Physical practicum-based learning on collision was been carried out with the aim of knowing the magnitude of the coefficient of restitution of collision of 2 toy balls that are hung on station with a rope by analyzing the conversion of angle of the deviation before and after collision to the magnitutde of  velocity. The instruments used in the practicum were“ tek-tek” balls, “ping-pong” balls, clear rubber ball, bow, stationary. Data collection was taken from the 8 practicum groups each of which  consists of 4 students in class X IPA 1 of Senior High School 2 Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the school year 2017/2018. Conclusions obtained from data analysis are the conversion of angle of deviation before and after collision to the magnitude of velocity, average collision coefficient; between “tek-ball” was  0.18, “tek-tek” ball with clear rubber ball was 0.26, “tek-tek” ball with “pingpong” ball was 0.64. So that the three collisions include a partially resilient collision which has a range of restitution coefficients 0 ˂ e ˂ 1.Students did the practicum carefully, students had fun learning while playing and collision. This practicum can be done as an alternative to teach the competency on KI-4

Despite the growing popularity of action research, bridging the gap between data collection and reflective data analysis still lacks a well-developed methodology. As a supplement to the traditional action research procedure for language teaching, I adopted a method called expansive visibilization (EV), which has the potential to be a reflective stimulus that facilitates the reflection of action researchers. EV was originally proposed by Engeström (1999a) to help workers better understand and improve their workplace activities. I describe two EV sessions. The participants were two college and high school EFL teachers in Japan. Each went through the crucial second stage of EV. The participants first explained the daily contradictions that they faced when teaching. Subsequently, I asked them to draw a triangular diagram of their teaching and explain their teaching again using the diagram. I compared their explanations before and after use of the diagram. EV seemed to have changed the nature of the first participant’s reflection, but not that of the second. This contrast demonstrates both the feasibility and limitations of EV as a supplement to conventional action research.

In this study aims to describe the ability and difficulty profile of students in solving graphic motion concept problems using diagnostic tests on grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class VIII3 of Junior High School 10 Kendari in the 2018/2019 school year and conducted in May 2019. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by providing research instruments in the form of description tests. Data analysis techniques in the form of analysis of the results of tests of ability and difficulty associated with solving graphical problems. The results of this study indicate that the average ability of students in solving graphic motion concepts is less category with each interpretation ability of 10.14%, interpolation of 30%, extractpolation of 16.66% and transformation ability of 19, 11%. To profile the difficulties of students based on the KKM achievement, students still experience difficulties for all indicators with the average category being the weak category. While the difficulty profile is based on the material profile, students still experience difficulties for all sub materials with an average weak category.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

ABSTRACT  Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently.  Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process.  A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process.  This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students.  This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor.  Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.  Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method.  Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the  planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School.  (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a).  At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms.  (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved  by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools.  Keywords: Student Management, Academic Quality of Students

This research was aims to developed, feasibility and compare differences in learning out-comes before and after used Monopoly Games Smart (MGS) learning media on digestive system topic in junior high school IBA Palembang. Research applies Research and Development methods with steps, namely define, design, and development. Egibility was based on the evaluation of media expert and small scale trials. Data collection in this study used interviews, questionnaire and documentation. Analysis tehcnique were including analysis of product data.. The results show that the Monopoly Games Smart (MGS) learning media has significant effect in improving the mastery of concept. Based on students mastery of concept showed that the implementation of learning using Monopoly Games Smart (MGS) is better than convensional. The learning process in the digestive system topic is more effective and student centered which makes students more active in learning and makes the learning process more meaningful. If the learning response is good, mastery of the concept will be good.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

Walang Jati Kencono batik motif has been certified industrial design rights obtained by gunungkidul district government used as uniform fabric of school students from paud, elementary, junior high, and high school/ vocational school level that must be produced by the batik craftsman community in Gunungkidul. Walang Jati Kencono batik motif is also the uniform of officials in Gunungkidul Regency. Since the enactation of this motif into gunungkidul batik character continues to undergo changes and developments, both in shape, technique, and coloring results. The purpose of this research is to know the source of the idea of the form, and the development of batik walang in Gunungkidul seen from the beginning was created until now used by gunungkidul people even outside people who are interested in the motif of batik walang. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods, with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, then the research instruments are the researchers themselves assisted by observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Validity of data with triangulation and persistence of observation, while data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results found from this study are: (1) Knowing the idea of the shape and development of Walang Jati Kencono batik motifs that are programmed as a characteristic uniform for students in Gunungkidul and strengthening local batik in order to drive the growth and empowerment of batik industry in Gunungkidul.  Keywords: Batik, Motif  Walang Jati Kencono, Gunungkidul, Craftsman

This study aims to determine the effect of image coloring activity on fine motor group B children in PAUD Bukit Selanjut Kelayang Sub-district Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is an experimental research using one-group pretest-posttest design to know comparison before and after treatment. Subjects of this study amounted to 7 children, with the objects is the influence of picture coloring activities on motor fine capabilities of group B Children in PAUD Bukit Selanjut Kelayang Sub-district Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population of this research is students in kindergarten PAUD Bukit Selanjut Kelayang Sub-district Indragiri Hulu Regency amounting to 13 children, whith a sample of 7 children consisting  4 from a man dan 3 from a woman. The sample is done by purposive sampling technique, that is by determining the sample through certain consideration.  Data collection techniques used are test, observation and documentation. While the technique of data analysis using t-test test using SPSS Windows ver. 17. The results showed that thitung = 27,000 with Sig = 0,000. Because sig value <0,05 and thitung = 27,000 bigger than ttabel = 2,447, it can be concluded that there is significant influence after giving treatment in picture coloring activity. so Ho is rejected Ha accepted which means there is influence before and after being treated to fine motor abilities of children. The influence of picture coloring activity on fine motor ability of group B children in PAUD Bukit Selanjut Kelayang Sub-district Indragiri Hulu Regency is 56,25% (in medium category).Keywords: Smooth Motor Capability, Picture Coloring Activity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

This research generally aims to give an idea of the extent of the VO2Max ability of the futsal team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar team, this sample was also called the "saturated sample". The sampling technique used in this study uses a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation sheets and bleep test forms. Research instruments in the study for data collection in this study using the Bleep Test. Data analysis techniques in the study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the VO2Max level of the futsal team at the 22nd High School Makassar Makassar is in the medium category with a mean value (42.375) with detailed data that is in the excellent criteria of 0 students (0%), on good criteria a number of 10 students ( 50%), students on the medium criteria were 10 people (50%) and students who were included in the criteria were poor and the criteria were very few at 0 students (0%). The conclusion of this study is the VO2Max level of the Futsal Team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar is in the medium category.
