BUDAYA PATRIARKI DALAM KUMPULAN CERPEN CERITA PENDEK TENTANG CERITA CINTA PENDEK KARYA DJENAR MAESA AYU

This study uses a feminist perspective with the aim of identifying the forms of patriarchy culture in a collection of Short Stories Cerita Pendek tentang Cerita Cinta Pendek by Djenar Maesa Ayu. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. The data in this research are in the form of text which refers to the formulation of a problem about patriarchal culture in a collection of Short Stories Cerita Pendek tentang Cerita Cinta Pendek, while the source of data in this study is a collection of Short Stories Cerita Pendek tentang Cerita Cinta Pendek by Djenar Maesa Ayu published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama in 2016. The data validity technique in this study uses the validity and reliability test. The validity test used by the author is semantic or content validity oriented to the depth of the interpretation process, accuracy, broad and complete interpretation, and the accuracy of interpretation and description based on the analysis knife used. The reliability test used in this research is interrater which is done through the process of reading texts repeatedly with the aim to obtain constant and in-depth data. Data collection techniques are done by reading and note-taking techniques, while data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of identification, classification, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, in a collection of short stories Cerita Pendek tentang Cerita Cinta Pendek by Djenar Maesa Ayu, there is a patriarchal culture in the form of a father's power in the family and sexual sadism.

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

Waste generation in recent years has been increasing. The main problem is in the lack of environmental awareness. Awareness can be influenced by behavior, knowledge and income. This research wants to find out whether these 3 factors have an influence to the awareness of housewives who manage their household waste that live in residential area partially and fully. Questionnaires using likert scale that have undergone validity and reliability test were distributed online using Google Form to 100 housewives. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. Results showed that behavior and knowledge have positive significant influence toward awareness while income has no significance towards awareness on the respondents.

Abstrak: Kesenjangan gender dalam masyarakat Jepang telah lama menjadi isu global. Permasalahan ini sering menimbulkan konflik, utamanya pada perempuan dengan peran ganda. Pengaruh budaya patriarki yang kental ditenggarai sebagai salah satu penyebabnya. Penelitian ini memaparkan konflik yang dialami pekerja perempuan dengan peran ganda di Jepang dengan berpijak pada sudut pandang teori budaya patriarki dan konsep relasi gender. Data yang digunakan adalah drama Jepang berjudul Eigyo Bucho Kira Natsuko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk konflik yang dialami pekerja perempuan dengan peran ganda. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan fakta bahwa dalam menegosiasikan perannya di sektor publik tokoh perempuan, Kira Natsuko, mengalami diskriminasi yang dilakukan atasannya terkait cuti melahirkan yang diambilnya. Sikap penolakan juga datang dari pasangannya terkait keputusannya untuk kembali bekerja setelah melahirkan.Abstract: Gender inequality in Japanese society has long been a global issue. This problem often creates conflicts, especially among women with multiple roles. The strong patriarchal culture in Japanese society is one of the cause. This study will discuss the conflicts experienced by female workers with multiple roles from gender perspective. Data used is a Japanese drama entitled Eigyo Bucho Kira Natsuko. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of conflict experienced by female workers with dual roles. The approach used in this article is qualitative method. Data analysed through the process of identification, classification, interpretation and conclusion. Data validity techniques in this study using validity and reliability tests. The validity test is carried out through the interpretation process of the conversational data. While the reliability test is carried out through the process of reading the text repeatedly in order to obtain constant and in-depth data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the influence of patriarchal culture on the emergence of work-family conflict in a female character named Kira Natsuko.

