The type of program of activities in this service is Community Empowerment Through Processing Plastic Waste into Premium and Alternative Solar in Buluagung Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency, namely to process plastic waste processed into fuel oil by using a plastic catalyst machine as a village innovation, because the BUMDes "Panji Samudera "Has been facilitated by the village with a machine that can process plastic waste into fuel oil. Conclusions in this empowerment 1) The need to optimize community participation in utilizing plastic waste processing equipment into fuel oil (BBM) in Buluagung Village so that by utilizing plastic waste in addition to reducing plastic waste but also can bring a source of income for the surrounding community. 2) The need for refreshment in the BUMDES organizational structure 'Panji Samudera', due to lack of coordination and synchronization of communication with the community, causing the underutilization of the use of existing plastic catalyst machines.

KKN-PPM activities aims to 1) increase public awareness and participation related to environmental hygiene, 2) increase self-supporting community for productive economy through plastic waste processing. Botutonuo village has a coastal tourist area as the community's flagship. Coastal tourist areas in this village need to be managed properly considering the increasing number of tourist visits with waste disposal potential is also increasing. The method applied in this activity is the increase of community participation in the form of healthy environmental action by processing plastic waste into a material of economic value and facilitated by the students. The results of this activity form the mindset of the community in the management of plastic waste, the availability of plastic waste processing tools into fuel oil and the formation of "KUBE Doyan Sampah" consisting of several village youth who manage the business of processed waste plastic

This study aimed to find out how community participation in the Village Fund program in Kemang Manis Village in the Four Lawang District in 2016 and the factors that supported and blocked community participation in the village fund program in Kemang Manis Village. The method used was qualitative so that the data obtained through interviews, observation and study of documentation and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that at the decision making stage, the participation of the Kemang Manis village community in the Village Fund Program in 2016 was still low because the data synchronization activities were not carried out, only the village elite community and workers as well as grant providers, were invited, attended, gave opinions, and approve the results of the meeting's decision. At the implementation stage (community participation) was quite good, it appeared in the crowded community who registered themselves as candidates for village infrastructure activities, following the work briefing and direction from the village government. At the time of implementation the community brought their own carpentry equipment, donated food and drinks, and received wages or daily work incentives, and participants of community empowerment activities received transport money. The stages of the utilization of benefits (benefits) the community felt the benefits of the results of village development. Roads could be passed by 4-wheeled vehicles, making it easier to transport agricultural produce, residents began to build houses because roads were available and land values ​​had also increased. The community had not yet been involved in the monitoring, supervision and evaluation stages, because in the planning stages of the Village RPJM and Village RKP documents the community involvement is still low. At the stage of implementation of village development the community was involved as an implementer, but the procurement and financial management and administration activities were carried out by the village government. There were no complaints from the public and information disclosure regarding the new Village Fund in the form of a Village Infrastructure development project board.

Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Most people when they hear about bali island are synonymous with exotics beach. Bali is famous with the beautiful beach panorama. One of tourist attraction in the Bali Island is Mertasari Beach. Mertasari beach is an indigenous Intaran village. In tourism management is done one way to approach community institutions, namely the indigenous village institutions. Intaran village is one of the indigenous villages that located in South Denpasar District. In terms of management in Mertasari Beach, Intaran village started to build a management in December 2014 by forming BUMDES (Owned Indigenous Village). However, management Mertasari Coast has not fully given to the village. In conducting the study authors used data collecting observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies with similar previous studies. These results indicate that the role of Indigenous Village in Beach Intaran in the management of Mertasari terms of existing management stage such as: Planning (Planning) covers, community empowerment programs, increase sustain ability in Mertasari Beach, improve hygiene in Mertasari Beach and financial planning. Organizing (Organizing) includes, forming management organizational structure is accompanied by a clear task. Mobilization of people (Actuating) include, mobilize communities in managing Mertasari Beach, and Supervision (Controlling) include, supervision in the field of employment, supervision in the field of security and supervision of the trader.   Keywords: Management, Role, Indigenous Village

The village as the lowest government organizational structure becomes the frontline of services that directly come into contact with the community, therefore the ability and capacity of the village government apparatus plays a very important role. In order to create good village governance, the village government needs to be supported by proper village administration. The method used is in the form of training on village administration management. So that with this training, it is expected that government administration and financial governance, especially in increasing the capacity of human resources of village apparatus in realizing orderly village administration which functions as a source of data and information on village government administration, implementation of development, coaching, community, and community empowerment.

Target khusus yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan Program KKN-PPM  ini adalah: (a) meminimalisir limbah plastik yang sulit terurai khususnya di Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat, (b) meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pengelolaan sampah, (c) melakukan perbaikan pada sistem teknologi pengolahan sampah melalui pengolahan sampah plastik menggunakan Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (d) meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah plastik menggunakan Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (e) membangun kemitraan dan kerjasama yang efektif antara Perguruan Tinggi, Pemerintah Daerah dan masyarakat di Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Kegiatan KKN-PPM ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Adapun metode kegiatan KKN-PPM ini adalah metode workshop dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat di Desa Gunungsari terkait pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi BBM masih kurang sehingga perlu adanya pendampingan dalam pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi BBM melalui PoGREP.Community Empowerment through Training on Plastic Waste Management Using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po Grep) in Gunungsari, West Lombok RegencyAbstractSpecific targets to be achieved through the KKN-PPM Program activities are: (a) minimizing plastic waste that is difficult to decompose, especially in Gunungsari, West Lombok Regency, (b) increasing the efficiency of waste management costs, (c) making improvements to the waste processing technology system through processing plastic waste using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (d) increasing community participation to be more enthusiastic in processing plastic waste using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (e) building effective partnerships and cooperation between Universities, Local Government and the community in Gunungsari, West Lombok Regency. This KKN-PPM activity was carried out for 3 months in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The KKN-PPM activity method is a workshop method in the form of training and mentoring. Based on the results of the training that has been carried out, it is found that the level of understanding and skills of the people in Gunungsari Village regarding processing plastic waste into fuel is still lacking so there is a need for assistance in processing plastic waste into BBM through PoGREP.

