Наведено результати вивчення тривалості веґетаційного періоду 145 колекційних зразків сої протягом 2013–2015 рр. На основі статистичного аналізу даних встановлено, що коефіцієнт варіації (V) тривалості веґетаційного періоду за зразками колекції був менший 10 % і коливався від 0,5 % у зразка ВНИИОЗ-76 до 4 % у зразка Merlin.  Коефіцієнт регресії (bi), що характеризує ступінь екологічної пластичності, у колекційних зразківа коливався від -3,31 у сорту Merlin до 3,23 у сорту Ельдорадо. В межах кожної групи стиглості відібрано зразки, які виявилися стабільними. Згідно з екологічною оцінкою за коефіцієнтом регресії (ступенем пластичності) та екологічною стабільністю встановлено відносну цінність 28 генотипів, які були стабільними (bi від 0 до 1) за тривалістю веґетаційного періоду. В ультраскоростиглій групі виділено 6 зразків, скоростиглій – 17 та в пізньостиглій – 5. Виділені генотипи є перспективними для селекційного та практичного використання. The results of studying the duration of the vegetation period of 145 collections of soybeans during 2013–2015 are presented. Based on statistical analysis of the data, the coefficient of variation (V) of the vegetation period according to the collection samples was less than 10 % and varied from 0.5 % in the sample ARSRIHFF-76 (All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Hunting and Fur Farming) to 4 % of Merlin sample. Regression coefficient (bi), characterizing the degree of ecological plasticity in the collection of samples ranged from -3.31 to 3.23 to Merlin grade class at El Dorado. In each group of ripeness samples were selected which proved to be stable. According to the environmental assessment for the regression coefficient (degree of plasticity) and sustainability set the relative value of 28 genotypes, which were stable (bi from 0 to 1) for the duration of the growing season. 6 samples was in ultra precocious group, 17 samples was in precocious group and 5 samples was in late ripening group. The samples Zlata, Biliavka, Lada, Dione, Anastasia, OAC Vision was stable (bi from 0 to 1) in ultra precocious group. The regression coefficient ranged from 0.08 (Zlata) to the 0.61 (OAC Vision and Anastasia). Other samples responded more to changes in growing conditions. The coefficient of variation in the samples in this maturity group varied from 0.62 % to 2.69 %. 17 stable genotypes selected in the most numerous precocious group: Precarpathian 96, Silver Ruth, Roxolana, Denis, Princess, ARSRIHFF-76, Larisa, Podiaka, Adamos, Ustia, Anzhelika, Suziria, Krasa Podillia, Osoblyva, Deimos, Sylvia. The regression coefficient ranged from 0.02 (Precarpathian 96) to 0.96 (Nattawa). The coefficient of variation in the samples in this maturity group ranged from 0.5 % to 4 %. In the middle-ripening group (121–140 days), the regression coefficient (bi) in the samples was 1>bi. Galyna and Don’ka maximum approaching maturity in the group to environmentally plastic with a regression coefficient 1.38 in both varieties. In late ripening, genotypes such as Del'ta, Vilana, Sedmytsia, Black Jack 21, Hejiao 87-94-3 have been identified. The regression coefficient was 0.36 in the Delta variety to 0.89 in the Hejiao 87-94-3 sample. The coefficient of variation (V) length of the growing season in late group of samples ranged from 0.7 % to 2.45 %. Selected genotypes are promising for breeding and practical use.

