Pre-eclampsia/Eclampsia is the second largest cause of maternal death after postpartum hemorrhage. There are some risk factors that influence the occurrence of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia. The aim of the research was to analyze the correlation between risk factors and find the most influence factors to the incidence of severe pre-eclampsia in RSUD District Bekasi. This case control study research done by using secondary data by looking at the data in patient medical records in RSUD District Bekasi period June 2015 - June 2016 and then analyzed using univariate, bivariate with Chi-square and multivariate logistic regression. Sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results of the bivariate analysis showed there was a significant relationship between gravidity, obesity and history of pre-eclampsia with severe pre-eclampsia with each value of p = 0.022 (OR: 0.251), p = 0.002 (OR: 6,923) and p = 0.0001 (OR: 9.273). Multivariate analysis showed that history of pre-eclampsia and obesity are factors that most influence to the occurrence of severe pre-eclampsia. There was a significant relationship between gravidity, history of pre-eclampsia and obesity with severe pre-eclampsia. Primigravidas 2.51 times higher risk, history of pre-eclampsia positive 6,923 times higher and obesity 9.273 times higher more at risk of developing severe pre-eclampsia.

Based on IDHS Survey in 2012, the average Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) was recorded at 359/100,000 live births. The average mortality rate was much higher compared to the results of IDHS survey in 2007 which was reached 228/100,000 live births. World health organization (WHO) in 2000s introduced Intranatal Care to prevent complications in childbirth. Intranatal care then was introduced to the student through university subject, in which 40% was theory and 60% was laboratory clinic practicum. This research aimed to determine the correlation between laboratory skills frequency and the result of intranatal care practicum of midwifery program students of health faculty in Universitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin. Methods: This research was quantitative study using descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used was total sampling. The data were collected using secondary data which was presented in the form of data, tables, diagrams, or research topics by using Chi Square test with 95% significance level of 5,991. 32 (37,2%) respondents with <5 times of lab skill frequency showed <75 test scores, while 51 out of 54 (59,3%) respondents who had ≥5 lab skill frequency had ≥ 75 exam scores. Statistical analysis using Chi Square showed the value of p=0,000, which means that there was a correlation between lab skill frequency and the results of the practical test. Conclusion: It can be concluded that improving learning activities in the laboratory will improve students' practical abilities

Abstract:Neonatal asphyxia is a condition where the baby can not breathe spontaneously and regularly soon after birth or shortly after birth. Birth weight is a part of the factors that can cause neonatal asphyxia. Research conducted retrospective observational analytic approach to determine the relationship between birth weight and neonatal asphyxia which uses secondary data from medical records of patients. The study was conducted in August-October 2015 in the NICU and medical record room of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 334 cases. The statistical test used is chi-square test with 95% confidence level. The results showed that of 334 cases of birth weight data showed 17.4% risk birth weight and no-risk birth weight by 82,6%. Neonatal asphyxia 26.3% and 73.7% of no-neonatal asphyxia. Based on the statistical test showed p = 0.674 so that it can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between birth weight and neonatal asphyxia in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin period June 2014-June 2015.Keywords: neonatal asphyxia, birth weight, risk factor Abstrak: Asfiksia neonatorum adalah suatu keadaan dimana bayi tidak dapat bernapas secara spontan dan teratur segera setelah lahir atau beberapa saat setelah lahir. Kata-kata kunci: asfiksia neonatorum, berat badan lahir, faktor risiko
