The article presents the results of the analysis of the impact of the migration factor on the dynamics of the human potential of the Sevastopol region. The huge migration growth in the city of Sevastopol over the past three years is of great interest for the study. This phenomenon cannot but influence the magnitude of the human potential of the region, the attitude of city residents to this phenomenon, as well as its network component. The conclusions made as a result of the study include: 1) migration processes occurring in the region have a huge impact on all components of regional human potential, strengthening or weakening its network social component, which underlies the structure of potential, 2) analysis and calculation of indicators showed that degradation (loss) of human potential indicators is taking place in Sevastopol, in particular, a number of factors influencing the migration growth, as well as the problems of the indigenous population associated with migration processes, were identified. 3) The study revealed a widespread hostility towards migrants among city dwellers, with whom many associate an increase in crime, a complication of the situation on the labor market and other negative trends.

Recently in Bangladesh, frozen and ready-to-cook food industry is growing very fast due to high demand of these products by the city dwellers. This study aims at identifying the factors influencing the consumers’ perception about the frozen and ready-to-cook food products on Bangladeshi people.A survey was conducted among 211 frozen and ready-to-cook food consumers of Dhaka city with a structured questionnaire. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Factor analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors related to the consumers’ perception about frozen and ready-to-cook food products. Regression analysis was accomplished to examine the impact of the factors on the overall consumers’ preferences of the processed frozen and ready-to-cook food products. Results show that the factors which influence the perception of the consumers about frozen and ready-to-cook food products are concerned with saving time, helpful and economic, low price, variety and good for health, brand image and quality, availability of the frozen foods, taste of the food, and attractive packaging of the food. Individual factor relationships show that the factors such as, saving time, the foods are helpful and economic, low price, variety and good for health, brand image and quality, and availability of the foods are significant and the factors such as, good taste of the food and attractive packaging of the food are not significant in the this study. This study suggests that the policymakers of the processed frozen and ready-to-cook food product manufacturers should give importance on these factors for increasing the demand of the products among the city dwellers of Bangladesh. The article states that in order to create a competitive educational institution, management needs to use team management technologies. The research considers the issue of creating systematic support for pedagogical teams, namely assessment and analysis of a number of factors influencing the successful work of the pedagogical team and the formation of systematic support for team development using retrospective techniques and team adjustments. According to the results of the research, which is based on the Michigan model of leadership, the existing difficulties in the functioning of college teams were analyzed. The survey identified that at this stage of development, not all members of the college staff teams have a clear understanding of the overall goal (86.9 %) and the impact of teamwork on the overall result (78.2 %). Their unequal contribution to achieving the goal was also noted (73.9 %). The survey indicates that not all teams have a combination of skills at the highest level, and team members who have certain skills are not always interested in helping colleagues (82.6 %). Teams are quite high spirited and motivated even in difficult periods (82.6 %), the teams hold constructive discussions about misunderstandings and problems, regularly find new opportunities to find information and solve complex problems, appreciate the achievements of colleagues (86.9 %). Thus, it turned out that team leaders motivate not all team members to successfully implement projects (78.2 %), but provide management and prompt feedback, consult with team members to remove obstacles and difficulties in the work and ensure team progress (86.9 %). Given the identified weak spots of the pedagogical teams of the college and the factors influencing their work, systematic support, which consists in the formation of psychological security, constant analysis of team development and retrospectives, swell as models of adjustment for team development to improve their efficiency were created.

AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries that has also been affected by the corona virus or covid-19 which originated from China, to be precise in the city of Wuhan. In early 2020 the corona virus or covid-19 began to enter the country of Indonesia. The corona virus has had a huge impact on the lives of Indonesian people, both positive and negative impacts. Communities affected by covid-19 are increasing day after day, but now to be precise in 2021 the increase in covid-19 infections is not as fast as 2020. And the impact is slowly being controlled by both the government and most Indonesians. The Indonesian people are now able to adjust to life in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, even the hospitality that faded at the beginning of Covid-19 entering Indonesia is now starting to slowly be shown by the Indonesian people. This paper aims to provide information about Covid-19 in Indonesia and the Christian hospitality that should be practiced by the Indonesian people, especially believers or Christians. This research uses a qualitative approach with theological research type and social descriptive research

За последние три десятилетия безработица стала одной из наиболее значимых проблем не только в развивающихся, но и в развитых странах, так как безработица приводит к массовой нищете и угрожает социальной и политической стабильности. В статье представлены масштабы изменений в сфере занятости в условиях неопределенности и дана оценка влияния происходящих процессов на изменения структуры занятости. А также авторами представлены рекомендации по стабилизации рынка труда для недопущения высокого уровня безработицы и падения уровня жизни населения. In the modern world space, the policy of states is associated with the solution of such a global problem as unemployment. Over the past three decades, unemployment has become one of the most significant problems, not only in developing countries, but also in developed countries, as unemployment leads to mass poverty and threatens social and political stability. The article presents the scale of changes in the field of employment in conditions of uncertainty and assesses the impact of the processes on changes in the structure of employment. The authors also present recommendations for stabilizing the labor market to prevent high unemployment and falling living standards of the population.

