IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER MELALUI BUDAYA SEKOLAH PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

This study was aimed the implementation of character education through school culture including; planning, implementation, evaluation and the inhibiting factors and supporting in implementing character education. The type of This research was qualitative research. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was done by triangulation. The use of Data analysis techniques by: (data reduction), (data display), (verification). The results : (a) Character education planning has been carried out with the guidance of order books. (b) The implementation of character education has been carried out indicated by the school culture that is used for students students have a better character. (c) Evaluation of character education for students has been carried out, with morning activities, evaluation of teachers and employees on Thursday at 6:00 WIB. Supporting factors, support from the school community, but there are still students who disobey the rules.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1.) Mendeskripsikan perencanaan pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, dan guru; 2.) Mengetahui peran kepala sekolah, guru dan karyawan; 3.) Mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang diimplementasikan dalam pen-didikan karakter; 4.) Menghasilkan pola implementasi pendidikan karakter; dan  5.) Menemukan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pendidi-kan karakter. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan doku-mentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini meng-hasilkan simpulan sebagai berikut. Kepala madrasah telah melakukan perencanaan pendidikan karakter secara terprogram dalam visi dan misi. Guru telah melakukan perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kepala madrasah memiliki peran sebagai leader. Para guru memiliki peran mem-persiapkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, melakukan transfer of knowledge dan transfer of value. Karyawan memiliki peran sebagai penyedia fasilitas sarana dan prasarana. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan adalah religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, peduli lingkungan, dan tanggung jawab. Implementasi pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi pada setiap mata pelajaran dan setiap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter meliputi visi dan misi madrasah, komitmen kepala madrasah, SDM guru, karyawan, dan orang tua siswa serta lingkungan masyarakat yang Islami. Sedangkan faktor penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter di MIN 2 Sleman meliputi sistem manajerial madrasah, persepsi yang belum sama, beban kerja guru, siswa yang nakal, wali siswa yang kurang peduli dan perkembangan media elektronik. AbstractThis study aims to 1.)To describe character education planning by the headmaster and teachers; 2.) To Determine the roles of the headmaster, teachers and staffs; 3.) To identify value implemented in character education; 4.) To result the pattern of implementation of character education; and 5.) To find supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character educaiton. The research data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed by using qualitative analysis technique. The research produced the following conclusions. The head of the madrasah had performed character education planning systematically in the vision and mission. The teachers had performed character education planning in making lesson plans. The head of the madrasah was the leader. The teachers prepared lesson plans; performed transfer of knowledge and transfer of value. The staffs were providers of facilities and infrastructures. The values of character education develop-ped were religiousity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hardworking, creativeness, in-dependence, care of environment, and responsibility. The implementation of character education was integrated in every subject and every extracurricular activity. The sup-porting factors of the implementation of character education were the availability of vision and mission of madrasah, commitment of the head of madrasah, teachers, staffs, and students’ parents, and Islamic community.  While the inhibiting factors included the non-standard managerial system of madrasah, non-uniform perception, teachers’ workload, insubordinate students, indifferent students’ parents, and the misuse of electronic technology.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. His research sites are Paron Elementary School and Kedungputri 1 Elementary School, Ngawi District. Data collection techniques include study documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana spending review berbasis Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) terhadap APBD Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2017-2018. Selanjutnya, artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi dan menafsirkan sebuah konteks terkait spending review yang perlu di identifikasi secara mendalam. Kemudian, perolahan data dilakukan melalui studi kajian literature (online dan offline). Sebagaimana penggunaan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan kodifikasi data, penyajian data dan hasil data penelitian. Hasil penelitin ini menunjukan bahwa kondisi anggaran belanja daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman Tahun 2017 dan 2018 mengalami kenaikan, namun ditinjau pada sektor anggaran belanja pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman mengalami penurunan. Selanjutnya hasil review alokasi yang dilakukan terhadap realisasi anggaran belanja daerah terjadi penghematan anggaran belanja dari tahun 2017 ke 2018. Kemudian, untuk review tolak ukur dan kinerja melalui layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan menunjukan adanya peningkatan angka indeks pembangunan manusia. Lebih lanjut, Analisis Deviasi Kebutuhan menunjukkan dalam dua tahun anggaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman yakni tahun 2017 dan 2018 memiliki tingkat rata-rata deviasi kebutuhan dengan alokasi anggaran belanja daerah sebesar (11,85%).Abstract: This article aims to analyze the extent of spending based on Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) based Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Sleman Regency in 2017-2018. Furthermore, this article uses a qualitative method to identify and interpret a context related to spending review that needs to be identified in depth. Therefore, data processing through literature studies (online and offline). As the use of data analysis techniques in this study carried out with the stages of data codification, data presentation and results of research data. The results of this research indicate that condition of regional expenditure budgets of the Sleman Regency Government in 2017 and 2018 has increased, but in terms of expenditure budget sector the Sleman Regency Government employees have decreased. Furthermore, the results of a review of the allocations made to the realization of the regional expenditure budget savings spending occurred from 2017 to 2018. In addition, for a review of benchmarks and performance through health and education services showed an increase in the index of human development. Moreover, the Need Deviation Analysis shows that in the two fiscal years the Sleman Regency Government, namely 2017 and 2018, has an average deviation of needs with a regional budget allocation of (11.85%).Keywords: Spending Review; Performance-based Budget; Regional Expenditure Budget; Sleman Regency

