The purpose of the article was to describe and analyze strategies of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) Teachers in Improving Students' Learning Motivation in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Class X Hikmatul Amanah. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method, namely by reducing, presenting, and certifying data. To test the validity of the data by testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this article show 1) IRE teachers at Hikmatul Amanah Mojokerto Islamic School have implemented strategies and methods that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum at the school. However, there are still shortcomings where the teacher lacks varied and boring strategies and methods in the learning process so that students are less motivated to learn pie subjects 2) the inhibiting factor of the teacher's strategy in increasing student motivation to learn is the lack of communication between teachers and parents, the lack of learning media, the family environment, and the school environment can also be an obstacle for teachers during the teaching and learning process. The supporting factors for the teacher's strategy are from the students themselves, how they feel a strong desire and have high aspirations so they are motivated to learn and receive support in the form of attention, rewards, and punishment, praise from family, teachers, and the environment.

Family is the main educational media for student development, in order to develop their potential both physically and spiritually by optimizing family's environment role as an educational environment. Some of these roles are as follows: paying attention to students' progress, engaging in learning activities, creating a learning atmosphere, providing learning guidance, and providing learning motivation to students. Learning achievement is students’ ability to achieve certain subjects matter according to the curriculum, time, and certain criteria. Student's learning achievement is affected by various factors from outside themselves (external). The achievements are essentially the results of interactions with their environment, which are family environment and school environment as the education center.

Abstract Motivation to learn is a non-intellectual psychic factor, which has a distinctive role in growing passion, pleasure, and passion for learning. One of the important things to be considered in improving students' learning motivation is the condition of student environment both family environment and school environment. Because the environment gives influence to the development of students both social and emotional. This study aims to determine the effort to improve student learning motivation through the cooperation of parents and teachers BK in MAN Batam.The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used through interviews and observation.After obtained data then analyzed with data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion.Based on the results of the study found that the cooperation of parents and teachers BK in MAN Batam in improving student learning motivation has not been implemented maximally. Cooperation that exists more directed to strengthening their respective roles. In improving student motivation, BK teachers seek: providing information services, providing rewards, providing individual counseling services. While the efforts made by parents is to know the motivation to learn children and create an atmosphere of familiar and harmonious at home. Keywords: student motivation, parent cooperation and BK teacher AbstrakMotivasi belajar adalah faktor psikis yang bersifat non intelektual, yang memiliki peran khas dalam menumbuhkan gairah, rasa senang, dan semangat untuk belajar.Salah satu hal penting untuk diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah kondisi lingkungan siswa baik lingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan sekolah.Karena lingkungan memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan siswa baik secara social maupun emosional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK di MAN Batam. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara dan observasi.Setelah diperoleh data kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK di MAN Batam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa belum terlaksana secara maksimal.Kerjasama yang terjalin lebih mengarah kepada penguatan peran masing-masing. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa, guru BK mengupayakan: pemberian layanan informasi, memberikan reward, pemberian layanan konseling perorangan. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan orang tua adalah mengenal motivasi belajar anak serta menciptakan suasana akrab dan harmonis di rumah. Kata kunci: motivasi siswa, kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik Cluster/ judgmental  sebanyak 61 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai r square menunjukkan 0,58 artinya terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar sebesar 58%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, perilaku siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which located in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Cluster sampling is the technique / judgmental as many as 61 students. The technique of collecting data is through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the r value of 0.58 means that there are square shows the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar by 58%. Keywords: family environment, school environment, student behavior

This research was conducted with the aim to be achieved, namely to find out how much influence online learning has on the learning motivation of 8th and 9th grade students in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP Plus Al-Ijtihad 2 Kutabaru, Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A method that describes a phenomenon in the field with a data analysis approach. The instrument in this study is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews as a source of data. And the sample used in the study used systematic random sampling. Respondents of this study amounted to 54 students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion that the effect of online learning on the motivation of students in Islamic religious education subjects can be proven by calculating the Product Moment correlation, the result is 0.557. In variable X online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and variable Y student learning motivation in the PAI folder, there is an influence between variables X and Y, the correlation is moderate/sufficient in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599. So it can be concluded that the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects is 31.0% and the remaining 69.0% is influenced by other factors which may be family environment factors, the environment between friends and so on.

This study departs from the expectation that high or low student learning motivation are influenced by self-efficacy and family environment. The results of the study show that: 1) self-efficacy has a significant effect on learning motivation. 2) self-efficacy and parental support have a significant effect on learning motivation. This research is an associative descriptive study. The sample in this study is the business management students of class X and XI that are registered at Padang Private Vocational School. The findings from this study are expected to be a reference for teachers and other academic communities to be able to pay more attention to students in learning by giving attention to the family environment and paying attention to their learning attitudes and also help increase student motivation in learning so that maximum learning outcomes are obtained

This study aims to describe the values ​​of character education in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih and its relevance for strengthening the character of elementary school students. The data of this research is the story of Bawang Merah Bawang Putih which was obtained from the fairy tale book by Runna Aulia and Ghais Ramadhani. The data collection technique used is documentation. This stage of the data analysis technique is carried out by data condensation. Presentation of data, as well as conclusions and verification of research results. The results of this study are 5 character values ​​contained in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, such as the value of the character of hard work, the value of the character of discipline, the value of the character of responsibility, the value of the character of social care, the value of the character of curiosity. This study also found 5 character values ​​that exist in strengthening character education, such as the value of telligiosity, nationalism, integrity, independence and mutual cooperation. The characters in this fairy tale can also be used as learning content at school. there are good examples so that students can find good learning to be applied to everyday life such as the school environment, community and family environment.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. In this study using ex post facto method and sampling technique, namely stratified sampling. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is known that there is a significant positive effect between the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. Hypothesis test results show that the significance value (Sig.) Is 0.039. When compared with the probability value or α = 0.05, then 0.039 <0.05, which means that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. If seen from the tcount value, it is obtained a value of 2.110> t table 1.994, so it can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement program variable (X) affects the Indonesian learning achievement variable (Y). This can also be seen from the results of the determination coefficient test which reveals the contribution of the School Literacy Movement program to Indonesian language learning achievement is 6.1%. Although the contribution made is still very low, if the program is implemented very well by looking at the factors that influence its implementation, the impact on Indonesian learning achievement can be increased. The factors that influence the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program consist of two factors, namely inhibiting factors consisting of the family environment and the lack of literacy officers, and supporting factors, namely the support from the school and the provision of adequate books. Factors that affect students' Indonesian learning achievement consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors that affect student achievement are psychological aspects consisting of reading interest and student willingness, while external factors that influence are the school environment and the existence of social media. Keywords: literacy movement; Learning achievement
