In the past two years, with the continuous development of the Internet economy and the increase of e-commerce platforms, product sales in the form of live broadcast have also become the mainstream. This article takes e-commerce live broadcasts as the starting point, and takes consumers who have experienced live broadcasts to make impulsive purchases as the research object. Based on theoretical research and empirical analysis, this article focuses on the factors that trigger consumer impulsive buying behaviors in e-commerce live broadcasts, including marketing incentives (promotion discounts), scenarios (anchor interaction) and individual characteristics (positive emotions) and their influence mechanisms. Through the analysis of the above factors, consumers have a clearer understanding of the psychological activities and purchasing behaviors when their impulse purchases occur, and guide different consumer groups to make rational and appropriate consumption. On the other hand, they assist e-commerce companies to make full use of live marketing, value and precise positioning of target consumer groups, optimization of corporate marketing decision-making and management level.

The theme of this paper is ,,Trends of Consumer Purchases via Social Media according to the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Model’’. Social media are an important platform for entrepreneurship development, and a lot of entrepreneurs are using social media for marketing and selling activities in order to increase sales and attract potential customers. The topicality of the research is based on economic development requirements. The aim of the research – to identify the situation and to develop proposals for entrepreneurs and managers in Latvia. The tasks of the research are the following: to develop a survey, to carry out theoretical research; to develop proposals. The research period was from March until June 2021. General scientific research methods were used in the research: the monographic and descriptive methods, the survey method, the comparative analysis method for studying the concept of SOR at social networking and future development possibilities. The survey conducted in the study showed the tendencies of Latvian consumers' purchases via social media. The study hypothesis confirmed that according to the Stimulus-OrganismResponse Model, advertising, opinion leaders, and user-generated content act as the stimulus (S) to evoke positive emotions (O), which later leads to impulse purchases (R) for consumers.

Human Resources are important assets, Accounting for human resources Human Resource Accounting is an acknowledgment that people constitute human capital and human assets. The economic theory of human capital is based on the concept that humans have the skills, experience, and knowledge which are forms of capital, which are called "human capital managementthat must be owned in the world of work. Although now the world is getting more sophisticated but if there is no Human intervention, of course the machine will not work well. As in the world of work the Consumer Loan Area Of Manado of course, is in desperate need of Human Resources, in achieving  loan credit. Consumer Loan Area Manado customers must maintain and balance the development of local Human Resources. To reach the target, of course, the Consumer Loan has its own way of empolying Human Resources called sales. Sales work to product sales and must understand marketing management in Consumer Loansfor example, collaterals from each registered developer. And sales gave developers an offer so that developers would also want to join the Bank Mandiri Consumer Loan In Manado. However, the sales must also obey and understand the regulations in the Consumer Loan.and if Human Resources work well in the company where they work. Then each gets a profit, for example. Sales get a lucrative bonus from the company because it has helped to achieve the target of Home Ownership Loans. Abstract Treating adolescent depression effectively requires providing interventions that are optimally suited to patients’ individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, we aim to develop an algorithm that matches patients with optimal treatment among cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), fluoxetine (FLX), and combination treatment (COMB). We leveraged data from a completed clinical trial, the Treatment for adolescents with depression study, where a wide range of demographic, clinical, and psychosocial measures were collected from adolescents diagnosed with major depressive disorder prior to treatment. Machine-learning techniques were employed to derive a model that predicts treatment response (week 12 children’s depression rating scale-revised [CDRS-R]) to CBT, FLX, and COMB. The resulting model successfully identified subgroups of patients that respond preferentially to specific types of treatment. Specifically, our model identified a subgroup of patients (25%) that achieved on average a 16.9 point benefit on the CDRS-R from FLX compared to CBT. The model also identified a subgroup of patients (50%) that achieved an average benefit up to 19.0 points from COMB compared to CBT. Physical illness and disability were identified as overall predictors of response to treatment, regardless of treatment type, whereas baseline CDRS-R, psychosomatic symptoms, school missed, view of self, treatment expectations, and attention problems determined the patients’ response to specific treatments. The model developed in this study provides a critical starting point for personalized treatment planning for adolescent depression.

With electricity-using appliances as the starting point, we seek to uncover the normative authority in the performance of practices among households in Western Switzerland. Through complementary methods, we explore normativity in practices that involve communicating and entertaining, cleaning and tidying up, and storing food and preparing meals. Combined with this approach is an understanding of emotions in practice, which are used as a heuristic device for uncovering how people performing practices feel that they are either aligned with how things ought or should be done, or conversely reveal any tensions in relation to the explicit or implicit normative authority. We see these points of tension as opportunities for change in designing experiments in a bounded space and time where practices can be performed differently – towards disconnecting, washing less, or sharing meal preparation and storage, for example. We conclude with discussions on the importance of enacting ‘deviant’ practices as performances and staging positive emotions, towards finding coherent ways to challenge the normative authority tied up with practices that rely on ‘more, bigger, better’ household appliances.

