Pengelolaan Masjid Berbasis Kampus dalam Meningkatkan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan masjid berbasis kampus dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan kegiatan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat, sehingga semua pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatatif. Hasil penelitian di Masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor dapat diperoleh data pengelolaan masjid Al-Jabbar mencakup beberapa tahapan dalam meyusun program kegiatan yang telah direncanakan. Ada beberapa langkah-langkah yang digunakan  dalam melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor sesuai dengan fungsi pengelolaan yang digunakan. Pertama adalah perencanaan program yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid Al-Jabbar dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kedua yaitu pengorganisasian diterapkan untuk pembagian tugas kerja kepada pengurus DKM. Ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan diterapkan melalui bimbingan, pemberian motivasi kepada pengurus, menjalin hubungan. Kemudian yang terakhir adalah pengawasan yang diterapkan DKM masjid Al-Jabbar melalui pengawasan langsung dan tidak langsung. This research aims to determine the management of campus-based mosques in improving community empowerment, through the planning process, organizing, actuating, and controlling of activities in building cooperation with the community, so that all the empowerment carried out by DKM mosques can run effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research at the Al-Jabbar Mosque in the ITB Jatinangor Campus can be obtained from the management data of the Al-Jabbar mosque covering several stages in arranging the planned program of activities. There are several steps used in empowering the community through the Al-Jabbar mosque in accordance with the management functions used. First is program planning carried out by the DKM Al-Jabbar mosque in improving community empowerment. Second, organizing is applied to the division of work tasks to DKM administrators. Third, the implementation is implemented through guidance, giving motivation to the board, having a relationship. Then the last is the supervision applied by the Al-Jabbar DKM mosque through direct and indirect supervision.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Masjid Al-Anshari dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses penggerakan dan proses pengendalian di Masjid Al-Anshari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara, rekaman audio dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masjid Al-Anshari di dalam meningkatkan jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at memiliki proses perencanaan berupa penyusunan unsur tujuan, unsur kebijakan, unsur kemajuan, dan unsur program. Proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja melalui struktur organisasi, departementalisasi dengan deksripsi kerjanya, distribusi otoritas, dan koordinasi yang dilakukan setiap Briefing di Coffee Break. Proses penggerakan dilakukan melalui proses motivasi, proses kepemimpinan dan proses komunikasi. Proses pengendalian dilakukan dengan memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada.   This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving Jama'ah Shubuh Prayer and Friday Prayers. In more detail, the purpose of this research is to find out the planning process, the organizing process, the mobilization process and the control process at Al-Ansari Mosque.  This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, considered appropriate for use in this study. The data collection method is by observation, interview, audio recording and documentation study.  The results of this study indicate that the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving the congregation of the Shubuh Prayers and Friday Prayers has a planning process in the form of compilation of objectives, policy elements, progress elements, and program elements. The organizing process is carried out with the division of labor through the organizational structure, departmentalization with its work description, distribution of authority, and coordination that is carried out every Briefing at Coffee Break. The mobilization process is carried out through a motivational process, a leadership process and a communication process. The control process is carried out by correcting the existing deviations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran manajerial lembaga Pesantren Darul Inayah dalam proses rekruitmen santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, diantaranya; observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Lembaga Pesantren Darul Inayah telah menerapkan fungsi  manajerial dalam proses rekruitmen santri, meliputi; pertama, perencanaan yang mencakup konsep dan strategi yang matang, merumuskan tujuan jelas, serta membuat program kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Kedua, pengorganisasian yang mencakup pembagian divisi, pembagian tugas dan pengelompokan kerja pada masing-masing panitia. Ketiga, pengarahan yang mencakup pemberian motivasi, pelatihan dan pengarahan kepada semua panitia. Keempat, pengawasan yang mencakup pengawasan langsung oleh para pengurus dan pengawasan tidak langsung dilakukan dalam bentuk rapat evaluasi panitia. Khusus bagi anak yatim piatu dan dhuafa diberikan peluang untuk masuk dengan mudah, agar dapat menempuh pendidikan dengan gratis. This study aims to describe the management at Darul Inayah Islamic Boarding School in the process of santri recruitment which includes planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the application of management functions in the santri recruitment process had been quite successful, through planning which included mature concepts and strategies, had clear objectives, and clearly the program of activities to be carried out. Organizing includes division, division of tasks and grouping of work for each committee. The briefing includes providing motivation, training and direction to all the committee. Supervision carried out includes direct supervision to the field carried out by directors and indirect supervision carried out in the form of committee evaluation meetings for santri recruitment. The result of the implementation management is to provide opportunities for orphans, orphans and poor people to study for free.

