This article examines the role of PAI teachers to build the religious attitude of the children of the 4.0 Industrial era in MI Ma'arif Bego. The purpose of this research is to discuss (1) the role of PAI teachers in establishing the religious  attitude of the children’s industry-era 4.0 in MI Ma'arif Bego.  (2) The supporting and inhibiting factor in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0. Methodology in this research using the type of field research study and qualitative approach.  The data collection technique based on observations and interviews. As for the conclusion of this research is: 1) the role of teachers PAI in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0 in MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta is: through the learning process in the classroom, through habituation, through the activities of Dhuha praying and praying Dzuhur and perform the commemoration of the great days of Islam. 2) The supporting and inhibiting factor of teachers PAI in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0 is: (a) the supporting factors are there is a special program of Madrasah such as Tahfiz religious extracurricular activities, Tartyl, Hadroh, the activities of Dhuha praying and praying Dzuhur and  the commemoration of the great days of Islam for establishing the religious attitude of the children.; (b) the inhibiting factors; Children who are too hyper active and already affected by technological advances such as in the use of gedget and there are still learners who bring the Handphone to school so make the teachers especially Islamic teachers must be extra in guiding children , the second inhibiting factor is the limited media provided by madrasas such as LCD and InFocus.

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

The purpose of this research is trying to describe the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. Research is based on careful analysis based on detailed studies of the focus of content management discussion on the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. The research covers the scope of the analysis of fundamental analysis focusing on the role oflibrarians in the application of information communication technology and library promotion, in order to realize the ideal image of the library, in accordance with the industrial revolution era 4.0. The implementation of analysis requires critical realistic thinking, applying conceptual in the historical period in the past as well as when it is happening, so that it is appropriate to use historical approach research, which requires an investigation characterized by critical critical inquiry into the progress of a thought. Primary information sources are utilized as primary data. The data collection technique utilizes library research, through various literary reading activities subjecting the role of librarians, optimizing library image enhancement and strengthening. The analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, based on the analysis of various types of theoretical reading, research and non-research. Research dominates, describes, examines and evaluates various factual facts in order to find solutions to various problems in phenomena. In order to achieve the validity of the analysis, content analysis is needed, which has the benefit of analyzing the meaning of the most important concepts. Observations made are used to support the construction of theory. The results of the study are the ideal image of the library can be achieved through optimizing the role of librarians including; (1). Librarians must have readiness and competency preparation so they can play a maximum role. (2). Librarians must have the ability to apply ICT. (3). Librarians are required to carry out promotions in various ways. (4). Librarians must be able to reflect and evaluate the evaluative power of evaluation and public response when utilizing library information services.

The aim of this research is to know the role of gender in utilizing technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in education. The subject of this research the student of PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. This field research is qualitative where it looks for and uses descriptive data such as words, opinion from research subject either oral or writing. Method of observation, interview and documentation are used to collect the data. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are used as analysis techniques. Data analysis is conducted while data are collected and after the research is done. The result of this research shows that gender (students of PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan) and era of industrial revolution is 4.0 in education, this department has learning system based on very good technology in supporting student’s knowledge toward current development. So far, students are demanded in conducting academic activities by using technology such as making task report, using academic system, and private online learning. However, the dean of Tarbiyah and Teacher’s Training Faculty IAIN Padangsidimpuan gives recommendation so all lecturers of PGMI department always provides teaching of subject by using technology and the learning continues. The interest is so that PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan becomes bridge for gender (male or female students) in developing the knowledge and skill based on technology in facing opportunities in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and is able to be quality human in advancing the names of study programs and institutions in the world of education.

PurposeThe goal of this work is to propose guidelines for the Information Technology (IT) companies in Brazil to implement the concepts of Industry 4.0.Design/methodology/approachThis research study used inductive method, exploratory and descriptive research, and a bibliographic search was performed, besides using a qualitative research as field research. The IT professionals of companies in Brazil were used as the research university.FindingsWith the advances of technology and the advents of industrial revolutions, the profile of professionals and the relationship between employees and companies have been altered, fact that was demonstrated in the field research, making it possible to highlight: the knowledge degree of managers about the theme, it means, the perception of what Industry 4.0 is; how the organizations have already been adjusting to the new industrial revolution; the main challenges for this adjustment; the relevance for clients and opponents; among other discoveries. Therefore, companies must adapt to the new market demands, by improving their processes, investing in new technologies and training their employees.Practical implicationsActions for implementing Industry 4.0 in IT companies were proposed, such as understanding its organization, defining in which area of the business model the organization intends to make/have changes, discovering tendencies and developments that will have influence over the organization when applying the concepts of Industry 4.0, overcoming the major challenges and adhering to new technologies.Originality/valueWith the contribution toward the organization, it is expected that this study can fulfill the demands of clients and provide cost, personnel and time savings the best way possible. For the academy, the contribution lies in presenting a research study with a new theme and with focus on IT.

