Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menggerakkan masyarakat agar melek mata, sadar bahwa sekarang ini harus cerdas dan bijak dalam manajemen keuangan dengan semakin kompetitif dan sulitnya mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan, maka yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memanajemen keuangan antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran seimbang agar terpenuhi semua kebutuhan keluarga, atau kata peribahasa tidak boleh besar pasak daripada tiangnya. Metode pengabdian dengan metode seminar, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi secara personal. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan manajemen keuangan pada Karang Taruna Di Kp. Serua Poncol Tangerang Selatan., dapat berbagi pengetahuan tentang mengelola keuangan sehingga tidak konsumtif dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan harapan ada kelebihan yang bisa ditabungkan sesuai kemampuannya secara berkelanjutan sehingga aman secara ekonomi. ABSTRACTThe hijab sewing skills training program is seen as a strategic educational skill to be implemented for women because hijab sewing can be applied for their own needs or become a side business. This skill, if properly trained and mastered, can become a form of business that can help the family economy and create jobs for the community. The village community service activities were carried out in Bunsur Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Riau Province with the target audience is the housewives of the village. They have given basic knowledge in choosing materials for the hijab. Then skills trained was held, starting how to make pet and headscarves, cutting fabrics according to the patterns that have been made, and sewing headscarves with various existing patterns. After the stitches are finished, then an examination of the results of the stitches so that they are suitable for sale and market. Keywords: Bunsur Village, home industry, sewing training, hijab  ABSTRAKProgram pelatihan keterampilan menjahit jilbab dipandang sebagai sebuah skill pendidikan yang strategis untuk dilaksanakan bagi wanita karena menjahit jilbab dapat diaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan sendiri ataupun menjadi usaha sampingan. Keterampilan ini bila dilatih dan dikuasai dengan baik dapat menjadi bentuk usaha yang dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga dan penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bunsur Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak Propinsi Riau dengan khalayak sasarannya adalah Ibu-ibu rumah tangga desa tersebut. Mereka diberi pengetahuan dasar dalam memilih bahan untuk jilbab. Kemudian diadakan pelatihan keterampilan, mulai cara membuat pola pet dan jilbab, memotong kain sesuai dengan pola yang sudah dibuat, dan menjahit jilbab dengan bermacam pola yang telah ada. Setelah jahitan selesai, kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap hasil jahitan sehingga layak untuk dijual dan dipasarkan. Kata Kunci: Desa Bunsur, home industri, pelatihan menjahit, jilbab

Character education is a must for countries that want to make their citizens have good attitudes and behaviors. The goal to be achieved in Community Service activities is to make students aware of the need to have and implement attitudes that have character. In the school environment, the teacher's role is to educate the character of students. Thus, community service activities want to make students aware and want to instill and develop character attitudes through socialization. Socialization is given to provide direct literacy of character education to students. Socialization is filled with questions and answers so that students who are not familiar with matters relating to character can immediately ask the implementation team.

Various problems faced by teachers, students and parents when studying online during a pandemic. The teacher feels the saturation of students studying at home and completing school assignments. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in assigning tasks to be more fun and not a burden. One such innovation is using quizizz. The aim of this service is to improve teacher competence in making online evaluations through the quizizz application . The method used to carry out the service is in the form of lectures, questions and answers, and practice . This activity was attended by 19 teachers at Sadagori 1 Elementary School in Cirebon City. From the results of the community service activities, the teacher's ability to make online quizzes using quizizz increased 100%. Beginner teachers who have never used or know the Quizizz application can easily create and publish quizzes in Google Classroom. The involvement of tutors in each group really helps the teacher to practice making quizzes using quizizzes. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and hoped that this training would be sustainable.

Financial management is one of the main aspects for the progress of a company. Accounting is a process or way of producing financial information that can be used to make a decision for its users. Implementation methods of Community Service activities is carried out using presentation methods, tutorial systems, and mentoring. The results of the training and mentoring activities for making Islamic banking mudharabah financing proposal aimed at residents of Malang City Kasin Village who are also perpetrators or owners of MSMEs, have been evaluated based on the response and the results of the practices carried out by the participants and assistance for 3 days. This evaluation of community service activities was carried out through a questionnaire and the results of feedback on questions in the questionnaire relating to training and mentoring materials for making bank credit proposal and the enthusiasm of the participants in each question and answer session. The level of understanding of the participants in understanding the material that has been delivered is grouped on a scale of 71% -80.99%, then the community service activities are declared "quite good" and there are 3 mudharabah financing proposals available from the results of mentoring activities

