LKP3A counselor in terms of quality and quantity is still very lacking. One of the indications is there are still many unskillful bachelor degree graduates that work as counselors. Thus, there is a need for assistance and empowerment to meet the needs of the community. This community empowerment program aims to improve knowledge and counseling skills that are still relatively minimal for mentors at LKP3A Fatayat Nadhalatul Ulama Pekalongan. This research is a participatory action research (PAR) with a qualitative approach. This research was carried out for 1 year in the NU building in Pekalongan. The subjects of this study were divided into two community categories namely the Core Trainer Team (TIP) and LKP3A Women's Citizens (WP). Counseling skills training is carried out through three activities, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation monitoring activities. The results of this research show that after LKP3A counselors received training and mentoring, it showed many changes, including being able to understand ethical principles for counseling and paying attention to risk management; able to bring up a friendly attitude; empathize; want to listen to clients; understand and appreciate individual differences. The counselor provides services based on these differences. The focus on the client is greater. The counselor understands her position as a counselor, able to integrate theory into counseling practice, able to evaluate the course of counseling both in the process and results.

Abstract Slum is a problem that has long since occurred and also become the main obstacle to the development of large cities, including one of Padang's right city in the village of Dadok Tunggul Hitam and village of Alai Parak Kopi. In line with the problem, the Ministry of Public Works and housing of the Indonesian people created a national slum handling strategy program called the Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh (Kotaku). This Program is in the implementation of Dadok Tunggul Hitam and Alai Parak Kopi. This research aims to meet the implementation of the Ungrungy City program, community participation, and constraints during its implementation. The type of research used is Field research with a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The informant of this research is a subdistrict apparatus, Kelurahan, Community Empowerment Institute (LPM), an ungrungy city Program activists and elements of society. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Ungrungy City program in the two villages is already running well, as well as the participation of its significant community, as well as the constraints are also not so much, only partly People do not understand the purpose of the program of the Ungrungy city because there is busy work. The training has elements such as training containing the objectives to be achieved, training takes place outside the school system, and training provides knowledge and skills to improve the quality of life. The process of community empowerment through out-of-school education is actually an effort that enables the community with all its empowerment to empower itself. With the center of activity should be in the hands of the people themselves with starting point from the community, carried out by the community and its benefits for the community or in other terms community-based education. The condition of women in Indonesia today is very alarming, women are seen as weak and only considered as someone who is only able to carry out their duties as a housewife. In addition, with the patriaki culture still prevailing in Indonesian society. The state of patriarchal culture directly or indirectly places women in the lower classes after men. Finally what happens is the dichotomy, which is the ruling society and the ruling humans. To free the situation of mastering and being controlled, liberation must be carried out through the process of empowering those who are controlled (empowerment of the powerless). Empowerment or empowerment can be interpreted as providing power or strength to someone because he is considered helpless or the strength that is so small that he can hardly do anything. In Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Karawang there are several fields and one of them is a field Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Perempuan and Keluarga This field has the main task of carrying out part of the duties of the Head of Service in terms of facilitation, coordination, management, guidance and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of women's empowerment and increasing family security. Therefore effort Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan anak in empowering women by forming groups named after them PEKKA located in the Desa Mekarjati. PEKKA is is an abbreviation of Perempuan Kepala Keluarga. This study aims to determine and describe the process of acrylic skills training, then what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in training and also how are the results of acrylic skills training in empowering women in Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak. This research is a qualitative research with case study method whose data is obtained from interviews and this research was conducted at Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Karawang Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Pelatihan Keterampilan Akrilik Dalam Pemberdayaan Perempuan in the Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Karawang District has been quite successful in providing training to PEKKA members to empower women who have become PEKKA members in Desa Mekarjati Karawang Regency.Keywords: Acrylic Skills Training, Women's Empowerment.

