The study was administered at Private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaruwhich aimed to obtain objective data, factual, accurate and systematic regarding implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru. Character is life mustika what distinguishes man from other creatures. Given the urgent and fundamen character, then the educational institution has a responsibility to incorporate them to the students in the school environment in general and in the process of learning, especially in order to form human character with various policies set out in the program within the school and the learning process. This study is a qualitative research case study type with a naturalistic approach in which researchers describe the study and case studies related to implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru by direct observation, interview and documentation as data collection techniques. As for the informant is the head master, deputy superintendent of curriculum, deputy head of the student, the teacher and studens in grade five. The results of study showed that implementation Program as an attempt to shake went well with the pattern of habituation and modeling, but there is no planned evaluation and follow-up of the school. This research is a qualitative research in the form of a case study. This research is conducted at Binjai State Elementary School, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to implement a child-friendly school program and develop student character programmed in the Primary Schools of Binjai Ciy, Indonesia. The respondents of this study are principals and teachers. The results of this study are child-friendly school policies at Primary Schools of Binjai City encourage all school residents to care about the school environment and be anti-violent so that the atmosphere at school becomes healthy, safe and comfortable. The formation of the character of students through child-friendly schools Primary Schools of Binjai City is going well because the teachers at the school have formed the character of students including students who are diligent and diligent in learning, respect for teachers, discipline, respect each other so as to form a community friendly study. Child-friendly school programs are very effective in forming a safe and conducive school environment and supporting the development of student character, in addition to encouraging schools to develop infrastructure to support learning. The study also found that some schools still have obstacles in developing a school culture for the direction of child-friendly schools. In general, Primary Schools of Binjai City has implemented child-friendly education, where the school has attempted various programs and activities in implementing child-friendly education.

This study aims at determining bully phenomenon among teenagers who bring impacts of violence in educational institutions, and how to eliminate it among teens when the existence of educational institution away from all forms of violence in North Aceh. Qualitative research methodology was used. Data was collected through observation and interview techniques. A descriptive qualitative analysis were used. Data checking was done by triangulation of sources, techniques, and timing.The results showed that bullying phenomenon among teens had the impact on violence in educational institutions, especially in a school environment where oppression and squash be a familiar sight. Initially, it was only at the level of ridicule, and then it developed into acts of repression, threats, and physical violence. To eliminate these, it should give guidance, advice, examples from the school, and enrich Islamic knowledge agains bullying.

Life skill education is an education that provides basic supplies and training to learners about the values of life needed and useful for the development of everyday life. Research on integrated life skill education in enterpreneurship subject in SMP Cahaya Bangsa School aims to know what life skill orientation in Entrepreneurship subject and examine the extent of life skill education implementation in Enterpreneurship subject. The design of this study used qualitative research with case study type. A descriptive inductive approach is used to describe a case by understanding symptoms and meaning. Researchers use in-depth interview techniques, digging information with direct observation, and study documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher through three main components, namely, data reduction, display data, and data conclusion drawing. The results showed that the concept of life skill education is internalized in the entrepreneurship subject syllabus, then the teacher describes it in various learning activities such as washing activities, ironing activities, live in program, and market day. Evaluation done by teacher in assessing ability of life skill of student is by observing directly activity in enterpreneurship subject and student also given duty to write report result of activity live in.

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

Aim: to construct a scheduling protocol and the assistance flow of elective surgeries to the Obstetric Center of a maternity ward. Method: this is a methodological, descriptive, qualitative research, of the case study type, operationalized in 2015 in a maternity hospital in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The Situational Strategic Planning proposed by Carlos Matus was used, starting from the explanatory, normative, strategic and tactical-operational moments. Results: in the explanatory moment the diagnosis of the reality of scheduling of the surgical sector was performed; in the normative moment the strategies of solution to the confrontation of the problem were proposed; in the strategic moment the viability of the strategies of solution was constructed from action plans; in the tactical-operational moment the following actions were operationalized: construction of the protocol and a flow chart of surgical scheduling. Conclusion: it is believed that these instruments, which still need to be tested and validated in the study scenario, will help manage the healthcare processes of the sector.

