The article outlines the problem of future teachers preparation for implementation of STEAM education with the help of innovative learning models and new approaches to organization of educational process. The authors carried out the analysis of innovative classroom utilization peculiarities for organization of STEAM training of future teachers on the basis of innovative pedagogical technologies utilization and innovative forms of students’ learning activities organization that are based on the rotation model. In particular, objects of STEAM learning ecosystem were defined as well as the place and the role of learning environments there exemplified by innovative classroom (ICR). The article represents the results of the research on educational trends, innovative pedagogical technologies and methods of innovative classroom organization which will satisfy the needs of the learning process participants. These results are based on the survey where 198 students of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University took part. Characteristics of innovative classroom, approaches to organization of ICR depending on the number of rotation stations, rotation models, their advantages and disadvantages are described. There is a description of innovative classroom in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University which is designed as an educational centre for preparation of future primary school teachers, training teachers in the sphere of innovative technologies, in particular, to implement tasks of STEAM education. The practical part of the research is in description of STEAM lesson organization in the innovative classroom using the example of the training carried out using innovative classroom equipment, mentioned innovative technologies and models. The participants of the training had to perform a learning project using inquiry-based method where each stage of the project had to be fulfilled on a definite rotation station of the innovative classroom. The research leading to these results received, within the framework of the Modernization of Pedagogical Higher Education by Innovative Teaching Instruments. Introduction and purpose of the study. The article is devoted to the problem of determining the readiness of physical education teachers to introduce innovative teaching technologies into the educational process of physical education. The hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that studying the degree of readiness of physical education teachers to apply innovations will help to identify ways of retraining of physical education, increasing the level of their skills formation in the use of innovative teaching technologies in the educational process. The purpose is to determine the degree of readiness of physical education teachers to introduce innovative learning technologies into the educational process to enhance their innovative competence. Material and methods. The study was attended by 32 physical education teachers from Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk area, who were trained at the Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education. During the research the following methods were used: analysis of literary sources, pedagogical experiment, questioning, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The results of the survey showed that teachers are positive about innovation in their professional activities, but there are a number of external and internal factors that hinder the use of innovative technologies. Most respondents are also aware of existing new learning technologies and are able to use them in their professional activities under the right conditions. Conclusions. There is a need to raise teachers' awareness of current pedagogical and innovative technologies and the possibilities of using them in the educational process. Most important in the expansion of professional competence, gaining new knowledge are the various forms of methodical work. Measures are proposed to increase teachers' readiness to innovate in their professional activities. Key words: innovations, teachers, physical education, technologies, professional activity

The conceptual and methodological principles of future technology teachers’ training to the innovative pedagogical activities in terms of the postmodern approach are scientifically argued and developed in the article. It is proved that their training becomes effective if it is carried out according to the defined theoretical and methodological bases of the search, taking into account the main directions of reforming the system of higher pedagogical education in the context of innovative development of Ukraine. The essence and content of readiness of future teachers of technologies for innovative pedagogical activity are revealed, components (motivational, cognitive, activity-technological, and creative-reflexive), criteria, indicators, and levels of its formation are defined. The pedagogical conditions of training of future teachers of technologies for innovative pedagogical activity are substantiated; theoretically developed and experimentally tested component model of the professionally-oriented educational environment of pedagogical free economic zone and structural-functional model of training of future teachers of technologies for innovative pedagogical activity. The effectiveness of the gradual introduction of methods of training future teachers of technology to innovative pedagogical activities through the use of developed methodological support and improvement of content, forms, methods, and means of educational interaction of subjects and objects of educational process environment of pedagogical higher educational establishments was experimentally tested and confirmed using the methods of mathematical statistics.

