However, the existence of such favorable conditions makes offshore jurisdictions attractive for the implementation of criminal goals that undermine Russia's economic security.

This article revises the mission and the name of the accounting profession in the context of strengthening the economic security of enterprises under the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The authors note that in the contemporary conditions of economic management, enterprises should form and ensure the functioning of the economic security of the enterprise at the proper level. The necessity of in-depth research of economic security at microlevel was considered, the factors influencing the stability of the enterprise were highlighted. High level of economic security of the subject of management consists in guaranteeing him maximum effective and stable functioning now and in future. Subjects of economic security were individual enterprises, and objects — their economic interests. The main goals of ensuring economic security of the enterprise in the part of accounting were singled out, the tasks of accounting policy, aimed at ensuring economic security, were determined. The prospects of the accounting profession in the process of ensuring economic security and reliable safe presentation of the results of doing business in reporting are substantiated. The study contains proposals on the revision of requirements for the qualifications of accountants in order to emphasize their activities aimed at strengthening the economic security of the enterprise.

The aim of this article is to include an overview of international business, with a particular emphasis on strategic international business and organizations. This evolution is mostly attributed to the advancement in research and tracking technologies, which are expanding in lockstep with the evolving attitudes and thoughts of increasingly evolved humans. As a part of this transformational phase, nations must collaborate on both national and regional levels. The aim of this article is to include an overview of international business, with a particular emphasis on strategic international business and organizations. No such thing as a pure national economy exists. The majority of the planet is much too large to dismiss as a consumer or a rival. As a result, we are obligated to educate students about foreign perspectives in order for them to comprehend global economic trends.

The relevance of the article. Economic developments of the society is the top state priority in economy and guarantee of economic potential strengthening. The economic crisis caused by Covid-19 has revealed a number of social problems in Ukrainian society that prevent economic and social transformation and Ukraine integration into the international financial space. Purpose setting is in the studying deformations in the social sphere and assessment of the state of system threats to economic security of the country. Presentation of the main material. Threatening character of deformations in the Ukraine social sphere requires introduction of social indicators monitoring which have influence on the state of economic security. It is proved that social and demographic component of economic security characterizes the possibility of the state to guarantee adequate and qualitative standard of living for population, favorable conditions of human capital development and level of labor resources provision that provide its sustainable growing. It is found out that among social problems in the society, and then the threat to economic security is worsening population health level, reduction in life expectancy, availability of high-quality treatment, high death rate, and decrease of employable population. It is defined that the poverty is caused by deficient labor legislature and social vulnerability, and labor migration threats social security. According to different resources from three to five million Ukrainian citizens live outside the country. Assessing of a statistic reveals that population employment doesn’t protect families from poverty, and 93,5% of poor people are individual homes with a single employable person and this shows low wages. It was established that there is a great difference in payments for work in Ukraine and European countries for the current year. Conclusions. Economic growing and reforming of national economy is necessary for Ukraine for encouraging people to stay in the country and invest in their future in Ukraine. With implementation of comprehensive economic reforms Ukraine has the chance to create favorable conditions for economic strengthening and social development which can improve people expectations for their living in Ukraine in comparison with potential countries for employment. The article examines the role of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in ensuring national and economic security during foreign economic operations. Approaches to ensuring economic security in the area of plastic waste have been systematized. The article focuses on quantitative and spatial analysis of the import of plastic waste into the Russian Federation. Risks of a participant in foreign economic activity have been identified. Countries have been identified as the largest importers of goods from the plastic group to Russia. It was established that the promising direction is the creation of modern customs infrastructure in the regions of Russia, optimization of logistics flows and accounting for the layout of all plastic waste processing facilities in Russia

Subject. The article is an attempt to evaluate how the COVID-19 pandemic influences the economic development in Russia, illustrating the case of the tube rolling industry. Objectives. I examine and evaluate how adverse crisis implications of the COVID-19 pandemic could possibly be eliminated in the tube rolling industry, ensuring the economic security of Russia. Methods. The study involves methods of empirical and theoretical research, such as systems and empirical analysis, formal characterization, abstraction, observation, generalization, assessment, and partial methods of economic and statistical analysis. Results. I generally describe the economic situation during the COVID-19 pandemic, evaluate the impact of ties between the oil and tube rolling industries on the economic sovereignty and security of Russia, role of the tube rolling industry in the economic security of the State. I analyzed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the goods circulation in the tube rolling industry and found probable implications of economic destruction for Russia due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and proposed possible solutions for the tube rolling industry. Conclusions and Relevance. The economic security of the tube rolling industry during the current pandemic is exposed to the destruction of foreign trade between countries exporting tube rolling products, price drop and a reduction in the consumption of energy resources worldwide, capital flight, a decrease in labor resources, slowing business activity and restricted transportation tube rolling products, growing uncertainty on the consumption of tube rolling products. The menacing threats can be eliminated given the State intervenes and regulates the Russian tube rolling industry so as to create favorable conditions for the beneficial economic operations.

