Regions that lack a lot of natural potential such as Kramatwatu become an obstacle in expanding the diversity of industries, especially food. Dry and wet food businesses are businesses that are loved by housewives in Kramatwatu Sub-district including dry foods such as cassava chips, banana chips, and peanut and peanut anchovies. The capital needed is not so much but is able to provide big profits. In addition to obtaining large profits, this business also has several risks to the detriment of its owner (Subuh, 2018). Various business threats are passed by mothers every day. Among them regarding the packaging that is suitable for the product is produced until the minimum requirements of the product enter the minimart. The ibM concept is offered when applied to business people, meaning that small businesses that want success are required to develop product packaging technology, therefore they must start by determining the packaging method that protects the product's content. Guaranteed fresh content, there is consumer trust in a product so that it improves the quality of the product itself. The next task is to provide product demographics in the form of production dates and selling prices. The knowledge transferred is: 1) Assistance in packaging type Sealing, 2) Assistance in determining the demographics of the production date and selling price through Labeling, 3) Procedures for the Management of P-IRT and other Household Permits to modern marketers

Purpose of the research.The research purpose is to analyze the problems of small hotel business development in Ukraine. The reasons of problems in the development of small accommodation establishments and optimal ways of their solution are studied. Methodology. Research methodology is based on the use of laws and regularities of economic science; methodology of system approach implying the complex study of specifics of small hotels activity in conditions of stiff competition. The domestic and foreign theoretical, methodological and practical studies on the hospitality industry are used in the research. Results. The theoretical approach to the development of small hotel business as a structural element of the hospitality industry was substantiated, which allowed to reveal the main problems of its development at all levels. It is proved that the hotel services market in recent years has become the subject of interest of medium and small businesses. In turn, it is becoming increasingly popular among tourists. The main ways to solve the problems of small business in Ukraine should be based on the introduction of new standards for hotel customer service and improving the system of consumer protection, as well as stricter requirements to the safety of guests. It is determined that under conditions of constantly growing competition from international hotel companies it is important to reduce the probability of market development under the influence of chain hotels at the national level and to ensure the national preservation of income. Practical meaning. Practical significance of the obtained results is in their usage in solving urgent problems of small hotel enterprises development in Ukraine. Prospects for further research. The prospects for further research are to justify the directions of improving the quality of hotel services in small accommodation establishments.

Small businesses have a central role in the Indonesian economy. Small businesses have supporting economic sector development. The large number is unfortunately not accompanied by the maximum quality of education from SMEs. To develop a small business, of course, training and coaching are required. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training and coaching simultaneously and partially on the development of small business. The sample of this research is 76 small medium entrepreneurs in Lowokwaru Malang, with purposive sampling technique. The result of multiple regression test proves that there is influence simultaneously and partially between training and coachingto small business development. It means research hypothesis was accepted. The dominant variable that influences is coaching (X2) with the largest beta value of 0.675.

This empirical study contributes towards identifying the effect of both fake and real discounts in the Indian marketing environment. A common but unsustainable practice in India is to increase the selling price and then offer a discount on the product. Increasing sales based on fake discount pricing strategy is a primary business development objective in India. The discounts, however, vary across store type and time and are based on product features. The selected databases were collected from the top five Indian e-commerce portals in terms of volume of sales, and from popular brick and motor outlets of tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India. The empirical results indicate that offers based on price in India had an impact of 2.8 times higher than the actual quality of the product. The outcomes suggest that marked price has a significant impact on consumer’s behavior. The results also indicate the existence of a strong correlation between trapping fake discounts and purchase by deceiving and persuading customers in India. Research is empirical in nature and respondents have been selected based on purposive sampling. The study is limited to tier 2 and 3 cities of India for 250 days, and the results are applicable to online and offline retail stores.

<p><strong><em>Abstract, </em></strong><em>Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency is one of the villages where most of the people are incensed craftsmen, but the incense produced is semi-finished incense or raw incense. The problem faced by incense craftsmen is that the selling price of semi-finished incense tends to decline from year to year, the limited bamboo raw material even has to be imported from other areas, only producing semi-finished incense (raw). The aim of the activity is to increase the value added of incense products, and increase people's income by selling incense products with brand packaging. The method of implementing the activity is to diversify the product by training and mentoring in making incense, product packaging training and quality control, online marketing training, utilizing incense making technology. As a result of community service activities, the community is able to produce fragrant incense packaged and branded and has been sold. Besides that, by utilizing incense bamboo making technology, the production capacity of incense biting production increased, the quality of the bamboo produced was more uniform, so the problem of limited incense material could be overcome.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: Craftsmen, Value Added, Training</em></strong><em></em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak,</strong> Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang adalah salah satu desa yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya adalah pengrajin dupa, tetapi dupa yang dihasilkan adalah dupa setengah jadi atau dupa mentah.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi para pengrajin dupa adalah harga jual dupa setengah jadi cenderung turun dari tahun ke tahun,  keterbatasan bahan baku biting bahkan harus didatangkan dari di daerah lain, hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi (mentah). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dupa, dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dengan menjual produk dupa jadi dengan kemasan merek. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah melakukan diversifikasi produk dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat dupa wangi, pelatihan pengemasan produk dan quality control, dan pelatihan pemasaran online, pemanfaatan teknologi pembuatan biting dupa. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian, masyarakat mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi yang dikemas dan diberi merek dan sudah mulai dijual. Selain itu dengan pemanfaatan teknologi pembuatan biting dupa, kapasitas produksi pembuatan biting dupa meningkat, kualitas biting yang dihasilkan lebih seragam, sehingga permasalahan keterbatasan bahan biting dupa dapat diatasi.</p><p><strong>Kata</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Kunci: Dupa Wangi, Nilai Tambah, Pelatihan</strong></p>

