This research is aimed at determining and explaining the effect of public relations marketing on the brand image and customers loyalty at Studio Alam TV9. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research employed three variables of Public Relations Marketing, Brand Image, and Customers loyalty. The visitors of Studio Alam TV9 that have visited twice or more are the populations of this study. 110 visitors are the respondents of this research selected through purposive random sampling to which the questioners were distributed. The data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on that path analyzed the research showed that public relation marketing has direct and significant effect on Brand Image. And the brand Image has direct and significant effect on the customers loyalty.  Beside that it is found that public relation marketing has indirect but significant effect of the customers loyalty through brand image. It is suggested that TV9 maintain and improve the public relation marketing ti improve the brand image and make the customers loyalty.Keywords: Marketing Public Relation, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Banyaknya penggunaan nama pada divisi atau departemen public relations memberikan kesan bahwa tugas dan fungsi divisi atau departemen public relation di sebuah perusahaan kemudian berbeda dengan perusahaan lain. Perbedaan pada fungsi, tugas, peran, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh divisi atau departemen public relations itu dapat menentukan karakteristik public relations pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tujuan, fungsi, peran, juga aktivitas departemen marketing public relations di CNN Indonesia TV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perbedaan tujuan, fungsi, dan peran tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan masing- masing. CNN Indonesia TV melakukan efisiensi pada tujuan dan fungsi perusahaan, sedangkan peran departemen marketing public relations-nya sejalan dengan misi PR perusahaan yaitu ikut berkontribusi langsung dalam revenue perusahaan. Sedangkan aktivitas yang diinisiasi oleh CNN Indonesia ada 3, yaitu Dialog, Monolog, dan Meet Up. Dari 3 poin pada pembahasaan tersebut akhirnya dapat diketahui seperti apa karakteristik public relations pada departemen marketing public relations CNN Indonesia TV.�Kata Kunci: Media Massa; Karakteristik; Public Relations; Marketing Public Relations; Fungsi��ABSTRACTThe many uses of names in the division or department of public relations that give the impression that the tasks and functions of the division or department are not the same as at first. Differences in functions, tasks, roles, and activities carried out by the division or public relations department can determine public relations in company. This� the background of the writer will describe characteristics of public relations in the public relations marketing departement CNN Indonesia TV. The purpose of this study was to determine the objectives, functions, roles, and also the marketing business relations department at CNN Indonesia TV. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the number of goals, functions, and roles depends on each company. CNN Indonesia TV transfers the functions and functions of the company, while the marketing office relations of public relations are within the mission of the company's public relations incorporated in the company's revenue. While the activities initiated by CNN Indonesia are 3, namely Dialogue, Monologue, and Meet Up. Of the 3 points in the discussion, it can finally be seen as what public relations in the CNN Indonesia TV marketing public relations department.

Loyalitas dapat diciptakan dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap bauran pemasaran, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepuasan atas produk, kepuasan atas harga, kepuasan atas promosi, kepuasan atas lokasi, kepuasan atas karyawan, kepuasan atas proses dan kepuasan atas sarana fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengunjung remaja sampai dewasa Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan tahun 2009 sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 482.500 orang.Dari populasi ditarik sampel sebanyak 323 orang pengunjung.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas produk terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas harga terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas promosi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas lokasi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas pegawai terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas proses terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit, 7) tidak terdapat pengaruhsignifikan kepuasan atas bukti fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p> </p>

