The nasal epithelium and nasopharyngeal mucosa are the main entry points and sites of SARS-CoV-2 replication. Therefore, it is very important to be able to maintain the health of the nasal and oral cavities during this pandemic, namely by nasal washing with salt water and gargling. Nasal washing is a practical, simple, economical, and feasible method to be applied in everyday as well as a non-pharmacological therapy to clean the nasal cavity from various microorganisms including reducing the number of viruses in the nasal cavity, so education about this is considered important to do. Online education is the right choice during this pandemic because people do more work from home and information about various things, including information about health, can be accessed quickly. This is an opportunity for health workers to provide education to the community, one of which is through a nasal washing video where in this video we discuss knowledge about nasal washing, its benefits and especially how to do it properly. In addition, the public can also provide input about this educational video through the google form, so that it can be suggestions for improvements in the future

In Indonesia, currently they are still fighting the Corona / Covid 19 Virus, as well as in other countries. The number of cases affected by patients continues to grow. In several reports reported recovery, but not a few who died. Information dissemination aims to change people's attitudes, beliefs and behavior through providing information and raising awareness that a problem that arises can be overcome, especially in terms of preventing the transmission of Covid 19 through the selection and use of good and correct masks.Providing correct knowledge to the public can be done in various ways, one of which is by directly socializing the knowledge that will be given. This community service activity is carried out by extension methods, distributing information brochures, distributing masks and directly teaching the community how to use masks and choosing the right and good masks.After health education was carried out, the community understood and wanted to choose masks and use masks correctly. The public also understands the importance of taking preventive measures so as not to be infected or exposed to the Covid 19 virus.Health education activities should be carried out routinely by health workers in order to improve public health by changing people's life habits to be clean and healthy ones

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of death and are responsible for the highest mortality rates in the world and in Indonesia. One of the programs for controlling NCDs especially hypertension and Diabetes at the Public Health Center (PHC) is Prolanis. One of the Prolanis programs is the monitoring of dietary adherence among Prolanis members. A descriptive research design was used as research method. The samples of this study were 34 Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo Village, the working area of Puskesmas Bojong 2. The results showed that the majority of Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo did not compliant the right schedule of diet (80%), the right type of diet (60%), and the right number of diet (60 %) for diabetes mellitus and hypertension. This may be due to lack of monitoring from health workers. Therefore, the results of this study are expected for an online diet counseling and monitoring program involving families of prolanis members during covid-19 pandemic.

This research aims to analyze protection policies for health workers amidst COVID-19. Through statute approach and based on the rights theory, this study examines legal development, or legal framework is needed to formulate and to protect health worker. Since the COVID-19 outbreak spreads quickly and massively, Health worker is at the forefront of handling COVID-19, but they are also vulnerable to get infected by the virus. Some cases showed that many health workers tested positive after providing health services. The findings of the research showed that the right of medical workers to get personal protective equipment and safety guarantees were not enough to protect them. On the other hand, the community was still ignoring the risk of this disease and broke the health protocol in the public place. Health workers can perform their job effectively if people are in healthy condition and do not need to go to the hospital. To containment measures of the COVID-19 State has to choose one of the effective ways to protect people and health workers by regulating and giving a penalty to the perpetrators of the COVID-19 protocol.

The article shed light on a problem of freedom of expression through Online Education. Nowadays, the intermediaries such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. play crucial role in educating people. Their policies in addition to the governmental regulations could seriously affect the human rights. The extraterritoriality and non-state actor status of transnational companies are also problems when considering violation of human rights as legally transnational corporations cannot violate rights as non-state actors and have no obligation towards people. In addition, fake news and trolley factories became a true problem that claimed to be able to affect even elections. Moreover, they could affect the right to know and receive information which constitutes a part of the general right to freedom of expression. However, as recent examples show, social media platforms knowingly keep fake information despite the public announcement of human rights commitments. In addition, while claiming the dedication to the human rights protection, business still more interested in profit.

