This study aims to help schools namely SDIT Baitul Izzah (Baiz) Nganjuk Regency to solve human resource problems by using USG matrix analysis techniques. This research uses a qualitative research approach by conducting field studies directly observing the field, interviewing the principal as a resource person, and conducting documentation studies relating to the recruitment process of new teachers. The results of this study found: (1) the problem of human resources in schools about the prospective teachers recruited lacking the ability to study, (2) USG matrix analysis techniques used to analyze human resource problems in schools, (3) suggestions and solutions to schools to solve the problem of human resources about prospective teachers recruited lacking the competence to read through the results of problem analysis using USG matrix techniques.

Purpose of this study to find out the Analysis of Management Archives Coaching by Tangerang District Library and Archives Services. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews with 5 (five) informants, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the activities of archiving guidance carried out by the Tangerang District Disperpusip begins with the stages of planning, coordination, preparation of materials for archiving development, and the implementation of archiving guidance activities which are divided into two types, namely technical guidance conducted classically to OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) ) and direct assistance to the archives manager in the village. The technical guidance activity began with gathering archive managers from each OPD namely the Office and Agency after that the activity continued with the delivery of material classically with the theme "Dynamic Archive Management, That is Depreciation With the Focus of Moving Archives". In addition, the assistance was carried out by selecting archive managers from two to three villages and continued by providing direct training on how to organize files properly with the theme "Active Dynamic Archive Management". The obstacles faced in the activities of fostering archives are Human Resources and Archive management.

This study aims to evaluate the inclusive education program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Badrussalam Surabaya. The education program aims to improve human resource competencies in increasing abilities. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) of the qualitative research approach model introduced by Stufflebeam. The results showed that the education program at MI Badrussalam Surabaya had run well in accordance with the education program that had been prepared. However, in the implementation of inclusive education in MI Badrussalam, there are still some deficiencies both in the fields of funding, facilities and infrastructure as well as on the Welfare of mentors and special teachers (GP / K).

Human resources in the health sector need to be improved on both the aspects of quality and quantity. This is important for development planning. According to BPS in 2017 the population of East Java was 39,292,972 people, while in 2018 there were 39,500,851 people. Data from SISDMK revealed that there were 1,821specialist doctors in 2017 and 2,531 in 2018. This qualitative research was aimed at understanding and exploring deeply the secondary data obtained from the 2017–2018 SISDMK. The data was analyzed using Spectrum Software for population projection and human resource health needs. The results showed that the population projection of East Java kept increasing. In 2020 it will reach 39,886,288 people, and in 2030 there will be as many as 42,329,015 people. The projection of the number of specialist doctor needs in East Java in 2020 is 4,387, which will keep increasing to 5,079 in 2030. The ratio of specialist doctors in 2020 will be 36.26 per 100,000 population, and in 2030 it will be 35.27 per 100,000.

The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of local political parties and their obstacles in supporting candidates for Regent/Deputy Regent of North Aceh. Descriptive qualitative research was employed in obtaining the data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are taken through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding (verification). The results reveal that one of the local political parties (Aceh Party) has provided support to the Regent/Deputy Regent candidate H. Muhammad Thaib/Fauzi Yusuf through political participation as a medium for conveying political aspirations between voters and the elected Regent/Deputy Regent candidate, with won victory in the election in 2017. The conclusion is that 3 local political parties (PA, PNA, and PDA) have provided support to four candidate pairs for Regent of North Aceh through political participation as a forum for aspiration and in the form of a successful team. Even though this support has been given, the role of local political parties has not been realized effectively, because there are still obstacles, so that it requires various improvements. The obstacles are low human resources and differences in perceptions resulting in internal conflict with local parties.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine how small- and medium-sized organisations that were already participating in recognised sustainability programmes in Iowa, USA, in how they were utilising activities normally associated with human resources (HRs) to implement sustainability – activities included communication, engagement, incentives and recruitment and retention. Design/methodology/approach – The authors were interested in how small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were utilising HR functions to implement sustainability. This was an exploratory, qualitative research study utilised semi-structured interviews to obtain data. Findings – Based on the findings, some of the functions are being utilised more than others, with some activities not being implemented at all. Research limitations/implications – This research offers empirical research on how sustainability is achieved in SMEs. Practical implications – This paper outlines some practical methods that any SME could utilise to help implement sustainability within an organisation. Originality/value – This paper adds empirical research on how SMEs are implementing sustainable practices into their operations by using activities normally associated with the HR department.

Competence is the basis for employees in carrying out work demands that are their responsibility. Employees must continue to improve their competencies so that they can adapt to changes related to their field of work. In this case, the organization must play a role in the development of its human resources, especially related to competencies so that future employee performance will be better. This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of human resource competencies on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (KOPERINDAG) of Bima City. This type of research is associative. Poulasi in this study were 50 employees with a sample of 30 employees who included ASN. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (taking samples based on certain considerations). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, the type of data used is quantitative data from primary data sources. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression, simple linear correlation and partial tests (T test). Based on the results of this study concludes that human resource competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test value of 0.323 and sig of 0.749.Keywords: Human resource competence, employee performance

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the exploration of ethnomathematics of Sasak culture that can be used as a source of learning mathematics. This type of research is exploratory qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. This research focuses on buildings, crafts, arts, and traditional snacks. The research instrument is the researcher himself. While the method of data collection by interview, field studies, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with triangulation are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Sasak cultural products can be used as a source of learning mathematics, especially on the elements of geometry including rectangles, triangles, trapezoid, circles, rhombus, laying-kites, cones, cylinders, and pyramid. Learning resources derived from Sasak culture, if properly utilized, will create meaningful mathematics learning for students.

This writing discusses the effectiveness of the Pre-Work program in building human resources and the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources. The objectives of this study were to: (1). Determine the effectiveness of the Pre-employment program in building resources amid the human pandemic. (2). Determine the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources in the midst of a pandemic. By using a descriptive qualitative research approach, the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with community recipients of the pre-work card program assistance. The research results obtained are: (1). Pre-employment programs are less effective in building human resources. (2). The Pre-employment Program plays a very important role in building the quality of human resources.
