This study aims to describe the phenomenon of the influence of organizational communication as a basis for organizing and interpersonal communication on the activeness of the Ansor youth committee in Trenggalek Branch. The Ansor youth movement is a socio-religious organization, which has an organizational structure from the center to the regions, the central means at the center of government located in Jakarta and the regions down to the village level which have a considerable share of the changes in the Trenggalek Muslim community. The growing number of organizational members requires a series of coordination and consolidation between members so that this organization works according to its vision and mission. This study uses a quantitative research approach. There are 37 administrators consisting of daily administrators, institutions and departments as samples in the study. The questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis. Where, Y = 5,167 + 0,315.X 1 + 0,412.X2. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing show that there is an influence of organizational communication on the increase in member performance, with an influence of 0.678 where the variable relationship between organizational communication and interpersonal communication has an effect on the performance of the management by 67.8%. Organizational communication has an effect on improving the performance of GP members. Ansor. The results also show that there is an influence of organizational communication and interpersonal communication influencing the activeness of the board and members of the Trenggalek branch of the Ansor youth movement organization. GP organization capabilities. Ansor involves members on organizational issues and translates them into certain forms of action under clear leadership to make the performance of the members more focused and orderly so that members are able to create and handle relationships between others if problems occur. Even the increased organizational spirit enables members to make decisions even in ambiguous and uncertain situations. Openness in building communication is one of the keys to building mutual trust and understanding among Ansor members.

This research was conducted to find out the role of village financial system (Siskeudes) on the performance of village administration with good governance as an intervening variable in Kulon Progo Regency. This research employed quantitative research approach. The data used were primary data. The informants used were village Kaur  and Kasi, the village secretaries, the village financial system operators (Siskeudes). The result showed that: (1) village financial system (Siskeudes) influences on the good governance; (2) good governance influences on the performance of the village administration; (3) village financial system (Siskeudes) no effect to performance of village administration; (4) village financial system (Siskeudes) on the performance of village administration with good governance an an intervening variable.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.

Work satisfaction and motivation have been believed to directly connect to employee performance. These two indicators are potential to either decrease or increase the level of performance, how many items an employee can meet in an accordance with company terms. Employee with well-satisfaction may be motivated to show up their maximum performance while working, which consequently increase company performance or organization after all. This study aims to analyze job satisfaction in moderating the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative research approach by means of a survey research. The population of this study were all employees of Hotel Paradise Batu, so that the sampling used total sampling technique. Descriptive data and moderated regression were used as data analysis. The results show that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the interaction of work motivation and employee performance

The objectives of the research are (1) to analyze of the influence of the policy implementation of change village statute toward the empowerment of hinterland community; (2) to analyze of the influence of village master leadership toward the empowerment of hinterland community; (3) to analyze of the influence of the policy implementation of change village statute and village master leadership together toward the empowerment of hinterland community; (4) Obtain a new concept from discussion of influence of the policy implementation of change village statute toward the empowerment of hinterland community; (5) Obtain a new concept from the influence of the village master leadership toward the empowerment of hinterland community. The research used quantitative research approach; A sample of 220 respondents taken from a population of 1574 people using sample size SEM; Data collection using literature study, interview and observation techniques; Data analysis using SEM Analysis and Regression Analysis. The conclusions are the following: The amount of influence of the policy implementation of change village statute toward the empowerment of hinterland community reaches 0,65, is determined by content of policy and context of Implementation.The amount of influence of village master leadership toward the empowerment of hinterland community reaches 0.54, is determined by personality, role, organization, task, values, and setting. Therefore, influence of the policy implementation of change village statute and village master leadership together toward the empowerment of hinterland community. New Concept derived from the discussion of influence of the policy implementation of change village statute toward the empowerment of hinterland community is the new concept I about context implementation of basic government policy. Abstract The main objective of this study was to demonstrate the challenges of small businesses during corona virus pandemic in developing countries specifically in Ethiopia. Methodologically, the study deployed secondary data analysis followed descriptive research design. Also, this study was conducted through both qualitative and quantitative research approach. The secondary data analysis result shows that many small and large businesses are suffering challenges and this unprecedented coronavirus crisis has caused destruction for many businesses in the globe and it is challenging to survive with reduced revenue, jobs lost and life slowing down and weak marketing performance even difficult to keep a calm head and their business alive. To support these businesses the government should use different mechanisms by cooperating with wealthy peoples and other non-governmental organizations. Besides, the small business owners should manage expectations and communicate with staff, suppliers, banks, and customers throughout this coronavirus frightening. Reduce expenses, be open to their employees about their finances and keep marketing, use different alternatives to deliver their product and recover from the crisis.