The starting point for this study was the hypothesis that creativity is connected with emotions. The author applied CogAT, a widely known instrument for measuring creativity, calibrated it on the observed sample, and obtained a high level of internal consistency, as measured using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0,83). In addition, he drafted his own instrument called CREM, measuring creativity and emotions. It was also calibrated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and obtained satisfactory coefficients (α = 0,50 for tasks in a mathematics textbook, α = 0,83 for positive emotions and α = 0,78 for negative emotions). Crossing variables showed that creativity is in fact driven by emotions, but more by negative than positive ones. The stability of the correlation was tested measuring the effect size. It turned out that the correlation increased over time (r = –0,41 to r = –0,88). This is indeed logical – the longer we carry a problem, the more frustration will grow over not finding a solution. What remains is to explore whether a creative solution elicits positive emotions.

The results of theoretical research identify the following specific features of spiritual intelligence development among future educators: awareness of self-realization, ability to forecast, professionalism, and capability of the person to self-regulation. Spiritual intelligence is represented as the highest form of intelligence of the teacher’s personality, which determines the structure of one’s values, is used for self-expression (which is the primary goal of pedagogical activity), and is a determining success factor in the process of forming a model of understanding the meaning of life by the followers. The spiritual intelligence of a teacher guides one’s ability for self-improvement and self-motivation for effective, humanistic-oriented pedagogical activity, and is the main mean of finding teacher's own “Me” within the framework of the professional activity. The core traits of the highly-developed spiritual intelligence of the teacher are seen in one’s ability to inspire others, to a deep self-awareness, to flexibility in making pedagogical decisions, as well as in one's capability of representing compassion and openness in relation to the learners. Spiritual and intellectual abilities and skills may have significant differences among people, depending on the individual characteristics of the individual, one’s spiritual beliefs, religious preconditions for one’s formation and development. The spiritual intelligence of the individual can be advanced throughout life, and this tendency may be referred to as the necessary prerequisite for the professional development of teachers and their achievement of a high level of pedagogical mastery.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the specificity of the lexical-semantic and syntactic valency of lexical units nominating emotions in the poem “Then, fare thee well” by T. Moore. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that it has been carried out in line with the linguo-cognitive paradigm and aims to identify the specifics of the compatibility of emotions nominations with other lexical units verbalizing the fragment of the concept “the emotional world”. The novelty of the research is associated with its anthropocentric orientation and interdisciplinary nature of the interpretation of the material, which implies the study of the artistic concept sphere “the emotional world” on the material of the poem “Then, fare thee well” by T. Moore from the standpoint of cognitive linguistics, psychology and literary criticism.Methodology and sources. The theoretical basis of this research is presented by the works of scientists V.Yu. Apresjan, E.V. Galeeva, N.A. Krasavskii, I.N. Kucher, S.G. Lyubova, K.O. Pogosova, E.A. Rozhnova, who considered the essence of emotional concepts as culturally conditioned mental constructs, i.e. directly related to the worldview of representatives of a particular ethnic group. In the article we use the following research methods: the method of definitional analysis, the functional-semantic method, the method of component analysis, the descriptive method, as well as methods of continuous sampling and quantitative data processing. Results and discussion. In the present study, the classification of lexical units verbalizing the manifestations of emotional states in the poem “Then, fare thee well” by T. Moore has been made. In the semantic structure of the lexemes under consideration, we highlight and categorize the semes marked by the correlation with the emotional sphere of people. The linguo-cognitive analysis of the lexic and syntactic valency of the primary and secondary nominations of emotions, carried out in the work, revealed the specifics of the conceptualization of emotional states and experiences in the individual author's picture of the world.Conclusion. It has been established that the artistic conceptual sphere “emotional world” in the poem “Then, fare thee well” by T. Moore consists of two closely interrelated concepts – “negative emotions” and “positive emotions”, verbalized by lexemes nominating a wide range of emotional experiences of the lyrical character. It is concluded that the associative-figurative characteristics attributed to a specific emotion in the artistic world of the author carry valuable culturally relevant information about the individual characteristics of the interpretation of emotional concepts both by the poet himself and by the “naïve” thinking of an English-speaking person as a representative of his language and culture.

This text focuses on issues related to indigenous school education in Brazil, as well as the assumptions of interculturality to think about it. This is a theoretical research, of a qualitative nature. Indigenous school education in Brasil today demands a critical and careful posture. What today is known as the Brazilian Nation was formed through the meeting of three ethnical-cultural origins: the Tupi-Guarani, the Portuguese and the African. Such confirmation refers to an obvious conclusion: any educational proposition that is intended as generous and inclusive needs to take into account the matters relative to the cultural diversity of the Brazilian society. For this intercultural dialogue to happen it is necessary to break with the colonial mentality. There must be a relationship paradigm that recognizes and respects the indigenous singularity and promotes its protagonism (Castro, 2000). The LDB proposes a group of guidelines that even with its frailties, if put to practice, could provide progress in the public policies about the indigenous school education. The educational progress in the indigenous communities– taking the Guarani as an example – happens through an exchange of experiences, building a collective knowledge, intermediated by the Karaí. We propose an indigenous school education that takes as its starting point some interculturality fundaments, mediated by dialogicity.