Forest management in terms of its production function is directed towards management that is oriented towards all potential forestry resources and is based on community empowerment. The Wana Tekat Mandiri Farmer Group Association manages community forests, namely state forests whose main use is aimed at empowering the community. The rampant illegal logging is carried out by irresponsible parties outside of the farmer group association. So that community groups that carry out illegal logging do not support the Regional Government in providing guidance to the Association of Farmer groups in the Sendang Agung District area. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of community development and empowerment in community forest utilization has been running well and the implementation of the strategy has been deemed successful in implementation. The coaching strategy has a main objective in the framework of developing a coaching plan in carrying out activities or programs of Gapoktan Wana Tekad Mandiri, namely by how to develop skills, develop knowledge and develop attitudes. The existence of this coaching strategy is expected to have a good empowering impact on the community.

Self-advocacy skills enable active student involvement in the Individualized Education Program planning process. However, some students with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD) lack appropriate self-advocacy skills and may require specific instruction in how to prepare for and participate in their own IEP. Special educators may have limited knowledge and skills to foster the self-advocacy skills of students with EBD. Therefore, this article focuses on a research-based strategy, the Self-Advocacy Strategy (SAS), that can be used by educators to effectively promote students’ self-advocacy skills. Research support and a detailed overview and guidelines on how educators can implement the SAS in their classrooms are included.

Literacy culture needs to be instilled early on, because it can foster students' interest in reading. Serut Muhammadiyah Elementary School is one of the schools implementing a literacy culture program. This study aims to explain the planning, implementation, evaluation of literacy culture programs at SD Muhammadiyah Serut, as well as describing the independence of students in literacy culture at SD Muhammadiyah Serut. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were school principals, class III teachers and class IV teachers, librarians, class III and IV students taken randomly. The objects in this study are all matters relating to the independence of students in literacy culture in SD Muhammadiyah Serut. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models, while to test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed: that literacy program planning is related to the vision, mission and goals of the library, while the literacy culture has been running smoothly. Literacy cultural activities include reading iqra, reading Juz 'Amma, reading activities 15 minutes before the lesson begins, short story activities and bulletin classes. The next stage is the evaluation at Serut Muhammadiyah Elementary School conducted once a semester, to find out the extent of the literacy culture program. In the independence of students in the culture of literacy at Serut Muhammadiyah Elementary School as students do not read when the teacher does not ask. Then students are not confident when reading the results of their work.

This research was conducted due to several problems, including: weak annual work program planning, weak program control, this research was conducted on 60 people involved in the Technical Implementation Unit in Rantau Pandan using the survey method with a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of knowing how far. where is the implementation of the Technical Service Unit of the Rantau Pandan District Education Office. The results obtained: the duties and functions have not been carried out optimally, in providing direction it is quite good, there is still a lack of supervision carried out and from the results above there are several conditions that cause this to occur including the skill factor and the employee discipline factor.

Abstract The Village Library has full responsibility in terms of empowering knowledge for the community. This is because the village library has a strategic position in rural communities. The empowerment of this knowledge is very closely related to the achievement of prosperity both materially and nonmaterial. In the empowerment of knowledge refers to the existing conditions of the village library, potential maps, and problems that exist in the Paseban Village community. This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material (Creswell). Analysis of the data used is Creswell data analysis. The researcher chooses to use qualitative validity and reliability to demonstrate the validity of the data as well as the accuracy of the research results. The results of this study are that the Paseban Village Government has carried out empowerment related to tourism development, BumDes, and through the provision of the internet. However, it is not under the auspices of the village library. The empowerment carried out is partial, not centered on the village library. Paseban Village Government has not fulfilled the three aspects of empowerment, namely a) enabling, b) empowering, and c) protecting. So that there is a need to develop a model of knowledge empowerment in the Paseban Village Library, including: a) enabling (village library as a center of knowledge, village library creates an atmosphere that allows the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library; b) empowering (strengthening the village library as a center of knowledge , strengthening the village library in creating an atmosphere that enables the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library with concrete steps, the concept that is in enabling is practiced with concrete steps and the availability of infrastructure that can support the creation of community empowerment; c) protecting ( the village library as a knowledge center establishes an information center that can protect and defend the community in terms of knowledge and information related to the distribution of the results of community innovation, the village library covers everything needed community in developing welfare literacy. Keywords: village library, knowledge empowerment, welfare literacy. Abstrak Perpustakaan Desa mempunyai tanggung jawab penuh dalam hal pemberdayaan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan perpustakaan desa mempunyai posisi yang strategis dalam masyarakat pedesaan. Pemberdayaan pengetahuan ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian kesejahteraan baik secara materi maupun nonmateri. Dalam pemberdayaan pengetahuan mengacu pada kondisi eksisting perpustakaan desa, peta potensi, dan permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Paseban. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi audio-visual (Creswell). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Creswell. Peneliti memilih menggunakan validitas dan realibilitas kualitatif untuk menunjukkan keabsahan data sekaligus keakuratan hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Paseban sudah pernah melaksanakan pemberdayaan terkait pembangunan wisata, BumDes, dan melalui penyediaan internet. Akan tetapi, tidak di bawah naungan perpustakaan desa. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan bersifat parsial, tidak terpusat pada perpustakaan desa. Pemerintah Desa Paseban belum memenuhi tiga aspek pemberdayaan, yakni a) enabling, b) empowering, dan c) protecting. Sehinggan perlu adanya pengembangan model pemberdayaan pengetahuan pada Perpustakaan Desa Paseban, antara lain: a) enabling (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, perpustakaan desa menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan; b) empowering (memperkuat perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, memperkuat perpustakaan desa dalam menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan dengan langkah-langkah nyata, konsep yang ada pada enabling dipraktikkan dengan langkah-langkah nyata dan tersedianya sarana prasarana yang dapat mendukung terciptanya pemberdayaan pada masyarakat; c) protecting (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan mendirikan juga pusat informasi yang dapat melindungi dan membela masyarakat dalam hal pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pendistribusian hasil inovasi masyarakat, perpustakaan desa meng-cover segala hal yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan literasi kesejahteraan. Kata kunci: perpustakaan desa, pemberdayaan pengetahuan, literasi kesejahteraan.