The finding result of Alfred Binnet dan Theodore Simon (1905) about IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is perceived by many people as a determined factor of an individual success in various life sectors. Therefore, the emphasizing on academic activities in schools including elementary schools is based on intellect/IQ and hard skills over soft skills. However, IQ and / or intellect approach has not succeeded yet in improving a student’s learning achievement in academic performance results, hard skills, moreover soft skills. This research is aimed to understand deeply on the importance and the need of soft skills development in schools especially elementary school. The study employs qualitative research method with multiple case study design, in which a meaning making activity is underlined as the first objective of interpretive research in understanding social phenomena of education activities. The phenomena of soft skillsoccurs in real-life events andcurrent situation, as well as programs and activities. In this qualitative research method the researcher conducted three main activities such as in-depth interview, observation and to get relevant data collection in order to enrich and complete the previous obtained data. Based on findings, it is known substantively that students’ soft skills will not be developed if the instructional management focuses on academic. Besides, soft skills will enhance significantly students’ academic results, because soft skills will enable and improve students’ potentials to reach the best learning achievement. In Islamic perspective, the quality of soft skills within akhlak-adab domain will be more better if soft skills’ development are referred to a sound heart (qolbun salim). Finally, it is shown in formal finding that the instructional management of students’ soft skills is a must and it is importance to be implemented in education particularly in elementary school.

This study aims to determine the parenting pattern of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in the formation of children's character during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the effect of parenting patterns of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in character building. children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the parents of 5th grade elementary school children. The object of this research is parenting style. The method used in collecting data is observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in parenting patterns that cause differences in the character of children. From the results of the study, it is known that many parents educate their children with their different parenting patterns which causes the formation of character in children is also different. In educating, guiding children, appropriate parenting patterns are needed so that the formation of children's character can be in accordance with what parents want.

This study aims to explain in depth the principal's strategy in forming the religious character of students: a case study in Muhammadiyah 1 Primary School, Sedati, Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data sources were taken from the principal, teachers, employees, students, parents of students and the general public. Data collection tools include interviews, observations, and documentation. From the results of the study illustrate that the Religious Character Building of Students in Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati Elementary School, Sidoarjo includes: (a) Al Qur'an Reading and Writing Program (BTQ) (b) Tahfidh Al Quran Learning Program (c) Implementation of Dhuhur and Asr Prayer (d) ) Customizing Smile Greetings and Shaking Hands (e) Learning ISMUBA curriculum (f) Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI) (2) The principal's strategy in building the religious character of students is manifested in religious cultured school programs in Muhammadiyah Elementary School 1 Sedati, Sidoarjo.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

The method used qualitative research methods case study type. This qualitative study using this type of case research strategy. Riduwan (2005) suggested Qualitative Methods is a research method that is used to examine the condition of scientific objects, where the researcher is a key instrument. Qualitative research uses the natural environment as a data source directly. Situation good education within the family, school, and community, as it is (naturally) without any changes and intervention by the researcher, is the object of qualitative research. Silalahi (2003: 62) and Sudjana and Ibrahim (2001: 69-71) argues the case study are (a) a study that will involve us in a more in-depth investigation and a thorough examination of the behavior of an individual, (b) research on the background rear and conditions of individuals, groups, or communities with the aim to provide a complete picture of the subject or event under study, and (c) a study conducted intensive, detailed and in-depth on the organism, institution or certain symptoms. This case study is used as the subject under study narrow and limited. The results of the research that students Studies Program PGSD FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya year class of 2012 perform individual tasks and task groups is seen that the ability to teach students, especially in terms of confidence, dare to appear, the sound loud and clear and the characters / characteristic that has not been fully owned also less able to control the situation and condition of class.