This study discusses the Strategy of FPI Dakwah Movement in Aceh. The problems studied in this research are formulated in a problem formulation: How is the understanding of the mission movement of FPI in Aceh ? How is the strategy of the mission movement of the FPI in Aceh ?, What are the opportunities and challenges of the mission movement of the FPI in Aceh? This research is field research with data collection technique through interview technique and documentation study. The research method used is descriptive research method qualitative analysis, which is trying to describe the systematic facts or characteristics of a particular population or specific field in actual and accurate. The results showed, among others: Understanding propaganda movement according to FPI in Aceh, namely amar makruf nahi munkar. FPI is an Islamic organization that  Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah (Aswaja) faith who using Imam Syafi'i mazhab and aqidah Asy'ariyah Maturidiyah, and based on bilhikmah, mau'idatul hasanah and mujadalah. Strategy of mission of FPI in Aceh, in addition to seeking new followers, Rely on recruitment of members who come from pengajian participants, jama'ah mosque, or students in boarding schools run by FPI leaders. The mission of FPI by way of hisbah, the demonstration and sweeping of the eradication of immoral place, the dakwah of billisan, bilqalam and bilhal The opportunity of FPI preaching in Aceh has been well known by the community, especially the dayah ulama who give full support to FPI, even some heads of regions Preaching of FPI in Aceh. While the main challenge of FPI preaching in Aceh is the role of mainstream media that tends to exploit the negative side of the reporting of FPI Aceh's activities, the weakness of government and police efforts to enforce the law against the violation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, as well as the violent FPI dakwah. Keywords: Strategize, Movement, Dakwah, and Front Pembela Islam (Islamic Defenders Front)

This study examines the role of teachers and families in improving motivation and learning outcomes of students. This study uses qualitative methods in the form of field research. The data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data Analysis was performed using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the teachers’ roles in increasing students'learning motivation are to clarify goals, arouse students' interests through learning processes, extracurricular activities and self-development programs and create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The roles of the family are to provide attention and affection, provide guidance and advice as well as supplying students with the learning facilities they need. In improving students’ learning outcomes, teachers and families need to communicate and cooperate for instance the teacher gives the task and the family carries out supervision at home. However, the lack of family attention caused by economic problems and busyness at work resulted in the insignificance of the families’ role in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of students.

In this paper we discuss the relation between the use of new technologies and pedagogical innovation, given the technological advances of recent years, which has led to question the role of education and teacher in today's scenario of society, and reflection on new forms of learning. The article is in a literature and field research conducted in a public school of Bahia in order to verify the difficulties and possibilities of changes in teaching practice with the use of new technologies, an innovative educational perspective. In the field research were used the questionnaire and interview as tools applied to teachers and director and in the bibliographic research the following authors were used Brito e Da Purificação (2008) e Moran (2006 e 2007). Through the instruments used, we can verify that although teachers have notions of the importance of innovation, of the use of new technologies and the institution has several technological resources, these resources are little used, however, this does not mean that there is some significant change in practice teacher. The observed data have allowed us to understand that there is a small change in course in education with the use of new technologies. But still do requires large investments in education, teacher training, acquisition and maintenance of equipment.

Abstract This research study about implementation of literation movement program of reading habbit steps for 4th grader in SDN Sampangan, study about impact and teacher’s role in conducting literation program. This research is field research with use qualitative approach. Technique of data collection is conducted by documentation, observation and interview. Technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion while to check data validity is done by observation, triangulation technique and triangulation sources. The result show that The Implementation of Literation Movement Program on Reading Habituation Step for 4th Grader in SDN Sampangan 02 through six steps. First, giving time 10-15 minutes for reading. It can be conducted in class or out of class. Summerize what they are read from the textbook. Retelling what they are read in front of the class. Giving appreciate for student who are already retelling in front of the class and making a note for book which are already read and borrowed by the student in reading card. Positive impact of this activity is there are daily reading habbit which make students become keen on reading and improving their reading references. The role of 4th grader teacher are as assistant and facilitator.

Character education has become a phenomenon and an interesting discussion since the last few years. To make matters worse, many educational figures have discussed and conducted research on character education, by connecting character education with the role of educators or educational institutions themselves. Likewise, seeing the role of Islamic boarding schools in character education in the era of disruption. So far the existing studies have not explicitly discussed the process of shaping the character of the nation by Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to complement the previous studies with the aim; first, to determine the role of character education in the students of the Manna Al-Quraniyah Islamic Boarding School. Second, knowing the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education in the Al-Quraniyah Manna Islamic boarding school students. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The results of the research are as follows: first, the role of the Islamic boarding school in shaping the character of the students can be seen in the implementation of character education at the Al-Quraniyah Manna Islamic boarding school which is carried out through the material taught in the Islamic boarding school then through these materials the students are able to practice it correctly. The implementation of character education is also carried out through the example of kyai, dormitory caregivers, teachers who interact with them, especially those in the boarding school environment. The biggest source of character education implementation comes from the Islamic boarding school program/activity. For example, local content and extracurricular activities. Second, the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of character education consist of internal factors (lack of infrastructure, lack of teaching staff) and external factors (the influence of technological developments).
