Hospitals as health care institutions are always required to provide quality, effective and acute services. PERSI forms a guideline for developing service standards so that it supports more accountable and efficient hospital health services called clinical pathways. Clinical pathways are used to systematically record each intervention given to patients. In its implementation, the clinical pathway does not always work perfectly, this is caused by various things such as the lack of resources (equipment and other health facilities), also caused by the negligence of technical implementers such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pharmaceuticals. The clinical pathway monitoring system is important to know the obstacles that arise. The monitoring system can support the evaluation process to be faster. In this study, the system was developed using the agile method with the scrum model. The study was conducted at Harapan Harapan General Hospital in Tegal City involving those who played a direct role in using the system, Patient Care Management (MPP). The functional test results are divided into three, the first system quality results as much as 76% according to its function. Second, the assessment of the quality of information, the value of the quality of information produced as much as 68% according to its function. The three assessments of service quality obtained results as much as 63% according to its function.

In developing countries, the PPP (Public–Private–Partnerships) programs have been unsatisfied during the last decade. This study analyzed one of the main causes is low quality of the system. That is, no matter what supports developing countries may get through PPP, reforming water systems can be hardly successful without appropriate system quality. With this background, this study introduces service standards of ISO/TC 224 as an option to improve system quality of developing countries. To analyze its effects, system dynamic modeling was conducted. The results indicated that service standards, working with the PPP programs, can benefit all the stakeholders involved in the water systems in developing countries. Also this indicates further that this approach with service standards deserves more detailed study for improving the ailing water systems in developing countries.

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. The doctor and patient relationship is a pattern that is born among the doctor and the patient before continuing to the act of health care. And health services, is a concept used in providing health services to the community. Health services is a sub-system of health services whose main purpose is health services in terms of Preventive (preventive), Promotive (improving health,) Curative (healing health) and Rehabilitative (recovery) are all efforts mobilized by the government in improving the quality of health services prime and in accordance with standard operating procedures and health service standards. This study uses a method of approach to the community so that the public knows in more detail about the juridical analysis of the legal relationship among doctors and patients in health services. The results of this study are in terms of the legal aspects of health, the relationship among doctors and patients cannot decide what is called health services by doctors who have a direct role in improving tasks for the community in order to realize a good and quality society.�Analisis Yuridis Hubungan Hukum Antara Dokter Dan Pasien Dalam Layanan Kesehatan�Hubungan dokter dan pasien merupakan pola yang lahir antara dokter dan pasien sebelum berlanjut pada tindakan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tahu lebih detail tentang analisis yuridis hubungan hukum antara dokter dan pasien dalam peyanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Dalam hal aspek hukum kesehatan, hubungan antara dokter dan pasien tidak dapat memutuskan apa yang disebut layanan kesehatan oleh dokter yang memiliki peran langsung dalam tugas-tugas perbaikan untuk masyarakat dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang baik dan berkualitas.

This study aims  to  provide empirically the effect of system quality, information quality and training on performance as well as the effect of mediating satisfaction on the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (Siskeudes) in East Lombok Regency. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 71 village treasurers. The results showed that system quality, information quality and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction partially mediated the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (SISKEUDES) in East Lombok Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Garut, terhadap pegawai dalam penyelenggaraan Haji dan bagaimana kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar pelayanan yang ditetapkan di Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, proses pembagian kerja yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan; Ketiga, pendelegasian wewenang yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses evaluasi dan tindakan perbaikan sehingga program kerja yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar. This research aims to find out how the organizing process is carried out by the section head of the Hajj and Umrah organizers of the Ministry of Religion of Garut.  Regency towards employees in the implementation of Hajj, and how policies are carried out in improving service quality. The method presented in this study is the technique descriptive method in collecting this data by observing, interviewing and documenting studies. As for the data analysis done with the interpretation of logic which is related to the context of da'wah management, the results of the study show that: First, service standards set in the Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section; Second, the process of division of labor carried out by the Section Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the quality of services; Third, delegation of authority is carried out by the Section Head for Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving service quality. In general, this study can be concluded that the organizational pattern carried out by the Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section is appropriate, with the evaluation process and corrective actions so that the work program that has been established can run effectively and smoothly.