Aim of the research: substantiation of features of introduction of innovative teaching technologies in the educational process of training of future geography teachers. Research methods. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: theoretical, which made it possible to find out the state of the research problem; methodological, on the basis of synthesis, analysis, systematization and generalization of the studied sources for realization of introduction of innovative teaching technologies into educational process of training of future geography teachers. Results. The article is considered with the necessity of introducing innovative teaching technologies in the educational process of training future geography teachers on the example of teaching the discipline "Concepts of modern nature science". There were defined conditions under which effective introduction of innovative learning technologies into the educational process is possible. The prerequisites and criteria of the teacher's readiness for innovative activity are distinguished. The types of innovative technologies and possibilities of their application in the educational process of training of future geography teachers are analyzed, practical tasks for realization of specific innovative technologies of teaching are offered. The research concluded that the introduction of innovative learning technologies involves updating the content and forms of learning, connection theory with practice, combining traditional methods of learning with innovative, which will prepare competent and creative professionals who can actively act in accordance with requirements of the social and professional environment. Innovations in the system of training graduates of pedagogical specialties include not only the introduction of modern innovative technologies of teaching in the educational process of pedagogical universities, but also taking into account changes in the system of general secondary education.

The article is devoted to the study of the processes of formation of ICT competence of students of philology with the help of innovative teaching aids in the conditions of distance education. The peculiarities of innovative teaching aids in the process of remote work are clarified, their influence on the formation of ICT competence of students-philologists is studied, the interrelation between the processes of using innovative teaching aids in educational practice and formation of ICT competence of future teachers is analyzed. The study conducted a survey among students on the effectiveness of distance learning, the features of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process and the use of related innovative learning tools, as well as on improving skills and abilities to work with Internet resources, learning platforms. The use of innovative tools for the training of teachers of philology significantly deepens the effectiveness of teaching, creates a ground for the disclosure of their creative potential, teaches to create original educational content, to interact effectively with others.

The purpose of the study the attitude of nurses to the existing system of advanced training and determine ways to optimize it. Results. An analysis of the opinions of nursing staff on improving the system of additional vocational education in accordance with personal needs showed that most of the students of advanced training courses expressed a desire to be present in the training process of practical health care professionals from large medical organizations using modern and innovative teaching methods; introduction of distance learning into the educational process of nursing staff with a flexible schedule and an individual student's plan; the use of modern and innovative technologies, methods and forms of professional and educational activities, formed taking into account the opinions of the students themselves; maintaining a high professional level of the teacher, the main qualities of which are the ability to motivate to study, maintain interest in the classroom and create a favorable psychological attitude. Conclusion. In improving the quality of medical care for patients, specialists with secondary medical education, in the development of new innovative technologies, additional professional education is a key resource, which goes along with the specialist throughout his entire professional activity and is able to adapt them to new professional requirements.

Abstract The problem of professional training of teachers in foreign countries in terms of intercultural interaction of educational space objects has been studied in the paper. It has been stated that the current stage of human civilization development which is defined as the transition to a knowledge society, is characterized by qualitatively new requirements to the development of education. It has been noted that despite some cultural-and-historical differences in the development of Ukraine and countries of the European Union, functional similarity of national systems of teachers’professional training enables the usage of European experience in future teachers’ training. The role of teachers in the modernization of European education has been emphasized. It has been stated that in the professional training theory and practice significant experience has been accumulated which can form the basis for modernization of future teachers’ training for intercultural interaction of the educational process objects. Major trends in this area have been revealed. Scientific approaches and paradigms have been defined. Much attention is focused on the fact that a set of methodological approaches to the problem of teachers’ professional training has allowed to distinguish personality-centered and activity approaches as main ones for solving research problems. It has been noted that the reason for scientists’ special attention to the category of educational activities is the development of problems related to organizing cross-cultural educational process that helps students to get knowledge about other cultures, to determine the common and special features in traditions, lifestyle and cultural values of peoples, to bring up youth in the spirit of respect for systems of other cultures. Much attention has been paid to the concept of educational support which is a humanistic way of interaction of a teacher with students on the basis of expansion and deepening student-centered and developmental paradigm of education which is based on internal freedom and creativity of the individual, real humanism and democracy.

