The aim of this article was to theoretically justify and develop the programme of health-recreating activities for children with emotional and behavioural disorders, using rock climbing. For the research such methods were used – theoretical analysis of vocational educational and methodical literature and documentary materials, generalization, systematization, abstraction, synthesis, analogy, induction, deduction, logical method, comparative method, structural-functional analysis, physiological, pedagogical methods of research. The development of this programme was based on such principals of health-recreating activities: systematicity; accessibility; voluntarism; compliance of leisure services to local conditions; the principle of interest. Proposed programme allows to compensate the lack of physical activity, contributes to the development of healthy and harmonious person, organisation of healthy and active leisure, teaching positive moral and behavioural qualities, health promotion, engaging children into healthy lifestyle. For the programme development was used such an algorithm: questionnaire of parents about motives and interests of children about the kinds of physical activities, initial evaluation of physical and emotional state, programme development and its implementation, operational control during the activities, the programme correction, if necessary, progressing the programme. The programme of activities included elements of rock climbing, quests and games. The programme was developed taking according to the level of physical readiness and functional disabilities of each child. The activities at the rock climbing wall proceeded by small group method: 3 to 5 people in the group. In each group, the activities were held 3 times a week, during 60 minutes.

The purpose of the article is to examine the civil law nature of electronic money. The subject of the research is the features of the civil law nature of electronic money. Methodology. Research methods are chosen based on the object, subject and purpose of the study. The study used general scientific and special methods of legal science. Thus, the analysis and synthesis method as well as the logical method were used to formulate a holistic view on electronic money, their features and legal nature. The logical-semantic method was used to establish the meaning of the concepts “electronic money”, “non-cash money”, “payment instrument”, “electronic payment instrument”. The comparative method was used when analyzing scientific categories, definitions and approaches. The legal modeling method was applied to formulate the author’s definition of the term “electronic money”. Results. The article generalizes scientific views on the civil law nature of electronic money. A distinction has been made between electronic money and currency unit, non-cash money and the right to claim. As the result it has been established that electronic money is the monetary obligation. Practical implication. The study should assist in developing the unified approach to the issue of the civil law nature of electronic money. Value/originality. As the result of the study the author’s definition of the concept “electronic money” with regard to its civil law nature has been proposed.

The article explores the problems of motivating a healthy lifestyle of primary school children. The issue of a healthy lifestyle will always be relevant because it plays a key role in maintaining and promoting health. It is especially relevant for the younger generation, because it is our future. The work presents scientists who analyzed the theoretical and methodological principles of forming a healthy lifestyle for children, the formation of a healthy lifestyle from the standpoint of medicine, as well as psychological and pedagogical aspects of educating a healthy lifestyle for children. Selection of previously unsolved parts of the overall problem. The main material of the article states that a healthy lifestyle of children should start with a healthy example of parents and teachers, because they are the ones who lay the foundation for the children lifestyle. The ideological principles of a healthy lifestyle are described, namely: the idea of the priority of the value of health, the perception of health not only as the absence of disease, understanding of health in its four areas - mental, physical, social and spiritual. The criteria for forming a positive motivation for a healthy lifestyle in students are indicated, namely: at the level of physical health, at the level of mental health, at the level of spiritual health and at the level of social well-being. It is necessary to pay special attention when choosing a strategy for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in primary school age, to: psychological and psychophysical characteristics and rely on the area of actual development of the child to work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle was successful. To be more effective in creating motivation for a healthy lifestyle, parents and educators must remember that there must be a systematic approach that includes methods that are comprehensively aimed at implementing a healthy lifestyle. The article presents the most common methods of forming motivation for a healthy lifestyle both in school and in distance learning. The most effective methods in working with primary school children are active methods, as younger students are very active and like to move a lot.

Abstract The present study integrates into the complex scientific approach of investigating the legal protection of the rights that result from the intellectual creation in the Romanian objective law. In this regard, it analyzes the main evolutionary benchmarks of the protection of intellectual creation from ancient times to the modern era, aiming to highlight the elements of social nature that were the basis of the emergence and development of copyright. At the same time, the scientific approach addresses the issue of the emergence of copyright by combining, through the method of multi-disciplinary scientific research, the legal, social and historical sciences. In the accomplishment of the present scientific approach we used the following scientific research methods: the historical method, the logical method, the deductive-inductive method and the comparative method.

