This research is a field experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population is all students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Jambi State University with SportsTraining Education samples with a sampling technique is a proportional sampling of 40 people. The data analysis technique used is Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the data processing shows that: there is no significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 0.939> Ft = 4.11). There is a significant difference between the power of high limb muscle explosions with low limb muscle explosiveness to the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 17,976> Ft = 4.11). For athletes who have high leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between goal jump training and side lomato training on ball heading abilities in football (to = 6.034> tt = 1.73). For athletes who have low leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on heading ball abilities in football (to = 12,357> tt = 1.73).

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of knee tuck jump training and box jump training on the increase in volleyball smash in terms of leg explosive power. This research is a field experiment research with a 2 x 2 factorial design. Population and sample were the players of the Sepaktakraw Faculty Student Activity Board, Faculty of Sport Science, Makassar State University, with 60 male players. The data analysis technique used was Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significant level of 95%. The results of the value obtained from data processing show that: There is a significant difference in the effect of knee tuck jump training and box jump training on smash skills in volleyball, box jump training is better (Fo = 32.20> Ft = 4.02). There was a significant difference between the high explosive power and the low leg explosive power on the smash skill in volleyball, the high-limb explosive power was better (Fo = 8.40> Ft = 4.02). There is a significant difference between knee tuck jump training and box jump training on smash skills in volleyball in terms of high leg explosive power, box jump training is better (to = 14.341> tt = 2.048). There is a significant difference in the effect of knee tuck jump training and box jump training on smash skills in volleyball in terms of low leg explosive power, box jump training is better (to = 16.137> tt = 2.048). ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan knee tuck jump dan latihan box jump terhadap peningkatan smash bolavoli ditinjau daya ledak tungkai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen lapangan dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi dan sampel adalah pemain Badan Kegiatan Mahasiswa Fakultas Sepaktakraw Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan jumlah 60 orang pemain putra. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varians (ANAVA) pada taraf signifikan 95%.   Hasil nilai yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa : Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan knee tuck jump dan latihan box jump terhadap keterampilan smash dalam permainan bolavoli,  latihan box jump lebih baik (Fo = 32,20 > Ft = 4,02). Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara daya ledak tungkai tinggi dengan daya ledak tungkai rendah terhadap keterampilan smash dalam permainan bolavoli, daya ledak tungkai tinggi lebih baik (Fo = 8,40 > Ft = 4,02). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of side-to-side jump training on increasing leg muscle explosive power. This research was an experimental research. The sampling technique used in the research was purposive sampling with 17 samples that were given an early test of vertical jump (modified sargent jump) and followed by the treatment of 14 sessions. The latest test was the post test to see the effect of the exercise. T-test was used to see the effect of the significant mean α 0,05. The results of the posttest mean was 98.26 and preetest mean was100.45. The hypothesis research was accepted because the result of ttest (6.22)>ttable (2.11). Conclusion, Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump exercises affect the increase of explosive limb muscle strength of Bung Hatta University Physical, Health and Recreation Education Keywords: Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump, Leg Muscles Explosive Power

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 45 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan side jump sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan scissor jump, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data dari kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terjadi peningkatan daya leda kotot tungkai sebesar 0,097, pada kelompok perlakuaan scissor jump sebesar 0,136 dan pada kelompok control sebesar 0,116. Hasil one awy anova variable daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung 67,628 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. . Berdasarkan hasil uji least significant difference (LSD), kelompok pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 44,733 dibandingkan pelatihan sciisor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump berpengaruh pada peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik dari pada pelatihan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledakotot tungkai Kata Kunci : side jump sprint , scissor jump, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research aims to know the influence of side jump sprint and scissor jump towards the improvement the explosive power of limp muscle. This research is a quasi experiment with the non-randomized control group pretest post test design. The subjects were students of extracurricular participants of volley ball at SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 45 people, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing technique, 15 people were given side jump sprint training, 15 people were given scissor jump training, and 15 People control group. Limb muscle explosive power is measured by a vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (α) = 0,05 with computer program of SPSS 16.0. The result of data analysis from side sprint treatment group happened increased limb muscle explosive power of 0.097, in scissor jump treatment group 0.136 and control group 0.116. The result of one way anova variable of explosive muscle limb power between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 67,628 and significance 0,000 which mean there is difference of influence of training of side jump sprint and scissor jump on explosive power of limb muscle. . Based on the least significant difference (LSD) test results, the side jump sprint training group had a better effect of 44.733 than the scissor jump training on increasing the muscle limb power. It was concluded that; (1) the training of side jump sprints and scissor jumps has an effect on increasing the muscle tone of the leg muscles. (2) there is a difference in the effect of training of side jump sprint and scissor jump on the increase of explosive power of limb muscle. This study aims to see how much the contribution of reaction speed and arm muscle strength to the backhand ability of students at the Faculty of Sport Science, Padang State University.This research method is correlation. The population in this study were students who took part in the tennis court classes and only 20 male students were sampled, using a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted on September 24, 2019, taking place in the indoor tennis court of the Faculty of Sport Science, Padang State University. Reaction velocity data were taken with the whole body reaction test, arm muscle strength with a two hand medicine ball put test, and the ability to test the ability of backhand tennis court. The data analysis technique of this study used the requirements analysis test technique, namely the normality test and continued with product moment correlation analysis, multiple correlation then continued with the regression test.The results of data analysis show that: (1). There is a contribution between reaction speed and backhand capability, which is 16%; (2) there is a contribution between the strength of the arm muscles towards the ability to backhand, which is 30%; (3) there is a contribution between reaction speed and arm muscle strength together to the backhand ability, which is 36%.

The abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the strength of the squeeze of the hand and the explosive power of the arm on the ability of forehand drive in playing tennis. The study population was all students of the Faculty of Sport Science State University of Makassar with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on data analysis, there was a significant correlation between hand squeeze strength and arm explosive power to the ability of forehand drive in the tennis playing field of the students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences State University of Makassar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode circuit training dan metode interval training terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket (2) perbedaan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 20 anak didik yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan dengan menggunakan metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan interval training  terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket antara anak didik yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah, (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode  latihan (circuit training dan interval training) dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket.Kata Kunci: circuit training dan interval training, daya tahan otot tungkai, hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max The Effects of Endurance Training Methods and Limb Muscle on VO2Max Capacity Basketball Player AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) differences in the influence of methods of circuit training and interval method of training on the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball (2) the difference of increase in capacity VO2Max basketball resilient tall limb muscle and muscular endurance leg lower the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, and (3) the interaction between exercise and limb muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball. This research method used experiments with 2 x 2 factorial design study. The research sample of 20 children trained were taken with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using analysis of variants (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference between exercise training method circuit training and training methods interval training against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, (2) There are no significant differences in increase in capacity VO2Max basketball among students who have the endurance of leg muscle and durability of  low leg muscle, (3) there is no interaction between the method of training (circuit training and interval training) and leg muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball.

The problem in this study is that many athletes do not pay attention to nutrition and drinks consumed while playing tennis. It is feared that it can affect performance when competing, so it is necessary to do research on the nutrition and drinks consumed by field tennis athletes at Padang State University. This study aims to determine the effect of giving isotonic drinks and bananas on blood glucose levels in tennis tennis athletes. The research method used was an experiment with the same subject design (treatment by subjects designs). The population in this study were tennis athletes in Padang State University totaling 35 people. The research sample of 20 male tennis athletes taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument for measuring blood glucose levels uses the Glucometer. The data analysis technique used is ANOVA (one way) at a significant level α = 0.05. The results show that isotonic and banana drinks during playing tennis have not been able to maintain blood glucose levels, as evidenced by differences in blood glucose levels before and after playing tennis. Isotonic drinks are better at maintaining blood glucose levels after playing tennis compared to bananas with a significant difference (p <0.05).

This study aims to determine whether there is 1) The effect of plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zig-zag manner, 3) Comparison of the plyometric exercise jumping over a kun with two legs sideways and in a zig-zag manner on leg muscle power for male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population was all male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the entire population of male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. The instrument used in collecting data was the Standing Broad Jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, where 1) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side is 4.27, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zigzag manner is 5.97, 3) Comparison plyometric exercise jumping kun with two legs to the side and zigzag the leg muscle power of male students class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency is 2.36 with t table is 1.81. So from the two exercises given there are significant differences.

This study aims to determine the extent of the difference in effect between knee tuck jump and half squat jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games. By using the field experiment method. The population used is male students of Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO with a sample of 60 people taken by Proposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the t-test at 95% significance level. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant effect of knee tuck jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 13,446> tt = 2,045. There is a significant effect of half squat jump training on the ability of the Kedeng smash in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 10.478> tt = 2.045. There is a significant difference in effect between training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven, to = 9,970> tt = 2,000.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the special education system. This study aims to (1) determine the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the ownership of facilities and infrastructure. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research.The sampling uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, and the subjects in this study were 30 visually impaired students at the SMPLB and SMALB levels at SLB A National Level Trustees who were carrying out learning. The data collection technique is using a learning motivation scale (rxx = 0.809). The data analysis technique was using the independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS. The researchers analyzed learning motivation based on gender, SMPLB/SMALB level, and ownership of facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on ownership of facilities and infrastructure.
