A source of income for farmers would be 'Kopi Jantan Toraja' (Peaberry coffee). The growing demand due to changes in the lifestyles of people makes today's coffee more popular. 'Kopi Jantan Toraja' is one of the interesting business options to be produced to boost the farmers' economy. This study aims to define and evaluate the internal and external factors of the "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company in the hope that the internal conditions examined can enable farmers to explore the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities or challenges and threats to be addressed in the company. Internal and external environmental analysis is the type of data collection and analysis used in this study. IFE and EFE in the early phases (Internal and External Factor Evaluation). In the next step, the status of the "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company was calculated by the IE Matrix analysis method. 19 (nineteen) internal factors (8 strengths and 11 weaknesses) and 14 (fourteen) external factors were seen in the IFE and EFE study (8 opportunities and 6 threats). Based on the IE matrix, UMKM Kopi 1000 Nurhidayah's "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company is in a position to keep and sustain, suggesting that a viable approach used by UMKM Kopi 1000 Nurhidayah is market penetration and product growth strategy.

One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. Brown sugar cane has potential prospect to developed because it can be used to any purposed (for household needs and beverage industries). This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. Abstrak Penelitian Pengembangan Strategi Pengelolaan Sanggar Srengenge Mas, Bantul, DIY bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Di samping untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan Sanggar Srengenge Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi empat tahap. Tahap pertama menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data. Langkah ketiga menentukan variabel yang mencakup faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah keempat atau terakhir, melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan matrik IE, Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di posisi V, yakni Hold and Maintain (pertahankan dan pelihara). Strategi umum yang dipakai adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di kuadran I sehingga diperlukan pemilihan strategi berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman dengan mendukung strategi ofensif guna menciptakan peluang. Hasil penelitian ketiga, berdasarkan hasil Kuadran Analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran I yaitu Ekspansion mendukung strategi ofensif. Abstract Research on the Management Strategy Development of the Srengenge Mas Studio, Bantul, DIY aims to identify the strategies that have been used so far in achieving the stated objectives. Besides analyzing internal and external factors and formulating the development of strategies used by Srengenge Mas Studio. The research method used includes four steps. The first step determines the scope of the study which consists of the object of research and research subjects. The second step is to carry out data collection techniques. The third step determines variables that include internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The fourth or final step is to analyze the data using qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The results of the study are based on the IE matrix, Sanggar Srengenge Mas is in position V, namely Hold and Maintain (keep up and maintain). The general strategies used are market penetration and product development. The results of the second study, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant Srengenge Mas Studio, were in quadrant I, so a strategy was needed in the form of using each force to deal with each threat by supporting an offensive strategy to create opportunities. The results of the third study, based on the results of the Srengenge Mas SWOT Analysis Quadrant, show that their position is in quadrant I, namely expansion, supporting offensive strategies.

ABSTRAKIslam menempatkan posisi perempuan pada sebaik-baik tempat dan  kedudukan. Perempuan dengan segala keistimewaan yang melekat pada dirinya adalah makhluk sosial yang akan berperan sebagai istri, ibu, dan anak bahkan sebagai anggota kemasyarakatan. Keberadaan dan peran perempuan (khususnya perempuan pekerja) baik karena terpaksa sebab ditinggal wafat oleh suaminya atau kedua orang tuanya atau atas kemauan pribadi sudah tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi, mengingat kesetaraan dan kesamaan hak bagi setiap individu telah diatur sedemikian rupa termasuk hak untuk bekerja tanpa memandang gender. Namun Islam memberikan rambu-rambu dan ketentuan mengenai status seorang wanita pekerja terutama di saat keadaan mengharuskan seorang wanita untuk berkabung atas kematian suaminya yang dikenal dengan istilah ihdad. Dilihat dari konteks kacamata agama dan kehidupan masyarakat pada umumnya, jelas akan memicu problematika sosial keagamaan ketika seorang perempuan harus bekerja di luar rumah, hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Di antara faktor internal adalah keterbatasan pada penciptaan yang dimiliki oleh seorang perempuan yang membedakan mereka dengan laki-laki, baik dari sisi tenaga yang terbatas dan juga daya tahan. Demikian juga faktor eksternal di saat lingkungan tempat kerja dapat menimbulkan fitnah dan rentan dari segi keamanan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap masalah ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketentuan syariat Islam tentang ihdad, dan bagaimana menerapkan ihdad bagi wanita karier sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat Islam dan kearifan lokal dengan kacamata Maqashid Syariah Islamiyah. Kata kunci: Wanita Karir, Ihdad, ‘Urf, Kearifan Lokal ABSTRACT Islam places the position of women in the best of places and positions. Women with all the privileges inherent in themselves are social creatures who will act as wives, mothers, and children even as members of society. The existence and role of women (especially women workers) either because they are forced to die by their husbands or their parents or on their own will cannot be denied anymore, given the equality and equality of rights for each individual has been regulated in such a way including the right to work regardless of gender . But Islam provides signs and provisions regarding the status of a working woman, especially when circumstances require a woman to mourn for the death of her husband, known as ihdad. Viewed from the context of religious perspectives and community life in general, it will obviously trigger social social problems when a woman has to work outside the home, this is caused by internal and external factors. Among the internal factors is the limitations on the creation of a woman that distinguishes them from men, both in terms of limited energy and endurance. Likewise, external factors when the workplace environment can lead to slander and security. Based on the description above, the author is interested in conducting further research on this issue with the aim of finding out how the provisions of Islamic law on ihdad, and how to apply ihdad for career women in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and local wisdom with the perspective of Maqashid Syariah Islamiyah. Keywords: Career Woman, Ihdad, ‘Urf, Local Wisdom