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service quality which including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy at karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung on customer satisfaction. This research uses descriptive analysis, simple Linear Regression analysis, validity and reliability test and t test. Populations in this study are 138 persons. The sample in this resech area 100 persons o f karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung customers with a accidental sampling method and slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’s scale, interview and documentation.The data analysis technique and research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and linear regression. The result of this research shows positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung. Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, kesigapan, jaminan dan impati yang diberikan oleh Karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tamu-tamu dari Karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung sejumlah sekitar 138 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan melalui kuisioner, wawancara menggunakan sekala likert dan dukumentasi. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan regresi linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dansignifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada Karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung. Crackers are snack products made from tapioca starch dough or the addition of other permitted food stuffs. Crakers are widely known to have a distinctive taste and cn be accepted by everyone. The level and type needs and desires of the consumer can be different from one another, which led to the choice of opening up business opportunities became more and more bigger, election reasons and election objectives and factors to be considered in a business venture on each consumer are also different. Other that, determine which segments the market shares are located and identify consumers into segments of a particular segment as well as identify targets what is achieved and its position. In order to support the success of research to be conducted in the cracker processing industry UD. Sukma CAP MD which is where the first step of the research to be done before doing the research is a literature study to find a reference about segmentation analysis, targeting, positioning to consumer satisfaction and using descriptive analysis method, test validity, test reliability, test normality data, multiple linier regression analysis and co efficient of determination. The results showed that the test validity and reliability test on the data processed to produce valid and real data, with multiple linier regression values of vaue Y = -0,8266 + 0,3452x1+ 0,3795x2 + 0,1333x3 + 0,0904x4 and coefficient of determination () greatest 0,4624%. This shows that 46,24% great customer loyalty. Value of determination of 0,4624% ahows that the product of independent variables is considered to have only a small simultaneous effect on the dependent variable.

The objective of the research to analyze the influence of each tangible varible (X1) empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) to customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang. Data collection of research through questionnaire method to 80 customers JNE Branch Ulak Karang Padang with purposive sampling method to know the responses of respondents to each - each variable. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability test , descriptive analysis , classic assumption test including normality test , test heterocedasticity , multicollinearity test , hypothesis testing via the T test. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis . Based on this research, obtained regression equation Y = 6.703+ 0.751X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.551X3 + 1.037X4 + 0.916X5 + e, that tangible (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) of significant positive customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang.

The research aimed to analyze “The Impact of Tourism on Village Society”. The methodology of the study was quantitative research and descriptive analysis. The research was located in Sumurugul village. Respondents of this research were 92 residents. The data was collected by using convenience sampling. The data was analyzed by using validity and reliability test, frequency, and descriptive (mean) analysis. The study found that there is the positive impact of tourism on village society in Sumurugul in the point of economics, social, and environment aspect. The implication of this study showed that tourism should be one of the alternatives to develop a village.

The research is aimed to know the relationship between a social support of families with optimism the future of the inmate 's murder at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is optimism . The measuring instrument used in this study is scale social support and optimism scale . Mechanical taking samples in the study is using the technique of saturated samples . Samples in research this is 38 people inmate cases killings at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique . The results of the coefficient of the validity of the scale of social support moves from r ix = 0.30 9 until the r ix = 0, 689 with the coefficient of reliability of α = 0.9 14 while on a scale of optimism moving from r ix = 0.3 09 up to r ix = 0.799 with the co efficient of reliability of α = 0.9 35 . Based on data analysis , a correlation value of 0, 928 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between social support from the family and optimism in the murder convicts in Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang .

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation to work on teacher performance. The population in this study were teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Agam. Samples taken as many as 35 respondents using census techniques. The data analysis methods that I use in conducting this research is using validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis of variables, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the work discipline variable (X1) positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is evidenced by a significant probability value to the work discipline is 0,001 less than 0.05. It was identified that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is proved by the probability of significant value to the work motivation of 0,003 is much smaller than 0.05.

Orif itreachesacertainlevel of resultswith the least effortpossiblegiven.The objective of this study is to know and to analyze the influence of expertise, consistency, and working conditions on efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. The method used in this study is the survey approach, the study was descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research is explanatory research. The population in this study was all employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu, with the amount to 65 employees, and sample in this study all population. Data were collected by doing interviews, documentation study and giving questionnaires. Variables examined by using a likert scale. First questionnaire was tested by using the validity and reliability test. Processing data with SPSS software version 17.0 ware analyzed by using descriptive analysis an hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression.The finding in this study show that expertise, consistency, and working conditions are simultaneously significant effect of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. And partially expertise, and working conditions signicantly influence of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu, and consistency no signicantly influence of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu.