The city of Johannesburg offers insights into urban governance and the interesting interplay between managing the pressures in a rapidly urbanizing context, with the political imperatives that are enduring challenges. The metropolitan municipality of Johannesburg (hereafter Johannesburg), as it is known today, represents one of the most diverse cities in the African continent. That urbanization, however, came up hard against the power of the past. Areas zoned by race had been carved into the landscape, with natural and manufactured boundaries to keep formerly white areas ‘safe’ from those zoned for other races. Highways, light industrial plant, rivers and streams, all combined to ensure the Johannesburg landscape are spatially disfigured, and precisely because it is built into the landscape, the impact of apartheid has proved remarkably durable. Urban growth is concentrated in Johannesburg’s townships and much of it is class driven: the middle class (of all races) is increasingly being found in cluster and complexes in the north Johannesburg, while poor and working-class African and coloured communities in particular are densifying in the south. The racial and spatial divisions of the city continue to pose fundamental challenges in terms of governance, fiscal management and spatially driven service delivery.

While statistical information on certain sectors of the British theatre is slowly becoming available – notably from the Arts Council and the Society of West End Theatre, as also from researchers in the Department of Arts Administration at the City University – few attempts have yet been made to draw useful conclusions from these figures, or to deduce how they might be helpful in terms of forward-planning and projections. In the following article. Paul Huntington examines the relationship between theatre revenue and total consumer expenditure, in the context of published figures which illustrate the changing national economic picture of the past decade. He examines not only the way in which these figures tend, naturally enough, to confirm certain expectations – for example, concerning the impact of tourism on the theatre – but also less expected findings, such as the relative upsurge in the fortunes of the regional theatres at a time of slump in the commercial sector of the West End.

Based on historical-genetic and comparative research methods, the article reveals the determinants of formation and development of the city commemorative culture. This issue is relevant because of the increasing influence of the memory of the past on modern sociocultural processes. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the study of poorly studied issues of the impact of commemorative culture on the development of culture in general; the opportunities of regulating the nature and distribution of memorial forms; the factors determining the formation of the city commemorative culture in the context of the historical and sociocultural dynamics of applicable societies of the civilizations of the past and present. The article uses an integrated approach, which determines the interdisciplinary nature of scientific research, allowing analyzing the aspects of the origin, interpretation of the features of the history and existence of monuments in different cultures. There are provided examples of commemoration practices in the post-Soviet countries, including the Republic of Belarus. The article concludes that the content of commemorative culture is determined primarily by religious traditions and state priorities. The creation of monuments and places of memory is used as an agitation and manipulative resource making an emotional impact; as an ideological tool shaping the perception of history in accordance with the state ideology. Commemorative practices take on special significance during the formation of nations, influencing the subject’s identification with the nation, and the awareness of national solidity. In this case, the monument represents a universal form of embodying and conveying the national idea.

<p>This study attempts to investigate the impact of labor market Inequality on the income of<br />medium industry sector’s worker in the Palembang City-Indonesia. Using 380 respondents<br />which covers male and female workers ranging from the age of 15 to the age of 64, this study<br />employs a proportional stratified random sampling in determining the sampling technique.<br />This study employs a survey method using in-depth investigation to explore all the facts<br />acquired about the labor market inequality in the medium industry sector. The sample area<br />includes 16 districts in the City of Palembang. The level of education, the job’s capability and<br />the working experience are some of those factors investigated in this study. The factor of<br />labor market inequality is focused on the wage and employment. The result reveals that apart<br />from the level of education, the job’s capability and working experience have a significant<br />impact on the existence of labor market inequality in the medium industry sector. It can be<br />concluded that higher level of education is inessential for the medium industry sector in<br />Palembang City-Indonesia, and this is inline with the notion that the medium industry sector<br />merely requires both working’s capability and spesified technical skills in supporting higher<br />productivity level. The inequality occurs in the wage and the job assigned. Furthermore, the<br />higher the existence of labor market inequality, the lower the income acquired by the<br />employees.</p>

During the past three decades worldwide dairy policies have been implemented to promote the consumption of milk and milk products in urban areas and the production from rural areas close to big cities (Alderman et al., 1987). Bolivia and the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra have been influenced by these worldwide directives and this current study examines the impact of policies on the demand and supply side of the sector, but with particular emphasis on smallholder milk producers and poor urban consumers. The current research is part of a multi-country study on the supply, demand and impact of dairy and other policies over a 10 to 15 year period (1985 to 2000) of the milk sectors of Santa Cruz, Bolivia; Nairobi, Kenya; and Kathmandu, Nepal.