Village tourism is one form of tourism that applies the concept of community empowerment so that community participation is the most important component in its development. This study aims to describe the development of the Pentingsari Tourism Village in the perspective of community participation. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the development  of  the  Pentingsari  Tourism  Village  received  full  support  from  the  Pentingsari  community and  local  government  through  its  participation  in  tourism  activities.  At  the  planning and  decisionmaking stages, the community participated from planning, socialization to community and village government, to making decisions about the formation of a tourism village. Community participation in the implementation phase is carried out by giving thought, material, and being directly involved in every tourism village development activity and trying to create a tourism village that is ready to compete in the tourism industry. Participation in the stage of enjoying the results is shown by improving the living conditions  of  the  Pentingsari  community  due  to  tourism  activities.  This  means  that  the  community  enjoys the results of tourism, economically, socially, culturally, and environmentally. Furthermore, community participation in the evaluation phase was demonstrated through their involvement in regular meetings between village tourism managers, village government and local government.AbtrakDesa  wisata  merupakan  salah  satu  bentuk  wisata  yang  menerapkan  konsep pemberdayaan  masyarakat  sehingga partisipasi  masyarakat  menjadi  komponen terpenting  dalam pengembangannya.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pengembangan  Desa Wisata  Pentingsari  dalam  perspektif  partisipasi  masyarakat.  Penelitian  ini  bersifat  deskriptif dengan  pendekatan  kualitatif.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  pengembangan  Desa Wisata Pentingsari  mendapat  dukungan penuh dari  masyarakat Pentingsari  dan  pemerintah  daerah  melalui partisipasinya  dalam  kegiatan wisata. Pada tahap  perencanaan  dan pengambilan  keputusan, masyarakat berpartisipasi mulai dari perencanaan,  sosialisasi ke masyarakat dan pemerintah  desa hingga pengambilan keputusan tentang  pembentukan  desa wisata. Partisipasi masyarakat  dalam tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan memberikan  pemikiran,  materi,  dan terlibat  langsung dalam setiap kegiatan pengembangan desa wisata serta berupaya menciptakan  desa wisata yang  siap  bersaing  di  industri  pariwisata.  Partisipasi  dalam  tahap  menikmati  hasil  ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kondisi kehidupan masyarakat  Pentingsari akibat  kegiatan  wisata. Hal ini berarti bahwa masyarakat menikmati  hasil dari kegiatan  wisata baik secara ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan. Selanjutnya  partisipasi  masyarakat dalam  tahap  evaluasi  ditunjukkan melalui  keterlibatannya dalam  pertemuan  rutin antarpengelola  desa wisata, pemerintah  desa, dan pemerintah daerah setempat.

Abstract.This research is motivated by the poor management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods due to the frequent situation of urgent goods but the user rarely directly engages in receiving goods, is not right in planning procurement of goods, organizational structure is not lived properly, and lack of communication in ordering goods. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. Praxis, or reflective action, is at the heart of the program planning process. Planners are involved in a continual process of constructing and deconstructing planning activities, reflecting upon these activities, and renegotiating and analyzing these activities. The praxis model presented in this paper fosters a spirit of critical reflection and action in the planning process. It also recognizes that those involved in program planning come to appreciate that values, beliefs, ideologies, and contextual factors are not only constructed, but are also culturally transmitted, provisional, and relative. This awareness facilitates their challenge of the taken-for-grantedness of institutional settings within which program planning is practised, relationships are mediated, and political and economic agendas dominate.