This research was inspired by some of the realities that the author found related to the implementation of character education, especially in several regencies/cities in East Kalimantan. Apart from the author’s concern toward the case of the moral decadence of the nation's children, this should be a demand and obligation for every educator to form the character of his students. Therefore, various models and innovations began to be developed by educational units led by creative teachers starting to package character-based learning designs and innovations. This research focuses on character models developed by the school. This research is a field work research that focuses on multi-site studies. Sources of data in this study include: teachers and students in several schools are the focus of research. The research locus is spread in several regions, namely: Tarakan, Bulungan, East Kutai and Bontang. The data collection techniques that the author uses in this study include: observations, interviews and documentations. Furthermore, the findings of the research data were processed using Milles and Hubberman's interactive analysis using the data reduction flow , data display and data conclusions . Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the character values developed include: religious values, creative, independent and responsible, the spirit of nationality and love for the motherland, tolerance, communication and love the environment.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

Brand image is a representation of the overall perception of a brand and is formed from information and knowledge of that brand. Having a positive brand image for educational institutions in today's global competition is very important. The existence of a brand image is an alternative in winning the education marketing competition. A positive brand image is formed from the continuous role of various elements of stakeholders in educational institutions. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone is one of the private educational institutions established in the pesantren environment, which has a very good brand image. The indicator appears from the high public interest in these educational institutions. Even though they have a brand image, there is no visible role of school residents in building this brand image. This is the reason behind this research. The type of research used is qualitative research, data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were related to the role of school members in building image bran, namely: 1) the characteristics of the brand image in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone, namely the existence of a strong image of the maker, the image of the user and the image of production. 2) the role of school members in building brand image, namely forming perceptions, maintaining perceptions, and changing perceptions.

SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Banyuma, as an educational institution, is able to internalize the Islamic moderation values of students through various activities in the school. This research aims to uncover and analyze the internalization of Islamic moderation values in the study of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Banyumas. The type of research is field research. Data mining was obtained through interviews with informants. The observation was conducted to see PAI learning activities and education in and out of the classroom, as well as PAI learning documentation. Data triangulation was used for the validation of the obtained data. Data analysis techniques were through three steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the values of Islamic moderation internalized in PAI learning are the values of al-'ad</span><span>ā</span><span>lah, taw</span><span>ā</span><span>zun, tas</span><span>ā</span><span>mu</span><span>ḥ</span><span>. The internalization process is carried out through transformational value, transactional value, and trans- internalization value. The strategies used are introduction, habituation, civility, and practice. The implications show that students are used to performing worship, respecting teachers and friends, social caring, being tolerant, being discipline, being environmentally responsible, and obeying the rules.</span></p></div></div></div>

The education taught in Islam is an education that is based on faith and Taqwa. Student's personality will be created and colored by through a process of socialization in his life that takes place in the form of school culture, and interaction with his teachers. The purpose in this study is: (1) To describe  the role of teacher in character building of student at mts mathla'ul anwar sukamaju? (2) To describe  the development program can form a cultural character in MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sukamaju? (3) To analyse the school's activities Program affect the formation of student characters in MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sukamaju? dan (4) To analyse the effective program to form the character of students in MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sukamaju. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach that aims to find out objectively the role of teacher and school culture in character building of student at mts mathla'ul anwar. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The results of his research are: The role of  MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sukamaju's teacher greatly shapes the character of a good student that is able to carry out their duties well by becoming an educator, instructor and at the same time a supervisor. School culture influences the formation of the character of their students where the environment holds the moral of students, the character education program policy at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar has carried out a character education planning by preparing a strategic plan that contains the vision and mission as well as the objectives. and the impact of the successful management of character education was felt by MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Sukamaju increasing the confidence of parents sending their children to this school. Secondly, the growing number of graduates that are acceptable in the Community environment.

 The aims of this research are to describe writer’s point of view of Agus Noor on monologue Matinya Toekang Kritik, the Death of Criticisers, text structure, social structure, and tolerance attitude as the character building values in the work. This research is the descriptive qualitative research. Data were validated using theory triangulation and data triangulation. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques and content analysis.  The results are: (1) Drama writer group’s point of view is social humanism, (2) Monolog text structure describes demonstrative life with Javanese values that found through structuralism analysis approach, (3) Monologue text structure is divided into harmony, honourability, the lifestyle of priyayi and wong cilik  and also the relationship between priyayi  and government, and (4) The most dominant character building is tolerance shown explicitly or implicitly by the players.

This qualitative research was conducted to determine the implementation of character education in MIN Gamol, Kecandran, Salatiga. The research problem are how the concept of character education in MI is, how are the methods and strategies of character education, and what are the factors supporting and inhibiting the process of maintaining character education. Research data was collected by interviews which related to the informants, documentation, and field observations. The result shows that the concept of character education in MIN Gamol, Kecandran, Salatiga generally understood as moral education or good moral as a part of character education is less discussed. The emphasized main values are religious, discipline, responsibility, patriotism, nationalism spirit, and achievement appreciation. The method to accustomed character education in MIN Gamol is integrated in all subjects by performing some strategies with habituation, exemplary, discipline, observation and home visit. The educational character is supporting by a young and vibrant teacher, exemplary by school leaders, and students who are ready to respond the tasks from the teacher. The completeness of published documents and the attention of the foundation committee and parents also influence the goals to success. While the inhibiting factors are limited control power of teachers, lack of teachers counseling, inactive parenting club, the condition of school environment and less of parental attention.
