Self confidence is a belief in one’s own abilities, its feel free to do things according to your wishes and responsibilities for their action, have a good relationship  with others, have a drive for a achievement and can recognize the strengths and weaknesses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the GURU Process to increase the self confidence of SMK students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, an experimental technique with a pre-posttest one group design. The research subjects were students of SMKN 2 Kediri who were selected by purposive sampling is those who had low self confidence. Data collection uses a scale of self confidence. This article is limited to research methods. The results of the study are expected to be the references and additional insights to BK GURUs in SMK, its the use of the GURU Process technique to increase student confidence

This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength, backward flexion and self-confidence on the roll ability of the sport of wrestling by the Students of Penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. This research method is a type of quantitative research that is selected randomly purposive, then with a population of all STKIP YPUP students who have programmed wrestling courses totaling 30 students then data collection is done from arm muscle strength using push-ups, backward toggling flexibility using ruler, be confident by using a questionnaire and roll ability that is done 5 times. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (PETH Analysis) with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study show that there is a significant direct effect of arm muscle strength on the ability to roll with a beta value of 0.353 or the significant value obtained is 0.016. There is a significant direct effect backward togok flexibility on the rollability with a beta value of 0.282 or a significant value obtained is 0.027. There is a significant direct effect of confidence on the rollability with a beta value of 0.383 or the significant value obtained is 0.003. There is a significant direct effect of arm muscle strength on the self-confidence of roll ability with a beta value of 0.457 or the significant value obtained is 0.000. There is a significant direct effect backward togok flexibility on the self-confidence of the roll ability with a beta value of 0.534 or the significant value obtained is 0.000.Keywords:strength, flexibility, confidence and wrestling rolls Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan togok kebelakang dan percaya diri terhadap kemampuan gulungan cabang olahraga gulat Mahasiswa Penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dipilih secara randompurposive kemudian dengan populasi semua mahasiswa STKIP YPUP yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah gulat yang jumlahnya sebanyak 30 orang mahasiswa kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data mualai dari kekuatan otot lengan dengan menggunakan push up, kelentukan togok kebelakang dengan menggunakan mistar, percaya diri dengan menggunakan angket dan kemampuan gulungan yang dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (peth Analisis) dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan Ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,353 atau nilaisignifikan yang diperolehadalah 0,016. Ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kelentukan togok kebelakang terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,282 atau nilai signifikan yang diperoleh adalah 0,027. Ada pengaruh secara langsung  yang signifikan percaya diri terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,383 atau nilaisignifikan yang diperolehadalah 0,003. This study aims to: (1) find out the misconceptions experienced by students in the material of similarity and congruence by using three-tier diagnostic tests based on open-ended questions. (2) find out the large percentage of students' misconceptions on the similarity and congruence material using a three-tier diagnostic test based on open-ended questions. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection instruments used were clinical interviews and three-tier diagnostic tests based on open-ended questions. This study was conducted in the SMP Negeri 2 Palimanan. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling techniques so that 33 students were selected from 330 students. The results of the analysis of the three-tier diagnostic test based on open-ended questions showed that (1) the misconceptions that occurred in the material of similarity and congruence of 2D shapes included pure misconceptions, false positives, and false negatives. (2) the percentage of misconceptions experienced in the material of similarity and congruence 2D shapes as a whole was 50.2% with a large percentage of pure misconceptions 32.4%, false-positive 15.6%, and false-negative 2.2%

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah banyak dijumpai di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran terdapat beberapa anak yang pada saat melakukan kegiatan tari, tampak berbagai reaksi anak yang berbeda-beda salahsatunya seperti kurangnya percaya diri pada anak.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari pada usia 5-6 tahun di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari usia 5–6 tahun di TK Santa TheresiaUngaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang Kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aspek kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari yang meliputi aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemandirian dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan seni tari. Kemampuan kemandirian dapat dimunculkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial dimana anak sudah mampu menunjukan rasa percaya dirinya, tidak tergantung kepada orang tua maupun kepada guru pada saat mengikuti kegiatan tari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang disampaikan adalah kepada siswa dan guru bahwa kemandirian juga dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan tari, yang diharapkan siswa mampu bersikap mandiri dalam segala aktifitasnya, khususnya dalam kegiatan seni tari.Kata kunci : Kemandirian. Tari ABSTRACTThe background that led to this research was that there were many children in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten, there were several children who when doing dance activities, showed various reactions of different children, one of them was a lack of confidence in children.The focus of this research is the independence in dance activities at the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten with the aim of analyzing the independence in art activities from the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten.This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects in accordance with the conditions in the field without manipulation by the researcher. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. This study analyzes the independence of dance activities at Santa Theresia Ungaran Kindergarten. This study discusses the aspects of independence in dance activities that cover emotional, intellectual and social aspects.Research results show that independence can be applied to dance activities. Independence skills can be raised in several aspects, namely emotional, intellectual and social aspects where the child is able to show his self-confidence, not dependent on parents or teachers when attending dance activities. Based on the results of this study the suggestions submitted are to students and teachers that independence can also be applied in dance activities, which students are expected to be able to be independent in all their activities, especially in dance activities.Keywords: Independence. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of puppet media on the ability to listen to children in group A TK N Pembina District Gresik. This study used the Quasi Experiment research method with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The population of this study were all TK N Pembina District children in Gresik, with samples class A1 as the experimental class and A2 as the control class. The data collection technique used is observation. The results showed that the effect of the use of puppet media on the ability to listen to children in group A TK N Pembina District of Gresik, this was evidenced from the results of t test calculations obtained p value 0.00 less than 0.05

The purpose of this research was to find a solution during the pandemic recovery covid-19 with the strengthening of alternative food entrepreneurship sorghum. The research method uses qualitative research methods in entrepreneurship, descriptive qualitative action research  with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation, after the data collected is then analyzed statistically descriptive. The results showed that sorghum can be used as a national food stock facing a crisis and pandemic covid-19, sorghum food stock in the form of grains, rice, flour, soft brand sorghum, and various processed sorghum. National sorghum food stock strategy includes strengthening clusters and production centers, silo utilization cooperation, socialization of various sorghum products, and strengthening Center of Sorghum Entrepreneur (CSE) and Sorghum Entrepreneurship Unit (SEU).

