<p><em>Halal Tourism is becoming a new trend in the world and each destination strives to take advantage of this opportunity as a new step in tourism development. There are several tourist destinations that are managed by the community by involving all elements including women or “bundo kanduang”. The term Bundo Kanduang is a call to women according to the Minangkabau customary order, especially to mothers. Bundo kanduang who are successful in the nagari will be respected in adat, which take one step first, be exalted by one another, respected and respected by the people and the community in the village. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of community leaders, Bundo Kanduang, and tourism actors. The purposive sampling was used so that the information obtained are in accordance with existing realities. The results showed that there was an important role of Bundo Kanduang in developing halal tourism relate to local wisdom that adheres to the principles and values </em><em></em><em>of Islam in the Tirtasari area. Halal tourism is managed by the local government with the community, but the role of bundo is more dominant as a service and tourism actor . </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Halal Tourism</em> menjadi trend baru di dunia dan masing-masing destinasi berupaya kuat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut sebagai langkah baru dalam pengembangan wisata. Terdapat beberapa destinasi wisata yang dikelola masyarakat dengan melibatkan semua unsur termasuk  peran perempuan atau bundo kandung. Istilah Bundo Kanduang adalah panggilan kepada perempuan menurut tatanan adat Minangkabau khususnya kepada kaum ibu<em>. Bundo kanduang </em>yang sukses dalam nagari akan terpandang dalam adat, yang didahulukan selangkah dan ditinggikan seranting, disegani dan dihormati kaum dan masyarakat dalam nagari Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa orang tokoh masyarakat, bundo kanduang, dan beberapa orang pelaku wisata.  Pendekatan purposive sampling digunakan agar informasi dan data yang diperoleh sesuai dengan realita yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat  eksistensi peranan bundo kanduang  dalam  mengembangkan  wisata halal  sebagai wujud kearifan lokal yang berpegang teguh pada prinsip dan nilai Islam di daerah Tirtasari Tilatang Kamang. Wisata halal  dikelola oleh pemerintahan daerah setempat dengan masyarakat, namun peranan bundo kanduang lebih dominan sebagai pelayanan dan pelaku wisata  di destinasi wisata. Di antara peranan bundo kanduang yaitu penanggung jawab wahana permainan anak anak, penanggung jawab pakan ikan, pengelola kuliner khas daerah, penjual cinderamata, dan usaha home stay di rumah penduduk yang kosong.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>

Violence due to religious conflict is still becoming one of the problems faced by almost all countries, including Indonesia. Religious doctrine is often understood so narrowly that it imprisons its adherents in religious exclusivism and triggers conflict. In the context of a pluralistic Indonesian society, anticipatory efforts need to be made so that violence in the name of religion can be avoided. One of the efforts is by strengthening the values of pluralism. This article examines the implementation of the values of pluralism among the people of the village of Hanura Pesawaran Lampung while looking for its relevance to the values of pluralism that exist in the Medina Charter. This study is a field research using a qualitative approach. This study is field research using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained by observing, documenting, and interviewing community leaders in the village of Hanura. The results showed that the people of Hanura village had implemented pluralism values well. This can be seen from three indicators, namely: recognition of equal rights and obligations, the existence of social coherence, and community tolerance. These three things are following the values of pluralism in the Medina Charter. In conclusion,  the life of Hanura villagers can be used as a  model of the implementation of the values of pluralism in society.

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

Abstract The Wukan Incident attracted extensive attention both in China and around the world, and has been interpreted from many different perspectives. In both the media and academia, the focus has very much been on the temporal level of the Incident. The political and legal dimensions, as well as the implications of the Incident in terms of human rights have all been pored over. However, what all of these discussions have overlooked is the role played by religious force during the Incident. The village of Wukan has a history of over four hundred years, and is deeply influenced by the religious beliefs of its people. Within both the system of religious beliefs and in everyday life in the village, the divine immortal Zhenxiu Xianweng and the religious rite of casting shengbei have a powerful influence. In times of peace, Xianweng and casting shengbei work to bestow good fortune, wealth and longevity on both the village itself, and the individuals who live there. During the Wukan Incident, they had a harmonizing influence, and helped to unify and protect the people. Looking at the specific roles played by religion throughout the Wukan Incident will not only enable us to develop a more meaningful understanding of the cultural nature and the complexity of the Incident itself, it will also enrich our understanding, on a divine level, of innovations in social management.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