<p>Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah tentang konsekuensi pendidikan bagi pemeluk agama lokal. Untuk itu, dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Perolehan data bersifat studi kasus dan sumber data berupa pelaku yang merespon atas kebijakan negara di bidang pendidikan agama dalam jenjang pendidikan formal.  Pengumpulan data bersifat interaktif  dan fleksibel meliputi perumusan, pembatasan  masalah, dan informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik yang beragama lokal (agama Adam) harus mengikuti pendidikan fomal dan menerima materi ajar pendidikan ‘Pancasila’,  sebagaimana amanat UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 yang menuangkan materi kurikulum dan PP Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 tentang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan. Disamping itu, peserta didik yang berusia produktif  jika tidak dididik dalam pendidikan formal pada dasarnya mengekang keinginan luhur diri anak yang bertolak belakang dengan UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak Pasal 9 ayat (1).</p><p><strong>Kata kunci: pendidikan,  agama, samin</strong></p><div class="Section1"><p><em>THE   EDUCATIONAL  CONSEQUENCES  FOR   LOCAL R</em><em>E</em><em>LIGIONS PEOPLE (EDUCATION POLICY ANALYSIS). This article aims at studying the education consequences for the local religions people. For that reason, in conducting the study author used a qualitative approach. The data achievement  are case studies and data sources in the form of principals who responded over the State policy in the field of religious education in the level of formal education. Data collection  is both interactive and flexible include formulation, restrictions on the issue, and the informant. The results of this research show that learners who are local religious people (the religion of Adam) should follow fomal education and receive the teaching material  of Pancasila education, as the mandate of the ACT Number 20 in 2003 that containing the curriculum material and government rule (PP) Number 55 in 2007 about religious education and religious affairs. In addition, learners who are productive if not trained in formal education basically curb the desire of the sublime self of the child flips with ACT Number 23 of 2002 on child protection article 9 paragraph (1).</em></p></div><p> <strong><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: education, religion, samin</em><br /></strong></p>

Abstract: The increasing issue of gender responsiveness to women's burdens as a result of COVID-19 has become the background for the implementation of women-based community empowerment under the name "Patali Gumbira". The implementation of women's empowerment "Patali Gumbira" has become one of the issues to prepare women in adapting to the new habits of COVID-19. To build women's resilience based on social capital, their knowledge, experience, and aspirations in responding to the impact of COVID-19. In this study, the Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR) approach was used, which made women the center for critical, independent, and creative thinking. The findings in this study indicate that the empowerment of "Patali Gumbira" is a form of means of women's social resilience through a structured framework of education, advocacy, and economic systems utilizing social networks, one of which is strengthening the organization of PKK women in the village public sphere. This strengthening effort is driven by the inclusion of various training including 1) strengthening women's motivation in facing adaptation to new habits due to COVID-19; 2) strengthening women's leadership in an effort to build their potential capabilities; 3) advocacy in the prevention and handling of cases of violence against women, and 4) hairdressing soft skills training as an opportunity for women's business services on an ongoing basis. Efforts to overcome social impacts during the COVID-19 pandemic are strengthening women's resilience and becoming confident in building a sense of belonging. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan “Patali Gumbira” ini menjadi salah satu isu mempersiapkan perempuan dalam adaptasi kebiasaan baru COVID-19. Dalam upaya membangun resiliensi perempuan tersebut berdasarkan modal sosial pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan aspirasi mereka dalam menyikapi dampak COVID-19. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR), yang menjadikan perempuan sebagai sentral untuk befikir kritis, mandiri serta kreatif. Temuan dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pemberdayaan “Patali Gumbira” menjadi bentuk sarana resiliensi sosial Perempuan melalui kerangka sistem edukasi, advokasi dan ekonomi yang terstruktur memanfaatkan jejaring sosial salah satuanya penguatan organisasi Ibu-ibu PKK di ranah publik desa. Upaya penguatan ini didorong dengan termuatnya berbagai pelatihan diantaranya: 1) penguatan motivasi perempuan dalam menghadapi adaptasi kebiasaan baru akibat COVID-19; 2) penguatan kepemimpinan perempuan dalam upaya membangun kemampuan potensinya; 3) advokasi dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan, dan 4) pelatihan softskill tata rambut sebagai peluang jasa usaha perempuan secara berkelanjutan. Upaya mengatasi dampak sosial di masa pandemi COVID-19 menjadi penguatan resiliensi para perempuan dan menjadi keyakinan dalam membangun rasa memiliki. <p>The aims of this study are (1) Describe the type of business and empowerment strategies are carried out on a group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong; (2) Describe efforts to achieve self-sufficiency in the economy in a group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong; and (3) Describe the obstacles faced in the community empowerment program to achieve economic independence in the group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong. This study used a  qualitative approach various case studies. The collection of data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by classified and reduction data, withdrawal the conclution. Results of this research show, First: Strategies undertaken MDW in community development programs in the District of Camplong includes 7 steps. The type of business of the group of which are: 1) Pastries An-Nur village Dharma in Camplong; 2). Mukenah Gallery 99 in  Tambaan villages; 3). Crackers Taddan in Taddan village; 4). Pastry Taddan in Taddan village; 5). Haji cap Ala Arabia in Taddan village; 6). Batik Mandangin in village Mandangin Island; and 7). Shoes in sejati village; Second: The efforts made by MDW to achieve economic independence in the group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong are: 1). Assistance to craftsmen / auxiliaries; 2). Changing the mindset of the community of workers / laborers to be a creator of employment / self-employment; 3). Facilitate group of craftsmen with the help of venture capital in the form of raw materials in accordance with their respective efforts; 4). Providing training for members of groups of craftsmen organized by the government or universities; 5). Building a partnership with a modern market in Sampang; Third: Obstacles encountered in community development programs in the district Camplong are: 1). Mindset and attitude of traditional society; 2). Weak human resources and low work ethic;  3).  Limited funding / capital; 4). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan masjid berbasis kampus dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan kegiatan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat, sehingga semua pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatatif. Hasil penelitian di Masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor dapat diperoleh data pengelolaan masjid Al-Jabbar mencakup beberapa tahapan dalam meyusun program kegiatan yang telah direncanakan. Ada beberapa langkah-langkah yang digunakan  dalam melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor sesuai dengan fungsi pengelolaan yang digunakan. Pertama adalah perencanaan program yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid Al-Jabbar dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kedua yaitu pengorganisasian diterapkan untuk pembagian tugas kerja kepada pengurus DKM. Ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan diterapkan melalui bimbingan, pemberian motivasi kepada pengurus, menjalin hubungan. Kemudian yang terakhir adalah pengawasan yang diterapkan DKM masjid Al-Jabbar melalui pengawasan langsung dan tidak langsung. This research aims to determine the management of campus-based mosques in improving community empowerment, through the planning process, organizing, actuating, and controlling of activities in building cooperation with the community, so that all the empowerment carried out by DKM mosques can run effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research at the Al-Jabbar Mosque in the ITB Jatinangor Campus can be obtained from the management data of the Al-Jabbar mosque covering several stages in arranging the planned program of activities. There are several steps used in empowering the community through the Al-Jabbar mosque in accordance with the management functions used. First is program planning carried out by the DKM Al-Jabbar mosque in improving community empowerment. Second, organizing is applied to the division of work tasks to DKM administrators. Third, the implementation is implemented through guidance, giving motivation to the board, having a relationship. Then the last is the supervision applied by the Al-Jabbar DKM mosque through direct and indirect supervision.