SummaryTotal knee arthroplasty (TKA) provides significant pain relief and better function in patients with end-stage haemophilic knee arthropathy. Peri- and postoperative care tends to be more complex than in non-haemophilic patients undergoing TKA and requires a multidisciplinary team approach. Aim: The implementation of standardized clinical pathways in non-haemophilic patients undergoing TKA has been shown to increase quality of care and to reduce postoperative complication rates. Consequently, the use of clinical pathways in haemophilic patients undergoing TKA may be beneficial to this particular subpopulation of patients. Methods: A clinical pathway for TKA for haemophilic patients was designed in a consensus process involving all participating departments. Results: We propose a specifically adjusted clinical pathway for TKA for haemophilic patients to show that standardization of elective orthopaedic surgery in haemophilia is feasible. Conclusion: The authors emphasize that there are limitations on categorizing haemophilic patients and stress that individual interdisciplinary treatment should take precedence over a standardized approach.

SISKEUDES is a financial system used by the village government aimed at improving accountability, creating common perceptions in the delivery and application of various laws and regulations in the form of village financial management systems and procedures. Implementation of SISKEUDES helps us improve good corporate governance of village government in Indonesia. However, in the Village Assistance Report in Badung Regency in 2018 and 2019, there were input errors from planning, budgeting, administration and financial reporting. Based on this phenomenon, this study tested the predictor of successful application of the system. The measurement of SISKEUDES success is based on DeLone and McLean information system success model. This study examines the direct effect of system quality, information quality, service quality and quality of human resource on use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling with criteria of all SISKEUDES users in Badung Regency Village Government with a minimum of 1 year working experience. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3. The results show that only system quality, information quality, and service quality have positive effects on user satisfaction, while the quality of human resources has no effect on user satisfaction. The quality of information, the quality of service, and the quality of human resources have positive effects on the use, while the quality of the system has no effect on the use. The quality of information, service quality, use and user satisfaction have positive effects on net benefits.

Hospitals control costs without reducing the service quality by using clinical pathways. Clinical pathways control the quality and cost of cases that consume large resources. According to Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2013 regarding Health Insurance, the implementation of clinical pathways to diagnosis that consumes large resources is an effort to control costs and quality of patient services in the INA CBGs system. The preliminary study conducted found a large difference between the real hospital rate and the INA CBGs rate on the diagnosis of Manic Type Schizoaffective Disorder for 3 (three) consecutive years. If this situation continues, the impact will be financial losses for the hospital. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the Manic Type Schizoaffective’s clinical pathway at the Grhasia Mental Hospital. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the Clinical Pathway study can reduce the length of stay for Manic Type Schizoaffective patients but it is not yet effective for patient care costs.

Payment is one of the main parts of the business. Since from the last decade, the use of mobile devices for electronic payment has increased significantly. The current generation of individual payment systems that is replaced the traditional smart cards by mobile devices supplied with E-wallet and M-wallet functions. The spread of such E-wallet systems will depend on their security, functionality ease of use and the effectiveness of realization. E-wallet is a utility which offers users to save their money and make payments anywhere and all time. Many banks and nonbanks organizations are contesting to develop new on this filed. As customers adopt E-wallet and M-wallet. As customers adopt E-wallet and M-wallet, they becoming a cybercrime target. E-wallet provides a monetary action through smartphones which is fruitful freedom for electronic crimes. Quality of the system, quality of service and quality of information has to improve by the mobile wallet service providers for their M-wallet applications.

Background Rectal cancer is a highly prevalent disease which needs a multidisciplinary approach to be treated. The absence of specific protocols implies a significant and unjustifiable variability among the different professionals involved in this disease. The purpose is to develop a clinical pathway based on the analysis process and aims to reduce this variability and to reduce unnecessary costs. Methods We created a multidisciplinary team with contributors from every clinical area involved in the diagnosis and treatment in this disease. We held periodic meetings to agree on a protocol based on the best available clinical practice guidelines. Once we had agreed on the protocol, we implemented its use as a standard in our institution. Every patient older than 18 years who was diagnosed with rectal cancer was considered a candidate to be treated via the pathway. Results We evaluated 48 patients during the course of this study. Every parameter measured was improved after the implementation of the pathway, except the proportion of patients with 12 nodes or more analysed. The perception that our patients had about this project was very good. Conclusions Clinical pathways are needed to improve the quality of health care. This kind of project helps reduce hospital costs and optimizes the use of limited resources. On the other hand, unexplained variability is also reduced, with consequent benefits for the patients.
