Abstract: The aim of this study was to know the effectiveness of TANDUR technique (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasi, Ulangi dan Rayakan) on the natural science subject at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 37 OKU. The population in this exsperimental study was fifth grade students of SD163 OKU, and sample ware V.a and V.b. the data analized by using normality, homogenity, and also t-test. The results of this study was the value of t-obtain from normality test in TANDUR technique was -0,494, t-obtain in PAKEM techique was 0,1142. The value of the t-tabel was 0,05 for N=46 and 24 was 0,161 and 0,19. It concluded that TANDUR and PAKEM trchnique were below L-table so tehe data distribution was normal. The value of kai squared in dk table (2-1)=1, getting 3,841 on significant level 0,05. The value of kai squared was -8,197. It means that the T-obtain of kai squared was lower that t-table of kai squared or -8,197 <3,841, in other words that the data was homogeneus. In addition, t-obtain was higher that t-table or 4,80 >2,06, so it could be concluded that TANDUR technique was more effective that PAKEM. In summary, the application of TANDUR technique was effective for natural science subject at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 37 OKU. Keywords: Effectivity, Technique TANDUR, Learning Out Come.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh media video terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA, (2) pengaruh media video terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA, (3) pengaruh media video terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar kognitif peserts didik pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. .Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V se gugus 04 Palangka Raya. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi dan tes. Pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik MANOVA. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pada pembelajaran IPA yang menggunakan media video dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran IPA yang menggunakan media gambar terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar kognitif pembelajaran IPA.Kata kunci: media video, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar kognitif. The effect of video media on learning motivation and learning outcomes in natural science subject of the fifth grade students of elementary schoolsAbstractThis research aims to describe: (1) the effects of the video media on students’ learning motivation related to the natural science subject; (2) the effects of the video media on students’ cognitive learning outcomes related to the natural science subject; (3) the effects of the video media on students’ learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes related to the natural science subject. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament learning model on the interest in learning in fifth grade students of SDN 01 Ngeling, Jepara Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with the design of Pre Experimental Design in the form of One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Data in the study were obtained through (1) observation, (2) questionnaire sheets, and (3) documentation. For data analysis in this study using the normality test and t test (hypothesis test). The results of the analysis of student learning interest questionnaire sheets before and after treatment using the Teams Games Tournament learning model have increased, as seen from the results of the t test that t count> t table is 9,305> 2,110. So the conclusion is the Teams Games Tournament model is effective against students' learning interests

This research is to determine the effect of realistic mathematical approach on students’ learning motivation. The research method is pre-experiment of one group pretest posttest design. This study was conducted with 34 fifth grade students from a public school in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The results indicate that students’ learning motivation significantly increases. Among six indicators measuring students’ learning motivation, the indicator of interesting activities in learning is the most increase, from 80.76% in pre-test to 86.40% in post-test. The average score of pretest in form of students’ learning motivation questionnaire before applying treatment was 90.56 while score posttest after treatment was 95,09 and the results of the research hypotheses using the comparative t-test tcount (6.997) > ttable (2.039). This means that there is an effect of applying the realistic mathematical approach to students’ learning motivation.

The research was conducted with the aim: (1) identify the effect of creativity learning model toward natural science subject’s learning outcomes and self-efficacy, (2) identify the effect of creativity learning model toward natural science subject’s learning outcomes, and (3) identify the effect of creativity learning model toward self-efficacy. This research was quasi-experimental research designed of Non-Equivalent Posttest Only Control Group. All fifth-grade classes of cluster I Buleleng district were the research population in total of 209 fifth-grade students from 8 schools. The research sample was determined through simple random sampling technique, obtained 2 schools in total of 59 students that was contained 29 students of SDN 1 Banyuning as the experiment class and 30 students of SDN 8 Banyuning as the control class. Essay test was used the research instrument to gather learning outcomes data, while questionnaire was used to measure self-efficacy. The data analysis was done descriptively to identify mean and standard deviation further tested through MANOVA test. The research findings portrayed: (1) simultaneously, creativity learning model effects in enhancing natural science subject’s learning outcomes and self-efficacy; (2) creativity learning model is able to improve natural science subject’s learning outcomes; and (3) creativity learning model is able to improve self-efficacy. Conclusively, creativity learning model presents has an influence on the aspects studies.

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of circuit learning model assisted by diorama media for influencing the motivation and learning outcomes of class V on theme 7 at SDN Mangunharjo. This research used Pre-Experimental design, One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of all class V students in SDN Mangunharjo numbered 35 by using nonprobality sampling techniques with saturated sampling types. The average score of pretest motivation was 60.17 and the posttest average was 80.53. The average value of the pretest of the results of learning outcomes is 57.94 and the posttest averages 84.34. This is evidenced by the results of the motivation t-test where tcount (14.31)> ttable (1.69). Calculation of t-test results of learning where tcount (13.28)> ttable (1.69). This is also supported by N-Gain motivation and learning outcomes that show criteria of moderate to high. The concluded that the circuit learning model assisted by diorama media effectively influences the motivation and learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of Mangunharjo Elementary School Semarang.

