If seen in word form, the color is very small, but if it is thought, then it is contained in everything in the world. If there is no color then our life style does not exist. If there is color, then human life exists. It is believed that all colors are originally made from white color and the number of colors is calculated. Which is an important part of our daily routine. 'Rang' which gives an idea of ​​the personality of any person. Sometimes the image of a person gets imprinted on our brain due to color. Similarly, the theater of our Indian classical dances, in which colors have been used very beautifully. Whether it is the color of the dancer's costumes at the theater or the adjustment of colors by lighting, the colors together complete a performance. Therefore, color has a special significance in theater performances. रंग’ अगर शब्द रूप में देखा जाये तो बहुत छोटा है परन्तु यदि इसे सोचा जाए तो दुनिया की प्रत्येक वस्तु में निहित है। अगर रंग नही है तो हमारी जीवनचर्या का अस्तित्व ही नही है। रंग है तो मानव जीवन का अस्तित्व है। माना जाता है कि सभी रंग मूल रूप से श्वेत रंग से ही बने है और रंगों की संख्या अंगणित है। जो हमारी दैनिक दिनचर्या का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।‘रंग’ जिससे किसी भी व्यक्ति के व्यक्तित्व का आभास होता है। कभी-कभी तो व्यक्ति की छवि ही हमारे मस्तिष्क पर रंग के कारण अंकित हो जाती है। इसी प्रकार हमारे भारतीय शास्त्रीय नृत्यों की रंगमंचीय प्रस्तुति जिनमें रंगो का प्रयोग बहुत ही खूबसूरती से किया जाता रहा है। रंगमंच पर चाहे वह नर्तक की वेशभूषा के रंग हो अथवा प्रकाश व्यवस्था द्वारा रंगों का समायोजन, रंग ही मिलकर एक प्रस्तुति को पूर्ण करते हैं। अतः रंगमंच प्रस्तुति में रंग अपना एक विशेष महत्व रखते है।

Abstract Covid 19 which occured around the world has brought great sacrifice to humanlife, including changes in the natural order of the human life style. While, new normal or new life has been harderd following application doesn’t mean this deadly virus is able to blocked at terminated. It’s impact even goes every where bringing is one risk to another one of them was about food. People getting worried about having enough to eat. It is possible to continue in the habbit it consuming imported foodstuff does the diet still important from the island continue mainly for people in small islands such the Moluccas that have grown accustomard to eat. The decision can give the answer that 1) local food become very urgent for to survive life in pandemic 2) Woman as food supplier for the families still keep a lot of local wisdom of local food as for production as for keeping food during pandemic

Art and beauty - these two words are very similar in the world of art, but also very detailed. We are not able to make any difference between art and beauty on a grand scale. Beauty is a mental state and it is limited since time immemorial. This beautiful tree has two branches - one is nature and the other art. Artistic beauty can be considered from two angles. The first point of view is that in which we consider the artist in the center, that is, how an artwork takes shape in the imagination of the artist and how it appears in front of the audience. In the second view, the viewer is kept in the center, that is, how the artwork reacts to the mind of the viewer and how it changes in its personality or social life. Varna has special significance in the taste of any work. In fact, there is a series of light in the varna space, that is, the quality of light. The human life rhythm and time is created by 1 varna. The beautiful scheme of the varnas gives a beautiful look to the work. Varna is also described as an important part of art in the six parts of Indian art. Ancient texts such as 'Shilparatna', 'Kadambari', 'Natyashastra' and 'Vishnudharmottara Purana' are detailed descriptions of the types and importance of varnas. The source of the varna is the sun. Just as the Sun is the source of all energy, similarly the characters are also produced by its light. In the month of Magha or the rainbow which appears in the sky in the rainy season, there are seven characters in it, which causes the viewer to get sunlight 3, so the origin of the varna is the source of sunlight. The aura of different colors that we see in our daily life is possible only through light. Colors have no existence in a closed dark room, because darkness is blind. कला और सौन्दर्य-ये दो शब्द कला जगत में एक जैसे होते हुए भी बहुत विस्तृत हैं। स्थूल तैार पर हम कला और सौन्दर्य में कोई अन्तर नहीं कर पाते। सौन्दर्य एक मानसिक अवस्था है और वह देश-काल से मर्यादित है। इस सौन्दर्य रूपी वृक्ष की दो शाखायें हैं-एक प्रकृति तथा दूसरी कला। कलागत सौन्दर्य पर दो दृष्टियों से विचार किया जा सकता है। पहली दृष्टि यह है जिसमें हम कलाकार को केन्द्र में रखकर विचार करते हैं अर्थात् कलाकार की कल्पना में किस प्रकार कोई कलाकृति आकार ग्रहण करती है और वह किस रूप में दर्शकों के सम्मुख प्रकट होती है। दूसरी दृष्टि में दर्शक को केन्द्र में रखा जाता है, अर्थात् कलाकृति को निरख दर्शक के मन में क्या प्रतिक्रिया उत्पन्न होती है और उसके व्यक्तित्व अथवा सामाजिक जीवन में किस प्रकार कितनी मात्रा में परिवर्तन करती है। किसी भी कृति के रसास्वादन में वर्ण का विशेष महत्व है। वस्तुतः वर्ण स्पेस में प्रकाश की शृंखला है, अर्थात् प्रकाश का गुण है।1 वर्णों द्वारा ही मानव-जीवन लय तथा रसमय होता है। वर्णों का सुन्दर योजन ही कृति को मनोरम रूप प्रदान करता है। भारतीय कला के छः अंगों में वर्ण भी कला के महत्वपूर्ण अंग के रूप में वर्णित है। ‘शिल्परत्न’, ‘कादम्बरी’, ‘नाट्यशास्त्र’ तथा ‘विष्णुधर्मोत्तर पुराण’ आदि प्राचीन ग्रन्थों में वर्णों के प्रकार एवं महत्व का सविस्तार वर्णन है। वर्ण का स्रोत सूर्य है। जिस प्रकार सूर्य सभी ऊर्जाओं का स्रोत है उसी प्रकार वर्ण भी उसके प्रकाश से ही उत्पन्न होते हैं।2 माघ मास में या वर्षा ऋतु में आकाश में जो इन्द्रधनुष दिखाई देता है, उसमें सात वर्ण होते हैं जो वर्ण दर्शक को सूर्य के प्रकाश के कारण ही दिखाई देते हैं।3 अतः वर्ण का उत्पत्ति-स्रोत सूर्य का प्रकाश ही है। हमें भी अपने दैनिक जीवन में विभिन्न रंगों की जो आभा दिखाई देती है, उसका अस्तित्व प्रकाश द्वारा ही संभव है। एक बंद अंधेरे कमरे में रंगों का कोई अस्तित्व नहीं होता, क्योंकि अंधेरा अंधा होता है।