Purpose: The study had the fundamental purpose of investigating perceptions of justice and its impact on work motivation among university lectures in Hanoi, Vietnam. Methodology/Approach/Design: A quantitative research approach was employed with survey questionnaire as a data collection tool. To achieve the study objective, 416 lecturers who work at public and non-public universities in Hanoi were included in this study. The correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were applied to measure the relationship between the lecturers' perceptions of justice and their work motivation. Results: Findings indicated that perceptions of justice in payment, recognition, opportunities for promotion, the attitudes, and treatments of leaders had a significant and positive correlation with lecturers' work motivation. The study also showed that Vietnamese lecturers are more concerned with non-monetary than monetary compensation, such as promotions, training, and professional development opportunities. Practical Implications: This study presents implications for Vietnam’s higher education authorities. The results might be of interest for any project aiming at motivating faculty and improving their working conditions. Originality/Value: The originality of the study is in the exploration of perception of justice and its effect of lecturers’ motivation. It is recognized that providing a justice/fairness based environment will ensure that schools can motivate their lecturers.

Education has a role, namely to develop all the potential of students, the language skills of a child can be observed through language understanding. The bingo game is an activity that can be used according to a theme or subject. This study aims to determine the effect of bingo on the ability to understand language in children aged 4-5 years in Kampung Jawa 1 Village, Pariaman City.This type quantitative research quasi-experimental method with a prettest and postest design. The population were children aged 4-5 years in the family of the village of Kampung Jawa 1 with 15 populations. The sample of this study took 5 children selected from RT 03, the technique sampling was purposive sampling. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. Based on the results of research before being given action (pretest) the ability to understand children's language is dominated by sufficiently capable catogy, namely (60%), after being given action (posttest) the ability to understand children's language is dominated by capable and very capable catogy, namely (60%) and there is an effect of play. bingo in the ability to understand language in children. Sig 0.009 <0.05. This study aims to determine the relevance and effectiveness of implementing the recitation method in improving student achievement. This research is directed to answer two problems: the relevance and effectiveness of the recitation method in learning Akidah Akhlaq subjects. Classroom Action Research with a quantitative research approach is used in the research method where data collection uses research measuring instruments (instruments). Data analysis is quantitative/statistical, aiming to test and prove the hypotheses that have been made/set. The data analysis technique used in this study was carried out in several stages, namely: a) data reduction, b) data presentation and c) conclusion drawing, data analysis in research using SPSS (Product Moment). The recitation method was applied to the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak grade 5. The conclusions followed the study results with the acquisition of scores and percentages: Cognitive score acquisition in cycle-1: 85.88 in cycle-2: 87.06, which means up: 1.18. the acquisition of affective values ​​in cycle-1: 89.41 in cycle-2:89,26. It means down: 0.15. The group score in the first cycle: 86.47 in the second cycle 89.41. It means up: 0.99. The acquisition of psychomotor scores in cycle-1: 90.69 in cycle-2 90.69. It means fixed. The average score (average) in cycle-1: 88.11 in cycle-2: 89.11 means that the value increases by: 0.99. The research analysis results can be concluded that the recitation method in Akidah Akhlaq subjects is relevant and effective in improving student achievement.
