This study aims to determine the factors that cause the low number of men who support the use of contraception in order to improve the quality of family welfare. This quantitative descriptive research method was analyzed descriptively on 86 respondents who were observed and interviewed clinically to obtain data on the factors causing the low number of men who supported the use of contraception. The results of the study revealed that from 86 respondents, according to his knowledge that men who did not use contraception with good knowledge were 25 people (29%), men who did not use contraception with enough knowledge were 44 people (51%), and men who did not use the tools contraception with less knowledge as many as 18 people (20%). According to the attitude there are 28 (32%) who agree and 43 people (49%) who disagree, this can be concluded that men assess the use of contraception is very necessary, but not a few of the men who do not agree. This was triggered because of the inherent paradigm that the use of contraceptives was only too long for women.

The implementation of mathematics learning in the COVID-19 period must be tested for quality, one of which is by knowing the quality of evaluation tests used during online learning in schools.The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of MTs math learning ecvaluation tests during the COVID-19 Pandemic through analysis of the quality of evaluation tests used. A good test should meet standards in validity, reliability, differentiating power, appropriate level of difficulty. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method conducted at MTs NW Nadhatul Abror NW Nyangget Mataram through three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and completion. Quantitative data obtained is a score of mathematical problem-solving skills. Data analysis techniques are used quantitatively to determine the level of quality of instruments empirically while qualitative to determine the category of validity, reliability, different power and difficulty level of test instruments. The results showed that there were 13 questions of good quality, 10 revised and 17 rejected with an average difficulty level of question items = 0.685 and had been able to distinguish students in high and low grades. The 13 issues are included in the problem with high validity and good reliability.

The researcher took the object of research from PT. Asia Karet, the selection of objects is caused by a decrease in employee performance Employee performance is the result of work that becomes a benchmark for employees. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including communication and incentives. Communication within the company must run well both vertically and horizontally to reduce misinformation in working both orders from superiors or information between coworkers. Communication has an important role in efforts to achieve organizational goals, so it can be said that the success or failure of an organization is largely determined by the quality of communication possessed by people in the organization concerned. The population used was 67 people with sampling using saturated sampling and 30 employees to test validity taken from other companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach, a type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, simultaneous coefficient of determination and testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (40,934> 3,080) and partially (Test-t) with the value for incentive variable t count> t table (3,037> 1,981) and communication ((2,932> 1,981). The results of the study show that incentives and communication simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asia Karet

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. Abstract. This research aims to know how the implementation of maintenance conducted by PT X and how maintenance by PT X used the preventive and breakdown maintenance methods to minimize engine maintenance cost. The research method used in this study is care study whereas this type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Technique of collecting data in this research by obsererving, interviewing and collecting documents related to research. Data analysis used by using preventive and breakdown maintenance methods. The result of this research is PT X performs maintenance of the engine by using preventive maintenance such as routine maintenance, semi-overhaul forecast maintenance and annual maintenance and breakdown maintenance are usually performed when the machine is fully damaged or dead. PT X should implement preventive maintenance because it is more efficient at 13,2% than the company’s maintenance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin yang dilakukan PT X dan bagaimana pemeliharaan mesin yang yang dilakukan PT X dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance untuk meminimumkan biaya pemeliharaan mesin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini studi kasus sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT X hendaknya melakukan pemeliharaan mesin dengan menggunakan preventive maintenance seperti perawatan rutin, perawatan semi overhaul dan perawatan tahunan dan breakdown maintenance biasa dilakukan saat mesin mengalami kerusakan atau mati total. PT X hendaknya melaksanakan preventive maintenance karena lebih efisien sebesar 13,2% dibandingkan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze inquiry-based learning through the implementation of modeling instruction on optical instrument materials. This research method used quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Donggo. The collection technique includes observation, literature review, questionnaire, test and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively quantitatively, among the research data to be analyzed are: student activities, learning outcomes, and student responses to ongoing learning. The results of this study include: 1) Student activity obtained a score of 74.58% or good category, 2) Inquiry learning with Modeling Instruction on optical instrument material can actually improve students' understanding with an N-gain score of 1.3 points or very high category. high, 3) Student responses to learning obtained a score of 84.37% or very interesting category. Based on the results of the study, it was found that through Inquiry learning with Modeling Instruction on Optical Instruments material, it can be used as an alternative to improve the quality of learning in class, especially in Physics subjects.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. The reform of the Indonesian NationalPolice (Polri) requires the change in the behaviour of its members to be more professional in their service to the public. ESQ 165 Training is chosen as one of the programs in an attempt of character building of the members of the Subregional Police (Polres) of Ciamis. ESQ 165Training is character-building training categorized as a type of motivation training which uses comprehensive and sustainable spiritual engineering.This research aims to evaluate ESQ 165 Training in an attempt to build the character of the members of the Subregional Police of Ciamis. The theory utilized in this research is Kirkpatrick’s Framework which consists of four studied levels, namely reaction level, learning level, behavioural level, and result level. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Data-gathering technique uses questionnaires distributed among 179 members of the Subregional Police of Ciamis who has participated in ESQ 165 Training, observation and interviews. The result of the research shows that 87.9% of the respondents likes the training (reaction level), 92.6% of the respondents understand the material of training (learning level), respondents shows changes in motivation, attitude and behaviour (behaviour level), and the public appreciate the performance of the Subregional Police of Ciamis which has undergone significant changes (result level). Therefore, ESQ 165 Training can be recommended as one of training methods utilized in character building.