Forest management in terms of its production function is directed towards management that is oriented towards all potential forestry resources and is based on community empowerment. The Wana Tekat Mandiri Farmer Group Association manages community forests, namely state forests whose main use is aimed at empowering the community. The rampant illegal logging is carried out by irresponsible parties outside of the farmer group association. So that community groups that carry out illegal logging do not support the Regional Government in providing guidance to the Association of Farmer groups in the Sendang Agung District area. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of community development and empowerment in community forest utilization has been running well and the implementation of the strategy has been deemed successful in implementation. The coaching strategy has a main objective in the framework of developing a coaching plan in carrying out activities or programs of Gapoktan Wana Tekad Mandiri, namely by how to develop skills, develop knowledge and develop attitudes. The existence of this coaching strategy is expected to have a good empowering impact on the community.

Penelitian ini menguji teori Marx yang mengatakan bahwa dalam proses kapitalisasi, petani lahan kecil akan tergusur oleh petani lahan besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Menggunakan teknik observasi partisipasi di lapangan, studi ini melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap petani. Analisis data yang digunakan bersifat induktif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan, bahwa teori Marx tidak terjadi di malar Aman. Adapun penyebab menurunnya pertanian disebabkan menurunnya unsur hara tanah, mahalnya biaya produksi, alih fungsi lahan dan perubahan cuaca. Sedangkan strategi petani lahan kecil untuk mempertahankan kehidupan yaitu melakukan pola tanam tumpang sari, melakukan pekerjaan tambahan, dan mengatur keuangan.This study examines Marx's theory which says that in the process of capitalization, small land farmers will be displaced by large land farmers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of Participatory Action Research (PAR). Using the techniques of participatory observation in the field, the study conducted in-depth interviews on farmers. Analysis of the data used is inductive. This study led to the conclusion that Marx's theory does not happen in Aman malar. The cause of the decline of agriculture due to declining soil nutrients, the high cost of production, land use and climate change. While the strategies of small land farmers to sustain life is to do the planting patterns of intercropping, do extra work, and manage finances.

The purpose of this study was to explore the antecedents of family conflict in Uganda. A qualitative approach was used in this study. A sample size of 139 participants provided data which was subjected to content analysis. Results revealed that the core themes associated with family conflict are finances and priority of resources. Further findings show that differences in tastes and interests, selfishness and lack of communication played a key role as causes of family conflicts. The implication of this study is that finances and priority of resources are antecedents of family conflict in the context of Uganda. Therefore, the antecedents of family conflict that emerged from this study can be understood, defined and analyzed through the lens of social identity theory. Future research may include conducting quantitative studies with a particular demographic using the themes that have emerged from this study.
