 This study aimed to determine the role of the sub-district government in managing the UPPO program. The results of this study were expected as the input for the Kolai sub-district government in performing their duties and functions as the spearhead of Indonesian government. Academically, the results of this study were expected to provide more values which can then be compared with other scientific research, particularly the study under the problem of the role of sub-district government. This was a descriptive quantitative research, basically, this was a survey study and samples in this study were 35 people by purposive sampling technique . Data were collected by using techniques such as observation, questionnaires and developed interviews for the respondent . The data were analyzed by descriptive quantitatively, in which all the data collected by the authors, and then presented in the form of frequency tabulation completed by the responds of respondents obtained from informants , interviews , and questionnaires . The results showed an active role of sub-district government in managing UPPO program that can influence the community participation in UPPO management. By the support and assist of the sub-district government, UPPO management program can run well. Moreover, the support and assist of the sub-district government towards UPPO program management were 1. Facilitate the UPPO program 2. Facilitate meetings between the representatives agricultural services and society as of manager UPPO program 3 . Carrying out training .  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan program UPPO. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah desa kolai dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai ujung tombak pemerintahan Indonesia. Dari segi akademik, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberi nilai tambah yang selanjutnya dapat dikomparasikan dengan penelitian-penelitian ilmiah lainnya, khususnya yang mengkaji masalah peranan pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif, dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik berupa observasi, kuesioner serta dikembangkan dengan wawancara kepada responden. Data tersebut dianalisis secara Deskriptip kuantitatif yaitu menganalisis semua data yang berhasil dikumpulkan penulis, dan selanjutnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi frekuensi dilengkapi dengan tanggapan responden yang diperoleh dari hasil Informan, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran aktif aparat pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaaan program UPPO dapat berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan UPPO. Dengan adanya dukungan dan bantuan dari pemerintah desa maka pengelolaan program UPPO dapat berjalan lancar. Adapun bentuk dukungan dan bantuan pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan program UPPO adalah (1). Memfasilitasi pengadaan program UPPO (2). Memfasilitasi pertemuan utusan dinas pertanian dengan msyarakat pengelola program UPPO (3). Melakukan pembinaan.

This study aims to investigate the variables that affect customer e-loyalty through the moderation and mediation role of brand image and E-CRM quality. Those variables include e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value. This is a quantitative research with 152 respondents, chosen through the purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The findings are that E-CRM quality is positively and significantly related to customer e-loyaty. E-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value positively and significantly has positive and significant impacts on customer e-loyalty through the mediation role of E-CRM quality. Abstrak. Kesepian merupakan permasalahan psikologis yang berdampak negatif bagi perkembangan lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang bertujuan untuk menelaah peran dari kebersyukuran terhadap kesepian pada lansia yang telah menjanda dan menduda. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 orang lansia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rentang usia 60-90 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form (GQ-6) dan UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3). Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara kebersyukuran dan kesepian. Semakin tinggi tingkat kebersyukuran pada lansia maka semakin rendah kesepian yang dirasakan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2020 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds in 2021, SDG's Desa contains 18 development visions that are adapted to the customary conditions of each village. In realizing this vision, one of the obstacles to be overcome is the lack of community participation. This is also experienced by the Karangpawitan Village in Karawang Regency.   The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach. The results showed that since the end of 2019, community participation began to grow and resulted in development programs such as the Waste Bank and BSF Maggot Farm Greenday. The program is supported by the active role of the Karangpawitan sub-district government to the maximum so that it has succeeded in massively increasing community participation while producing various benefits.