The aim of the article is to determine the readiness level to prevent crime in the field of public procurement by the criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the study is the Constitution of Ukraine, other domestic legislative and other normative acts which regulate operational-search activities and criminal procedure, general theoretical and special legal literature, which show the topic under study, and encyclopedic sources. The method of analysis, the system-structural method, sociological methods (questioning, interviewing), formal-logical method, comparative method, modeling method are used in article. To achieve the goal of the article in the structure of the criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine were identified unites which carry out operational-search crime prevention in the field of public procurement, analyzed the structure of the units and determined their functions in crime prevention. The results of the study show that the structural and functional support of the operational-search crime prevention in the field of public procurement by the criminal police is not at the proper level.

El presente trabajo es un análisis metacognitivo, orientado al empleo de los métodos matemáticos japoneses de solución de problemas matemáticos en los escolares portovejenses. El conjunto de acciones y operaciones que la conforman propicia la implementación simultánea de diversas técnicas, fundamentalmente de naturaleza algorítmica, lógica y heurística para la solución de nuevos problemas. El estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la experiencia de la enseñanza de las matemáticas, según el método japonés e incorporar los aspectos más relevantes ajustados a la realidad de la enseñanza básica en Portoviejo. Los resultados que se exhiben son expresión del empleo de los siguientes métodos teóricos: la abstracción científica, el análisis – síntesis e inducción- deducción, el método histórico-lógico, el método comparativo y la modelación científica. POTENTIALITIES OF THE JAPANESE TEACHING METHOD OF MATHEMATICS FOR THE LEARNING OF MATHEMATICS IN BASIC EDUCATION IN PORTOVIEJO ABSTRACT The present work is a metacognitive analysis, oriented to the use of the Japanese mathematical methods of solving mathematical problems in the students of Portoviejo, by the faculty. The set of actions and operations that make it conducive to the simultaneous implementation of various techniques, fundamentally algorithmic nature, logic and heuristic for the solution of new problems. The aim of the study is to analyze the experience of teaching mathematics, according to the Japanese method, and to incorporate the most relevant aspects adjusted to the reality of basic education in Portoviejo. The results that are displayed are an expression of the use of the following theoretical methods: scientific abstraction, analysis - synthesis and induction - deduction, the historical-logical method, the comparative method and scientific modeling.   Abstract. Insufficient attention is being paid to the potential of applying folk pedagogics and ethnopedagogics in improving society, which is a serious omission that reduces the effectiveness of the formation of a healthy lifestyle for younger students and does not contribute to the continuity of generations in this matter, including preservation of national values and culture. The purpose of the study is to investigate these issues, analyse the works of Kazakh and foreign scientists and formulate proposals for improving the educational process aimed at creating a healthy lifestyle for children in classroom and extracurricular activities. This article investigates the formation of a healthy lifestyle in primary school age. The author of the paper argues that this process should be based on the principles of folk pedagogy and ethno-pedagogy, since it is precisely under the current conditions of globalization and unification of cultures that they can ensure the continuity of generations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in preserving and enhancing national traditions and values of training and education. The author suggests creating a healthy lifestyle for children in classroom and extracurricular activities, attracting prominent Kazakh scientists, writers, poets, local historians, artists to the process, including setting up sightseeing walking tours around Kazakhstan, which will provide younger students with physical activity, necessary knowledge and will facilitate the development of healthy habits associated with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The paper also draws attention to the fact that a personal example of teachers and parents is the best motivation for younger students in the formation of their healthy lifestyle. Resumen. No se presta suficiente atención a las posibilidades de utilizar la pedagogía popular y la etnopedagogía para mejorar la sociedad, lo que constituye una omisión grave que reduce la efectividad de la formación de un estilo de vida saludable entre los niños de la escuela primaria y no contribuye a la continuidad de generaciones en esta materia, incluso la preservación de los valores y la cultura nacionales. El propósito de la investigación - es estudiar estos temas, analizar los trabajos de científicos kazajos y extranjeros y formular propuestas para mejorar el proceso educativo dirigido a la formación de un estilo de vida saludable para los niños en la escuela y las actividades extraescolares. Este artículo analiza las características de la formación de un estilo de vida saludable en la escuela primaria. El autor del artículo sustenta la tesis de que este proceso debe basarse en los principios de la pedagogía popular y la etnopedagogía, ya que en las condiciones modernas de globalización y unificación de culturas son capaces de asegurar la continuidad de generaciones en la República de Kazajstán en la preservación y mejora de las tradiciones nacionales y valores de formación y educación. El autor propone formar un estilo de vida saludable para los niños en las lecciones educativas y actividades extracurriculares, involucrando a destacados científicos, escritores, poetas, historiadores locales, artistas kazajos en el proceso, así como organizar excursiones a pie a los lugares de interés de Kazajstán, que proporcionarán a los niños de la escuela primaria la actividad física, los conocimientos necesarios y permitirán desarrollar buenos hábitos asociados con un estilo de vida saludable. El artículo también llama la atención sobre el hecho de que el ejemplo personal de los maestros y los padres es la mejor motivación para que los niños de la escuela primaria formen su estilo de vida saludable.

