This study aims to determine whether there are differences in business ethics and professional ethics to the perception of students.  This research was conducted at one of universities in Indonesia. The type of research used by the authors was survey research. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. To earn value that supports the purpose of this study conducted a t-test to determine whether there are differences about business ethics and professional ethics to the perception of students and college students. Based on the difference of business ethics between perceptions of students it is concluded that there is a significant difference of business ethics between student and student perception. Based on the result of difference about professional ethics between student perception and student perception can be concluded there is significant difference about professional ethics between student and student perception.

some previous research show that there is a significant correlation between extraversion personality with political efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in political efficacy in individuals with different personality types other than extraversion, named introversion. Samples in this study were 42 college students of Universitas Negeri Surabaya who are members of Student Representative Council (Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa). A quantitative research methods with data collection technique using questionnaires is the method used for this study. The result of the independent sample t-test on the political efficacy variables reveals sig. (2-tailed) of 0,094, which means there is no significant difference in political efficacy variables in terms of introversion and extraversion personality type on Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa at Universitas Negeri Surabaya.Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kepribadian ekstraversi dengan efikasi politik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan efikasi politik pada individu dengan tipe kepribadian berbeda selain ekstraversi, yaitu introversi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang tergabung dalam organisasi Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa. Merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari uji-t independen sampel menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,094 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan signifikan variabel efikasi politik berdasarkan tipe kepribadian introversi dan ekstraversi pada Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

This study aims to investigate the prospective teachers' epistemological beliefs and creativity fostering behaviour and changes with the same according to various variables. The study was designed based on the relational survey model. The sample of the research consisted of 420 prospective teachers. For the purpose of the study, the epistemological beliefs scale and creativity fostering teacher index were used as data collection tools. The difference between the epistemological beliefs and creativity fostering teacher index sub-dimensions according to gender, programme and university variables was examined by "Multivariate Variance Analysis MANOVA". As a result of the research, the prospective teachers' epistemological belief and creativity fostering behaviour were found to be average. However, when the changes in the sub-dimensions of epistemological belief scale according to gender and university variables were examined, the effect of both variables was significant. The changes in epistemological beliefs according to the class and education programme were not significant. There was also no significant difference in sub-dimensions of creativity fostering teacher index scales according to gender and programme and class and programme.

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share. Covid-19 is a big challenge for Indonesians, it affects various aspects, in addition to economic aspects many aspects are also harmed by Covid 19 aspk other aspects, namely aspectsofEducation. This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

Abstract The strategy of developing kemplang cracker products in Dua Putri UMKM sub-district of Bumi Waras, Bandar Lampung city is experiencing a high level of competition, the aim of this research is to produce a strategy that is in accordance with the conditions of the Dua Putri UMKM in developing a business, and to provide strategic input from the results of the research. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires then analysed by SWOT. It is known that the IFAS value is 3,36080 with a strength factor having a value of 2.51632 and a weakness of 0.84448 with a difference in value (+) of 1.67184. and the EFAS value is 2.82229 with the opportunity factor having a value of 2.30108 and the threat factor 0.52121 with the difference in value (+) 1.77987. This value indicates that the organization is experiencing a period of growth both in sales, taste, and price differences. UMKM two putri kemplang crackers are on average in her quest to pursue a strategy of exploiting strengths to overcome weaknesses. From the results of the Cartecius diagram, that kemplang cracker Dua Putri UMKM are in quadrant 1 (one), namely an aggressive strategy, where this UMKM is in a very favorable position, this UMKM has the opportunity and strength so that it can take advantage of the existing opportunities

LPDs are non-bank financial institutions that are regulated and approved by the Regional Regulations of the Province of Bali. The management of LPD is fully handed over to the relevant Pakraman village. In line with the rapid development of LPDs, it turns out that on the other hand it shows diverse performance, so that LPDs need to pay attention to the level of product quality and customer interest in the products offered.            The purpose of the study was to determine the comparison of product quality and interest in saving at the Tajun Traditional Village LPD with the Traditional Village of Tegal. The number of samples from Tajun Adat Village LPD was 98 people and the LPD of Tegal Traditional Village was 84 people. The research data were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the quality of the products of the Adat Village of Tajun LPD and the Traditional Village of Tegal. This difference is indicated by indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy. The product quality of Tajun Adat Village's LPD is better than the traditional village of Tegal. There is a significant difference between the interest in saving the traditional village of Tajun LPD and the traditional village of Tegal. The difference is in the indicator of confidence. Interest in Saving Tajun Indigenous Village LPD is higher than the Traditional Village of Tegal.