The mosque is a religious infrastructure which mostly carries out activities related to devotion to Allah, because the function of the mosque has four main functions, namely as a place of worship, social, educational and economic. Therefore the mosque is not only a place to carry out worship to The Creator, but at the same time facilities muamalah activities. This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the optimization of the role of the al-Muhsinin mosque as a place of worship that is integrated with the service of the people as strengthening the economy of rural communities. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with the method of observation and interviews with informants who were considered to understand the system applied to the Cisontrol village mosque-based economy. Data analysis used is interactive data analysis. The main purpose of the establishment of a mosque-based economy in the village of Kubang Cisontrol village is to meet the needs of the community for food needs before the month of Ramadan and various other goods so that it does not fall into the ribawi gorge

The main trigger for the conflict is a conflict of individual members, but due to regional solidarity on behalf of the conflict then continues into conflicts between regions. In addition to material losses, the conflict is not uncommon dropping fatalities. The purpose of this research was to know factors trigger the onset of the conflict between the groups and to know the role of the head of the village of Lace in the settlement of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace Subdistrict Belo Bima Regency. This research uses qualitative approach method of the determination of the informants using Purposive sampling. Method of data collection i.e. observation, Interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using (1) reduction of Data (Data Reduction); (2) the representation of the Data (Data Display); (3) the withdrawal of the Conclusion (Conclusion drawing/verification). The results showed that; trigger Factor 1) occurrence of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace, among others: a) the lack of jobs and the issue of liquor; b) Communication is lacking; c) the existence of evening entertainment. 2) the role of the village chief in the settlement of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace, namely: a) Conciliation, conciliation forms occur in community politics. Parliamentary institutions in which there are various interest groups will cause contradictions; b) mediation, the head of the village of Lace and community leaders along with the police have conducted cooperation in terms of reconciling the warring parties or youth in conflict, but the peace they do only as peace, because there are no maximum results, which is capable of easing the appearance of a conflict, and back; c) mediate between two groups that are in conflict, the head of the village, community leaders, along with the police was already doing tasks and functions as it should. This area gradually began to secure. This is all of the effort and hard work of the local government who continue to persevere in solving these problems.

Village independence is a central issue that is of concern to the government at this time. Village funds provided by the central and regional governments are a way to realize development starting at the village level. The assumption is that when the village is economically, socially, and politically independent, it will support the strength of the state. However, village funds must also be appropriately managed so that village development can be maximized. Good management is an absolute focus to make it happen. Pecatu Village as one of the villages that receive village funds must also make good arrangements to create an independent Pecatu Village, one of which is through village financial management towards an independent village. This study aims to see how the implementation of good village governance through good village financial management is to create an independent village. This study uses a qualitative approach to seeing and analyzing the phenomena and events that occur in the village of Pecatu. The informants in this study were the Head of Pecatu Village, the Head of Government Affairs, the Head of Financial Affairs, and the people of Pecatu Village. The results of this study indicate that Pecatu Village has implemented the principles of good village governance in village financial management to create village independence. One of the efforts to create an independent village is through optimizing the role of village-owned enterprises that help improve the community's economy and village income.