The varieties of beans that are the least responsive to growing conditions (primarily in terms of moisture supply) by changing the weight of 1000 grains are selected. Coefficient of plasticity (bi <1): UD0302683, UD0302746, UD0302642, UD0303533, UD0302256. These cultivars slightly reduced the weight of 1000 grains due to the deterioration of the moisture supply, ie they are drought-resistant. It should be noted that the varieties that were characterized by the maximum value of grain productivity in quantitative terms, also showed maximum variability in grain productivity over the years of research. These are primarily varieties: UD0300565, the weight of grain from the plant which was 10.6 g, as well as UD0302642, the weight of grain from the plant was 10.5 g, UD0302746 - 11.4 g. - 20%, and UD0302746 - 17%. Therefore, the production needs varieties of common beans that will provide stable and above average yields under adverse growing conditions, and at optimal high levels. Therefore, varieties of common beans were distinguished, which were characterized by lower absolute values in grain productivity and higher stability of the trait during the study period. Such cultivars included UD0303533, whose grain productivity was 8.53 g, and the regression coefficient (bi = 0.81), coefficient of variation (V = 18%), coefficient of agronomic stability (As = 82%); UD0301899 - 7. 88 g, regression coefficient (bi = 0.65), coefficient of variation (V = 15%), coefficient of agronomic stability (As = 85%). That is, these varieties did not respond much to the deterioration or improvement of growing conditions while maintaining stable grain productivity. Given that the coefficient (As) exceeds 70%, the selected varieties of common beans were stable.

The issue of determining the ideotype of sunflower varieties and hybrids is relevant not only for breeding but also for cultivation in new environmental conditions. The aim of our research was to evaluate the genotypes according to ecological adaptability and establish the parameters of the sunflower ideotype for the arid conditions of the Crimean steppe zone. The studies were conducted in 2017-2020 at the Field Crop Department, FSBSI “Research Institute of Agriculture of Crimea” (village of Klepinino). Soil – chernozem southern low humus. Materials for the research – sunflower hybrids: ‘Garant’, ‘Komandor’, ‘Signal’, ‘Paritet’, ‘Prestizh’ (standard), ‘Sprint’, ‘Sprint 2’, ‘Gorstar’, ‘Kometa’ (bred in the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Oil Crops by the name of Pustovoit V.S.” (VNIIMK)). The experiment was replicated four times. The total area of the trial plot is 56 m2, the accounting area – 28 m2. Plant density – 40 thousand plants per ha. The harvest was brought to 100% purity; the seeds – to 10% moisture content. The linear regression coefficient (plasticity) of the yield of hybrids (bi) and the standard deviation (stability) (Ϭd2) were calculated according to S. A. Eberhart and W. A. Russell. Favourable weather conditions were in 2017 (Ij = +0.21) and 2019 (Ij = +1.04). Hybrids ‘Komandor’, ‘Garant’, ‘Sprint 2’ and ‘Gorstar’ are more responsive to the improvement of growing conditions (bi>1); variety ‘Kometa’ – weakly responsive (bi<1). When cultivation conditions changed, the yield of the hybrids ‘Signal’, ‘Paritet’, ‘Prestizh’ and ‘Sprint’ varied (bi = 1). In terms of yield, the most stable is ‘Kometa’ (Ϭd2 = 0.48); the most unstable – ‘Komandor’ (Ϭd2 = 2.19). According to the long-term field research, we have identified the parameters of the optimal model of a sunflower hybrid for cultivation in the Crimea: growing season length – 92–98 days, plant height – 161–166 cm, 1000-seeds weight – 69.5–83.0 g, productive area of the capitula (flower head) – 313–379 cm2, yield – 2.26–2.49 t/ha, oil content – 45–47%, as well as god responsiveness to the growing conditions improvement.