Students' difficulty in understanding English language as a subject usually leads to poor learning outcomes. The problem is, however, observed to be getting worse due to the unavailability of suitable learning media for educators and students. This research was, therefore, conducted to develop an English for Beginner pocketbook media to improve student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, pocketbook media is an alternative packaging of information through the use of user efficiency elements. This research was developed based on the Borg & Gall model with the data collected using questionnaires, tests, and documentation and analyzed through Independent Sample T-test. The results showed the sig. (2-tailed) < sig. level (0,000 < 0.05), therefore, Ha was accepted while H0 was rejected. It was discovered that average students learning outcomes increased to 83,4 and learning completeness by 83.33% after receiving the treatment in the form of the English for Beginner pocketbook media. This shows this material is feasible to be implemented as a learning medium due to its effectiveness in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of MI Masaran 1 Trenggalek.

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemanfaatan kecanggihan teknologi di era globalisasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Dalam hal ini peneliti membuat inovasi untuk menggunakan aplikasi instagram pada proses pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Instagram terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V mata pelajaran Matematika materi Volume Bangun Ruang di SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental). Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan diperoleh simpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi instagram terhadap hasil belajar siwa kelas V Mata Pelajaran Matematika materi Volume Bangun Ruang di SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil uji independent t-test yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (2- tailled) ≤ 0,05 yang bernilai 0,017 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. ABSTRACT : This research is based on the rapid development of information technology that can be used in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Instagram application on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Mathematics in the material of Space Volume at SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. This type of research is experimental research. The research design used is Quasi Experimental or quasi-experimental. The population used in this studyis class V at SDN Bakung Temenggungan. The sample used in this study is nonprability sampling, namely class A as many as 20 students and class B 20 students. The data collection technique was carried out in three stages, namely pretest, treatment, and post test. The data analysis technique used the normality test, homogeneity test and t test. The conclusion of this research is the influence of the Instagram application on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in mathematics subject matter volume building space at SDN Bakung Temenggungan Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Recommendations for further research are to use the Instagram application as a learning medium for both mathematics and other subjects

The purposes of this study are to find out the effect of REAP strategy on reading comprehension of the fifth grade elementary students of third cluster of Kotagede Yogyakarta. The research method in this study was quasi-experimental with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population was all of fifth grade elementary students of third cluster of Kotagede Yogyakarta. The sample was fifth grade students of SD Baluwarti, SD Kotagede 1, and SD Kotagede 5 Yogyakarta that were establised by cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected using tests. The validity of the instrument was measured in terms of content and construct validity. The reliability of the instrument was stated good with the score of Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,734. The data of this study were analized by independent sample t-test and Manova with Hotteling’s Trace formula. The result showed that REAP strategy gave a positive and significant effect on reading comprehension that is proved by the score of t-test = 4,914 and 3,286 with sig = 0,000 and 0,002. Based on the result, it can be concluded that REAP strategy gives positive and significant effect on reading comprehension of the fifth grade elementary students of third cluster of Kotagede Yogyakarta.

The background that encourages this research is comprehending the concept of fifth grade students in science subject very low. The objective to be achieved in this research is to know the differences in the ability of comprehending the concept of science in the fifth grade students of SDN 05 Telukwetan Jepara between learning using POE and learning model using conventional method. This research is an experimental research belongs to quantitative method. This research used True Experimental design. The type of the design is taken Posttest-Only Control Design. Based on the results of the research data analysis capabilities using the concept comprehension test two parties, obtained by tcount = 3.5259, and t_table = 2.0154 with a significance level of 5% by dk = n1 + n2 - 2 = 23 +23 - 2 = 44. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained tcount> ttable is 3.5259> 2.0154 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, we can conclude that there are differences in the ability of science to the students' comprehending the concept of learning used POE and learning model using conventional method.Keywords: model of POE; ability; comprehending the concept

<p><em>The purpose of this study are (1) describing the application of Discovery Learning model with concrete materials, (2) improving natural science learning outcomes, (3) describing problems and solution. It is a collaborative classroom action research conducted in three cycles. The subjects are teacher and students. Research data are qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques are nontest and tests. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that: (1) </em><em>the steps to the application of discovery learning model with concrete materials</em><em> </em><em>are</em><em> </em><em>providing stimulation, identif</em><em>ication</em><em> problems, collecting data, processing data, pro</em><em>of</em><em>, </em><em>and </em><em>drawing conclusions; (2) the application of discovery learning model with concrete materials can improve natural sciences learning outcomes. It is proven by the average percentage of teacher</em><em>=</em><em> 89.39%, students' observations</em><em>= </em><em>86.75%, and research evaluation</em><em>= </em><em>91.18%; (3) the problems found in this study are students fail in constructing hypotheses, teacher does not prove hypotheses</em><em>, </em><em>s</em><em>ome student are passive in learning process</em><em>, teacher only chooses active students, students ask the teacher in less polite</em><em>. </em><em>The solutions are the teacher assists the students to construct hypotheses according, the teacher proves the hypotheses, the teacher gives motivation, the teacher chooses active and passive students, the teacher asks the students to speak well</em><em>.<strong></strong></em></p>