The article is devoted to the role of executive bodies as subjects of the economic security system of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the importance of effective administrative activity as one of the basic preconditions for the proper functioning of various branches of the economic sector. It is noted that such activity is of great strategic importance in the issues of ensuring the stability of the national economy and facilitating the necessary development of the latter. An attempt is made to prove that an important role, given their goals, objectives, functions and constitutionally established appointments, is assigned to the executive authorities to facilitate the proper functioning of the national economic system. It has been noted that, among all other bodies of State power, entities have undoubtedly played a significant role in this process and have a special place in the existing State machinery. Attention is drawn to the issues of the concept, as well as to the definition of the structure of the administrative and legal status of the subjects in question. The purpose, tasks and functions of executive bodies as subjects of the system of economic security of Ukraine are defined and characterized. Competence of the said structures in this direction of scientific research is determined, key powers of executive authorities as subjects of the national system of economic security are singled out. It is noted that great importance is given to development of general and coordinated activity of executive authorities, taking into account complexity and multifaceted nature of national economy. It has been noted and an attempt has been made to prove that strengthening external and internal cooperation is a weighty prerequisite for the effective protection of the economic component. It is pointed out that this is especially important in the context of active globalization processes, including those related to the economic sphere. It is noted that such practice also takes place in most EU countries and shows positive statistics from this activity.

In the article presents the results of the analysis of the current state of the environment of enterprises from the standpoint of ensuring economic security at the level of national economy and countries. The main trends of dynamic changes in business conditions based on the analysis of international indicators are identified. Indicators of rating assessment of Doing Business business conditions and their dynamics in modern conditions of ensuring economic security of enterprises are characterized. The economic security of domestic enterprises significantly depends on the influence of external and internal factors. Such factors change quite strongly in accordance with global trends in socio-economic processes, as well as reflect the national characteristics of the economy. Factors influencing the development of industrial enterprises and their economic security can be analyzed through a rating assessment of Doing Business, which is the basis for deregulation of the national economy. According to the Doing Business report, from May 2018 to April 2019, 115 countries implemented 294 reforms aimed at regulating business activities, most of which were implemented in such areas as business creation, obtaining building permits, connecting to the power supply system, taxation, optimization property registration processes, automation of logistics of international trade. The smallest number of reforms was recorded in the area of insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation of enterprises. At the same time, only 1% of the reforms were in low-income countries, and most of the reforms were implemented in middle-income countries. The Doing Business Rating is a tool for measuring the favorable business climate, the level of entrepreneurial activity and the level of corruption, the level of competitiveness of the country, which allows to identify priority areas for reform at the state level.

Scientific and methodical approaches to the definition of international markets for implementation of the strategy of internationalization by Ukrainian meat producers' have been developed, choosing strategy of internationalization by Ukrainian meat producers procedure has been determined, a system of indicators has been developed to assess the marketing appeal of new international markets for Ukrainian meat producers. According to the analysis of practical aspects results of the agrarian enterprise and its associations functioning, a scientific and methodical approach to the integrated assessment of the business environment of international markets attractiveness’ for Ukrainian meat producers by the product group "0207 Poultry Meat" was developed. The proposed approach is based on applying summing up the ranks to rank foreign markets according to the system of dynamic indicators method, which allowed determining the marketing attractiveness of the new international markets for the activity of Ukrainian meat producers in these markets. As a result of the proposed approach application, foreign markets have been identified that demonstrate favorable conditions for doing business with Ukrainian meat producers. It has been proved that the markets of Denmark and Finland have demonstrated favorable conditions for doing business with them, which testifies that internationalization of Ukrainian meat producers’ strategy should be aimed at the formation of future outlines of new markets in the direction which is beneficial to them. Relevance. Grain is the key to strategic products to ensure food security. From this point of view, the creation of large grain farms is a matter for the country's selfsufficiency and it leading to a decrease in financial expense for import. Creation of such farms creates an abundance of productivity from the area and leads to obtaining increased reproductive seeds. The main policy of the government is to minimize dependency from import, create abundance of food and create favorable conditions for export potential.The purpose of the study: the development of grain production in order to ensure food security of the country and strengthen government support for this industry.Methods: comparative analysis, systems approach.Results. As shown in the research, if we pay attention to the activities of private entrepreneurship in the country, we can see result of the implementation of agrarian reforms after which various types of farms have been created in republic.The role of privateentrepreneurshipinthedevelopmentofproduction is great. Тhe article outlines the sowing area, production, productivity, import, export of grain and the level of selfsufficiency in this country from 2015 till 2017.
