<p>Rural libraries have an essential role in providing information services for rural communities. The heterogeneity of rural communities from social, economic, and religious aspects is the basis for the importance of social inclusion-based library services. This study uses qualitative methods to describe the implementation of an inclusion-based village Perpustakaan Muda Bhakti (Permubha) Ngablak Village, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency and its role in the social, economic, and religious life of the village community. Through a SWOT analysis, this study resulted in several research findings. First, three things become Permubha's strengths in providing services: information disclosure and access policies, communication in services, and circulation of library facilities. Second, Permubha's weakness is the unavailability of a computer-based library catalog. Third, the opportunities/opportunities that exist in Permubha are descriptive and normative officer ethics, responsibility in providing services, the role of citizen donations, and infrastructure. Fourth, Permubha has several challenges ahead in terms of service evaluation, increasing the competence and qualifications of officers, and increasing responsibilities. Fifth, in addition to library services, Permubha plays a role in social, economic, and religious activities through programs that can be participated in by the Ngablak Village community, such as the salak library program, Suluh Libraries, satellite reading, and commemoration of Islamic holidays.</p><p> </p><p><em>Perpustakaan desa memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan layanan informasi bagi masyarakat desa. Heterogenitas masyarakat desa dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan agama menjadi dasar pentingnya layanan perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan perpustakaan desa berbasis inklusi pada Perpustakaan Muda Bhakti, (Permubha) Desa Ngablak Kecamatan Srumbung Kabupaten Magelang serta perannya terhadap kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan keagamaan masyarakat desa. Melalui analisis SWOT, penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan penelitian. Pertama, ada tiga hal yang menjadi kekuatan Permubha dalam memberikan layanan, yaitu keterbukaan informasi dan kebijakan akses, komunikasi dalam layanan, dan sirkulasi sarana perpustakaan. Kedua, kelemahan yang dimiliki Permubha adalah belum tersedianya katalog pustaka berbasis komputer. Ketiga, peluang/kesempatan yang ada di Permubha adalah adanya etika petugas secara deskriptif dan normatif, tanggungjawab dalam memberikan layanan, adanya peran donasi warga, dan sarana prasarana. Keempat, Permubha memiliki beberapa tantangan ke depan dalam hal evaluasi layanan, peningkatan kompetensi dan kualifikasi petugas, dan peningkatan tanggung jawab. Kelima, selain layanan pustaka, Permubha berperan dalam kegiatan sosial, ekonomi, dan keagamaan melalui program-program dapat diikuti oleh masyarakat Desa Ngablak, seperti program salak pustaka, suluh pustaka, satelit baca, dan peringatan PHBI.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Interesting tourist attractions that are not yet known by many people, one of them such as Maria Golo Curu Cave has a great opportunity to be used as a religious tourism destination in the City of Ruteng, Manggarai Regency, but a very unfortunate phenomenon that its development has not been maximized. The purpose of this study is to identify existing attractions, such as natural, cultural, artificial attractions and maximize the development of Golo Curu as a religious tourism destination by using SWOT analysis which is an analysis based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study concluded that, the advantage of the Golo Curu Maria Cave is the natural beauty that is still beautiful and unspoiled by human hands, not only as a place to pray but also as a place to relax and become a beautiful photo spot. The disadvantage is, access to the damaged and disturbing Golo Curu visitors, lack of maximum management and maintenance that is lacking, does not have parking space, and is associated with less commendable community ethics. Thus, the priority of developing religious tourism with the SWOT approach is to preserve the attractiveness and culture of religious activities, improve access to the Golo Curu, improve existing management, provide parking, support each organization participating in tourism activities, support existing tourism services so that the creation of tourism employment opportunities, involving rural communities in every decision-making and every tourism activity. The village Kalesang Program is a government business of Buru Regency to improve the lives of the village community with participatory planning patterns that come from the government and society. The Kalesang village includes the planning and implementation of Village development conducted jointly between the Government and the village community. This research is a qualitative study aimed at describing the implementation of the village's Kalesang program as a poverty alleviation instrument in rural communities. The research location focuses on Lala, Namlea and Marloso with the consideration of different social economic characters with other villages in Namlea subdistrict. The number of informant interviewed was 45 people divided into communities, village apparatus and community leaders. Analytical techniques used to follow the concept of Miles and Huberman where activities in the analysis of qualitative data are conducted interactively and continuously. The results showed that the village's Kalesang program was able to become a development instrument and empowerment that was able to foster cooperation from the Community and government to plan and implement development and to keep watching it Through active participation. The end goal of the village Kalesang in the form of poverty testing made easy in the frame of harmonization and synergy between the government and the community to cooperate in resolving the problem of Village development.

