Abstract Motivation to learn is a non-intellectual psychic factor, which has a distinctive role in growing passion, pleasure, and passion for learning. One of the important things to be considered in improving students' learning motivation is the condition of student environment both family environment and school environment. Because the environment gives influence to the development of students both social and emotional. This study aims to determine the effort to improve student learning motivation through the cooperation of parents and teachers BK in MAN Batam.The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used through interviews and observation.After obtained data then analyzed with data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion.Based on the results of the study found that the cooperation of parents and teachers BK in MAN Batam in improving student learning motivation has not been implemented maximally. Cooperation that exists more directed to strengthening their respective roles. In improving student motivation, BK teachers seek: providing information services, providing rewards, providing individual counseling services. While the efforts made by parents is to know the motivation to learn children and create an atmosphere of familiar and harmonious at home. Keywords: student motivation, parent cooperation and BK teacher AbstrakMotivasi belajar adalah faktor psikis yang bersifat non intelektual, yang memiliki peran khas dalam menumbuhkan gairah, rasa senang, dan semangat untuk belajar.Salah satu hal penting untuk diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah kondisi lingkungan siswa baik lingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan sekolah.Karena lingkungan memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan siswa baik secara social maupun emosional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK di MAN Batam. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara dan observasi.Setelah diperoleh data kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK di MAN Batam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa belum terlaksana secara maksimal.Kerjasama yang terjalin lebih mengarah kepada penguatan peran masing-masing. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa, guru BK mengupayakan: pemberian layanan informasi, memberikan reward, pemberian layanan konseling perorangan. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan orang tua adalah mengenal motivasi belajar anak serta menciptakan suasana akrab dan harmonis di rumah. Kata kunci: motivasi siswa, kerjasama orang tua dan guru BK

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in school. This research is focused on the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation. This motivation is very important for improving student learning achievement. Because as is well known, student motivation in learning is lacking. This will affect its success in learning. For this reason, there is a need for efforts by teachers to increase interest in learning and motivate students to be more enthusiastic about achieving in school. The approach taken in this journal research is the approach (library research) which uses literature as its object. From the research of several literatures, the results of this study indicate that learning motivation has an influence on student learning activities, especially on student achievement. The higher the student's motivation, the better the learning achievement. Vice versa, the lower the motivation of student learning, it will be difficult for these students to achieve achievement in learning. The teacher also has a very important role and has an influence on student motivation in school.

The role of teachers in improving student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must be in learning activities. In addition to providing and transferring teacher knowledge is also tasked to improve children's motivation in learning. It cannot be denied that student learning with others is very different, that's why it is important for teachers to always motivate students so that students always have the spirit of learning and being able become students who excel and can develop themselves optimally. The learning process will succeed if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, teachers need to foster optimal student motivation. Teachers are demanded to be creative to arouse student learning motivation. Learning motivation is meaningfulness, value, and the benefits of learning learning activities are quite interesting for students to do learning activities.

Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam (IPA) Fisika pada kelas VIII.C di MTs Al-Raisiyah Mataram, menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis roda putar fisika untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian research and developmen. Media pembelajaran roda putar IPA Fisika ini berbentuk game alat peraga untuk memotivasi belajar siswa pada materi pesawat sederhana. Media ini divalidasi oleh 4 ahli, 1 ahli media dan 3 ahli fisika yang menunjukan bahwa hasil untuk kriteria pendidikan 4 ahli memberikan nilai A, untuk kriteria tampilan 2 ahli memberikan nilai A satu ahli memberikan nilai B dan C dan kriteria teknis 4 ahli memberikan niali A. Media roda putar fisika yang dikembangkan juga memiliki kriteria yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan persentase sebesar 75% bila dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan roda putar fisika yaitu sebesar 56,25%. Peningkatan motivasi belajar secara klasikal juga berada pada kriteria sedang dengan normalisasi gain sebesar 0,42. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran roda putar fisika dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII.C di MTs Al-Raisiyah Mataram 2016-2017. Kata kunci : Pengembangan Media pembelajaran; Roda Putar Fisika; Motivasi Belajar. ABSTRACTThis study aims to develop learning media on Physics (IPA) Physics subjects in class VIII.C at MTs Al-Raisiyah Mataram, using a learning wheel based on physics spinning wheels to increase student motivation. This research is a research and development research. The physics science learning wheel media in the form of game props to motivate student learning on simple aircraft material. This media was validated by 4 experts, 1 media expert and 3 physicists who showed that the results for the educational criteria 4 experts gave a value of A, for display criteria 2 experts gave an A value one expert gave a value of B and C and technical criteria 4 experts gave a value of A The physics spinning wheel media developed also has very good criteria to increase student motivation by a percentage of 75% compared to before using the physics spinning wheel that is equal to 56,25%. Increased motivation to learn classically is also in the medium criteria with a normalization gain of 0,42. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the learning media of the physics turning wheel can increase the motivation of students in class VIII.C at MTs Al-Raisiyah Mataram 2016-2017. Keywords : Learning Media Development; Physics Turn Wheel; Learning Motivation.

