Abstract: The purpose of this study aims to explore the impact caused by the construction of toll roads from the four access gates built by the government and community economies in the area. Using the quantitative description method and the Logit test with a sample of 200 respondents from the four Malang-Pandaan exit gate locations, the findings indicate that the impact of this infrastructure has been seen from changes in the level of income and expenditure that increased after the construction of the exit toll. However, an enhance in the expenditure or consumption level of local communities has a less significant impact, especially in terms of consumption of basic household needs and asset ownership. This implicates that infrastructure development built by the government has not given maximum results as expected by local communities in terms of improving the welfare of surrounding communities.

Fundamentally, sustainability and cost-effectiveness in infrastructure development have received widespread attention. Permeable pavement is such a concept that it is sustainable in the field of transportation and is being tested. Fully permeable pavement is a modern design method in which each layer is porous and can store water, avoiding the impact of stormwater on the pavement to avoid stormwater, skidding, floods, and water splash on the road and parking area which decrease safety rate. Porous asphalt (PA) is an asphalt mixture with a little or no fine aggregate. Due to open structures and advantages are used as a drainage layer in highway pavements in reducing noise and decreasing safety hazards during rainfall. Besides, it reduces splash and spray effects and thus increases the visibility. The main aim of this study is to analyze the influence of two asphalt modifier types: Styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) and propylene modifier polypropylene (PP), on porous hot asphalt mixture performance. The PA evaluation influence findings are based on permeability, durability, and Marshall stability-flow for hot asphalt mixture. The test results emphasize the modifier usage in reducing the abrasion loss and increasing the stability with enhancing the durability of PA. PA mixture binder prepared with 4% SBS and 4% PP modifier was the most polymer binder in modifying the abrasion resistance and stability of mixture in pavements.

The development of a city is a manifestation of regional development. The impact of the development of a city is the occurrence of land cover changes and increase of the settlement areas. In 2002-2018 the vegetation land cover experienced a drastic decline and experienced land conversion into the settlement areas so that the area of settlement land cover increased. This study aims to analyze the spatial patterns of settlement land cover changes that are affected by the existence of BOCIMI Toll road in the Sukabumi Regency, West Java using the Cellular Automata - Markov Chain (CA-MC) method, and modeling for 2032 based on the driving factor (driving factor) applied to the model. CAMC is a simple model of a spatially distributed process in a Geographic Information System (GIS). Five variables used as driving factors, elevation, slope, distance from the river, distance from the road, distance from the toll gates and distance from the toll road. The results of the model show that there are some changes in land cover and an increase of the settlement area that is affected by the physical and infrastructure factors in Sukabumi Regency, it can be seen that the kappa value is 0.8352 or 83.52%. Further, it is necessary to analyze the Sukabumi Regency model and the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) to see the growth and direction of the settlement area in Sukabumi Regency.

The study of globalization is one of the most relevant topics in the scientific community today. However, the most research is devoted to the study of global processes at the macro level, with the issues on how globalization influences an individual and local territorial communities being paid less attention to. Scientific novelty of the work is a proposed approach to study the influence of global processes at the meso-level, i.e. an intermediate level between an individual and the states. Studying the responds of the local residents on how the global processes transform their daily lives, allows us to assess the stability of social associations of people, which has a direct impact on the reproduction process of the local territorial community. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of global processes on the changes in the reproduction process of a local territorial community. The youth is one of the main actors who are highly influenced by the global processes. Besides, young people are able to identify the areas for the future development of their territories of residence. A series of focus groups was conducted in order to study the opinions of young people about the impact of global processes on their territory of residence. The results of the study show that the connection with the territory of residence for different groups of young people may vary. The study also revealed the presence of hybrid global-local identity of the young people, which implies both their active inclusion in the processes of globalization and the feeling of being part of a local community. This type of identity can be one of the ways to preserve the integrity of the community.

A mosque is a place of worship activities that is very crowded with people, especially if the mosque is located on the side of the road. Automatically, the mosque users are local people and outsiders who happen to cross the mosque. In the Covid-19 pandemic, anticipating the impact of its spread must be watched out, especially since this mosque is often visited by worshipers from outside (not the surrounding community). Inside the mosque, this aims to limit the number of worshipers in the mosque; the ultrasonic sensor functions to find out the people who are wrongly occupying the shaft or place of prayer with an indicator in the form of a buzzer. Thus this research aims to provide a solution to a sense of security and comfort to the local community and outsiders who will use the mosque to worship. In the mosque, a covid-19 early warning system has been implanted using three sensors, namely an infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor, and infrared body temperature sensor. Based on reports in March 2021, there was a decrease in confirmed symptoms of Covid 19, which originally amounted to 82 people confirmed as Covid 19. After implementing the system, two reports were found to have died, 78 people said to be cured, and two people are still undergoing quarantine at their respective homes. Then enter the month of Ramadan in 2021, some reports confirm that Covid 19 is nil. It is a positive response that has a good impact on worshipers, especially those who use mosques as a means of worship. This data can be accessed through an application called "PeduliL Protects," which can be downloaded via the Android application in the play store under the zoning "Babakan Tarogong Village."

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of Janti Flyover Construction toward the growth of layout at Janti Urban Area, including structured space, open space, and linkage. Method used for data collecting are observation, air photograph monitoring, and interview, whereas the analysis method is qualitative description, which is the superimposed method of two layers, that are the layout condition before and after flyover construction. The result shows that the impact of Janti Flyover construction can be seen on building mass (solid), the increasing number of open spaces, including the road network, parking place, and park, whereas the relation between spaces, visually and structurally, can be seen on the growth of buildings which have new shapes and styles, therefore the performance of the overall building does not have a proportional shape. Considering Janti Street at the collective relation, its role is getting stronger as the main frame road network. Keywords: Flyover construction, layout changing, Janti AreaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan Jalan Layang Janti terhadap perkembangan tata ruang Kawasan Janti, meliputi ruang terbangun, ruang terbuka, serta hubungan antar ruang (“linkage”). The actualization of the results of financial decentralization in Ukraine as part of the reform of decentralization of power and the development of proposals for its improvement is explained by the fact that a clear division of functions, powers and financial resources between national and regional levels is the basis for the well-being of our citizens. opportunities for its sustainable socio- economic development on a democratic basis. It is noted that financial decentralization is a process of giving authority to mobilize revenues and expenditures of local governments in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of these powers and better management of community budgets. It is established that unlike traditional entrepreneurship, which focuses on profit generation, the purpose of social entrepreneurship is to create and accumulate social capital. Abroad, social enterprises operate successfully in the fields of education, the environment, human rights, poverty reduction and health care, and their development and dissemination is one way to improve the living conditions of citizens. A similar mission is entrusted to local governments, which allows us to consider the revival of social entrepreneurship as an important element in improving self-government policy. It is determined that in modern conditions social entrepreneurship is one of the tools to ensure the ability of the local community to provide its members with an appropriate level of education, culture, health, housing and communal services, social protection, etc., as well as plan and implement programs efficient use of available natural and human resources, investment and infrastructural support of territorial communities. Due to financial decentralization, local governments have received additional resources that can be used to create economic incentives to promote social entrepreneurship in small and medium-sized businesses at the community level.
