The digital era has led consumer behavior to shop online. It is undeniable that online shopping is indeed more in demand by some consumers because of various supporting factors. Shopee is an online shop application with many features so that consumers can easily shop, explore and even easily create an online store and sell products. This study uses quantitative research methods to see the effect of buying interest in Shopee online shopping in Yogyakarta. Sources of data were obtained from primary and secondary data with cluster sampling technique to 500 respondents. The results showed that each indicator of buying interest showed positive and significant results. The Transactional Interest indicator is included in the value category with a percentage of 34%, and then for Reference Interest, it has a percentage order of 69% with a very high category. Then for Preferential Interest, the order of category is very high at 70%, and Explanative Interest with a high percentage category at 58%.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. It related to increasing of people’s awareness to do physical activities, especially swimming.This study used quantitative research methods with exploratory factor analysis.Characteristics of the respondents in this study is Muslim consumers of Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool that have come at least twice in a last month. Sample amount on preliminary test by doing written interview are 20 respondents and the main test need 125 respondents. Sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling. Sampling was done using accidental sampling and purposive sampling.The results of the study showed that there are six factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. The sixth factors are named by the factor of similarity motives, securities, location, facilities, water qualities, and the experiences.

<p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

This study was to determine the effect of Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) to Profitability (ROA) at the Islamic Banks in 2011-2014. This study used quantitative research methods. Source of research data are secondary data from the quarterly financial statements of Islamic Banks in 2011 to 2014 were obtained from the website. This study using path analysis because there are two models of the equation (substructure) with IBM SPSS application program. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine number of sample. The sample was seventh quarterly financial statements Islamic Bank (BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Panin Syariah, BCA Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Maybank Syariah) from 2011 to 2014, each bank was obtained 16 financial statements in order to obtain 112 data. The results of this study indicate that the Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) had an influence on profitability (ROA). There are also indirect influence between the level of capital adequacy (CAR) to Profitability (ROA) through Liquidity (QR), the liquidity position (QR) as the weakening of the influence.

This study aims to determine the effect of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), inflation, and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study only 14 years were taken. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a deliberate sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. The formulation if the problem of the influence of MSME growth on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, the influence of MSME, inflation and, unemployment rates on economic growth in Indonesia. Partial results (T test) the influence of MSME (X1) of 0.010 <0.05, inflation (X2) of 0.029 <0.05, unemployment (X3) of 0.013 <0.05 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 meaning that MSME, inflation, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.656 or 65.6%. The magnitude of these results can be explained by the MSME variables,

Marriage is a social bond or legal agreement between individuals that forms kinship. Marriage aims to announce and give a new status to a married couple to others, so that this couple is accepted and recognized as a legal partner according to law, religion, custom and state. With the husband and wife bond, there will be continuous interaction between these two different people, this interaction can also determine harmony in the family, and disharmony in the family that can have an impact on divorce. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic effect in terms of education, type of work and income on divorce in Pacitan district. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. The sample in this study was the people of the Pacitan district who divorced in 2019. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation interviews and observations. The method of analysis uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that 1) Education has a significant effect on divorce in Pacitan Regency in 2019, 2) Type of work has no significant effect on divorce in Pacitan Regency in 2019, 3) Income has a significant effect on divorce in Pacitan Regency in 2019, 4)) Economy (Education, type of work, and income) have a significant effect on divorce in Pacitan district in 2019 with a large influence of 38.3% while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this research model. Pernikahan adalah ikatan perjanjian hukum antar pribadi yang membentuk hubungan kekerabatan. Pernikahan bertujuan untuk mengumumkan dan memberikan status baru pada pasangan suami istri kepada orang lain, supaya pasangan ini diterima dan diakui statusnya sebagai pasangan yang sah menurut hukum, agama, adat, dan negara. Dengan adanya ikatan suami istri maka akan terjadi interaksi terus menerus antara dua insan yang berbeda ini, interaksi ini juga dapat menentukan keharmonisan dalam keluarga, dan ketidak harmonisan dalam keluarga yang bisa berdampak pada perceraian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekonomi yang di tinjau dari segi pendidikan, jenispekerjaan dan pendapatan terhadap perceraian di kabupaten Pacitan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Tekhnik sampling menggunakan cluster sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kabupaten pacitan yang melakukan perceraian ditahun 2019. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara okumentasi dan observasi. Metode analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefesien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceraian di kabupaten Pacitan tahun 2019, 2) Jenis pekerjaan  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceraian di kabupaten Pacitan tahun 2019, 3) pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceraian di kabupaten Pacitan tahun 2019, 4) ) Ekonomi (Pendidikan, Jenis Pekerjaan, dan Pendapatan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceraian di kabupaten Pacitan tahun 2019 dengan besarnya pengaruh 38,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.

