The contribution of the tourism sector in the regency is based on gross regional domestic product in 2014- 2016 the average increased by 6,65 % per year. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of tourism objects with qualitative descriptive, analilyze the linkage system between tourism object to identify the derection of tourism development with scoring techniques. Data collection techniques include observation of documentation and interviews. The results showed that the attractiveness of tourism objects in the regency of Ngada varied from natural scenery, legacy of megalithic origin. Supporting facilities are only available for hotels, restaurants and souvenir shops and the 17th Alam Island Tourism Park and the Mangeruda hot spring. Accessibility of tourism objects in the form of asphalt , can be passed by 2 wheeled vehicles and 4 wheeld vehicles. Promotion of tourism objects is carried out by cultural and tourism services through instagram. Backward linkage to the availability of 2 travel agents in the city of Bajawa. Forward linkage in the form of mileage from Bajawa city to the furthest tourism object is 17 Riung island with a distance of 75 km and closest is Lekolodo Ecotourism with a distance of 6 km. The tourism management system is carried out by cuture and tourism office in collaboration with BKSDA and the village community. Directions for tourism development based on scoring analysis of tourism potential in the form of tourist routes I distance of 45 km, tourism route II distance 32 km, tourist III 57 km.

ABSTRAK Devisa terbanyak bagi daerah disumbangkan oleh bidang pariwisata. Hal ini disebabkan karena Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman Potensi wisata. Salah satunya di Tulungagung terdapat Pantai yang sudah dikenal oleh wisatawan dan wisatawan sudah banyak yang berkunjung,yaitu Pantai Gemah. Destinasi tersebut dikelola oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata “Lejar Misuwur” yang bertugas mengelola dan mengembangkan Potensi Wisata Pantai Gemah Tulungagung sehingga menjadi Destinasi Wisata yang Layak Jual. Dengan adanya Pokdarwis ini diharapkan mampu menambah minat wisatawan baik lokal maupun nasional untuk mengunjungi pantai Gemah karena objek wisata sudah dikelola dengan sangat baik oleh kelompok Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur tersebut. Bagaimana pengembangan obyek wisata di pantai Gemah Tulungagung melalui pembentukan Pokdarwis dan 1Faktor pendukung dan 1penghambat apa saja dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan pariwisata di pantai Gemah Tulungagung merupakan 1rumusan masalah yang akan diteliti 1dalam penelitian ini.1Tujuan penelitian ini 1adalah untuk menganalisa dampak pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata bagi pengembangan pariwisata di pantai gemah beserta faktor pendorong dan penghambat di dalamnya. Untuk menganalisa hasil penelitian peneliti menggunakan  pendekatan  deskriptif kualitatif. Dimana 1pengumpulan data 1dilakukan dengan 1metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.1Subjek penelitian 1adalah pengurus,1anggota Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur, masyarakat Desa Keboireng dan, Pengunjung Pantai Gemah.1Pembuktian keabsahan data menggunakan 1teknik triangulasi sumber.1Analisis data yang 1digunakan adalah analisi 1kualitatif dengan 1langkah reduksi data,1display data,1dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan terbentuknya Pokdarwis di pantai Gemah membawa dampak yaitu wisata pantai Gemah menjadi terkenal di skala nasional. Dari sisi pengelolaan juga sudah mulai baik dan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketramplan masyarakat disekitar pantai Gemah. Kata Kunci : Pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata,pengembangan pariwisata,Pantai Gemah Tulungagung.   ABSTRACT Most of the foreign exchange for the region was contributed by the tourism sector. This is because Indonesia has a diversity of tourism potential. One of them in Tulungagung there is a beach that is already known by tourists and many tourists have visited, namely Gemah Beach. The destination is managed by the Tourism Awareness Group "Lejar Misuwur" which is in charge of managing and developing the Tourism Potential of Tulungagung Gemah Beach so that it becomes a Tourism Destination Worth Selling. With this Pokdarwis, it is hoped that it will increase the interest of both local and national tourists to visit Gemah beach because the tourist attraction has been managed very well by the Lejar Misuwur Pokdarwis group. How is the development of tourism objects on Gemah Tulungagung beach through the formation of Pokdarwis and what 1supporting and inhibiting 1factors in the implementation of tourism development on Gemah Tulungagung beach is 1the formulation of the 1problem that will be examined 1in this study. The purpose of 1this study was to analyze 1the impact of forming a tourism awareness group for tourism development in Panati Gemah 1along with the driving and inhibiting 1factors in it. To analyze the research results, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. Where 1data collection is done 1by interview, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were administrators, members of the Lejar Misuwur Pokdarwis, the people of Keboireng Village and, visitors to Gemah Beach. Proof of data validity using source triangulation technique.1Analysis of the data used is a 1qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, data display, and drawing conclusions. With the formation of Pokdarwis on Gemah beach, the impact is that Gemah beach tourism has become famous on a national scale. In terms of management, it has also started well and the knowledge and skills of the community around Gemah beach have increased. Lampung is one of the provinces that has a considerable tourism potential in which each region has tourism potential with its own unique attraction in South Lampung regency. However, the Tsunami disaster that struck the coastal areas of Banten and South Lampung on 22 Desemeber 2018, impacted the decline in the number of tourists visiting the archipelago and abroad to tourist destinations by the end of year 2018. Based on the problems raised above, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the strategy conducted by the Tourism and culture Office of South Lampung Regency in the effort to develop tourism sector in South Lampung district after Tsunami disaster. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research informant is determined purpossive. Data collection techniques are conducted with observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. Data is presented and in a descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research is known that the Tourism and culture Department of South Lampung district has a strategy to develop tourism potential in South Lampung regency. In determining a strategy for tourism development in South Lampung District after the Tsunami disaster pay attention to four basic factors. These four factors are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with some sectors involved in the tourism development process. The conclusion of this research is based on the SWOT anilisis which produces four strategies i.e. SO strategy, WO Strategy, Strategy ST, and WT strategy

