Based on the results of the research analysis, the correlation was 0.472 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of the pearson correlation> r table are 0.472> 0.195, thus the research shows that the research hypothesis is accepted. (Ho is accepted, and Ha is rejected). so that there is a relationship between social support and student anxiety in facing the world of work in students of the Da'wah Faculty of the State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. With a pearson correltion value of 0.472, this indicates a strong correlation (correlation) between social support and student anxiety in facing the world of work.

The research subjects were 30 early childhood teachers in Bandar Lampung, which was carried out through purposive sampling technique. The research method was conducted with a quantitative approaches-regression method. The data was collected through a questionnaire and was analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a regression coefficient between variables for 0,511, with a significance value of 0,003. Interaction performed deeply by teachers on children has a significant influence to the children’s speak development. Although the contribution has not been adequate, it indicates that the quality and quantity of interaction between teachers and children needs to be increased.

This causes anxiety on fresh graduate who just entered the world of work. Known one of the factors that can minimize anxiety in fresh graduate is adversity quotient. This allows fresh graduate to overcome difficulties related to the competition of the work world. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between adversity quotients with anxiety to face work world at fresh graduate of Syiah Kuala University. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The sample of the study amounted to 257 fresh graduates (120 men and 137 women). Data collection using the Adversity quotient scale compiled by Khairiyah (2016) and the scale of anxiety against the world of work compiled by Nugroho (2010). Data analysis using Pearson correlation technique showed correlation coefficient (r) = -0,598 (p 0,05) so it can be interpreted that there is negative and significant relationship between adversity quotient with anxiety to face work world at fresh graduate of Syiah Kuala University and the hypothesis in this research is accepted.

Abstract Background Teenage parenting is recognised as one of the greatest health and social problems in South Africa. Research in South Africa has shown that by the age of 18 years, more than 30% of teens have given birth at least once. Teen mothers may feel disempowered because they are ‘othered’ and consequently, may develop forms of resistance which in most cases may inhibit their ability to parent. Social support is therefore, an imperative intervention for successful teen parenting but this is not clearly understood in South Africa. This study aimed to compare the relationship between parental efficacy and social support systems of single teen mothers across different family forms. Methods A quantitative methodology with a cross-sectional comparative correlation design was conducted with 160 single teen mothers who resided with a family in a low socio-economic community. The participants completed a self-report questionnaire that comprised of the Social Provisions Scale, and the Parenting Sense of Competence scale. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation were used to investigate the data. Results A significant positive relationship between social support and parental efficacy was found. When comparing different family forms, single teen mothers’ residing with one parent reported greater levels of parental efficacy and single teen mothers’ residing with two parents, re-counted high levels of social support under the subscales; guide, reliable and nurture. However, when computing for guardian-skip generation, results show that there is no significant relationship between parental efficacy and social support. As well as no correlation across subscales of social support. Conclusion The positive relationships between social support and parental efficacy are important for planning and applying parenting programmes amongst single teen mothers and facilitating awareness regarding the importance of social support and family forms when considering parenting practices.

This study aims to see the relationship between hemoglobin levels and vo2max in Banten Softball Men. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with correlational research analysis. Subjects in the study are the Banten Softball Men Banten, amounting to 17 people. The characteristic data taken is gender. To measure hemoglobin levels using the Family Dr. is a digital Hb check tool while for the measurement of VO2max values using the Bleep-test method. The data is then processed using the Pearson correlation test. There is a significant relationship between hemoglobin levels with vo2max with a correlation coefficient of 0.489 indicating that the higher the hemoglobin level, the higher the vo2max level of softball athletes Banten.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative and permissive) and Big-five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness and openness) among the students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. For this purpose, a total number of 281 students from different faculties (Natural and social sciences) were selected through systematic sampling technique and the respondents responded to parenting authority questionnaire (PAQ) by Buri (1991) and Big-five inventory (BFI) john and Srivastava (1999). Data were analyzed by using SPSS-21 version, and Pearson correlation (r=0.01) was applied to find out the relationship, direction and consistency between predictor and criterion variable. Results indicated a directly proportional relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative & permissive) and big five personality traits.