Education is an important factor in human life. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, education is a civilizing process that a business gives high values ??to the new generation in a society that is not only maintenance but also with a view to promote and develop the culture of the nobility toward human life. Education is a human investment that can be used now and in the future. One other important factor in supporting human life in addition to education, which is technology. In this globalization era, technology has touched every joint of human life. The combination of these two factors will be a new innovation in the world of education. The innovation has been implemented by Raharja College, namely the use of the method iLearning (Integrated Learning) in the learning process. Where such learning has been online based. ILearning method consists of TPI (Ten Pillars of IT iLearning). Rinfo is one of the ten pillars, where it became an official email used by the whole community’s in Raharja College to communicate with each other. Rinfo is Gmail, which is adapted from the Google platform with typical raharja.info as its domain. This Rinfo is a medium of communication, as well as a tool to support the learning process in Raharja College. Because in addition to integrated with TPi, this Rinfo was connected also support with other learning tools, such as Docs, Drive, Sites, and other supporting tools.

Cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as humiliate the dignity, are prohibited in most countries of the world, and Russia is no exception in this issue. The article presents an analysis of the institution of responsibility for torture in the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that the current criminal law of Russia superficially and fragmentally regulates liability for torture, in connection with which the author formulated the proposals to define such act as an independent crime. In the frame of modern globalization, the world community pays special attention to the protection of human rights, in connection with which large-scale international standards have been created a long time ago. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international acts enshrine prohibitions of cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as degrade the dignity.Considering the historical experience of the past, these standards focus on the prohibition of any kind of torture, regardless of the purpose of their implementation.

Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

The article discusses the meanings of life and value priorities of the post- Soviet society. The author argues that, at present, there are symptoms of a global ideological crisis in the world, that the West does not have its own vision of where and how to move on and has no understanding of the future. Unfortunately, most of the post-Soviet countries do not have such vision as well. In these conditions, there are mistrust, confusion, paradoxical manifestation of human consciousness. The main meanings that determine our life-world are: the desire of citizens for social justice and social security, the desire to figure out and understand the basic values of modern society, how honestly and equally the authorities act toward their fellow citizens, and to what extent they reflect their interests. The meanings of life, which are the answers to the challenges of the time, are embodied in the cultural code of each nation, state. The growth points of new values, which will become the basis for the future sustainable development of a new civilization, have yet to be discovered in the systemic transformative changes of the culture. In this process, the emergence of a new system of values that governs human life is inevitable. However, modern technology brings new troubles to humans. It has provided wide opportunities for informational violence and public consciousness manipulation. Nowadays, the scenario that is implemented in Western consumer societies claims to be the dominant scenario. Meanwhile, today there is no country in the world that is a role model, there is no ideal that others would like to borrow. Most post-Soviet states failed to advance their societies to more decent levels of economic development, to meet the challenges of the modern information age, and to provide the population with new high living standards. Therefore, in conditions of growing confrontation, we should realistically understand the world and be ready to implement changes that will ensure sustainable development of the state and society without losing our national identity.

The article deals with the fundamental, inherent in most of the countries of the world transformation of state power, its formation, functioning and division between the main branches as a result of the decentralization of such power, its subsidiarity. Attention is drawn to the specifics of state power, its func- tional features in the conditions of sovereignty of the states, their interconnec- tion. It is emphasized that the nature of the state power is connected with the nature of the political system of the state, with the form of government and many other aspects of a fundamental nature.It is analyzed that in the middle of national states the questions of legitima- cy, sovereignty of transparency of state power, its formation are acutely raised. Concerning the practical functioning of state power, a deeper study now needs a problem of separation of powers and the distribution of power. The use of this principle, which ensures the real subsidiarity of the authorities, the formation of more effective, responsible democratic relations between state power and civil society, is the first priority of the transformation of state power in the conditions of modern transformations of countries and societies. It is substantiated that the research of these problems will open up much wider opportunities for the provi- sion of state power not as a center authority, but also as a leading political structure but as a power of the people and the community. In the context of global democratization processes, such processes are crucial for a more humanistic and civilized arrangement of human life. It is noted that local self-government, as a specific form of public power, is also characterized by an expressive feature of a special subject of power (territorial community) as a set of large numbers of people; joint communal property; tax system, etc.
