Pasien skizofrenia dengan halusinasi dapat mengalami gangguan perawatan diri karena adanya perubahan proses pikir, mengakibatkan terjadinya gangguan membran mukosa mulut, gatal-gatal dan infeksi di bagian tubuh lainnya. Pasien skizofrenia Kota Solok tahun 2018 berjumlah 156 orang dimana 51 orang diantaranya halusinasi, terbanyak terdapat di Puskesmas Tanjung Paku yaitu 32 orang (42,67%). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran perawatan diri pasien skizofrenia dengan halusinasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Solok tahun 2019. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif, pengumpulan data secara observasi pada September-Oktober 2019 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Solok tahun 2019. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien halusinasi yang pernah dirawat di RSJ dan berobat di Puskesmas Tanjung Paku, sejumlah 32 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling. Data diolah secara manual dan dianalisa secara univariat untuk ditampilkan berupa tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh lebih dari sebahagian (62,5%) responden tampak bersih dalam kebersihan dirinya, sebahagian besar (75%) responden tampak mampu dalam berhias diri. Hampir keseluruhan (96,9%) responden tampak mampu dalam makan, dan hampir keseluruhan (96,9%) responden tampak bersih setelah BAB/BAK. Kata kunci: halusinasi, perawatan diri, skizofrenia SELF-HEALTH CARE OF SCIZOPHFRENIA PATIENTS WITH HALUSINATION ABSTRACTSchizophrenic patients with hallucinations can experience self-care disorders due to changes in thought processes, resulting in disruption of the oral mucous membrane, itching and infection in other parts of the body. Schizophrenic patients in Solok City in 2018 totaled 156 people, of which 51 were hallucinations, most were in the Tanjung Paku Health Center, 32 people (42.67%). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of self-care schizophrenia patients with hallucinations in the working area of Tanjung Paku Health Center in Solok City in 2019. The study was descriptive, observational data collection in September-October 2019 in the working area of Tanjung Paku Health Center in Solok City in 2019. The study population was all hallucination patients who had been treated at the mental hospital and treated at the Tanjung Paku Health Center, a total of 32 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data is processed manually and analyzed univariately to be displayed in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results obtained by more than half (62.5%) of respondents looked clean in their personal hygiene, most (75%) of respondents seemed able to decorate themselves. IHC is a community service post, which is one of the community-based health effort managed and organized from, by, for and with the community, the decline becomes inactive cadres in IHC activities may lead to the ineffectiveness of service. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the activeness of cadres in the IHC of Betungan Health Center in the city of Bengkulu in 2017. The design study used was an observational analytic cross sectional approach, this study was conducted in Betungan health center in Bengkulu on March 11 to June 11, 2017. The study population were all cadres in Betungan health center Bengkulu, with the samples of 49 people taken by using a total sampling technique. The collection of data was done directly using the check list sheet, and analyzed using the chi-square test for the education and exacted fisher test used in the variable age and occupation. The results showed nearly all (87.8) aged 25-54, the majority (73.5) were less educated, almost all (87.8) did not work and almost all (87.8) were active cadres. The results of chi-square value of age (p = 0.01), education (p = 0.00) and work (p = 1.000). with the rate of 95%, if p <0.05 means that there was a relationship between age and education, and if this study p> 0.05 means that there was no relationship between the work with the cadres activeness in Betungan health center in Bengkulu.This study is expected to provide information about the factors associated with the activeness of the cadres in IHC activities to institutions of the clinic, cadres and researchers.