The purpose of this study 1) Knowing the influence of sharia marketing (X1) on customer decisions (Y) saving; 2) Determine the magnitude of the influence of the image of the institution (X2) on the customer's decision (Y) to save; 3) Knowing the simultaneous influence between sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) on Customer Decision (Y) saving. In this study using a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Determination of the research sample using simple random sampling technique with 30 respondents. Research conclusions 1) Sharia marketing Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence customers' decision to save. The better the marketing of sharia is carried out, the more interested the public will be in saving at Syariah Syariah Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 2) the image of the institution of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence the interests of customers to save. The better the image in the minds of the public, the more interested people will be saving at the Syariah Mandiri Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 3) sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) are the dominant variables on customer decisions (Y) saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to help make decisions about winning the smartphone market through product differentiation to increase customer loyalty for the OPPO Brand. The study population was 1050 students of the faculty of education and the faculty of economics, the sampling technique using the stratified random sampling method was obtained by 550 students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistical analysis using Amos Graphic v.22 Software. The result of the research obtained product differential strategy, brand image and customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Brand image and customer satisfaction factor are mediators of product quality on customer loyalty factors. The implication of this research is that brand image is the biggest factor affecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the contribution of research result to the OPPO company must make product changes in order to improve brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kabupaten Karawang dari 12 Perguruan tinggi sebanyak 27,378 mahasiswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 550 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Amos Graphic versi 22. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa penguatan kualitas produk memiliki efek secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citrak merek dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah mediator faktor kualitas produk pada faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa citra merek merupakan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap perusahaan OPPO adalah untuk pertimbangan kebijakan bagi manajemen dalam hal penguatan kualitas produk yang dilakukan melalui inovasi teknologi dari sisi penggunaan bahan, fitur-fitur, serta komponen berkualitas tinggi agar meningkatkan citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan sehingga berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Objek wisata pada masa kini sudah menjadi salah satu sumber pemasukan devisa yang cukup besar bagi Negara. Pantai Pangandaran adalah salahsatu objek wisata yang dimiliki oleh Jawa Barat, khususnya pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis, dari sisi potensi Pantai Pangandaran sangat eksotik dijadikan objek wisata berskala dunia, dan mampu menyedot wisatawan baik mancanegara ataupun nusantara. Namun sayang, penataan Pantai Pangandaran masih jauh dari memuaskan, karena kebersihan Pantai Pangandaran yang kurang terjaga akibat dari pedagang kali lima yang berjejer di pinggir pantai ditambah lagi Pantai Pangandaran terkena bencana alam tsunami sehingga secara psikologis calon wisatawan yang akan memilih Pantai Pangandaran sebagai tempat kunjungan wisatanya merasa ketakutan. Hal ini membuat arus pengunjung ke Pantai Pangandaran mengalami penurunan drastis. Karena itu Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Ciamis mengambil langkah promosi melalui kegiatan marketing public relations yang terdiri dari kegiatan publikasi, kegiatan event, dan kegiatan news. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menarik kembali pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey dimana metode ini menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel penelitian yaitu tentang pengaruh marketing public relations dan keputusan mengunjungi objek wisata sebagai variabel tidak bebas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah systematic random sampling Sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur.Berdasarkan pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa marketing public relations mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mengunjungi objek wisata Pantai Pangandaran sebesar 88.4% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat kuat/sangat tinggi.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.

The study aims to determine the effect of brand image IM3 to loyalty, either directly or indirectlythrough the satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach and the respondents which the customersof Indosat IM3 on four Universities in Malang . The data collection used accidental sampling method. Pathanalysis was used to test and analyze hypotheses by considering the classical assumption test. The resultsof the study showed that the brand image significantly affect the service satisfaction and customer loyalty.Indicators of Brand image contributed 47.5% to total customer satisfaction. Meanwhile satisfaction accountedfor 30.7% of customer loyalty. Two indicators of brand image consist of guarantees and social identificationhas no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While, two other indicators of brand image consist ofpersonal identification and status has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. From path analysisknown that there is indirectly influence of the status of personal identification to loyalty through customersatisfaction.

Public relation is an important aspect within the process of building positive image for an organization. Selecting appropriate strategy, therefore, must be applied very carefully since it determines the success or failure of the organization in the long run. This paper, thus, aims at explaining the strategy of public relation applied by Cordova Integral Islamic Elementary School in Samarinda in building a positive brand image that suits its’ long-term objectives. Utilizing qualitative approach, this paper finds out that Cordova Integral Islamic Elementary School in Samarinda applies four strategy such as research-listening, planning-decision, communication-action, and evaluation.Keywords: Image brand, organizational strategy, and public relation.
