UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are productive businesses that are needed by individuals and business entities that have fulfilled the criteria as micro businesses. UMKM are distributed in full, each covering micro, small and medium enterprises according to law No. 20 of 2008. When the economic conditions in the village are developed and independent, the community will prosper. Pam Recovery Village has good potential, approved yields, agriculture, and animal husbandry. The economic condition of the pamovery village is supported by market activities and the release away from shipping is less strategic in marketing products. The development of the internet and technology, such as marketing media, known as e-commerce. How can the potential of villages that have been managed in the presence of UMKM be known to the wider community, one of them by utilizing e-commerce media. The focus of community service in the Pam Recovery village in the Kuningan regency that helps and provides assistance in using e-commerce media for UMKM to improve MSME marketing products that are broader, creative and innovative, can improve the livelihoods of the people of the recovery village.Keywords: UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), e-commerce

Pajak merupakan kontribusi wajib kepada Negara yang termasuk utang oleh orang pribadi atau organisasi yang bersifat memaksa berdasarkan Undang-Undang, dengan tidak menghasilkan imbalan yang nyata dan dipakai sebagai keperluan Negara sebesar-besarnya untuk menyejahterakan kemakmuran rakyat dengan Undang-Undang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan Nomor 28 Tahun 2007 (UU KUP No. 28 TAHUN 2007). Usaha mikro adalah usaha yang berjalan dan dimiliki oleh badan usaha maupun perorangan pribadi dengan memenuhi syarat dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) terhadap Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi terhadap objek yang diteliti berdasarkan pada situasi. Sumber Informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa Wajib Pajak yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Khususnya warung-warung yang ada di Pasar Kampung Kulur II sebanyak 5 narasumber atau informan. Berdasarkan hasil ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaku usaha yang menjadi informan penelitian kurang memiliki sedikit pengetahuan tentang pajak.   Kata Kunci : Persepsi, UMKM, Peraturan Pemerintah   ABSTRACT Taxes are mandatory contributions to the State which are included in debts by private persons or organizations that are compelling based on the law, without producing tangible rewards and are used as a large amount of the State's need for the welfare of the people with the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures Number 28 of the year. 2007 (UU KUP No. 28 of 2007). A micro business is a business that runs and is owned by business entities and private individuals by fulfilling the requirements in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008. This study aims to determine the perception of taxpayers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) against Government Regulation (PP) Number 23. In 2018 Sangihe Islands Regency. This research method is a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research conducted to obtain information on the object under study based on the situation. Sources of information in this study are several taxpayers who have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially 5 food stalls in Kampung Kulur II Market. Based on these results, it can be concluded that business actors who are research informants do not have a little knowledge about taxes.   Key Words : Persepetion, UMKM, Development Rules

The Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi program through the collaboration of lecturers from various departments and students in the Community Service Program, through the media information website Ayokedesa The purpose of the long-term Community Service Program implementation in this program is to produce a partnership model. This strategy is carried out to build partnerships with related parties that can increase success in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector as well as communities in the Campakamulya and Pasirmulya Banjaran Villages of Bandung and the Thousand Islands of DKI Jakarta, by implementing strategies through online marketing of products through the UMKMGool website. This Online Marketing Partnership application aims to accelerate business development in the village so as to increase sales. The method to be used is the fact finding method, in addition to collecting data in the literature, also conducting interviews with MSMEs and the community and business process surveys to collect supporting data. The output of this service is the Online Marketing Partnership Application in the form of the UMKMGool website and the ayokedesa information media website, as a means of business idea media, entrepreneurial spirit, business concepts. In addition, through the development of the ayokedesa website, optimizing the implementation of higher education Tridharma namely Teaching, Research and Community Service can help accelerate the development of prosperous villages

The title of this paper is the presentation of potential data for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the Food Sector at vilage office website. The purpose of this paper is the existence of MSME data in food as a source of information for development needs, especially in the food sector. The implementation method consists of preparation and briefing, data collection and data collection to the Village Website. Food MSME data presented on the Website consists of Pipang MSME profiles, the current market and the stabilization of food prices in the market. The Community Service Program 1 UMS Rappang  is expected to benefit the community. By providing MSME data on this website, it is expected to be information for MSME development strategies in particular and the Environment Kampung Pisang in general.