The task of vocational education at the present stage of development of society is to train competitive professionals with professional mobility, skills of rapid adaptation to changing conditions of society, methods of self-education, improving the quality of their own professional activities and its product. The article analyzes the modern model of practical training of teachers, namely: future educators of preschool education and primary school teachers in the educational process of the Pedagogical Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The current modernization of the domestic education system creates increased requirements for the quality of training of modern teachers, which is not only to modernize the content of profile-oriented disciplines, but also requires appropriate organization of various types of pedagogical practice. The authors investigate various aspects of training future teachers to carry out professional activities in preschool and primary schools. In particular, the activities of the Center for Self-Knowledge and Self-Development, the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies (ICR), the Educational Laboratory of Creative Pedagogy are substantiated, providing a combination of scientific achievements and practice in the educational process. It is in the process of training in these centers that students have the opportunity to model different components of future pedagogical activities and choose different ways to solve them given the proposed features of the pedagogical situation, which will further contribute to the formation of future teachers holistic perception of professional activity. all participants in the educational process, the ability to make independent decisions and respond quickly to the challenges of everyday teaching. The peculiarities of students’ work in the centers in classroom and extracurricular classes are revealed, in the process of which future preschool educators and primary school teachers have the opportunity to participate in interdisciplinary projects, trainings, master innovative and digital teaching tools. component of the educational process and ensures the competitiveness of young professionals. The article identifies tools for information and educational environment that should be used in working with students (STEAM-education, storytelling, kahoot, answergarden), which will promote the development of future teachers’ ability to self-presentation, the effective formation of their professional competence. The article addresses the issue of development of Kazakh, Russian and English languages in Kazakhstan. For this purpose, the authors give a definition of the types of bilingualism and polylingualism. The paper focuses on the significance of modeling of the educational process, the use of effective methods and technologies, gradual formation of foreign language speech culture and communicative competence. The model of multilingual teachers’ training is presented as a combination of motivational-value, content and technological components. In accordance with this, experimental work was conducted in three Kazakh universities. The result of the experiment is a polylingual speech culture and communicative competence of the future teachers within the selected scope of educational material. Another achievement in the experiment is the professional readiness of undergraduates to develop an integrated educational process for the formation of foreign language communicative competence, an ability to apply the concepts of the learning in educational process and justify them in a discussion. In the course of the study, the authors came to a conclusion that future teachers should have an integrated competence: knowledge of a foreign language and linguodidactic skills to plan classes in a foreign language.

Modern life requires an active creative person whose formation is possible only if the pedagogical practice of modern methods of education and upbringing is introduced. Therefore, the focus of the present education is not the very educational subjects, but the ways of thinking and activities of the student.This orientation of the modern educational process determines the choice of innovative technologies by the teacher, which is based on preparing a young person for an active position in society, activating educational opportunities, etc. The article substantiates the necessity of using innovative technologies in the practice of teaching in higher education, in particular, the issue of introducing multimedia teaching methods in classes on the Ukrainian language as a foreign language is substantiated. The focus is on the specifics and effectiveness of using such forms of work. The advantages and disadvantages of applying a multimedia presentation during the acquisition of language material have been analyzed. The use of multimedia technologies in classes in the Ukrainian language as a foreign language is driven by the desire to make the level of use of visibility more qualitative, increase the productivity of classes, realize interdisciplinary connections, implement a two-way student-teacher relationship, etc. The multimedia presentation is effective when working with students in different groups and at all stages of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language. It allows to model the conditions of communicative activity, master lexical and grammatical skills, individualize and differentiate learning, increase the amount of language training, increase motivation, promote the development of students' self-esteem, ensure the transfer of linguistic material to other types of speech activity. The article describes the possibilities of using the computer program Power Point in order to teach students the Ukrainian language as a foreign language. The program provides the teacher with unlimited opportunities for creativity in the use of information in any form of presentation, in the layout of the material in accordance with the purpose, objectives of the particular occupation and allows you to take into account the individual approach to students of different groups.