<p class="Style15">This research has two objectives. Firstly, observing the effect of gender differ-ence on perception of accountants and accounting students on business ethics and accountant's professional ethics. Secondly, observing which perception is better be-tween men and women both accountants and accounting students on business ethics and accountant's professional ethics. The sample are 192 respondents that consist of accountants and accounting students, in which the data collection used questionnaire.</p><p class="Style15">The test of hypothesis used Mann-Whitney U test and Mean. The result of the research shows there is not significantly differences between perception of men and women both accountants and accounting students on accountant's professional eth-ics, which is men accountants and accounting students had better perception about accountant's professional ethics. On business ethics there is differences perception between men and women accounting students, on the contrary between accountants both men and women has same perception about business ethics, but women ac-countants and accounting students had better perception about business ethics.</p><p class="Style1"><strong><em>Keywords: Business ethics, accountant's professional ethics, perception, accoun-</em></strong><strong><em>tants, students, and gender</em></strong></p>

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary

This study aims to (1) describe the existential drama Oh, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug works of Putu Wijaya which include: (a) freedom, (b) anxiety, (c) the failure, (d) the futility, (e) death, (2) describe absurdism in drama  Ah, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya which includes: (a) suicide philosophical, (b) the nature of the symbolic,  and  (c) of tragedy and comedy. This study focuses on (1) existentialism in the drama Oh, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug  by  Putu Wijaya which include: (a) freedom, (b) anxiety, (c) the failure, (d) the futility, (e) death and (2) absurdism in drama Ah, Edan, and Dag Dig Dug. This study is qualitative research, using descriptive qualitative research data collection. Descriptive method is a method which seeks to describe a phenomenon, the events that occurred at that time. In this study, descriptive method is used  to describe the concept of existentialism and absurdism. This research data  use  existantialism theory  and absurdism in playwrights  by PutuWijaya. By using the technique with  the  data source in the form of three plays, the relevant data collection technique is a technique read. Reading the drama text data collection activities conducted by member’s attention totally focused on the object. Reading and listening is a set of techniques to obtain valid data followed by activities recorded data. This study concluded five concepts of existentialism and three concepts of absurdism. The results showed that existentialism in the drama Oh, Edan, Dag Dig Dug by Putu Wijaya, looked  in terms of freedom, anxiety, failure, futility, and  death.  Three absurdism concepts  in drama Ah, Edan, Dag Dig Dug  by  Putu Wijaya looked through suicide philosophical, symbolic nature, tragedy and comedy.

Hand puppet media is a way to improve Santri's storytelling skills. What is seen from the first problem What is the skill of storytelling of the control class santri that does not use puppet media. Second What is the skill of storytelling of students in the experimental class using hand puppet media. This research is a quantitative study, the data collection techniques in this study used the method of test observation and documentation, to analyze the data using the TSR test. The data of this study were collected from the number of students of class III Ibtidaiyah Indralaya Madrasah taken as much as 20% of the total number of santri namely as many as 132 students and obtained 50 respondents, starting from class III A and class III CBased on the results obtained from the field and calculations using the TSR Test, it can be concluded that: firstly the control skills of the students in the control class in the high categorized learning process were 3 santri (18.52%.) And the moderate categorized values ​​were 8 santri (59.26%) As for the low categorized values ​​as many as 16 santri (22.22%) as for the two experimental students' storytelling skills in the learning process it was categorized as high as 5 santri (21.7%) and medium ones as many as 14 santri (60.8%) and categorized low as many as 4 santri (17.39%),. To find out how the difference is using the rXY formula. from the results of the XY count, it proves that the results of r count are greater than r table both at the significant level of 5% and 1% (20.1 <4.69> 2.68). This shows that "there is a significant difference between the storytelling skills of the experimental class and the control class with the application of hand puppet media in class III of Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya Ibtidaiyah Madrasah.
