some previous research show that there is a significant correlation between extraversion personality with political efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in political efficacy in individuals with different personality types other than extraversion, named introversion. Samples in this study were 42 college students of Universitas Negeri Surabaya who are members of Student Representative Council (Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa). A quantitative research methods with data collection technique using questionnaires is the method used for this study. The result of the independent sample t-test on the political efficacy variables reveals sig. (2-tailed) of 0,094, which means there is no significant difference in political efficacy variables in terms of introversion and extraversion personality type on Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa at Universitas Negeri Surabaya.Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kepribadian ekstraversi dengan efikasi politik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan efikasi politik pada individu dengan tipe kepribadian berbeda selain ekstraversi, yaitu introversi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang tergabung dalam organisasi Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa. Merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari uji-t independen sampel menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,094 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan signifikan variabel efikasi politik berdasarkan tipe kepribadian introversi dan ekstraversi pada Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Natural disasters challenge regions, environments, and communities to regain control of their lives and rise to face their future. To turn up from pressure or be resilient, disaster victims need support from their families and their environment. Disaster victims need help from their families and their environment to rise again from pressure or be resilient. Based on this, there is an assumption that mothers can increase survivors' resilience to keep growing from stress. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods, using data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires as a data collection technique. The research was conducted at Huntara Lere. The population in this study were child survivors of the disaster in Lere Huntara with the criteria for children in the age range 7-12 years and lived in Lere Village, West Palu District, Palu City. The collected data were then analyzed using validity, reliability, and assumption tests using the SPSS 16 assisted technique. This study shows no significant correlation between resilience and the role of mothers in child disaster survivors in Huntara Lere. Another finding from this study is that, in general, child survivors in Huntara Lere were not cared for by their parents.

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in business ethics and professional ethics to the perception of students.  This research was conducted at one of universities in Indonesia. The type of research used by the authors was survey research. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. To earn value that supports the purpose of this study conducted a t-test to determine whether there are differences about business ethics and professional ethics to the perception of students and college students. Based on the difference of business ethics between perceptions of students it is concluded that there is a significant difference of business ethics between student and student perception. Based on the result of difference about professional ethics between student perception and student perception can be concluded there is significant difference about professional ethics between student and student perception.

In this study, it was aimed to analyze the multi-cultural characteristics of the pre-service teachers and the values they have in terms of various variables, and it was aimed to determine the relationship between these values. Descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The population of the study consisted of the pre-service teachers studying in different departments in the Faculty of Education, İbrahim Çeçen University of Ağrı in 2017-2018 academic years. The sample of the study consisted of 341 pre-service teachers selected with random sampling method. “Multicultural Personality Questionnaire” developed by Oudenhoven and Zee (2002) and adapted into Turkish by Polat (2009) and “Values Scale” developed by Dilmac et al. (2014) were used as data collection tool in the study. According to the results obtained from the study, it was determined that the value preferences of the pre-service teachers and their multicultural personality characteristics showed a significant difference in terms of gender, undergraduate program, educational background of the mother, having social media account and daily internet use variables; however, there was not a significant difference in terms of family structure, the place s/he grew up, educational background of the father and monthly income variables. As the data collection tools are formed of several sub-dimensions, the abstract does not include information about which groups are favored for the difference in the variables and in which sub-dimensions, but detailed information is given in the following sections of the study.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of amination media on the ability to recite hijaiyah letters of children aged 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir District. In this study using quantitative research methods in the form of Experiment with one group pretest posttest design research model. 1) to find out the process of implementing animation media can imrove the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten 2) to improve the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten can be increased through animation media. In this study were children agrd 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Melimbra District, Rokan Hilir Regency with 15 chilren consisting of 5 girls and boys. The test is used as a data collection technique, the data obtained is then processed using t-test to see the comparison of pretest ang posttest. From the research results obtained pretest value of 54.68% ang posttest of 81.66% and tcount of 9.248 with N-Gain value of 59.55%. so it can be concluded that the of animated media has the effect of reciting hijaiyah letters for chidren aged 5-6 years.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi terhadap kemampuan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berbentuk Esperimen dengan model penelitian one group pretest posttest design. 1) untuk mengetahui proses pelaksaan media animasi dapat meningkatkan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah 2) untuk meningkatkan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah dapat ditingkatkan melalui media animasi. Dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan jumlah anak 15 orang anak yang terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 10 anak laki-laki. Tes dijadikan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan nilai pretest sebesar 54.68% dan posttest sebesar 81.66% dan thitung sebesar 9.248 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 59.55%. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media animasi berpengaruh melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun.

This study aims to develop big book media for learning Indonesian in grade 3 elementary school and to determine the feasibility of big book learning media. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the FOUR-D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminte) model. The data collection technique used is by using questionnaires and trials. The feasibility of big book learning media is obtained from the results of media validation and testing. Validation was carried out by material experts and learning media experts. The results of the research show that the validation of the material experts and the validation of the learning media experts are very valid. The trials used in this study were limited to 10 students and received a very good response. The results of this development research indicate that the big book media for learning Indonesian in grade 3 Elementary School is very suitable for use in learning in Elementary School.

This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

This study aims to determine the characteristics of breeders with regard to the ability to keep beef cattle in Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The material in this study concerns beef cattle farms in Klampok sub-district, sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city using quantitative research methods in the form of case studies with 33 farmer respondents. Data collection methods are conducted through surveys, pre-questioned interviews and observation. The results obtained from this study are that the ability to raise beef cattle is appropriate in the category. Breeding experience has a significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle, as Klampok has had a business for raising beef cattle for a long time, while age and education level have no effect because age and education level in the study area are relative. uniform so that they have no effect, then the number of animal possession has no effect. because the breeders in the Klampok sub-district consider beef cattle only as an afterthought, so it has no significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle

The purpose of this study was to examine: The effect of discussion and recitation methods on learning achievement, the effect of independent and dependent cognitive styles on learning achievement, the interaction between learning methods and cognitive style on learning achievement, whether learning achievement by using the discussion method with independent cognitive style was higher than the recitation learning method, whether learning achievement using the discussion method with a dependent cognitive style was higher than the recitation method. This research used quantitative research methods, the type of research was quasi-experimental factorial 2x2 with a population of 173 students and the sample was 61 students. The data collection technique used was a test of cognitive style and learning achievement. The analysis technique used two way ANOVA test and t-test. The results of hypothesis testing concluded: There was an influence of discussion learning methods and recitation learning methods on learning achievement, there was an influence of cognitive style on learning achievement, there was an interaction between learning methods and cognitive styles on student learning achievement, learning achievement using the discussion method of students who had independent cognitive style was higher than the dependent, learning achievement using the recitation method of students who had an independent cognitive style was not higher than the independent.

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan kebiasaan belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Sadewa Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling sebanyak 103 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,749 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 54,2%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,777 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 57,6%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,790 termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 62,3%.   Abstract The purpose of this research was to examine the correlation between study habits and learning discipline with social studies learning outcomes of 4th grade students in Cluster Sadewa Elementary School Petanahan Kebumen. This is a quantitative research correlation design. The sample technique was proportional random sampling of 103 participants. Data collection technique were questionnaires, interview, and documentation. These data were analyzed by having descriptive statistic analyzed and product moment analyzed. The result of this research showed that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between study habits and social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.749 which included in strong category and contribution of 54.2%; (2) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline and social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.777 which included in strong category and contribution of 57.6%; (3) there was a positive and significant correlation study habits and learning discipline toward social studies learning outcomes, rcount = 0.790 which included in strong category and contribution of 62.3%.