Perenium rupture is a tear that occurs in the perenium region during labor. Factors that influence the healing of perineal wounds include maternal nutritional needs that are sufficiently seen from the Body Mass Index (BMI), personal hygiene, mothers mobilizing. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the healing of perenium wounds in postpartum mothers at Turi Health Center and Lamongan Health Center in 2018. The research design used is quantitative research using a "cross sectional" approach. The sampling technique used is Simple Rendom Sampling with a sample of 116 respondents. Analysis technique with logistic regression test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the mobilization of p-value 0,000 <0,05, Personal Hygiene p-value 0,009 <0,05, and Nutritional Status p-value 0,009 <0,05 with healing of perennial wounds. And also found a significant simultaneous influence between personal hygiene mobilization, and nutritional status of perenium wound healing with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05 with the most dominant factor affecting wound healing is personal hygiene. Mother's personal hygiene helps reduce the source of infection and increases comfort in the mother. By preventing infection in perenium wounds, the wound can heal quickly

Leprosy or leprosy is an infectious disease caused by infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae) which attacks various parts of the body including nerves and skin. Based on data obtained from the Kebon Jeruk Health Center, leprosy cases were still found, namely from 2016 5 cases, then there was a very significant increase in 2017 to 16 cases, in 2018 to 14 cases, and 2019 until April 7 cases were found. This study aims to determine the factors related to the incidence of leprosy in the working area of ​​the Kebon Jeruk Public Health Center in 2019. This study used a case-control design with a sample size of 90 respondents. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique for the case group and purposive sampling for the control group and analyzed with the chi-square test which was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. In the results of this study, there were 30 respondents (33.3%) who suffered from leprosy. There is a significant relationship between age (ρ = 000), personal hygiene (ρ = 0.000) with the incidence of leprosy. It is recommended that respondents maintain personal hygiene and improve a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS).

Bacground: Complaints in critical patients are an unpleasant experience as long as patients are admitted to the ICU. Critical patients with pain are still common and need collaboration to reduce patients in the ICU.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the Pain Level Description of Critical Patients with Sleep Hygiene Care in the Intensive Care Unit.Method: Research design is descriptive-analytic. The study population was all critical patients in the ICU. The study sample was a portion of critical patients who received 170 sleep hygiene care patients. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research variable is a description of the patient's pain level. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were collected and analyzed using the frequency distribution method.Result: The results of the pain indicator on the Facial Expression study found that the majority of respondents showed grimacings (46.6%), Body movements study found that most showed restlessness (39.4%), Vocalization found that almost all respondents showed Tolerating ventilator or movement / Talking in normal tone / no sound (72.9%), Muscle tension assessment found that most respondents showed Relaxed as much (51.8%). The results of the study showed that the pain scale based on CPOT of the majority of respondents had mild pain as many as 64 respondents (37.6%).Conclusion: Pain description in critical patients with sleep hygiene care shows that there are still many patients who feel pain and need identification and further intervention to reduce it.

Schizophrenia is a serious disease that results in psychotic behavior, disruption in processing information, and interpersonal relationships, the prevalence of schizophrenia in Indonesia, which is around 400,000 people, patients with schizophrenia tend to experience a decrease in self-care. This is due to the decline in some brain functions that are owned by these patients which make it difficult to express emotions, withdraw from the social environment, lose motivation, not interested in doing daily activities, and ignore personal hygiene, to self-care schizophrenic patients need a family role. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the role of the family and self-care in schizophrenic patients in the Outpatient Installation of the Mental Hospital of West Java Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive correlation research, using accidental sampling technique and cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 296 patient families. This study used a family role questionnaire and self-care questionnaire. The independent variables studied were the role of the family and the dependent variable studied, namely self-care. Univariate analysis uses frequency distribution and bivariate using chi-square. The results showed that patients had a good family role of 151 respondents (51.0%), and for self-care patients who needed as many as 125 (42.2%) assistive devices. There is a significant relationship between the relationship of the role of the family and self-care in schizophrenic patients p-value = 0.006.   Keywords: self-care, family role

Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic, many restrictions on almost all routine services including maternal and newborn health services. Some pregnant women are reluctant to go to health facilities for fear of contracting it. The exercise need fulfillment of pregnant women's is disrupted by a pandemic because the gym and the park are closed or fear of the virus exposure when exercising outside the home. Objective: The purpose of the study was to describe the exercise need fulfillment of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic at Jagir Health Center Surabaya. Methods: This study used descriptive design. The sample was 40 pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester at Jagir Health Center Surabaya which obtained bytotal sampling technique. The research variable was the exercise need fulfillment of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instruments was questionnaires and then data were analyzed using frequency distribution tables. Results: The study results found that out of 40 respondents, almost entirely pregnant women (82.5%) had poor exercise need fulfillment and 17.5% pregnant women had good exercise need fulfillment during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The exercise need fulfillment of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic was poor. The role of nurses can improve and maintain regular exercise in pregnant women. In education, it is important to emphasize that moderate amounts of exercise 150 minutes/week such as walking and yoga can be done in various ways, such as exercising indoors or viewing videos from YouTube, zooming during the Covid-19 pandemic to increase immunity.

Schizophrenia is a disorder that occurs in the human brain that causes a very dramatic behavior change. Positive symptoms of schizophrenia are hallucinations. Based on a report from Imogiri II Public Health Center in 2016 there were 218 people with mental disorders in which 70% experienced hallucinations. Family is the closest person and has an active role in providing direct care to people with schizophrenia. The purpose of this study is to know the description of family behavior in hallucination management in family members with schizophrenia in the working area of ​​Imogiri II Community Health Center. This research uses descriptive research type as a research design. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with 78 respondents. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of the research showed that 78 respondents in the range of age 41-60 years old (51.28%), the last educated is elementary (46.15%), most of the respondent is jobless (51.28%), respondent is parent of schizophrenia family (29.49%), and had take care for more than of 10 years (33.33%), respondents knowledge level mostly good (57.69%) and respondent attitude mostly positive (58.97% ). The description of behavior in hallucination management in family members with schizophrenia is in good category (57.69%). The results of this study recommend the need for motivation and support from health services to maintain good family behavior in hallucination management so that there is no risk of violent behavior and recurrence in schizophrenic patients with hallucinations.

The purpose of this research was to be able to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with third trimester physiological vaginal discharge at Gondokusuman Health Center I Yogyakarta. The research design used descriptive observational method and observational approach. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling method with a sample of third trimester pregnant women who experienced physiological vaginal discharge and used picot analysis. The results of this study after a visit for 3 times and given a counseling intervention about personal hygiene and maternal hygiene in caring for women, complaints of physiological vaginal discharge in third trimester pregnant women can be resolved. The suggestions for pregnant women should always be routine and regular in doing personal hygiene and taking care of their feminine area properly.

Self-care deficit is most of problem in psychiatric nursing diagnoses that characterized by decreased ability to perform activities consisting of bathing, dressing, decorating, eating, toileting or personal hygiene independently. One of the efforts that can be done to reduce this problem is behavioral therapy: Token Economy. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of behavioral therapy: Token Economy on self-care of mental patients with self-care deficits at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The sample in this study was 25 people who were patients with self-care deficits that diagnosed by data from Sebayang Ward Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province . The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data was proceeded by computerized univariate and bivariate analysis. Statistical test using Wilcoxon test after the previous normality test. The results showed that there was a decrease in the level of dependence on self-care. The Z value shows the effect of behavioral therapy: token economy after and before the intervention of -4,414. From the results of the statistical test, it was found that the alpha value (p < 0.05), means that there is a significant effect before and after behavioral therapy: the token economy.

This study was to examine and explain the effect of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction in the Tanah Sepenggal Community Health Center in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The research method used is cross-sectional. The study population was all patients while the sample was 120 respondents but 98 respondents could be tested because there were 22 instruments that were not filled in completely so they were not included in the analysis. The sampling technique uses confinance sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics version 20 of the software.The statistical test results partially service quality variables consisting of tangible (X1), reliability (X2) responsiveness (X3) assurance (X4) empathy (X5) have no significant effect on patient satisfaction and facilities (X6) have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Statistical test results simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.