Games as a form of mass communication carry messages for the audience. One of the games called marginalization was Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG). This study aims to identify the existence of marginalization in minority cultures in the PUBG game. The PUBG game is a survival game against 100 people where the players are placed on an island. How to survive is done by killing opposing players using the weapons that have been provided. This game can be done alone or in groups of four. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research methods. The research technique used is the Semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes. The data collection technique used was the observation technique. Observations made by researchers include how the characters in this game are made and how the forms of communication performed by the players while playing so that the marginalization of the minority culture appears. This study found that in an online game it has the potential to bring bad things to the intercultural society which is described by Roland Barthes that a bad habit will become a habit that is tolerated.Permainan atau game sebagai bentuk komunikasi massa membawa pesan bagi audiens. Salah satu game yang disebut melakukan marginalisasi adalah game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). Penelitian ini ingin mengidentifikasi adanya marginalisasi pada budaya minoritas dalam game PUBG. Permainan PUBG merupakan permainan bertahan hidup dengan melawan 100 orang di mana para pemainnya ditempatkan di sebuah pulau. Cara bertahan hidup dilakukan dengan membunuh pemain lawan menggunakan senjata yang sudah disediakan. Permainan ini dapat dilakukan sendiri atau berkelompok dengan anggota empat orang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi. Pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti meliputi bagaimana karakter dalam game ini dibuat dan bagaimana bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan para pemain pada saat bermain sehingga muncul marginalisasi budaya minoritas tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di dalam sebuah game online memiliki potensi memunculkan hal buruk untuk masyarakat antar budaya yang digambarkan menurut Roland Barthes bahwa sebuah kebiasaan buruk akan menjadi suatu kebiasaan yang ditoleransi.

English in elementary schools in the implementation of learning is still not effective until now. Actually, there are many problems related to the implementation of the development of English learning. In fact, the development of learning English itself is very beneficial for elementary school students, so they can improve their abilities. The research method used in this classroom action research is an experimental method with a Factorial Group Design (FGD) design with 2 categories. The data analysis technique in this study used two way ANOVA, with the help of computers, namely: SPSS for Windows version 24 program. The results of the study can be concluded that there are differences in English learning outcomes between learning by conversation methods and conventional methods for grade 4 students. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nu Sumber Agung. Then, there is no difference in English learning outcomes between grade 4 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nu Sumber Agung with high self-confidence and low self-confidence. And the last, there is no interaction of methods with self-confidence on learning achievement in English.

This article aims to determine the form of Shift's religious expression and the factor of the Shift community's interest in the context of cyberreligion. The research method is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. There are 5 research subjects (subscribers) and the research object of the YouTube channel Shift. The interactive model analysis technique of Miles & Huberman from the results of data collection that the authors get. The results showed that the phenomenon of cyberreligion has touched various circles and was used by Ust. Hanan Attaki by establishing a Shift which targets the younger generation in the form of online religion. The use of YouTube as a means of spreading Shift's da'wah is categorized into the File-Sharing category. The study, which is nicely packaged by Ust. Hanan Attaki, has made it loved by the younger generation as an alternative in their religious information.

This paper aims to find the conflict that exists in the story of A Misfortune by Anton Chekhov. This research method is descriptive analytical research methods. The data collection technique of this study uses documentary techniques sourced from the stories of A Misfortune by Anton Chekhov. The conflict found by researchers in the form of sentences, phrases and word quotations. Based on the analysis carried out, the researchers also found two types of conflicts, namely people vs. self and people vs. people. The first, the main character who has a conflict with himself such as feelings of doubt, confusion, anger, chaos, sadness, despair, shock, fear, regret, revenge, and annoyance. Second, the main character has problem with other character figures such as quarrels, debates, disagreements, and disputes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa belajar dari rumah (BDR) pada Anak Usia Dini, adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah orang tua yang anaknya bersekolah di PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis naturalistic inquiry (ingkuri alamiah). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh Authoritarian atau demokratis yang paling baik digunakan dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa BDR walaupun pada aplikasinya dilapangan orang tua masih ada yang menggunakan pola asuh Authoritative dan permisif sehingga dapat menghambat pembentukan karakter anak usia dini dimasa BDR.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, karakter mandiri, BDR AbstractThis study aims to determine parenting styles in forming the independent character of children in the learning period from home (BDR) in early childhood, while the research subjects are parents whose children attend PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Using qualitative research methods with the type of naturalistic inquiry (natural ingkuri). Research data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that authoritarian or democratic parenting is best used in shaping children's independent character during BDR, although in its application in the field of parents, there are still those who use authoritative and permissive parenting styles so that it can inhibit the formation of early childhood character during BDR.Keywords: Parenting, independent character, BDR