The process of making purchasing decisions by consumers is a process experienced by consumers when they want to buy a product. Word of mouth marketing communication is one of the factors driving consumers to decide to buy a product. Word of mouth marketing communication is cheap, effective, and efficient marketing for companies to increase sales of their products. Alowalo Indonesia is one of the local brands that has just been built in early 2020. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between word of mouth marketing communication on purchasing decisions for Alowalo Indonesia's clothing products. If there is influence, how much influence does word of mouth marketing communication have on the purchasing decision of Alowalo Indonesia's clothing products. This research uses quantitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are people who have bought Alowalo Indonesian clothes, domiciled in Jakarta and aged 15-44 years. The data collected will be processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results reveal that word of mouth marketing communication has an influence on purchasing decisions.Proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen adalah proses yang dialami oleh konsumen saat ingin membeli suatu produk. Komunikasi pemasaran word of mouth menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli suatu produk. Komunikasi pemasaran mulut ke mulut merupakan pemasaran yang murah, efektif, dan juga efisien bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka. . Alowalo Indonesia merupakah salah satu merek lokal yang baru dibangun pada awal tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara komunikasi pemasaran mulut ke mulut terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian Alowalo Indonesia. Jika ada pengaruh, seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran mulut ke mulut terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian Alowalo Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang pernah membeli pakaian Alowalo Indonesia, berdomisili di Jakarta dan berusia 15-44 tahun. Data yang terkumpul akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran word of mouth memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The productivity of employee performance can be determined by the conditions of the work environment. This of course will affect the success of the agency in determining its goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of Abdurachman Saleh University (Unars). Quantitative research methods with a population of 66 UNARS employees and saturated sampling technique so that the sample is also 66 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using t test, determinant test and simple regression model using SPSS 22. The results showed a simple regression model Y = -2.7596 + 0.622X. Work environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of UNARS employees. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakter siswa, khususnya karakter kreativitas siswa kelas VIII SMPN 08 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen penilaian tes berupa angket dengan variable karakter kreativitas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C dan VIII E SMPN 08 Kota Jambi, dengan jumlah total responden sebanyak 59 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa angket kreativitas siswa kelas VIII C rata-rata tergolong dalam kategori “Tidak Baik” dengan 58,1 % pernyataan dijawab tidak baik oleh siswa dan 35,5 % pernyataan dijawab dengan baik oleh siswa. Sedangkan hasil penelitian pada kelas VIII E rata-rata tergolong dalam kategori “Baik” dengan 60,7 % pernyataan dijawab baik oleh siswa dan 32,1 %, dijawab tidak baik oleh siswa. Berdasarkan hasil angket tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kreativitas siswa kelas VIII C lebih rendah dari kelas VIII E. Kata kunci: Karakter, Kreativitas Siswa, Pendidikan ABSTRACTThis study was intended to analyze the character of students, the special characteristics of creativity of class VIII students of  SMPN 08 Jambi City. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. While the type of research used is observation with the assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire with character variables of creativity. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII C and VIII E of SMPN 08 Jambi City, with a total number of respondents as many as 59 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely the number of samples equal to the population. Class VIII C on average falls into the category of "Not Good" with 58.1% of statements answered not well by students and 35.5% of statements answered well by students. While the results of research in class VIII E are categorized as "Good" on average with 60.7% of statements answered well by students and 32.1% of statements answered not well by students. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the level of creativity of class VIII C students is lower than class VIII E. Keywords: Character, Student Creativity, Education

This study is to see the effect of tail suits on the political choices of Balinese people who are known to have the highest identification of political parties in Indonesia ahead of simultaneous elections (pemilu serentak) in 2019. The method used is quantitative research methods with 1,120 respondents spreading across all regenciess/cities in Bali. The sampling technique applied was multistage random sampling, so the margin of error was 3%. The results of this study indicate the tail coat effect present in the community which has a strong identification of political parties. It's just that the tail coat effect reads smaller than ID party in the political choices of the Balinese people.

Subak is a traditional organization of irrigation that have been known as one of the world heritages. However, it recognition should be done with the way to accomplish real problems that happened in itself, which supposed to have particular concerns. One thing that could be done is increasing the sense of community among subak's committee so that they will have job motivation to run subak. Based on that fact, the aim of this study is to know the relationship between sense of community with job motivation among subak's committee.   Methods used in this study was quantitative research methods with product-moment correlation to do data analysis. The subjects were choosen with cluster sampling technique for the total number of 58 subjects. The measurements used were sense of community modified scales from McMillan and Chavis (1986) with 34 items (cronbach's alpha is 0,898 and validity coefficient ranged from 0,314-0,637) and job motivation modified scales from Dewi (2008) with 27 items (cronbach's alpha is 0,885 and validity coefficient ranged from 0,308-0,617).   The result of this study indicates that the correlation values of sense of community and job motivation is 0,696 with 0,00 probability (p<0,05). It explained that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Those values indicates that there are positive and significant relationship between sense of community and job motivation of subak's comittee. In addition, determinant coefficient result is 0,484 that pointed the relative contribution among sense of community with job motivation is 48,4%. This result is similiar with the theory from Hughey, et.al. (1999) which reveals that sense of community will encouraged maningful results for organization.   Keywords: sense of community, job motivation, work motivation and subak’s committee