This article analyzes the main conceptual approaches to understand a new type of information society. The methodology used in terms of intellectual operations to process information combined the dialectical method, historical method, comparative method, systemic and functional method, formal and logical method. The formation of the information society is the result of the new global social revolution that is based on the explosive nature of development and the convergence of information and communication technologies. It is a knowledge society, where the main condition for the well-being of each person and each state is the knowledge acquired due to free access and the ability to work with information. By way of conclusion, everything indicates that the main value of the information society is the formation of open access information spaces that improve the quality of life and human capacities, and promote the development of open societies.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of establishment of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC) and to consider the first results of its work. Methodology. Thus, the analysis and synthesis method as well as the logical method were used to formulate a holistic view on corruption and its features, as well as the ways, in which it can be manifested. The logical-semantic method was used to establish the meaning of the term “corruption”. The historical method was useful in studying the history of the establishment of the HACC. The comparative method was used when analyzing Ukrainian legal acts, which regulate the issue under consideration, as well as scientific views on the topic. The system and structural method was applied to determine the institutional features of the HACC. The method of systematic analysis made it possible to identify the operational characteristics of this agency. The legal modeling method was helpful in drawing conclusions of the research. The results of the study. The high level of corruption of Ukraine has led to the need to find the ways to counteract it. To that end, the system of bodies of pre-trial investigation and prosecution of high-ranking officials for corruption offenses has been created over the last three years. The establishment of the HACC was the final stage of this reform. Practical implications. Since the international experience in establishing anti-corruption courts is quite controversial, it was found that many scholars are skeptical about the ability of the HACC to reduce corruption in Ukraine. So, the list of arguments for and against the operation of HACC in Ukraine was comprehensively reviewed. Value / originality. As a result of the research, the authors identified both the shortcomings and the benefits of the work of Ukrainian anti-corruption court.

The purpose of the article is to examine the impact of corruption on the development of legal and economic systems of State. The subject of the research is the impact of corruption on the development of legal and economic systems of States. Methodology. Research methods are chosen based on the object, subject and purpose of the study. The study used general scientific and special methods of legal science. Thus, the analysis and synthesis method as well as the logical method were used to formulate a holistic view on corruption, its features, aspects as well as the ways in which it can be manifested. The logical-semantic method was used to establish the meaning of the term “corruption”, “informal sector”, “legal system”. The comparative method was used when analyzing scientific categories, definitions and approaches. The legal modeling method has been applied to develop proposals for improving anti-corruption regulatory framework. Results. The article generalizes scientific views on the interpretation of the concept of corruption, on the basis of which the authors’ view on this category is proposed. Psychological and sociological aspects of corruption are explored. The scientific opinion that corruption is a negative phenomenon that impedes the proper functioning of social, economic and legal systems of State is substantiated. Practical implication. Particular attention is paid to the fact that corruption is directly related to the informal sector. Therefore, it is emphasized that the legislator should create all the necessary organizational and legal conditions in order to minimize the risks of corruption in State. Value/originality. There is a need to raise legal awareness of citizens as an important factor in counteracting corruption and its manifestations in society, because nowadays corruption is treated with higher tolerance, is being taken for granted, that is, it is becoming a norm in modern society.

The article is devoted to the relevance of special linguistic knowledge in legal discourse and the determination of the competence of an expert linguist. It features the analyses of the basis for the use of linguistic expertise in the aspect of the legal discourse. Special attention is given to the analysis of the relation between the concept of juridical discourse and the legislative discourse, law enforcement discourse, court discourse. The problem of classification of linguistic expertise with application of methods of the theory of classification and an example of subsumption classification division of linguistic expertise are considered. The problem of classification of linguistic expertise can be solved only through a systematic approach. It is shown that one of the most important issues of modern linguistic expertise is the problem of the choice from a wide range of experts as well as the interdisciplinary competence of the forensic linguist. The article includes analysis of the requirements to the experts. It is demonstrated that integrated (inter-disciplinary) investigations may be carried out, as it often happen in current practice, by a single examiner possessing all the necessary qualifications. The study is based on the general scientific dialectical method. The author uses the following special methods: systemstructural  method,  logical  method,  comparative  method,  as  well  as  induction and analysis. The presented results provide ideas for further discussion on the problem of classification of linguistic expertise and interdisciplinary competence of the linguist-expert.