Data of long-term researches (2015–2018) in southern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan, is justified theoretically and experimentally the mode of irrigation of potatoes on leached chernozems of unsatisfactory, satisfactory and good ameliorative condition of irrigated lands. For the growing periods of potatoes with different heat and moisture supply, the number of watering, the timing of their implementation, irrigation and irrigation norms are established. On lands with unsatisfactory meliorative state the number of irrigation depending on weather conditions of potato vegetation period varied from 0 to 3 (1.5 on average) with average irrigation norm – 990 m3/ha. With satisfactory meliorative state of lands the number of irrigation on average increased from 0 to 4 (2.3 on average) with irrigation norm – 1305 m3/ha. On lands with good meliorative state the number of irrigation was the highest – from 1 to 5 (3 on average) with average irrigation irrigation norm is 1653 m3/ha. It was noted that in the dry periods of potato vegetation the greatest number of watering was carried out (3–5 watering), and in the wet periods (2017) watering was not carried out except for the area with a good reclamation state, where only one irrigation was carried out by the norm of 550 m3/ha. Water consumption of potato was studied in dynamics as a whole during the growing season and the months of the growing season depending on weather conditions of vegetation period and land reclamation condition of irrigated lands, as well as in the control (without irrigation). The lowest total water consumption was in the area without irrigation and averaged 226.8 mm. In irrigated areas, its values increased to 319-353.4 mm. The average daily water consumption varied from 2.12 to 3.3 mm. The highest rates of potato water consumption were observed in June and July, and the lowest – in May and August. In the total water consumption of potatoes on the site without irrigation, the largest share was occupied by atmospheric precipitation and in addition to them the arrival of moisture from the soil. Irrigation water was used in irrigated areas along with precipitation, the share of which was 30.2–46.1 %.

The purpose of the research: study of the influence of increased doses of fenbendazole supramolecular complex (FSMC) on sheep’s organism. Materials and methods. The experiment was carried out at the Podolsk Department of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Parasitology of Animals and Plants named after K. I. Skryabin on 20 manorial invasion-free sheep aged 2-3 years old. Animals were divided according to the principle of analogues into 4 groups, 5 heads in each group. Animals of the 1, 2 and 3 group were orally administered with FSMC given as a single dose of 2, 6, 10 mg/kg, respectively, according to the active substance, i.e in therapeutic and in a dose increased by 3 and 5 times. Sheep of the fourth group didn’t receive the drug and they were as control. Study of clinical, hematological and biochemical parameters of animals from all groups was conducted 1 day before and in 1, 3, 5 days after administration of the drug by means of standard methods. Results and discussion. FSMC in therapeutic dose as well as in a dose increased by 3 and 5 times doesn’t have negative influence on clinical, hematological and biochemical parameters of the sheep. State of the sheep, which received the drug in doses of 20, 60, 100 mg/kg, was within the physiologically normal state and didn’t differ from the state before administration of the drug and from the animals of the control group. Drug security index exceeds 5. Red blood cell count, white blood cell count, hemoglobin count, leukogram parameters as well as biochemical parameters of blood: activity of alkaline phosphatase and amylase, bilirubin, creatinine, urea and glucose counts were within normal limits and didn’t differ from the parameters of the control animals.

The aim of the presented article is to evaluate the impact of climate change on the sugar content of grapes in the Czech Republic during the period 2000–2019 through selected indicators on the basis of available secondary sources. Attention is focused on the developments in both the main wine-growing regions of Moravia and Bohemia. In the field of viticulture and wine-growing, the sugar content of grapes, as a basic parameter for the classification of wines, plays an important role. In the Czech Republic, the average sugar content of grapes has had a constantly growing trend. This trend is evident both in the wine-growing region of Bohemia and in the wine-growing region of Moravia. The impact of climate change, especially the gradual increase of average temperatures in the growing season, cannot be overlooked. It greatly affects, among other things, the sugar content of grapes. Calculations according to the Huglin Index and the Winkler Index were used to determine the relationship between climate and sugar content. These indexes summarize the course of temperatures during the entire vegetation period into a single numerical value. The results show that both indexes describe the effect of air temperature on sugar content in both wine regions of the Czech Republic in a statistically significant way. The Huglin Index shows a higher correlation rate. The Winkler Index proved to be less suitable for both areas. Alternatively, the Winkler Index calculated for a shorter growing season was tested, which showed a higher degree of correlation with sugar content, approaching the significance of the Huglin Index.