PT DKM is a company engaged in the field of Cable TV located in Payakumbuh. By the end of 2016 there are 3,037 subscribers. Based on internal data of PT DKM, network coverage and cable TV subscribers has reached 40% of Payakumbuh's residential area. Position of PT DKM as a market leader in Pay TV industry in Payakumbuh has not shown that PT DKM as a strong company that can win the competition in the long run. Strategic planning of local cable TV PT DKM needs to be analyzed in order to win the competition in Pay TV industry in Payakumbuh. The purpose of this study is (1) analyze the condition of competition PT DKM in pay TV industry in Payakumbuh, (2) to analyze internal and external factors of PT DKM, and (3) to formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented to improve the competitiveness of PT DKM. This research uses Porter's Five Forces analysis method, EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal External) and SWOT (Strength Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) matrix, and ANP (Analytical Network Process) to determine the best alternative strategy for increasing competitiveness of PT DKM. Result of the ANP analysis show that condition of pay TV industry competition in Payakumbuh is at a condusive level. Internal factors that have the highest score of strength are highly competitive subscription prices and the main drawback is the limited number of favorite channels. While the dominant external factors in the form of opportunities is the number of cable TV content providers; and corporate threats of increasing competitors. Based on analysis the most recommended strategy to improve the competitiveness of PT DKM is a strategy to increase cooperation with the best content provider.

In running business poultry broiler, Rancamaya Farm faces many obstacles. Especially is not being able to meet all demand that there are (excess demand). The demand for chicken broiler currently reached 400.783, can be met by Rancamaya Farm is a 288.194. Along with the high education and people's income, then the demand for chicken broiler will progressively increase. This led to opportunities developed farms will increase anyway. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors Rancamaya Farm as well as formulate strategies in developing his business. This research uses the qualitative method, as for the quantitative of with regard to internal factors (IFE) matrix, external factors (EFE) Matrix and internal-external (IE). After that, it was back in the analysis using the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) and architecture strategy. Respondents used in these studies amounted to 7 persons, with consideration of the respondents understand the external and internal condition of the company. The results of this research indicate that the position is located in Rancamaya Farm II which gives recommendations to grow and develop. The strategy that best suits your Rancamaya Farm is a strategy of intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (integration, integration of the back, and the horizontal integration). The results of the SWOT analysis produces 8 business strategic alternatives for Rancamaya Farm which is then poured into 18 work program needs to be done within a period of five years.

Abstract Bread can be found in various food outlets as bakeries, departement stores, stalls, vending sellers or canteens of school and campus. In Bandar Lampung, some bread is produced by small units of bakery either by individual or joint business. The research is aimed at learning some problems of product marketing and some aspects significantly influencing the marketing strategyof the new campus bakery. The research shows that the internal factor evaluation analysis value was at 2,564 that indicate medium value, while the external factor evaluation analysis was at 2,265 which indicate medium value. The internal-external analysis shows that the bakery was at V position, strategy can do in these conditions is market penetration and product development. Strength, weaknesses, oppourtunities, and threats analysis found that the bakery apply 11 businnes strategies developed based on the internal factors – the strengt and weaknesses – as well as the external factors – the opportunities and threat. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.