AbstrakLATAR BELAKANG: Kehilangan perinatal terjadi karena kematian janin pada usia lebih dari 22 minggu dan kematian bayi baru lahir hingga usia 28 hari kehidupan. Respon duka yang terjadi pada empat hingga enam minggu setelah peristiwa kematian janin/bayi disebut acute grief (duka akut) dan  dianggap sebagai respon yang normal. Pada kehilangan perinatal, pengalaman acute grief yang tidak dikelola dengan tepat akan meningkatkan kerentanan ibu untuk mengalami gangguan kelekatan pada kehamilan berikutnya maupun gangguan psikologis.TUJUAN: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman acute grief pada ibu dengan kehilangan perinatal dan upaya yang dilakukan ibu untuk mengelola duka yang dialami.METODE: Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu dengan pengalaman kehilangan perinatal yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah partisipan hingga tercapai saturasi data dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 partisipan. Kriteria inklusi penelitian ini yaitu a) ibu dengan pengalaman acute grief karena kehilangan perinatal, b) lama kehilangan perinatal yaitu 7 minggu – 2 tahun. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan modified Stevick-Colaizzi-Keen.HASIL: Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga temuan tema yaitu ibu mengalami berbagai perasaan duka yang bercampur menjadi satu, ada kekosongan setelah kehilangan perinatal, dan pendekatan spiritual sebagai strategi koping yang bermakna.SIMPULAN: Kehilangan perinatal telah mengarahkan ibu pada pengalaman  acute grief. Strategi koping pendekatan spiritual menjadi strategi yang digunakan oleh semua ibu dan memberikan hasil yang bermakna bagi kestabilan emosional ibu. Perlu adanya peran aktif dari tenaga kesehatan dalam memberikan dukungan psikologis dan atau konseling kepada ibu untuk membangun strategi koping yang adaptif dan meningkatkan outcome kesehatannya.Kata kunci: kehilangan perinatal, acute grief, koping, pendekatan spiritual.  AbstractBACKGROUND: Perinatal loss occurs due to the death of a fetus at the age over 22 weeks and the death of newborn babies up to 28 days of life. Acute grief defined as response of grief that occurs at four to six weeks immediately after the events of fetus/ baby death and is considered as a normal response. Acute grief experience which is not managed properly will increase the vulnerability of women to experience attachment disorder on subsequent pregnancies as well as psychological disorder.OBJECTIVE: This study aims to explore the experience of acute grief on mothers with perinatal loss and their efforts to manage the grief responses.METHODS: Mothers with perinatal loss as a participant were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data saturation in this research was reached in the ninth participant. Inclusion criteria for the study is  a) mother with acute grief experience due of perinatal loss, b) the length of perinatal loss was 7 weeks-2 years. Data were analyzed using the modified Stevick-Colaizzi-Keen method.RESULTS: Three themes which emerge in this study are mother experiences various feelings of grief that mixed into one, emptiness after perinatal loss, and spiritual approach is a meaningful coping strategy.CONCLUSION: Perinatal loss has brought the mother to experience acute grief. Spiritual approaches used by all mothers and provide meaningful results for their emotional stability. An active role of health care provider in providing psychological support and counseling is strongly needed to build adaptive koping strategies and improve mother health outcome after perinatal loss.Keyword: perinatal loss, acute grief, coping, spiritual approach.

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.

The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.

Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. ABSTRAK Dalam suatu perusahaan asuransi, agen asuransi adalah hal penting, karena menjadi gambaran atau cerminan dari perusahaan asuransi didepan nasabah perusahaan asuransi. Melihat begitu pentingnya agen asuransi dalam perusahaan, perusahaan asuransi memberikan penghargaan untuk mendukung jenjang karir agen sehingga pada akhirnya membuat agen akan terikat dengan perusahaan sehingga munculnya work engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada agen asurasni perusahaan X. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 orang agen asuransi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara resiliensi dengan work engagement dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,286 (p = 0,003). Dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang berarti pada setiap variabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan apabila resiliensi agen tinggi, maka work engagement agen akan tinggi juga dan sebaliknya. Peneliti menyarankan untuk pihak perusahaan asuransi untuk selalu berkembang untuk mendengarkan pendapat dari agen sehingga terjalin hubungan yang baik antara agen dan pekerjaannya. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, work engagement, agen asuransi ABSTRACT In an insurance company, insurance agent is an important thing. Insurance Agent could become an image or reflection of insurance company in front of clients. By looking at the importance of insurance agent, insurance company will gives reward to support agent's career path which finally is making agents tied to the company and resulting the appearance of work engagement. The purpose of this dissertation is to understand the correlation between resilience and work engagement of insurance agent in X-Company. The method that being used is Correlational Quantitative Research Method. The data is being collected by questionnaire with  104 insurance agent amount of sample and purposive sampling technique. The result of this dissertation shows that there's a positive and strong correlation between resilience and work engagement with 0.286 correlation coefficient value (p = 0.003). It shows that there's a meaningful correlation in each variable so it can be said if the resilience of agent is high, the work engagement of the agent is also high and vice versa. Writer suggest that company can be actively  participate in communicating with its agents so that there will be a good correlation between agents and their job. Keywords : Resilience, Work engagement, insurance

The Covid-19 pandemic hampers the cultivation of character values ​​in students, therefore it is necessary for the role of parents in Blended Learning to instill character values. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using stratified proportional random sampling. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the significance value of the parent's role was 0.157 > 0.05. The significance value for the student character is 0.280 > 0.05 so that the data is normally distributed. Test for linearity sig 0.305 > 0.05 so that the variables X and Y are linear. The results of the hypothesis test are 0.000 <0.05, and the Pearson Correlation value is 0.600, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the role of parents in blended learning and the cultivation of character values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.
