Music is an art of composing tones or voices in order, combination, and temporal relations to produce a composition that has one unit and continuity. Music, according to experts, has a considerable impact on the human’s physical condition and psychology. This research intended to analyze music's influence related to human psychology and physical condition. This research uses descriptive methods through a qualitative approach by using a questionnaire survey and literature study. With this method, researchers can get two types of data that are primary data and secondary data. In the results of the study, at least 93,9% or 31 of 33 respondents say music can influence their mood. So that it can be concluded that music with physical condition and psychology are associated. The factors that make music influence human psychology and physical condition are rhythms, tempo, and lyrics that play an important role in a song so the listener can be affected psychologically or physically.

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine murabahah financing problem and how to handle it. The method used in this research using the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained using interviews and field observations. Secondary data were obtained through literature study related to murabahah problem and documentation study. The result of research indicates that murabahah financing in BPRS always related to wakalah contract. Wakalah is a contract between two parties in which one party submits, delegates, represents an affair to another party and the other undertakes the mandate at the request of the representative party. The cause of murabahah financing is problematic due to several factors, namely external and internal factors of the bank. External factors of the bank that comes from customers such as: losing in business competition, the business is run relatively new, side stream use of funds, the death of the key person, divorce key person, sick family members, and the character of customers who are not good. While the internal factors due to errors in conducting the analysis and weak aspects of supervision and monitoring. Handling of non-performing financing is done through collection activities, rescue activities (revitalization), settlement of guarantee activities and write off. Billing activities are done by contacting or visiting customers intensively, giving warning letters. Rescue of troubled financing is done by revitalizing rescheduling and restructuring. While write-off is a write-off of financing that is congested from on-balance sheets and recorded on the off-balance sheet. Keywords: murabahah, problem financing, sharia bank

This study discusses the architectural work of an office named @Batubata, owned by the architectural firm Studio Air Putih. The object was chosen because it won two prestigious awards in the best office category and a lot of media coverage. It's just that there are no studies that discuss the office academically and in detail. So in this study review looking for the main characteristics of the Studio Air Putih office by dissecting and deciphering the building elements using the Archetype understanding of Thomas Thiis Evansen's thoughts. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where primary data is obtained through observation and interviews. Literature study was conducted to obtain secondary data.

In learning Arabic, one of the important and interesting rules to study is the Ibdal rule: namely the replacement of letters in a word, which is not only studied from the aspect of morphology, but also in Arabic orthography and rasm al-Mushaf.This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study. The primary data source is studied in Surah Al-Imran which consists of 200 verses, 3508 words, and 14984 letters. While the secondary data sources are books, articles, and research results related to the problem of Ibdal.The results of this study indicate that the Ibdal in Surah al-Imran is 32 words (0.91%) and some of them are repeated several times. The Ibdal phenomenon consists of Ibdal pronoun (dhamir), Ibdal tsumma with fa, and the sentence Ibdal.

This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports Tanah Datar District. The authors conducted this study to analyze the role of local government in the management of tourist objects Istano Basa Pagaruyung Tanah Datar regency. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the role of local government in the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung attractions in Tanah Datar regency. To analyze this problem, research is done by using qualitative approach by using descriptive method. Data collection techniques that the authors use are observation, interview, literature study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a purposive sampling technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that the role of Tourism, Youth, and Sport on the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang Tourism Object is to manage, assist, and improve facilities and infrastructure through the making of planning programs to be implemented by the UPT. Analysis of the role of local government towards the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang tourist object in Tanah Datar regency has been carried out very well but not yet optimal, since there is still planning since 2013 until now has not been done due to limited land. One such plan is the construction of parking lots for visitors Istano Basa Pagaruyung as well as souvenirs selling place.

This study examines psychology as an approach in Islamic studies, especially in Islamic education. Islamic psychology and education basically have the same pattern in seeing various cases in scientific buildings, so that in Islamic studies such as Islamic education, an approach is required to look at deeper social phenomena, namely by using a psychological approach. This research is literature study (library research) that is research which come from library materials by using qualitative approach. Therefore, what is done is the exploration of some data both primary and secondary data with concrete steps as follows: read and examine in depth primary data such as books which is the result of research, thesis or dissertation related to psychology and education of Islam. Therefore, psychology as an approach can give birth to findings that fit the context. In Islamic studies, especially Islamic education can be access for other sciences to serve as a tool in viewing various social problems. It then happens with the psychology and education of Islam because it gave birth to the psychology of Islamic education.

The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

Most of the obstacles or problems that are most often experienced by householdcraft craftsmen are in terms of marketing or marketing management. Where the marketingthey do is still very traditional. In a sense, they trade manually i.e. go to the market and offertheir products to customers directly. E-commerce (Electronic Commerce) or in IndonesianElectronic Commerce is the activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products(goods and services), by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet,television, or other computer networks. The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities.The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software.The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.
