In recent years, the focus on the challenges regarding work from home (WFH) has been escalating throughout the globe. In the context of Malaysia, seeing that this is an emergent issue, there are still limited studies conducted on the framework or model that promote the effectiveness of WFH. However, there are fundamental issues that need to be addressed, namely; (i) the accessibility and coverage; (ii) the acceptance level among the staff and (iii) the quality of productivity. This study outlines two main objectives, which are (i) to examine the internal factors; and (ii) the external factors that influence the staff while WFH during MCO. Thus, there is an increasing need to recognise the benefits and potential challenges towards assisting the human resource practitioners to be more effective in implementing the WFH (Nordin et al., 2016). This study was conducted among the staff of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) during the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 18 March till 9 June 2020. Based on the survey conducted among 17,541 staff (as per 31 Mac 2020), 1,320 staff volunteered to be involved in this survey. The data was analysed using the SPSS v26. In part, the analysis was carried out to ascertain the main challenges comprising of internal and external factors. The Arab Spring in 2011 opened the way for democratization in some Arab countries, including Egypt. Egypt succeeded in overthrowing Hosni Mubarak as the president, but Egypt failed in consolidating democracy after holding a general election in 2012. The main factors of the failure in consolidating democracy in Egypt come from internal and external factors. The internal factor was that Egypt had not been ready for democracy , whereas the external factor was  foreign intervention due to national interest. This article analyzes the failure of democratization in Egypt by using Jack Snyder and Georg Sorensen’s theory. In the last part of this article, the writer suggested that Egypt should have learned how to consolidate democracy from Indonesia. Indonesia is the best model of democracy for Egypt due to some reasons. The first one is Indonesia and Egypt near a culturally (religious approach), and the second one is Indonesia's success, as the majority Muslim state, in consolidating democracy since 1998.

There are two factors causing an anxiety to women, the internal and external factors. Furthermore, the internal factor includes women’s role in a domestic matter. Linda Hager says the unfinished pressure for women isto manage their schedule towards the children, society, religious life, and work’s responsibility. Those, according to Hager, lead to overload or hot reactor behavior(Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Moreover, the external factor is women’s self-devotion towards their couple and children that cuts off their own time for themselves. As a result, the women will experience the loneliness, anger, and frustration because of their life choices (Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Therefore, the honeymoon effects will be terminated due to those situation and preferences.
