Based on the experience of researchers while practicing training at the Semen Padang club, the causes of athletes do not have a good jump. One of them is the physical ability of leg muscle explosive power. This type of research is quasi-experimental, this study aims to determine the differences in the effect of Plyometric Exercise Front Jump and Side Jump Against the Explosion of Limbs in the Volleyball Athlete's Son Semen Padang Junior U-18. This research was conducted in June to July 2019 in Semen Padang Padang. The sample in this study were 12 athletes, the data analysis technique used the t test. Based on data analysis in this study using the T-Test. The results of data processing in this study are 1) obtained tcount (7.19) > ttable (2.57), meaning that the application of the front jump method can increase leg muscle explosive power, 2) obtained tcount (7, 43) > ttable (2, 57), meaning that the application of the side jump method can increase leg muscle explosive power, 3) obtained tcount (0.33) < ttable (2.57), meaning that the application of the front jump method and the side jump method can both increase the leg muscle explosive power, where the side jump method shows better results in increasing leg muscle explosive power.

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of hurdle box drill with the stick, jump and speed hurdle lateral, and lateral hurdle jump exercises on agility, speed, strength, and explosive power of leg muscles. The sample group of the study consisted of 33 students who participated in badminton FIO UNESA. The methodology used was quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The result showed that group I had enhancement on the muscular strength of the limbs for 2.89, speed for −0.003, agility 0.1 and leg muscle explosive power for 1.42. Group II had the strength of the lower limbs for −1.04, speed 0.09, agility −0.19 and leg muscle explosive power 0.85 and group III had limbs muscle strength increased for 0.43, speed 1.18, agility 0.36 and leg muscle explosive power 0.71. Therefore, it can be concluded that these three exercises affected the agility, speed, strength and explosive power of leg muscle.

This study is correlational research that aims to find the contribution of leg muscleexplosive power to yield long jump squat style. The student sample was the son of varsity sportscoaching education Riau semester totaling 42 people. As the independent variable is theexplosive power leg muscle while dependent variable is the result of the long jump jongok style.Data (x) obtained from the test results without the leading long jump (standing board jump) toassess leg muscle explosive power while data (y) obtained from testing the long jump squat styleusing the prefix. Data were analyzed with statistical normality test is a test last lilifors alsoanalyzed the data to look for the correlation coefficient, and then proceed to test "t" after itsought the contribution. From the results of data processing for the normal distribution of dataobtained for the provision of data (x) and abnormally distributed in terms of data (y). r = 0.32,then through the test "t", t_ (count>) ttabel then there is a significant relationship between theexplosive muscle power with the outcome long jump squat style, via analysis of leg muscleexplosive power of determination have contributed 10.24% and 89 , 76% was contributed byother factors.

This study aims to determine whether there is 1) The effect of plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zig-zag manner, 3) Comparison of the plyometric exercise jumping over a kun with two legs sideways and in a zig-zag manner on leg muscle power for male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population was all male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the entire population of male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. The instrument used in collecting data was the Standing Broad Jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, where 1) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side is 4.27, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zigzag manner is 5.97, 3) Comparison plyometric exercise jumping kun with two legs to the side and zigzag the leg muscle power of male students class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency is 2.36 with t table is 1.81. So from the two exercises given there are significant differences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis antara gaint-score kelompok pelatihan 30 second box drill, 60 second box drill dan kelompok kontrol pada variable daya ledak otot tungkai, hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 30 second box drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan 0,000 (SigKata Kunci : pelatihan 30 second box drill, pelatihan 60 seond box drill, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aimed to know the effect of 30 second box drill training and 60 second box drill training toward the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. This research is a field experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population is all students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Jambi State University with SportsTraining Education samples with a sampling technique is a proportional sampling of 40 people. The data analysis technique used is Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the data processing shows that: there is no significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 0.939> Ft = 4.11). There is a significant difference between the power of high limb muscle explosions with low limb muscle explosiveness to the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 17,976> Ft = 4.11). For athletes who have high leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between goal jump training and side lomato training on ball heading abilities in football (to = 6.034> tt = 1.73). For athletes who have low leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on heading ball abilities in football (to = 12,357> tt = 1.73).

Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat  mengetahui hubungan panjang tungkai dan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari 100 meter pada klub atletik Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan Teknik studi korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para anggota klub Atletik Jakarta Utara dengan jumlah atlet 50 atlet. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang, sampel ditentukan dengan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat hubungan Panjang Tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter diperoleh koefisien korelasi ry1  = 0.69, yang berarti variabel panjang tungkai memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil lari 100 meter sebesar 82.38 %. (2). Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter, diperoleh koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,94 yang berarti variabel Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil lari 100 meter  sebesar 88.50 %. (3). Terdapat hubungan berarti antara Panjang Tungkai dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengan hasil lari 100 meter secara Bersama – sama, dengan koefisien korelasi ganda Ry1-2 = 0,94 hal ini berarti bahwa 88.50% Hasil Lari 100 Meter ditentukan oleh Panjang Tungkai dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai secara bersama-sama.  Kata Kunci : Panjang Tungkai, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, Hasil Lari 100 Meter.  ABSTRACT                        The purpose of this research is to find out relationship between leg length and leg muscle explosiveness to the results of running 100 meters at the North Jakarta athletic club. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational study techniques. The population in this study were the members of the North Jakarta Athletics Club with 50 athletes. The number of samples is 30 people, the sample is determined by purposive sampling. The results of the study concluded that: (1). There is a relationship between the length of the limb with the result of running 100 meters and the correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.69, which means that the leg length variable contributes to the 100 meter run by 82.38%. (2). There is a significant relationship between the leg muscle explosive power with the result of running 100 meters, the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.94, which means the variable Explosion of Leg Muscle contributes to the 100 meter running result of 88.50%. (3). There is a significant relationship between Leg Length and Leg Muscle Explosion with the results of running 100 meters together, with a double correlation coefficient Ry1-2 = 0.94 this means that 88.50% 100 Meters Run Results are determined by Leg Length and Muscle Explosion Power. The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.