DOTS strategy is a short-term treatment guide with direct supervision by supervisor taking medicine for tuberculosis patients. Supervisors should know, understand, and be able to distinguish between mild and severe side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs. The failure of Tb treatment depends on supervisor taking medicine. Currently, never been known the perception of supervisor taking medicine about tuberculosis medication side effect. The purpose of the research was to know the perception of the supervisor taking medicine about side effects for clients’ Tb treatment program in Blitar City. The research design used a descriptive. The result showed the perception of supervisor taking medicine about the side effects was as much as 54.5% in the right category and as much as 45.5% in the wrong category. The right category perception may be the supervisor taking medicine ever receive information of tuberculosis medication side effect at the public health center while take a drug. Recommendations for health workers are providing appropriate information to the supervisor taking medicine can be improved with technique of counseling and training so it can improve knowledge and expertise in the management of medication side effects.Key words: perceptions, supervisor taking medicine, Tuberculosis

Marketplace connects sellers and buyers in conducting online buying and selling activities. One of the factors that influence consumers to buy an item from a seller is the assessment given by previous buyers in the form of ratings (in the form of stars with a rating scale of 1 to 5) and reviews. Criticisms written by previous buyers are often a consideration for potential buyers to buy the item from the seller, especially if the criticism relates to the quality of the product and the suitability of the product with the description written by the author. In addition, the reputation of the seller is also a consideration for potential buyers in buying an item from the seller. Nevertheless, the buyer as a consumer has the right to write an honest review in accordance with his experience of buying goods from the seller. However, it will be a problem if the rights of the buyer or consumer in the provisions of Article 4 letter d of the Consumer Protection Act are used without being accompanied by their obligations as a buyer or are used excessively to violate the seller's right to have a good reputation. So it is necessary to educate the public regarding this phenomenon. Methods of implementing community service activities by conducting workshops through the Youtube Platform. So that through this Educational Video uploaded on YouTube media, at least it can educate the public to become smart people in media, namely: one's ability to access, analyze, evaluate, and communicate information in various forms of media and one's ability to think critically in accepting a information.Marketplace menghubungkan penjual dan pembeli dalam melakukan kegiatan jual beli secara online. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli suatu barang dari penjual adalah penilaian yang diberikan oleh para pembeli sebelumnya yang berupa ratings (yang berupa bintang dengan skala penilaian 1 sampai 5) dan ulasan. Kritik yang dituliskan oleh para pembeli sebelumnya seringkali menjadi pertimbangan bagi calon pembeli untuk membeli barang tersebut dari penjual, terutama apabila kritik tersebut berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan kesesuaian produk dengan deskripsi yang dituliskan penulis. Selain itu, reputasi penjual juga menjadi pertimbangan calon pembeli dalam membeli suatu barang dari penjual tersebut. Meskipun demikian, pembeli selaku konsumen berhak untuk menuliskan ulasan jujur sesuai dengan pengalamannya membeli barang dari penjual. Namun akan menjadi masalah apabila hak pembeli atau konsumen dalam ketentuan Pasal 4 huruf d Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen tersebut digunakan tanpa disertai dengan kewjibannya sebagai pembeli atau digunakan secara berlebihan hingga melanggar hak penjual untuk memiliki reputasi yang baik. Sehingga perlu dilakukan Edukasi masyarakat terkait fenomena tersebut Metode pelaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan  melakukan Workshop melalui Platform Youtube. Sehingga melalui Video Edukasi yang diunggah dalam media yotube ini setidaknya dapat mengedukasi masyarakat untuk menjadi orang-orang yang cerdas dalam bermedia adalah : kemampuan seseorang untuk mengakses, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkomunikasikan informasi dalam berbagai bentuk media dan Kemampuan seseorang untuk berpikir kritis dalam menerima sebuah informasi.

With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media information more diverse so that more education institutions boast. Media information and promotion is currently used by SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang. The purpose of this research audio visual media into the media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang still use print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. This study is based on the legal responsibility of the assessment of public appraisal reports they make in land procurement activities for development in the public interest. Public assessment is obliged to always be accountable for their assessment. The type of research found in this thesis is a type of normative legal research with the right-hand of the statue approach and case approach. Normative legal research is a study that provides systematic explanation of rules governing a certain legal category, analyzing the relationship between regulations explaining areas of difficulty and possibly predicting future development. . After conducting research, researchers found that one of the causes that made the dispute was a lack of communication conducted between the Government and the landlord. In deliberation which should be the place where the parties find the meeting point between the parties on the magnitude of the damages that will be given, in the field is often used only for the delivery of the assessment of the compensation that has been done.

In this essay I address the difficult question of how citizens with conflicting religious and secular views can fulfill the democratic obligation of justifying the imposition of coercive policies to others with reasons that they can also accept. After discussing the difficulties of proposals that either exclude religious beliefs from public deliberation or include them without any restrictions, I argue instead for a policy of mutual accountability that imposes the same deliberative rights and obligations on all democratic citizens. The main advantage of this proposal is that it recognizes the right of all democratic citizens to adopt their own cognitive stance (whether religious or secular) in political deliberation in the public sphere without giving up on the democratic obligation to provide reasons acceptable to everyone to justify coercive policies with which all citizens must comply.