Kelompok pemberdayaan dan kesejahteraan keluarga sebagai salah satu unit desa dapat dioptimalkan untuk mewujudkan keberdayaan masyarakat melalui program pelatihan mengolah sampah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survai, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mencari informasi faktual yang memperlihatkan gejala yang ada, mengidentifikasi masalah atau untuk mendapatkan justifikasi keadaan dan kegiatan yang sedang berjalan, serta untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang menjadi sasaran penelitian dalam memecahkan masalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Keberdayaan perempuan yang didasarkan dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan jumlah persentase 82,5%. Nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik karena berada pada interval koefisien 80% - 100% berdasarkan pedoman untuk memberikan interpretasi terhadap persentase. Women's Empowerment Post Training Processing Waste for Family Welfare and Empowerment Group AbstractThe family empowerment and welfare group as one of the village units can be optimized to realize community empowerment through waste processing program. The research design used is survey research, which is a research that aims to find factual information showing symptoms, identify problems or to justify the circumstances and activities that are running, and to know the things done by the people who were targeted research in solving problems. The method used in this research is observation and interview. The empowerment of women based on calculations shows the percentage of 82.5%. The value belongs to the very good category because it is at the interval coefficient of 80% - 100% based on the guidelines to provide interpretation of the percentage.

ABSTRACTResearch about the Policy on the Use of Village Funds in Community Empowerment in Rantaupandan village, Rantaupandan district, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province, are aimed to find out how the implementation of village funds policy in community empowerment, inhibiting factors and efforts can be made so that the use of Village Funds in Rantaupandan village can reach aim. This Research uses the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn with qualitative descriptive methods and inductive approaches. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study using triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data and perform data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This Research shows that the implementation of the Village Fund policy in community empowerment has not run optimally due to the problem of human resource competencies, the lack of community participation, and the lack of information delivery to the community regarding the implementation of the Village Fund policy.Keywords: policy, village fund, community empowerment

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the role of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK) in accommodating and channeling community aspirations in development in Mamasa Village, Mamasa Regency and the role of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK) in increasing community participation in development in Mamasa Village, Mamasa Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study indicate that the role of LPMK in accommodating and channeling community aspirations has not been maximized. LPMK does not schedule the right time to hold a meeting with each head of the environment, so it is not effective in conveying the aspirations of each head of the environment to LPMK.

ncreasing garbage in Langsa City especially in Gampong Kuala Langsa will become a serious problem if not solved. On the one hand, the invention of this plastic has a tremendous positive effect, because plastic has advantages over other materials. Based on these analyzes, the community service activities need to be done with the aim of improving the economy of Langsa City, especially coastal communities. Based on the results of further evaluation also recorded, some of the practical benefits gained by mothers in the village of Kuala Langsa, that is they get clear and whole information about the essence of community empowerment in terms of knowledge and skills. Meaningful for created of new jobs that are innovative from development of home industry, mothers who participated in the training obtained a clear picture of the business climate development step by using waste of coffee wrap, trainees also get a clear and whole picture about the benefits of waste if managed properly. The next stage plan is Assistance to the processing of plastic waste into a product so as to obtain quality standard both quality and quantity of quality and product quality and evaluation program to see how far the program is beneficial for mothers in the village of Kuala Langsa.Keywords: Creative Product, Kuala Langsa, Plastic Waste.

This research aims to illustrate the success of a program. The Stufflebeam CIPP Evaluation Model with the view that the most important goal of evaluation is not proving but to improve. And has been the program of Regional Empowerment of “Gotong Royong” (Mutual Cooperation), is an empowerment program; and as a complex function of community management, governance involves relationships between the various forces within the State in the region of local government, civil society, economic society and political society. Empowerment that prioritizes the importance of participation of all societies, to participate actively from the planning stage to the stage of evaluation, and development (bottom-up planning). This mechanism of community empowerment aims to accelerate the prevention of society that bears the Predicate of Social Welfare Problems. Poverty and one of the principles of governance is the network. West Sumbawa Regency as a New Autonomous Region, thereby governance when the authority is decentralized to power centers of many people / groups / institutions, where one another controls (checks and balances) to then build collaboration and network of activities that support each other in an integrated design team (IDT). Some of the indicators used in this study are targeted beneficiaries, community participation, and benefits received by the community. Based on the observations in the field and data processing obtained that first; for beneficiary target indicators, the most beneficiaries of the PoSWP are the poor in the sector; Micro, Agriculture, Livestock, and Fishery & Marine. Second; Indicator of community participation, obtained by category in medium participation. Third; for the benefit indicator received, it was found that the benefits of the skills, knowledge, health, and income received by the village community were categorized in the moderate rise category.