This community service activities aims to deepen public understanding in making financial records and reporting correctly and making the financial statements as a basis for investment analysi. The investment analysis method used is a discounted cash flow model to determine whether the investment is undervalued or overvalued. The community in this activity are students of SMK Bina Nasional Informatika, North Cikarang. The implementation phase of this activity includes a field survey, coordination with the school principal, the implementation of a financial report socialization program as a basis for stock investment analysis, and preparation of the report. The socialization activity went smoothly attended by 28 Accounting students in class XII. Socialization participants seemed enthusiastic about the material provided. This can be seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants followed well. Based on the results of interviews, questions and answers and direct observations, community service activities have increased the knowledge of students by as much as 80% about how to prepare good financial statements and conduct stock valuations using financial statements.

The service was done at Penggaron Lor Districk, especially in RW 03 & 04, there are many people with diabetes who lack the knowledge and skills in caring for family members suffering from Diabetes Mellitus at home. Community service activities in the form of Family-Based Self Management Education Support Group (KP-DSME Keluarga) is one of the solutions to deal with this problem. The method used to carry out this Community service activities program are socialization, improvement of competence, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation. The resulting target and output is the implementation of science and technology on the self-care of diabetitian patients to health cadres in providing assistance to families who have diabetitian at home effectively based on recent literatures. The number of cadres involved in this PKM are 14 health cadres from PKK RW 3 and 4 PKK. The conclusion in this PKM activity is increasing the readiness of family members to perform self-care on family members who suffer from DM and increasing diabetee self care behavior.

Salted eggs are very potential to be used as a cheaper source of animal protein compared to meat. Salted eggs of various flavors have not been popular in Sragen Regency, so they have the prospect of being developed as a new culinary. Housewives in Mojomulyo, Sragen Kulon, Sragen Regency who are members of the social gathering of neighborhoods have a lot of free time. The problem was that they need additional income from their own home business which could be part-time besides their main duties as a housewife. Salted eggs of various flavors were salted eggs which were given additional flavors, that was the taste of soto, onion, durian, curry, spicy, chocolate, and strawberry. It was hoped that with the diversification of salted eggs, it can increase the target of consumers, especially children, and children can more easily obtain sources of animal protein because they like eating eggs. Eggs that were salted and made of various flavors were duck eggs, chicken eggs and quail eggs. Community service activities include counseling activities, the practice of making salted eggs, the practice of making salted eggs of various flavors, simple bookkeeping, packaging and marketing of products. This community service activities was useful for increasing the knowledge and utilizing their free time of housewives in Mojomulyo. Through this activity, the abilities and skills of housewives in Mojomulyo have increased and were expected to be economically independent.

Today's society has used social media to shop to meet their daily needs, besides that most people use social media for business, namely a means of promoting their business. This online buying and selling system is certainly very easy for consumers to make buying and selling transactions. Community service activities are carried out using problem-solving methods with a method of delivering socialization, consolidation, as well as identification of sales turnover and choosing the right business traffic for each business. Based on the dedication that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the service activities have run smoothly and the traders have obtained added value in the form of knowledge from the IAI-N Laa Roiba Bogor service team. Furthermore, this activity is expected to be able to improve the ability of traders in increasing visitors to their online stores. The suggestions that can be recommended are the need for further assistance to traders regarding how to take advantage of social media in increasing sales. Furthermore, it is still necessary to provide training that is able to trigger the enthusiasm of traders to increase additional income in addition to being able to survive during the pandemic as well as to improve family welfare.

  The problem of garbage in Medan City is one of the problems that needs to be addressed immediately. The program of community service activities aims to provide training to the community on how to process garbage into something useful. This Community Service was conducted for women and teachers in Bureau of Logistics (Bulog) Foundation teachers with presentation, discussion and garbage management practices. Presentation activities carried out by the community service team by providing material on how to process household organic garbage into compost in the Bulog Office Hall, Medan. After finishing the presentation of the material, participants were given the opportunity to discuss about the material provided to the questions and answers or responses. After the presentation and discussion, follow the training on how to make compost from household organic garbage in Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The positive responses were received with a good reception at the arrival of the community service team at the location and at the time the presentation and training were conducted. This activity was successfully carried out with the support of woman and Bulog foundation teachers.