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

Changes in brain structure will be experienced by the elderly, it�s causing a setback in the quality of life that has implications for independence in activity. The existence of these changes can lead to deterioration in the quality of health of the elderly both physically and psychologically, causing an impairment in the elderly's independence. The purpose of this study is to know the description of the characteristics and level of independence of the elderly in West Java Provincial Government Hospital. The research method uses quantitative descriptive of the survey approach. The sample size is 62 elderly with non random sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling. Characteristic data collection by filling in questions based on the results of elderly answers, while data on the level of independence is collected using the observation sheet which is checked list in accordance with the elderly answers. The results showed that most of the elderly (72.6%) were female, the majority of the elderly (58.1%) had lived in elderly homes for > 1 year, most of the health conditions of the elderly (51.6%) were in the sick category, almost as determined elderly (38.7%) included in the advanced category (elderly), most of the elderly (56.4%) were at moderate levels of independence. Conclusion, most of the elderly at the elderly homes are women, living > 1 year, sick condition, moderate level of independence and almost half are included in the elderly category. Suggestions for nurses to do more guidance in the form of elderly independence training, so that within its limitations the elderly are able to do their daily activities independently.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the quality of question item of the Odd Mid-term Examination for Art and Culture subject in grade 7 of SMPN 5 Padang in Academic Year 2019/2020 in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level, discriminating power and effectiveness of deceivers. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were all students (254 students) in grade 7. The object in this study was the question items of mid-term Exam, key answers, and participants' answers. The data were collected through documentation and interview. The data analysis was conducted by using the ANATES program version 4.0.9.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on validity, there are 45 valid questions (90%) and 5 invalid questions (10%). (2) Based on reliability, the items have high reliability which is 0.78. (3) Based on the level of difficulty, there are 6 difficult items (12%), 31 medium items (62%), and 13 easy items (26%). (4) Based on discriminating power, there is 1 question categorized as  a bad item (2%),  10 question categorized as pretty good items (20%), 23 question categorized as good items (46%), and 16 question categorized as very good items (32%). (5) Based on the effectiveness of the deception/distractor, there are 28 items functioning very well (36%), 17 items functioning well (34%), 4 items functioning quite well (8%), and 1 item functioning poorly (2% ). (6) Based on the quality of the questions, there are 27 items which are good in quality (54%), 15 items which are less good (30%), and 8 items which are not good (16%).Keywords: Item Analysis, Examination, ANATES version 4.0.9
