<p>This research is motivated by the existence of guidance and counseling students who feel anxious in preparing a essay. Anxiety is an unpleasant emotion that is characterized by worries and helplessness towards something that will happen in the future. The purpose of the reasearch was to describe the level of anxiety of guidance and counseling students in compiling the essay. Type of research is descriptive. The research subjects were 27 students. Data were analyzed by percentage techniques. The research findings reveal the level of anxiety of guidance and counseling students in compiling the essay is in the high category.</p>

This study aims to determine the competence of BK (Guidance and Counseling) students as prospective counselors in implementing group guidance services (BKp). This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique. Likert scale model was chosen as the instrument of this research. The research subjects were BK students of IAIN Batusangkar in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results revealed that the students’ competency in implementing group guidance services are divided into four categories, they are the competence at transitional stage which is the lowest (63%), competence at activity stage which is in high category (83%), competence at conclusion is categorized low (73%), and last competence at the final stage which is moderate (77%). The research findings have an impact on producing reliable prospective counselors in the future by having the competence to provide group guidance services.

This research was conducted by a high amount of unemployment from graduate students of university. The high amount of unemployment from graduate students of university indicated that undergraduate students had low work readiness. Career planning and self-efficacy were the factors assumed that influenced work readiness. This research was intended to describe: (1) career planning, self-efficacy, and work readiness of undergraduate students, (2) the correlation of career planning with work readiness, (3) the correlation carrier planning and self-efficacy with work readiness. This research applied correlational descriptive research with quantitative method. The population of this research was the seventh and ninth undergraduate students semester of Guidance and Counseling of UIN Suska Riau consisting of 139 undergraduate students, the sample consisted of 103 undergraduate students chosen by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was likert scale model. The data were analysed by  using descriptive statistic, simple regression and multiple regression. The research findings indicated that: (1) career planning of undergraduate students was averagely included into good category, self-efficacy of undergraduate students was averagely included into high category, work readiness of undergraduate students was averagely included into high category, (2) there was a significant correlation between career planning with work readiness about 28,7% (R = 0,536, significance 0.000), (3) there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy with work readiness about 16.4% (R = 0.405, significance 0.000), (4) there was a significant correlation between carrier planning and self-efficacy with work readiness about 33.2% (R = 0.576, significance 0.000)

Academic dishonesty is a morality problem that is often found in every level of education. It becomes a concern among guidance and counseling practitioner in the educational context. Regarding previous studies, spiritual-religious attitudes and moral disengagement predict individuals’ academic dishonesty. To complete the gap of those studies, the current study investigated the role of moral disengagement to mediate the relationship between spiritual-religious attitudes and academic dishonesty in university students. There were 292 respondents from four universities in Semarang participated in this study. The authors used a cross-sectional study and utilized google form to collect the data. The authors conducted three analyses, regression-based path analysis, mediation analysis using bias-corrected and bootstrapping. The results showed that there was a direct relationship among all variables, but they're found no mediation effect on moral disengagement. These findings imply the importance of counseling services to preserve students’ morality so they could avoid academic dishonesty.

The implementation of guidance and counseling services cannot be separated from various factors that can influence. The purpose of this study is to study what factors can affect the implementation of guidance and counseling program services in high school. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. Data collection techniques used through the instrument contained a questionnaire. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling program has been well prepared. But the implementation of guidance and counseling is still not good, and this is characterized by high factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling service programs. The following are the percentages obtained, among others: personal factors consisting of the competence of the counselor get a percentage of 73% according to the high category; 71% depending on the high category; homeroom teacher obtained a percentage of 79% in the high category; subject teachers earn a percentage of 75%. Non-personal factors consisting of the BK program obtained a percentage of 70 with a high category; Facilities and infrastructure have a percentage of 77% in the high category.

This research aimed to find and stimulate self-efficacy of children victims of gender-based sexual violence using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method with the Apreciative Inquiry technique, individual assets and social assets owned by victims of sexual violence. Research findings show that  children who are victims of sexual violence are able to accept their condition today, realize their condition and have confidence that they still have success in the future, they will be successful in proving themselves that despite being victims of sexual violence they are able to achieve success in life by continuing school both formal and chase packages, working according to the field of expertise (working in a pharmacy, online business, training in cooking, continuing the business of parents).

Of happiness can arise from mindfulness because mindfulness creates clarity of consciousness, awareness that does not conceptualize and discriminate, awareness and flexible attention, can have an empirical stand against reality, consciously orientates towards the present, awareness and awareness that stable and sustainable. The purpose of this study was to examine the values contained in the teachings of Ki Ageng Suryomentaram to be applied as a counselling technique based on Indonesian culture. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of Gadamerian hermeneutics. The results of the research findings show that: (1) Mindfulness in this context helps to make individuals aware that happiness is not only about fulfilled desires but accepting themselves as they are and fostering an appreciation for moments that occur in life. (2) The compatibility between the technique of "ngudari reribed" and mindfulness lies in the goal of achieving a happy life. (3) Identification of the values contained in Ki Ageng Suryomentaram's discourse can be applied in the "ngudari reribed" counselling technique to increase mindfulness. Mindfulness will help a person feel at peace without worrying about the future and meditating on the past.

Abstract: Implementation of guidance and counseling services should be based on the needs and problems of students, so the effectiveness of the service will be achieved to the fullest. But the reality is a lot of implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, do not notice it. So that the completion of the problems experienced by students sama.Berangkat always use the services of this, the research level of effectiveness of guidance and counseling that implementation has been using the application activity instrumentation and data sets as the basis for an implementation of the service. The method used is a qualitative research subjects that teachers BK and Students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro. Data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. Research results show that by utilizing activity instrumentation applications and data sets, the counseling services have a high level of effectiveness. In carrying out the service, BK teachers can identify problems and needs experienced by students, so that the efforts of the assistance provided to be more precise, and problem students can terentaskan optimally.Keyword: Guidance and Counseling, Instrumentation Applications, Data Association

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%

In this study the status of milk and dairy production marketing in Samangan province is explained. Locking of ranchers accessing to a respondent dairy production market is the main problem focused herein. In Afghanistan illiteracy, traditional customs dominance and low economy level are the major gaps somewhat nationally remained unresolved among most of ranchers. The main objective of this study is assessing the dairy productions market situation to empower the economy level of farmers. A complex method was applied in this study including observation, interview, and questionnaire. Totally 117 questionnaires were handled. Results of analyzed collected data clarify that 90% of ranchers were illiterate, dairy cattle keeping is more than other milky animals because of its lower needs to silage and land. It has been concluded that farmers of Samangan province have adequate experience of keeping and nourishing the domestic animals in order to get a noticeable income. For getting the highest income and having modernized dairy production activities, from the viewpoint of authors, gradually researches accommodating are recommended and this research findings and conclusions will contribute better designing of the future research.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><strong>The Effect of Self-Esteem on Social Climber Behavior in Guidance and Counseling Students, Semarang State University</strong><strong>. </strong>This study aims at examining the influence of self-esteem on social climber behavior on Guidance and Counseling students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. These phenomena were related to the behavior of social climber. The most highlighted social climber behavior on students reflected in their lifestyle, e.g. their appearance and circle. This phenomenon happened because of the desire to get recognition from the surroundings. The research was a quantitative method using a psychological scale to collect the data. The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between self-esteem and social climber behavior on students. The results of this study are useful for Guidance and Counseling teachers to provide more innovation in conducting Guidance and Counseling services, especially in order to be able to guide individuals with social climber behavior to become individuals who want to accept themselves as they are.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Self-Esteem, Lifestyle, Social Climber Behavior
