type in the character of the child, namely the extroverted-minded, extroverted-feeling, extrovert-sensing, and extrovert-pioneer personality type. As a result of this research four personality types were found on the child character: on the extrovert-minded personality type, the objective minded child produced the idea; on extroverted feelings, children easily adapt; on a realistic and pleasant extrovert-sensing, child resulting from sensory stimulation; and on extrovert-pioneering personality types, fickle and creative children. This type of research is qualitative research and literary psychology as a research approach. The research data is collected using library research techniques. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis techniques and accompanied by in-depth interpretation.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berfokus pada aspek kejiwaaan manusia berupa tipe kepribadian ekstrover pada tokoh anak. Objek penelitian ini berupa novel seri anak yang berjudul Little Ballerina dan Hwaiting karya Muthia Fadhilla Khairunnisa. Penelitian ini dioperasikan menggunakan kajian psikologi yang dikemukakan oleh Carl Gustav Jung. Fokus penelitian ini berupa tipe kepribadian ekstrover tokoh utama dalam novel. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tipe kepribadian ekstrover pada tokoh anak, yaitu tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pikiran, ekstrover-perasaan, ekstrover-penginderaan, dan ekstrover-pengintuisian. Sebagai hasil penelitian ini diperoleh empat tipe kepribadian pada tokoh anak: pada tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pikiran, anak berpikiran objektif yang menghasilkan ide; pada ekstrover-perasaan, anak mudah menyesuaikan diri; pada ekstrover-penginderaan, anak realistis dan menyenangkan yang dihasilkan dari rangsangan pancaindera; dan pada tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pengintuisian, anak berubah-ubah dan kreatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan psikologi sastra sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis dan disertai dengan interpretasi mendalam.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the construction of the DSN-MUI fatwa on murabaha financing and time in one transaction at PT Bank BTPN Syariah. This research is a qualitative research with a normative juridical approach that uses the Statue Approach method and the Case Approach method. The technique of analyzing legal materials in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques. Murabaha contract accompanied by wakalah contract at PT Bank BTPN Syariah based on DSN-MUI fatwa construction number: 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 dated April 1, 2000 concerning Murabahah in the first stipulation in paragraph 9 stated: "If the Bank wishes to represent customers to the customer for buying goods from third parties, the murabahah sale and purchase agreement must be made after the goods, in principle, become the property of the bank. The "sentence" in principle "in the DSN-MUI Fatwa is translated into practical terms by PT Bank BTPN Syariah with the following statement: "(in murabahah production equipment) if the Bank has confirmed the purchase of the purchase to the developer, then in principle the Bank has purchased the production equipment. Even though there is no cash flow to the developer in accounting, the Bank is committed to making payments for the purchase of production equipment to the developer represented by the customer. by using a wakalah agreement.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has struck many countries, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has created and implemented various policies in dealing with this epidemic, from the central government to the villages. The COVID-19 pandemic response at the local level is regulated in a Village Minister Circular Number 8 of 2020. In tackling the outbreak at the village level, leadership that can embrace all stakeholders is required. This study examines further the collaborative leadership of Wali Nagari in mitigating the COVID-19 pandemic in Nagari Rancak in West Sumatra Province. The research approach used was qualitative with descriptive analysis. The research was conducted in five villages in West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. This study concluded that the three Nagari Rancak, namely Nagari Batu Bulek, Nagari Sungayang, and Nagari Pakan Sinayan, did not apply collaborative leadership to the maximum, while the other two Nagaris, namely the Nyalo IV Koto Mudiek River Village and the Taram Nagari, had implemented a collaborative leadership model. With collaborative leadership, the Nagari’s Wali (leaders) could cover the limitations to overcome COVID-19 impacts in the village.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. His research sites are Paron Elementary School and Kedungputri 1 Elementary School, Ngawi District. Data collection techniques include study documentation, observation and interviews. This research is a library research with a qualitative research approach. Data analysis used in the research is content and descriptive analysis. And the object of data tracking uses literature studies such as books, journals, articles and other literatures related with the materials in this study. In this research it is explained some cases related with Islamic education. So far Islamic education has been always identified with a forum that only offers and presents Islamic studies and it is considered allergic to general materials, one of them is the material of Democracy. So, in this research the researcher tries to raise the internalization of democracy in Islamic education. The research aims to contribute positively to Islamic education in Indonesia so that the practice of democracy in Islamic education can be running well.The conclusion of this research shows that the practice of democracy in Islamic education hasn't been perfect. As a comparison, in this study the researcher presents a form of education in abroad that has tried early to internalize the concept of democracy into Islamic education. There are three countries that have succeeded in internalizing democratic practices into Islamic education. They are Islamic education in Pakistan, Egypt and Turkey. These countries are proper to be comparison studies because the practice of democracy in education is running smoothly and perfectly.