ABSTRACT The purpose of development for this business to formulate the idea of business development by increasing the quality of broiler chickens using a closed house cage at CV Banda Poultry Shop based on financial and non financial aspects. The idea of business development comes from current issues that broiler mortality was relatively high (6%), and the chickens’ weight is too varied. The business development plan that will be executed is replacing the enclosure of the open-house system into closedhouse. Aim to reduce the level of mortality and improve the uniformity of broiler’s weight, this business development is supported by the availability of technology that can help broiler farming process to be more effective and efficient. This business development is using the same organizational structure, will only add three new workers. Based on financial analysis, this business development has the values of NPV Rp 23 659 722 209.6, IRR 46 percent, Net B/C 3.80 and payback period for 5 years and 6 months. Based on those financial and non financial aspects, the business development is feasible. Based on the switching value analysis, company is sensitive to the changes in the decrease of broiler production by 11.06 percent and company isn’t sensitive to the changes in the increase DOC broiler price by 59.49 percent. The solutions to rise the price of DOC are by changing the brand of DOC (still has good quality) or making hatchery division in the company. Then, when the selling price of chicken is down, the company can sell the chickens in the form of carcasses or make the chickens meat processing industry.

ABSTRACTWeaknesses that are still commonly found in the businesses carried out by MSME entrepreneurs are the weakness of business accounting and packaging. Small scale business with limited marketing is seen as not requiring bookkeeping in its management and does not require packaging that is too good. This is the basis for the need for assistance to improve the capacity of MSME actors. Improving the capacity of MSME actors individually is done using the mentoring method. The choice to use a mentoring method to increase business productivity. Assistance was carried out with students of SMEs during the student service-learning program in Mekargalih Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. Bookkeeping assistance is carried out by students by carrying out bookkeeping practices together so that the community can continue to learn good bookkeeping methods. Likewise, assistance in improving the quality of shredded chili packaging. Students help SMEs in designing packaging that will be used on their products. The assistance process is considered effective in supporting the business development of MSME entrepreneurs because the process can be carried out intensively. ABSTRAKKelemahan yang masih banyak ditemui pada usaha-usaha yang dilakukan pelaku UMKM adalah lemahnya pembukuan usaha dan pengemasannya. Skala usaha yang kecil dengan pemasaran yang terbatas dipandang tidak memerlukan pembukuan dalam pengelolaanya serta tidak memerlukan pengemasan yang terlalu bagus. Hal ini menjadi dasar perlunya dilakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM. Peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM secara perorangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan. Pilihan untuk menggunakan metode pendampingan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas usahanya. Pendampingan dilakukan bersama mahasiswa terhadap pelaku UMKM selama pelaksanaan KKN mahasiswa di Desa Mekargalih, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang. Pendampingan pembukuan dilakukan mahasiswa dengan cara melakukan praktik pembukuan bersama-sama sehingga masyarakat bisa terus mempelajari cara pembukuan yang baik. Demikian juga dengan pendampingan dalam peningkatan mutu kualitas kemasan abon cabe. Mahasiswa membantu pelaku UMKM dalam merancang kemasan yang akan digunakan pada produknya. Proses pendampingan dinilai efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha pelaku UMKM karena proses bisa dilakukan secara intensif.

In the current era of globalization the level of competition in the business world becomes increasingly tight. Many are doing small businesses that require capital, or small businesses that are developing to increase the ability of an increasing economy. This relates to one of the most important objectives and should be undertaken by all types of business: maintaining the viability of the company over a long period of time (going concern), business activities sometimes, visiting some things with competition to gain additional capital. This also makes it a challenge for bank companies to showcase their brand and quality of service that is superior and satisfactory to the purpose and number of customers. This study aims to describe the quality of service and corporate image to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Gracia Mandiri Bekasi Timur. Samples and this research lied 100 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling. The method of analysis used are description and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and corporate image include customer satisfaction.

Violations of business ethics that occur at this time, become a problem in itself. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again. One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS.