There Improvements in the local economy, especially for the poor through open and sustainable tourism management, are believed to be achieved through the empowerment of the tourism sector. Mapping the potential of village tourism in the Triharjo village area is one of the essential things. Identification and mapping of village tourism potential needed in order to implementation community-based tourism (CBT). This research aims to identifying and mapping the potential of village tourism in order to produce a profile of village tourism potential and identify opportunities for developing village tourism potential. The object of this study is Triharjo village, Pandak District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study used several research instruments, such as in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observations, and document studies. Based on research finding while the communities and local governments of Triharjo village recognize that not all village tourism potentials are well managed. The results of the mapping of village tourism potential provide them that the involvement of local communities in the planning and management of a village tourism potential is needed and have a positive impact on the longterm. The empowerment of the local economy, especially the poor, is believed to be achieved through the empowerment of the tourism sector. Community-based tourism emphasizes community ownership and active participation, provides education to local communities, promotes and protection of culture and the environment.

Tourism management plan at the local level provides a framework for balanced development of a given area through the utilization of the existing tourism resources by the provision of tourism services that are required in order to attract the tourists from different parts of the world. The article is devoted to the study of the urgent topic of the development of tourism potential as a basis for youth events. A model of the system of tourism potential components is presented, which includes the natural resource potential of the tourism sector, historical and cultural potential, infrastructure potential, financial potential, information potential, investment potential, managerial potential, social potential of the tourism sector, labor potential. Due to the fact that the tourism potential of the territories is a system, its main features are distinguished: dynamism, hierarchy, ability to transform, inversion, development, etc. Due to the fact that at the present stage, potential management problems are becoming more complicated, included in the tourist potential of the territories, the management of territories in the field of tourism development, including its potentials, should develop as a synthesis of two aspects: improving scientific and practical activities and developing management phenomena as art. A special role is given to youth events, highlighting the largest and most important ones that are developing in certain parts of Russia. These regions have the most powerful tourism potential and tourist infrastructure.

Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are an important instrument in realizing dignified village autonomy. The existence of BUMDes is expected to be one of the main pillars of increasing village income so that it can provide higher quality public services. The management of local tourism potential is one of the prospective business alternatives for Village-Owned Enterprises. The involvement of BUMDes in tourism management is not only for economic purposes. BUMDes role in tourism is also mean to allow the preservation and development of local wisdom values in tourism. This article analyzes the pattern of localcharacter tourism development by BUMDes in three villages. Those are Mumpun Baru Village, Tanjung Lanjut Village, and Pendung Talang Genting Village in Jambi Province. The articles are written based on the research results conducted qualitatively in the Muaro Jambi, Kerinci, and Merangin areas with a purposive sampling method. The analysis shows that several things characterize the development of tourism through BUMDes, namely, tourism products, innovation or novelty in the development of tourism products, the preservation of local wisdom values, the institutional aspects of BUMDes, the contribution of tourism to the community's economy. In addition, managing tourism with BUMDes is key in supportingthe achievement of sustainable tourism which is the global agenda of countries around the world.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Policy Implementation, Investment, and Business Executors on the Effectiveness of Tourism Potential Development in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type, with a population of 74,660 people and a sample of 100 people determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation, observation, questionnaire, and literature techniques. The results of the study prove that Policy Implementation has an effect of 51.3%, Investment has an effect of 15.5%, Business executors have an effect of 52.6%, Policy Implementation, Investment and Entrepreneurs together have a 52.8% effect on the Effectiveness of Tourism Development. Recommendations from the results of this study are that the implementation of the policy must be supported by a law on tourism and RIPPARDA. Thus, mapping the tourism area which is supported by multi-stakeholder policies and cooperation, will open up large investment opportunities in the tourism sector. Organizational restructuring of the regional tourism office as a business executor from a structural dimension. These three variables must get attention, so they can form quality human resources for the benefit of tourism development in Sarolangun Regency. This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

Penyengat Island has a valuable historical footprint not only for Indonesia but also for Malaysia and Singapore, as well as having a wealth of ancient literacy and influential religious values. Data were collected from tourists visiting Penyengat Island through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, combined with in-depth interviews, focused discussions with representative and competent key persons related to the issues discussed. This study found that the accommodation and amenities components are still the main problems in developing tourism on Penyengat Island. The factors of tourism management, tourist safety, public awareness of tourism, and environmental preservation are other central issues that need attention. The development of broad tourism promotion using information technology media and supported by professional management will be able to accelerate the tourism growth of Penyengat Island. Purpose of this study is to measure the dynamics of historical and religious tourism on Penyengat Island using the 5 A attribute approach (attractions, accessibility, accommodation, amenities and awareness). This research is focused on the empirical conditions of the dynamics of tourism development in Penyengat Island, with a qualitative descriptive research method through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations, and transects. The attributes of accommodation, amenities, and awareness of public tourism are still low. The main factor of the problem lies in the management of tourism in Penyengat Island that has not been done professionally and integratedly by targeting foreign tourists Overall and integrated tourism management by building destinations that ensure the comfort and safety of tourists, building information technology-based promotional media that can reach the wider community, and building a network of partnerships with stakeholders in the development of tourist destinations and strengthening human resources.