ABSTRACTCommunity empowerment in the era of globalization is facing big challenges. Desa Kebontunggul also faces the same challenge. Desa Kebontunggul is one of the villages located in Gondang, Kabupaten Mojokerto, which becomes a concern for village community empowerment office in Mojokerto. This village has a lot of potential to be developed because its strategic geographical location on the slopes of Mount Anjasmoro. Desa Kebontunggul has some superior products to be developed such as family medicinal plants (toga), organic plants, mushrooms, tortillas, and eggs. Unfortunately, the popularity of those products could not be competed to its natural tourism which is Mbencirang Valley. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in making business plan, especially strengthening the marketing plan for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebontunggul. Through this training and mentoring, superior products of MSMEs in the village are expected having a good marketing plan, thus, they can increase the added value of the products.  ABSTRAKPemberdayaan masyarakat di era globalisasi sedang menghadapi tantangan yang besar. Kondisi ini juga tidak terkecuali untuk masyarat di desa. Desa Kebontunggul merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Mojokerto yang menjadi perhatian bagi Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desa ini memiliki banyak potensi untuk dikembangkan karena letak geografisnya terbilang strategis di lereng Gunung Anjasmoro. Dari segi produk yang bisa dikembangkan, Desa Kebontunggul memiliki potensi produk unggulan diantaranya toga (tanaman obat keluarga), tanaman organik, jamur, tortilla, dan telur. Namun sayang, kepopuleran produk-produk tersebut belum bisa sebanding dengan wisata alam di Kebontunggul yaitu Wisata Lembah Mbencirang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan proposal rencana bisnis khususnya penguatan pada rencana pemasaran kepada para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa Kebontunggul. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, diharapkan masyarakat desa Kebontunggul, khususnya warga yang memiliki usaha di produk unggulan desa, akan memiliki rencana pemasaran bisnis yang baik sehingga dapat menambah nilai tambah dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Franchise is a business which widely targeted by the businessmen. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the field of franchise business has a very good prospect for the economy in Indonesia. Franchise business is very diverse types, we must be careful to choose the franchisor to assist us in starting a franchise business. Although we are under the guidance of the franchisor, we also need to be more innovative to find a new business form of this franchise business. In Karangrejo Village Kandat Sub district Kediri Regency has the leading SMEs in the form of handicraft which called jaranan handicraft. But the craftsmen have not run a franchise in the field of jaranan handicraft. So it is very appropriate to apply sharia-based franchise for SMEs jaranan handicraft in the village. It is because by opening a sharia-based franchise business will provide many benefits, among others, the business will be more advanced, product marketing can be expanded, product quality can be improved, the price of its products can be stable and of course the income can increase. From the results of existing data analysis, the sharia-based franchise is very appropriate run in the SME sector in order to improve the economy and reduce unemployment. Because the franchise that applies the basic principles of sharia economy has advantages that are not owned by franchise in general. Producers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Business Tourism Village, Tegal Waru, Bogor no one has a registered trademark, only label usage on perfunctory packaging, but there are low quality products that are similar to well-known trademark. Manufacturers also conduct conventional transactions. Producers have also not been touched by the regional government and related agencies optimally. The main objectives of this study are: examine the appropriate empowerment model for producers of MSMEs in e commerce transactions and examine the forms of legal protection needed to empower MSMEs producers in Tegal Waru, Bogor. This study uses a literary study and is supported by in depth interviews, with a statute approach, sociologish approach and historish approach, so that data is obtained from both the literature and interviews and support from the results of the questionnaire. The fix empowerment model for MSMEs in Tegal Waru, Bogor in e commerce transactions is to revitalize the role of the organization, the role of the village officials and producers as well as the organization and government's alignments with MSMEs producers in Tegal Waru, especially the Bogor Regency Cooperative Office. The form of legal protection needed to empower producers of MSMEs in Tegal Waru Bogor in e-commerce transactions is legal protection in buying and selling, protection of intellectual property in this case the trademark, and legality of business entities and legal certainty of online transactions.

Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. The results of the incense craftsman activity has been able to produce incense fragrance packaging with the Gunung Katu brand as a superior product, Gunung

ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. This activity was motivated by the low economic status of the village community, which is located far from the center of the district capital. On the other hand, there is potential for the development of kelor (Moringa) in the village. This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the community's economy through Moringa agribusiness in Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunung Kidul Regency. This activity was carried out in January-June 2020, in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency. This activity was attended by the people of Danyangan Hamlet, both men and women. The male participants were those who make a living as farmers. While the female participants were housewives who do not have any permanent livelihood. The number of primary participants were 10 people who were community leaders in Pilangrejo Village. The implementation stages of activities include kelor planting and seedling, training on post-harvest processing, and providing production tool. The implementation of this activity is based on subsystems in agribusiness, namely the upstream (input) subsystem, on-farm subsystem and downstream subsystem. The results of this activity can be said that the piloting of Moringa agribusiness can be one solution that can be done in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Danyangan Hamlet, Pilangrejo Village, Gunung Kidul Regency. The benefits that can be obtained in this activity include the sale of Moringa powder and the use of Moringa as the main menu in the community's food pattern.

It is difficult to find cases of technology-based Small and Medium Enterprises in developing countries, however Chile has some within the biotechnology sector. How has this been possible? As a consequence of the different public policies and structural economic conditions that allowed their emergence, especially in the 1990s. This study describes the historical conditions and how they have been able to create a sector within the Chilean economy. From the analysis of secondary data the emergence of this type of company within the country is described. This analysis shows the link between structural conditions and appropriate public policies, meaning that these companies did not emerge by chance. Understanding their development process is crucial to promote the creation of more such technology-based Small and Medium Enterprises, as they have many positive externalities and are more globally competitive.