The results of study of the samples of competitive variety testing in the Amur region are presented. The research was carried out in 2018-2020 on experimental plots of the breeding crop rotation of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Soybean. As a result of the phytopathological survey, 12 best highly immune soybean samples were identified, of which the most adaptive (Ka > 1) to the conditions of the region were marked with 5 numbers: Amurskaya 24/42 (Ka = 1, 07), Amurskaya 24/54 (Ka = 1.07) and Amurskaya 24/60 (Ka = 1.11), Alena standard (Ka = 1.05), Amurskaya K-4/23 (Ka = 1.02) and Amurskaya K-14/17 (Ka = 1.05). As a result of a comprehensive assessment, considering the indicators of adaptability, productivity, and resistance to diseases, the 3 best soybean samples were identified: early-ripening – Amur 24/42; medium-ripening - Amur 24/54, Amur 24/60 with a yield of 2.78 (+ 0.46 t/ha to st); 2.80 (+ 0.32 t/ha to st); 2.75 (+0.27 t/ha to st). Two of which Am. 24/60 and Am. 24/42 were transferred in 2020 to the State Variety Testing for 2021-2022 as new highly productive, immune varieties Tisei and Luchistaya.

The paper presents the results of a study of the intake of heavy metals into the agricultural landscape during the growing season. In the article of the parish, their intake with mineral fertilizers, seeds, precipitation was taken into account. Studies have shown that precipitation is the most significant input of the studied heavy metals into the agricultural landscape. Depending on the variant of the experiment, their input with precipitation varies as follows: for copper 77.5 - 95.9%; for zinc 50.5 - 82.0%; for lead 49.3 - 89.4%; for cadmium 68.4 - 94.7%. Based on the results of experimental studies, an empirical series of pollutants entering the agricultural landscape was built: Zn  Cu  Pb Cd.

In order to study the effect of the time of sowing seeds on the passage of morphogenesis and productivity of rapeseed, the scheme included experiments where the seeds were sown in I, II, III in April, I and II in May. The experiment used varieties of Golden Ball, Purpurleopop, Purpurov and Geisha, and control was the variant in which the seeds of the Golden Ball varieties were sown in the second decade of April with a row spacing of 45 cm. laboratory - to determine the total yield; statistical - to establish the reliability of the investigated factors. Seed germination analysis used in the experiment ranged from 78.9% to 81.1% on average. The highest indicator of seed germination was characterized by the Purpulepop variety, where the studied value was 83.2%, which was dominated by the seed germination of the control variant by 2.1%. In the early stages of sowing seeds, the period of seedling formation was shorter. Seeding of seeds in the first two decades of April on the surface of the soil was observed for 8 days. The short sprouting period was characterized by all varieties of turnips. As a result of sowing turnip seeds at a later date, namely in the third decade of April - the first and second decade of May and the setting of a higher soil temperature, the period of germination was extended and ranged from 8 to 10 days. By using the term of sowing seeds I-II decade of April, the short interphase period was characterized by Purpleupop and Purpurova varieties, where the specified period was only 22 days. The sowing of turnip seeds at a later date ensured the formation of an interphase period of "seedlings - leaf rosette" in 23-25 days except Purpulopop variety. The interphase period "leaf rosette - the beginning of rooting" and "the beginning of rooting - technical maturity" determined the benefits of early seeding, namely in the first decade of April on varieties Purpulopop and Purpurov.The short vegetation period was characterized by the Golden Ball plants for sowing seeds in the first and third decades of April and the first of May. During the specified seeding period the duration of the growing season was only 40 days. A longer vegetation period was characterized by plants of the Geisha variety for sowing seeds in the first two decades of April. As a result of the use of the researched elements of technology to grow turnips in open soil, the total yield varied from 11.0 t / ha to 24.0 t / ha. The most productive is the first sowing of rapeseed, where its value ranged from 20.6 t / ha to 22.7 t / ha. At the same time, when sowing seeds in the first decade of April, the yield of turnip varieties Purpulepop was the highest and was 22.7 t / ha, or the increase was 2.4 t / ha.