Libraries provide services for anyone, regardless of their social or economic interests, so that they have a non-discriminatory nature in providing good services in the library. Rural library into the container provision of reading materials as a source of education and community empowerment. Facing COVID-19 is not easy. It becomes a challenge for community to stay active and productive. Social inclusion has been introduced in many public libraries in Indonesia. Through this social inclusion, the library wants to further improve the welfare of community, especially in the rural areas. This chapter discusses the conceptualization of information for development which accommodates the concepts of advancement of literacy and development information for the community. The purpose of this service is to be able to provide services to rural communities so that it is easier to access information.

“Biblioteche nelle Scuole” (in brief, “Biblioscuole”, i.e. Libraries at Schools), a three year school library pilot project, has been carrying out since 2004 in Italy to improve school librarians competencies and school library services in order to provide an easy access to information for teachers, pupils and their families, and to promote social inclusion. The Project and some reflections - based on learners’ interaction - about the first part of the education and training course, are presented here.

Penglipuran Tourism Village feels the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on its tourism activities. Before the pandemic, the rapid tourism activity in Penglipuran Tourism Village made many rural communities dependent on the tourism sector. However, due to the prolonged pandemic, many people have to change professions to be able to survive and the economy can not run properly. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the economic resilience of the local community of Penglipuran Tourism Village in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods (Mix Method). The study showed that the economic condition of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community experienced a decline in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this was influenced by several things, namely the decline in tourism activities in the village due to restrictions on activities and government policies, livelihood sources that changed for the worse and a decrease in income and public spending. The Economic Resilience of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community is carried out in tourism activities by implementing the CHSE health protocol, village promotion, and village planning through improvements and additions to facilities and infrastructure support livelihood resilience efforts are carried out by digitizing products with online promotions, as well as the existence of delivery services that benefit buyers, the role of the government in resilience is to provide direct cash assistance to the community.

Our study focuses on the planning and revitalization of mountainous rural tourism to generate income for many rural communities. It targets a community of Great Kabylie in the heart of Djurdjura massif in the eastern part of Tizi-Ouzou province in Algeria. Tourism in these mountainous areas could contribute to rural development, given that it covers 80% of the region and records 13913 tourist overnight stays. Rural tourism can be a valuable tool for local development in the Yakouren municipality. This paper is based on a literature review, field surveys, descriptive and analytical approach to revitalizing mountainous rural tourism in Yakouren, and revealing its potential through various methods, including Butler's theory, SWOT analysis, and elaboration of an indicator grid, and calculation of tourist traffic. From the results, we identified eight segments that attract tourists and five segments that villagers request. Finally, in a conceptual approach, we discuss the impact of this market on rural areas structure and propose some ideas to overcome it. As a result, through constant promotion, Yakouren can benefit from an increase in tourist traffic. Rural tourism in this mountainous community can be an essential source of income, but it requires investment.

In the current era, many of our people do not know much about the importance of reading. Especially for ordinary people who have never read or written at all. Their insight may still be influenced by verbal, not written. This is both caused by there may be a lack of reading books and they don't have a large collection of books. The library in Sembulang village is in the form of a micro-library that can help the community to get to know writing and enjoy reading. The library is a special alternative for rural communities whose communities are still innocent or have not been intervened by city people. Later, the village community will be introduced to what is a micro-library, its functions, and so on. The other benefits of the micro-library in Sembulang are able to improve children's learning quality, introduce the importance of reading to the community, and increase the source of income for local villages. Of all these, it will first be explained to all local village people how to borrow or read in the library. The method used will be made socialization about the introduction of the library and its functions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of library services with the SERVQUAL method based on five dimensions, such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurances, and empathy. The satisfaction evaluation of library services is needed because the number of library visitors is increasingly decreasing. This study tries to find out the things that cause the number of library visitors to decrease while knowing what services need to be improved. Based on the results of library service evaluation tests, 68% of visitors said they were not satisfied with library services, with an average value of SERVQUAL (-0.2) from 25 criteria and 105 respondents. This data shows some library services that must be repaired by schools by improving facilities andservices to visitors.

Village community-based nature tourism is currently getting a lot of public attention. The government through its empowerment program also provides support to village communities when developing natural tourism in their area. The effectiveness of this empowerment program will later be able to improve the economy of rural communities sustainably. As is done in Coban Putri nature tourism, Tlekung Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. This research is qualitative, using a descriptive approach.While the sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique, where informants are determined based on their role related to the development of natural tourism in Coban Putri. The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the Coban Putri natural tourism area is on the improvement of the economy of the Tlekung Village community after developing tourist attractions. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Coban Putri natural tourism area has sufficient influence on the economy of the Tlekung Village community, especially after development, so it is important for the government and the community to participate in developing Coban Putri natural tourism through empowerment programs so that it always has more appeal for tourists who visit.
