Brand image is a representation of the overall perception of a brand and is formed from information and knowledge of that brand. Having a positive brand image for educational institutions in today's global competition is very important. The existence of a brand image is an alternative in winning the education marketing competition. A positive brand image is formed from the continuous role of various elements of stakeholders in educational institutions. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone is one of the private educational institutions established in the pesantren environment, which has a very good brand image. The indicator appears from the high public interest in these educational institutions. Even though they have a brand image, there is no visible role of school residents in building this brand image. This is the reason behind this research. The type of research used is qualitative research, data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were related to the role of school members in building image bran, namely: 1) the characteristics of the brand image in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone, namely the existence of a strong image of the maker, the image of the user and the image of production. 2) the role of school members in building brand image, namely forming perceptions, maintaining perceptions, and changing perceptions.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.


This study aims to describe the character values contained in the "tradition of padusan" in the Pengging bath in Banyudono Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency. This research includes qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the perpetrators of "traditional padusan" and street vendors around the Pengging bathing area, the object of the research was; character value and 'padusan tradition'. Data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. To find out the validity of the data, data triangulation and methods are used. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques consisting of 3 stages: data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the study: based on the observations in the field that researchers did since May 2018 found the following: the padusan tradition is carried out every year, the implementation of padusan tradition 2 days before the fasting month, the padusan starting from children to adults, there is entertainment dangdut music with famous singers, ticket prices rose 100%, many traders around the padusan area in Pengging baths, parking of motorbikes and cars doubled with parking wages increasing by 50%, crowded atmosphere of padusan, discipline in the padusan participants dress modestly and neatly, the padusan participants cannot bring and consume, drugs, alcohol, the participants can choose the available swimming pool there are 4 swimming pool choices, and the padusan participants cannot do rituals. The results of interviews with the Padusan tradition actors were found as follows; the reason for joining the padusan is simply to follow in the footsteps of his friends, siblings and family, the purpose of following padusan to be clean and to practice fasting, follow the padusan looking for entertainment, following the padusan filling his spare time, following the padusan preserving the value of local wisdom, following the preservation customs. Interviews with the expert interpreters and street vendors obtained information that the “Padusan Tradition”: bring income, padusan tradition fosters awareness, help help and work together with others, the padusan tradition encourages closeness to God Almighty. The conclusion: that the “padusan tradition” contains many character values including; religious, discipline, mutual cooperation, help.

Abstract In many countries, tax incentives are a popular means to achieve political, economic and social objectives. Their aim is to reach and accelerate certain activities of public interest. Furthermore, one of the objectives is to accelerate the development of a certain industry and influence the growth of research and investment in foreign capital. Innovation is the key element that helps a company achieve competitive advantage. Global competition is forced to offer unique products with added values on the market. Tax incentives for research and development are an important factor of innovation. This paper aims to present the importance of research and development, as well as the role of tax incentives. States should use their fiscal policy to stimulate investment in research and development through various forms of tax relief. The Republic of Croatia applies tax incentives for research and development, but to a significantly less extent than other European Union countries.

  Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.

In this article we try to present the general impression that online learning/real time virtual learning conveys. The myriad interpretations of online education are depicted elaborately along with its advantages and influence on various stakeholders. The disadvantages of online education reveal their apparently potent drawbacks, which are then trailed by «opposing views». These views give concrete justifications against the so-called shortcomings of online learning and enlist the techniques used to tackle them. Besides of what online education does for students, learners and tutors at large, it also confers some potential by-products, such as helping build a strong brand image of educational institutions that offer it. Although educational institutions worldwide are employing online learning resources to create a brand image for themselves, a well-worn discussion has to be mooted to understand the implications of their usage.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the community in paying property taxes in rural and urban areas, and to find out whether the risk variabel moderates the effect between morality and the role of village official on commuity compliance in paying property taxes in rural and urban areas. The population in this research  is individual taxpayers who in bantul regency. The sample in this research is individual taxpayers who own land and buildings. The research data wase collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were met by researchers. Respondents in this research were 127 respondents. This research data analysis techniques uses Partial Least Square, with the help of WarpPLS. This research found that coomunity compliance in paying property taxes in rural and urban areas influenced by the role of village official and sanction. However, morality has no effect on community compliance to property taxes in rural and urban areas. This reserach also found that sanction moderate the effect of morality on the community’s compliance to pay land and urban rural building taxes. However, sanction cannot moderate the effect between role of village officials on community’s mandatory the effect between the role of village official on community’s compliance to pay land and urban rural building taxes.

SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Banyuma, as an educational institution, is able to internalize the Islamic moderation values of students through various activities in the school. This research aims to uncover and analyze the internalization of Islamic moderation values in the study of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Banyumas. The type of research is field research. Data mining was obtained through interviews with informants. The observation was conducted to see PAI learning activities and education in and out of the classroom, as well as PAI learning documentation. Data triangulation was used for the validation of the obtained data. Data analysis techniques were through three steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the values of Islamic moderation internalized in PAI learning are the values of al-'ad</span><span>ā</span><span>lah, taw</span><span>ā</span><span>zun, tas</span><span>ā</span><span>mu</span><span>ḥ</span><span>. The internalization process is carried out through transformational value, transactional value, and trans- internalization value. The strategies used are introduction, habituation, civility, and practice. The implications show that students are used to performing worship, respecting teachers and friends, social caring, being tolerant, being discipline, being environmentally responsible, and obeying the rules.</span></p></div></div></div>

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

Women have received a lot of discrimination both in the economic, political, social, SARA, women can only be considered to be able to guide the household. Women still do not get an equality as a woman, energy and workload of a woman has not received appreciation and respect, but instead gets discrimination against women continuously. This study aims to explain the communication patterns of femenism that the community considers that men must be leaders while women can only be housewives in charge of serving their husband and wife. In research on feminism communication patterns, researchers use content analysis methods that are focused on a content, this method is used to represent a concept, character or sentences that are hidden and contain broad meanings, using data collection methods: coding on content that is considered important in the video intended in this study. The content taken to be used as a study is the narrative video of Najwa Shihab and Agnes Monica. Considering that the video tells a role, a pattern of communication phenenism in the social environment. While in the analysis of data researchers will analyze, explore data, display and validate data. the results in this study are the Pattern of Communication of Feminism and Patriarchy in the world of work, the Culture of Patriarchy in Indonesia, the Role of Femenism, the Suppression of Phenemism, the Communication Pattern of Fellow Phememism.