The object of the research was to study the influence of sowing dates on sugar accumulation in different varieties of soft winter wheat. Less winterhardy variety of soft winter wheat Novosibirskaya 2 was compared with more winter-hardy ones Novosibirskaya 3, Novosibirskaya 40 and Krasnoobskaya ozimaya. The research was carried out in 2016-2018 inthe established experimental plot in the foreststeppe of Priobye, theObregion. The predecessor was bare fallow. The planting dates were August 20, September 1, September 10. Weather conditions of the autumn growing season, during which the accumulation of sugars occurs, differed significantly depending on the year of study and the sowing dates. The warmest conditions were in 2018, whereas the coolest – in 2017. The amount of accumulated sugars varied depending on the growing conditions and genotypic characteristics of varieties. The highest amount of sugars was accumulated by all varieties during the third term of planting, the lowest amount – during the second term. Lower air temperatures contributed to the increase in the amount of sugars, even when the duration of their accumulation period was shortened, which can be explained by a change in carbohydrate balance in crops when the accumulation of sugars is greater than their consumption for crop respiration. The genotype plays an important role in the carbohydrate metabolism of plants. In more winter-hardy varieties (Novosibirskaya 40, Novosibirskaya 3), the change in the amount of accumulated sugars in contrasting conditions ranged insignificantly (the coefficient of variation was 9.1 and 8.7%, respectively). At the same time, plants of the less winter-hardy variety of Novosibirskaya 2 showed a significantly greater variation in the sugar content under similar conditions (the coefficient of variation 24.7%). Cooler conditions of a later term of sowing contributed to the greatest amount of accumulated sugars. Varietal differences also determined changes in carbohydrate balance.

According to statistic evaluation of the manifestation of signs of the economic suitability of state sort resources of 2019 registration potatoes when growing it in different agro-climatic conditions, a significant advantage of influence of the forest-steppe conditions was determined. Compared to Polesia the increase of yield rose for 4.1 t/ha or 18 % (НІР05 = 2.18, Ffact= 12.65 > F05 = 4.22) and the amount of trade potato for 22.72 ha or 20 % (Ffact = 58.87). There is also a tendency to increase the number of starch from unit of area for – 17 % and the total consumer properties for – 8 %.  However, there is a significant difference in the reduction of storability of products by 45 % and the lack of it’s resistance to macrosporiosis and late blight. It was proved that the yield of varieties for cultivation in the polesia zone by 25.7 % depended on the duration of the growing season (Ffact = 4.14 > F05  = 0.06). The relationship between yield and starch of potatoes in Polesia zone varieties  was determined – 23.6 % and in forest-steppe – 17.3 % and starch collection, respectively, 33.6 % and 28.0 %. The dependence of storability of potato which grew in the polesia zone and in forest-steppe from the amount of starch for 15 % was mathematically proved (Ffact = 2.11 > F05 = 0.17) і 11.3 % (Ffact = 1.52 > F05 = 0.24); the dependence of storability on the duration of the growing season in the Forest-Steppe conditions was confirmed(Ffact = 0.66 > F05  = 0.43). In addition, the 12 % of tasting grade of the Forest-Steppe varieties depended on the starch content amount (Ffact = 1.65 > F05 = 0.22). According to the results of the regression analysis, mathematical models have been developed to predict yields, culinary and consumer properties, and the storability of new potato varieties under different growing conditions. The project of a conveyor for the consumption of fresh product in summer  period with the involvement of varieties of early ripeness in the Forest-Steppe was presented: 80 days after planting – Sanibel, 90 days after planting – Medison, Paroli, 95 days after planting – Bazalia, Bernina, 100 days after planting – Donata, in the Polesia zone ‒ 80 days after planting – Sanibel, 90 days after planting – Paroli, 95 days after planting –Bazalia, 100 days after planting – Medison, Bernina, Donata. By distribution of varieties by predicted high content of phytonutrients there were bred varieties with red skin and creamy flesh – Bazalia and Sanibel, by high content with yellow flesh – Baltic Rosa and moderate content with white flesh – Oleksandrit, Fotynia, Ricarda. Introduction of new varieties with certain high adaptive potential of storability and content of bioactive compounds in potatoes will provide growth of potato production in the conditions of the northeast forest-steppe and increase its competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets and will solve the problem of year-round consumption of fresh quality products.
