This study aims to determine the significant influence of Organizational and Professional Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction with Motivation as Intervening Variables. The population of this research is all civil servant employees who work in the Youth and Sports Education Office of South Solok Regency. The study sampling was determined using total sampling. The samples used in this study were 55 civil servants in the Department of Youth and Sports Education, South Solok Regency. Data was collected from respondents' results and analyzed by simple linear regression. The results of the study show that Organizational Commitment influences Job Satisfaction positively and significantly, professional influences job satisfaction positively and significantly, Organizational Commitment influences Motivation positively and significantly, Professional influences motivation positively and significantly, Motivation influences job satisfaction positively and significantly, Organizational Commitment with motivation as an intervening variable indirectly influences Employee job satisfaction, Direct professional influence with motivation as an intervening variable on Employee job satisfaction, is actually greater than indirect influence. The results of the study indicate that organizational commitment has the greatest influence on Employee job satisfaction Therefore, organizational commitment needs to be improved by the Department of Youth and Sports Education of South Solok Regency.

This study aims to (1) To know the motivation  of employees KPRI  "Pertaguma" Madiun,   (2) To know  employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun,   and (3) To know  the motivation  is there  any  influence  on job  satisfaction   in employees    KPRI "Pertaguma" Madiun.  The samples in this study using a sample that is saturated  cooperative employee   is 17. Data collection  using  interviews  and questionnaires.   Data analysed use simple  linear regression  statistical  methods,  and to test whether  or not valid  instrument used regression  methods.  The results  showed  that motivation  has a positive  influence on employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun.  It is derived   from the value of Fisher's  exact test, whereas  the Fcount value of 64,792  Ftabel value of 4,54.  On the other hand Sig(hit) known values of 0.000  and 0.05 known  Sig(prob) value. This means that the Fvalue >= Ftabel (64.792 >= 4.54)  or Sig(hit) <= Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).   Meaning  a rejection  of H0 which  shows  that there  is an influence  of motivation   on job  satisfaction   in employees KPRI  "Pertaguma"     Madiun.  In addition  to the values  obtained  with the  t, t(test) value  is 8.049  while the value ttable 2,131.  On the other hand Sig(hit) value of 0.000  and Sig(prob) value as 0.05. This means that t >= ttable (8.049 >= 2.131) or <= Sig(hit) Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).  It means that H0    is rejected,  meaning  that motivation   has a different  effect on employee job  satisfaction on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun.

The research objective was to determine the effect of climate variables organiasi, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, and practice decision-making to terhahap job satisfaction of employees at PT. Asam Jawa Medan. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Asam Jawa field numbered 39 and all members of the sample. The analysis model is a linear regression. The results showed that organiasi climate variables, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, decision making and practice simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at. <em>To determine the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). There is a significant influence between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti.</em>

Data Analysis uses RangeScale and Simple Linear Regression. The results reveal that the Leader Member Exchange (LMX)show very strong and high in Organizational Commitment. Based on statistical tests and empiricalconditions in the company is known that the leader member exchange is one of the factors thatdetermine the commitment of the organization and the organizational commitment of employees.Furthermore, the t test support that the leader member exchange have a significant influence onorganizational commitment. Based on this research, the suggestion is that refers to the responses ofrespondents on the quality of LMX is high, thereby managing the proximity relationship between theboss-subordinate can be done in several ways, the boss can do personal identification on eachemployee. It can be more flexible to subordinates so that subordinates can meet with employers tomore easy exchange ideas. The purpose of the results of this study was to find that there were eighteen samples of male sex and twelve samples of female sex. most work thirty-one years. From the test results it was found that the results of simple linear regression were 16.607. regression direction coefficient of 0.590 states that each addition of 1% value X, then the value of Y is 0.590. the regression direction coefficient is positive. and get a significant value (p-value) of 0.004. can be concluded that job satisfaction affects the performance of employees in the company CV. Manado Independent Global Diagram. Based on the results above, the significance value is 0.004. it can be concluded that the independent variable has significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of this study can answer the hypothesis that job satisfaction is influential on the performance of CV employees. Manado Global Self Chart.

This study aims to explore the effects of Organizational Culture on organizational commitment of Civil Servants in an Indonesia context. The sample comprised of 71 Civil Servants working at Cilegon City Government in Indonesia which were selected by a multistage stratified sampling method.. A scale that aimed to measure the Civil Servants’ Organizational Culture and their organizational commitment was used to collect data. Mean scores, Pearson moment correlation coefficients, and simple linear regression analyses were carried out to analyze data. The Findings Short that Positive relationships between organizational culture and organizational commitment. The results indicated that organizational culture was a significant predictor of organizational commitment.

<em>This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count &gt; t_tabel (21,549 &gt; 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The population is a lecturer in the Management Program of a Private University in Bandung. The sample consisted of 102 lecturers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using simple linear regression. The results show that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. The higher the level of servant leadership application, the higher the level of organizational commitment possessed by the lecturer. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadesrship terhadap komitmen organisasional. Populasi adalah dosen Program Studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Swasta di Bandung. Sampel terdiri dari 102 dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership dan kompetensi  memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional secara parsial dan simultan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa makin baik tingkat penerapan servant leadership, makin tinggi tingkat komitmen organisasional dan makin tinggi kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh dosen makin tinggi tingkat komitmen organisasional dosen.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction.