Motivation is important in shaping how much students ask to learn. Motivation also affects how many students will learn from a learning activity, or how much absorption of students in capturing the information presented to students. Improving student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must exist in learning activities. In addition to providing and transferring knowledge, the teacher also has the duty to increase children's motivation in learning. This study aimed to find out about the Effect of Individual Counseling in Improving Student Learning Motivation. Quantitative research method used in this research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design, this design is similar to Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The samples in this study were students who amounted to 10 respondents, through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique is done by calculating the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and hypothesis test with SPSS version 20.0. This research showed, there was a significant effect of individual counseling in improving student learning motivation, with the result of a coefficient of Sig. (2-tailed) Of 0.000 <0.05 then it was decided that Ho was rejected, and H1 accepted. With R2 value of 0,866, which means, individual counseling give contribution as much 86,6% in improving student learning motivation.

The type of research used is descriptive and associative, with a population of 181 students, the technique of sampling propotional random sampling. The sample of this research is 125 students. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis), by using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The result of research are: 1) Internet utilization has significant effect to student's motivation to learn Skill of Office Administration Skill of SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung. 2) Utilization of the library has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students Skills Administrative Competence SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung. 3) Utilization of the internet has a significant effect on Student Motivation Student Skills Competency Skills Administration Office SMK 4 Sijunjung 4) Utilization of libraries have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes Competence Skills Office Administration SMK 4 Sijunjung. 5) Learning motivation has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes Competence Skills Administration Office SMK 4 Sijunjung

Berdasarkan survei awal, ditemukan banyak mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah, hal ini terlihat dari perilaku yang ditampilkan oleh mahasiswa tesebut, seperti pasif pada saat proses pembelajaran, nilai ujian dan tugas yang rendah, pada saat diberikan tugas lebih memilih melihat dari teman daripada berusaha mencari sendiri yang mungkin disebabkan oleh metode pengajaran dosen yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa dan menimbulkan kejenuhan.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan: 1) Terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar sesudah diberi metode ceramah plus dengan tingkat perbedaan Z sebesar -3,411 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,001. 2) Terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar mahasiswa sesudah diberi metode resitasi dengan tingkat perbedaan Z sebesar -3,410 dengan signifikan 0,001. 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara kelompok dengan metode ceramah plus dan kelompok dengan metode resitasi dengan tingkat perbedaan Z sebesar 1.470 dengan signifikansi 0,142. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode ceramah plus dan metode resitasi memiliki kontribusi yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun, tidak ada perbedaan antara metode ceramah plus dan metode resitasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan temuan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode pengajaran ceramah plus dan metode pengajaran resitasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya melaksanakan metode pengajaranyang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Kata kunci: metode ceramah plus, metode resitasi, motivasi belajar Based on the initial survey, found many students who have the motivation to learn is low, it can be seen from the behavior displayed by the student proficiency level, such as passive during the learning process, test scores and the task is low, when given the task prefer viewed from a friend rather than trying find your own that may be caused by the lecturer teaching methods that do not fit the needs of students and lead to saturation. The purpose of this study is to help improve student learning motivation. Based on the results of the study found: 1) There is an increased motivation to learn after given a lecture plus the level difference Z of -3.411 with a significance level of 0.001. 2) There is an increased motivation to learn the student after the given method of recitation with a level difference of -3.410 with a significant Z 0,001. 3) There is no difference between the groups with learning motivation plus lecture and group recitation method to the level difference Z of 1.470 with 0.142 significance. So it can be concluded that the method plus lecture and recitation method had good contribution on improving student learning motivation. However, there is no difference between plus lecturing and recitation methods to improve students' learning motivation. Based on the findings it can be concluded that students' motivation can be enhanced through the plus lecturing teaching methods and recitation teaching methods. This study shows the importance of carrying out the neccesary or suitable method due to students’ needs in order to improve student outcomes. Keywords: lecturing plus method, recitation method learning motivation

This research was motivated by low of motivation to learn physics at SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi. By using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model, it is expected that students will more easily to understand and receive knowledge effectively and efficiently. So, it can increase student learning motivation, because the temperature material and its changes contain a description of the material that is conceptual and quantitative, so in presenting this material a learning model is needed to encourage student learning motivation. From the results, it can be seen that there is an increase in learning motivation experienced by students from the first cycle 59.74% to 72.18% in cycle II and 82.61% in cycle III. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can increase student motivation in class VII B SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi.

This research aims to find out whether by applying a group investigation leraning model can increase student’s motivation to learn mathematic grade X in SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa. The research instruments used were observation and questioner. The observations used are statements of the learning process. Observation consists of observation sheets on the effectiveness of student learning, and observation of student learning motivation.The population this study is Students Class off X SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa, while the sample in this study was a class off X-AP SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa. From the results of the study can be seen an in crease student motivation to learn mathimatics by using a learning model of investigation b 75% at the first meeting and is categorized as effective, while at the second meeting it reaches 80% and is categorized as effective. Thereofere the use of the group investigation learning model is effective in creasing the motivation to learn mathematic in students of SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa.