Pemicu utama konflik ini adalah konflik perseorangan, namun karena atas nama solidaritas kedaerahan maka konflik tersebut berlanjut menjadi konflik antar daerah. Selain kerugian material, konflik tersebut tidak jarang menjatuhkan korban jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor pemicu terjadinya konflik antara kelompok, dan mengetahui Peranan Kepala Desa Renda dalam penyelesaian konflik antar masyarakat di Desa Renda Kecamatan Belo Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif penentuan informan menggunakan Purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yakni Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan (1) Reduksi Data (Data Reduction); (2) Penyajian Data (Data Display); (3) Penarikan Kesimpulan (Conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Faktor pemicu terjadinya konflik antar masyarakat di Desa Renda, antara lain: a) kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan dan masalah minuman keras; b) Komunikasi yang kurang; c) Adanya hiburan malam. 2) Peranan Kepala Desa dalam penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi antar masyarakat di Desa Renda, yakni: a) Konsiliasi, bentuk konsiliasi terjadi pada masyarakat politik. Lembaga parlementer yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai kelompok kepentingan akan menimbulkan pertentangan-pertentangan; b) Mediasi, Kepala Desa Renda dan tokoh masyarakat beserta pihak kepolisian sudah melakukan kerjasama dalam hal mendamaikan para pemuda yang bertikai atau berkonflik, akan tetapi perdamaian yang mereka lakukan hanya sebatas perdamaian saja, karena belum ada hasil yang maksimal, yang mana mampu mereda munculnya kembali konflik, dan; c) Menjadi penengah diantara dua kelompok yang berkonflik, Kepala Desa, tokoh masyarakat beserta pihak kepolisian sudah melakukan tugas dan fungsinya sebagaimana mestinya. Daerah ini berangsur-angsur mulai  aman. Abstrak:   Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai seorang pendakwah perempuan dalam dakwah Islam serta peran pendakwah perempuan dalam peningkatan dakwah Islam di desa Sananwetan kecamatan Sananwetan kota Blitar? Untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan tersebut secara mendalam dan menyeluruh, peneliti menggunakan paradigma penelitian fenomenologi. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, karena penelitian ini berusaha menangkap dan memahami realitas sosial ataupun fenomena yang ada. Selain itu tujuan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui nilai seorang pendakwah perempuan serta perannya dalam peningkatan dakwah Islam di desa Sananwetan yang dianalisis menurut teori kelompok bungkam dan feminisme. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui 3 cara, yakni dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi serta didukung dengan menggunakan teknik sosiometri. Syari’at Islam memberikan kewajiban yang sama kepada laki-laki dan perempuan untuk menjalankan dakwah. Meskipun dalam stratafikasi tanggung jawab berbeda. Perjuangan pendakwah perempuan di desa Sananwetan untuk meningkatkan perannya dalam dakwah agar seimbang dengan para pendakwah laki-laki di masyarakat desa Sananwetan, pada awalnya kurang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat desa Sananwetan itu sendiri. Mereka terbungkam secara psikologis oleh suami dalam batasan waktu dan wilayah dakwah, serta budaya masyarakat yang kurang berkenan dengan adanya seorang pendakwah perempuan. Pada akhirnya, dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa setelah adanya gerakan feminisme pendakwah perempuan yang dikembangkan oleh Ibu Salamah dalam kegiatan khataman al-Qur’an dan peduli kasihnya serta Ibu Utami dalam kegiatan arisan qurbannya, menjadikan nilai mereka sebagai seorang pendakwah perempuan terangkat di mata masyarakat. Sehingga peranan mereka dalam dakwah sudah dianggap setara sebagai pendamping ataupun mitra bagi pendakwah laki-laki dan kaum laki-laki lainnya tidak hanya dalam dakwah, namun juga pada ranah yang lain. Penelitian ini belumlah sempurna, untuk itu peneliti membutuhkan saran-saran mendukung sebagai rekomendasi penelitian ke depan. Abstract :  Focus of this research is how the value of a women preachers in Islamic da'wah and the role of women preachers in increasing Islamic da'wah in Sananwetan village, Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city? To identify the problems deeply and thoroughly, the researcher uses a phenomenological paradigm research. Approached used is a qualitative approach, because this research seeks to capture and understand the social reality or existing phenomena. In addition, the author's purpose in this research is to know the value of a women preacher and her role in increasing Islamic da'wah in the village of Sananwetan analyzed according to the theory of silence group and feminism. The data in this research is obtained through 3 ways ie by interview method, observation and documentation study and supported by using sociometric technique. Islamic Shari'ah gives the same obligation to men and women to carry out da'wah. Even though the stratafication of responsibilities is different. The struggle of women preachers in Sananwetan village to increase their role in da'wah to be balanced with male preachers in Sananwetan village community was initially less acceptable to the people of Sananwetan village itself. They are psychologically silenced by husbands within the timeframe and dakwah area, as well as the culture of the people who are less pleased with the presence of women preachers. In the end, in this research found that after the movement of feminism of women preachers developed by Mrs. Salamah in activity of khataman al-Qur'an with her caring and love and Mrs. Utami in arisan qurban activity, made their value as a woman preacher lifted in society eye. So, their role in da'wah is considered equal as a companion or partner for the preacher of men and not only in da'wah, but also in other realms. This research is not perfect yet, for that researchers need supportive suggestions as research recommendations in the future.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">This article aims to determine the role of the Bodo Contong tradition as a social capital of harmony among religious communities in the multireligious community of Rahtawu Village. How does the community implement, interpret, and how the Bodo Contong tradition acts as social capital in the village of Rahtawu. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview methods conducted in the Rahtawu Village community. The results show that: <em>First, </em>the Bodo Contong tradition is one form of the realization of a balanced social system in a society that has religious differences. <em>Second, </em>the Bodo Contong tradition is a form of gratitude to God Almighty, as well as a tribute to the community towards the ancestors. <em>Third, </em>in the implementation of the Bodo Contong tradition, the values of capital are social trust, social norms and social networks that enable the community to carry out the Bodo Contong tradition together without blaming religious differences. Through the values of existing social capital, the people of Rahtawu Village can work together, respect and respect one another and can maintain harmony between religious communities.</p>
